Dear sir/ma'am,

I have cleared all my trip amounts as soon as i reach the destination to the
Ola drivers. I have no idea why is this ola postpaid troubling me. I have not asked for any postpaid payments. I am getting messages to clear my dues. Please clear these dues as i have none of it pending. And deactivate ola postpaid for the respective number - ([protected])....

Behaviour of ola driver mr varunendra singh was worst... And he also argued very badly... This is the first time when i'm really disappointed with the driver's behaviour... He used very wrong words to us... He is so arrogant... We really don't like the way as he talking with us... I never want to face such type of drivers from ola whose behaviour like that... I have a miss behaving issue with ola driver varunendra singh... Please take any...

Due to the cancelation of the ola auto from the driver side i couldn't catch up my train and my entire journey plan was blocked. There are mainly two issues 1. If the auto drive can't come he should have told this otherwise will look according he make to wait for 15min
2. I want to know why he cancel my ride last time when i cancel my ride they had charged me for that like that i want to know whether he is also charged or not...

I have booked ola outstation from new delhi to meerut and back vide crn no.[protected] on 09th march 2019. The trip was started at 06:14 hrs and initially km reading was 3887 which was also messaged to me. The booking was scheduled to end at 03:00 p. M. But due to jam it was ended at 03:53 p. M. Having sadly, I would like to inform you, I am ola customer, Last month I have faced so many problems,

1. Customer Care no not connect till to now. (CRN [protected])
2. Driver direct refused booking without any reason.
3. My ola money balance have 254, But did not deduct.
I need proper authentic answer from you.

Cab is got cancelled with out any intimations, at the time of arrival i only called to cab guy and at that time he told it's got cancelled. When we cancel you charge us, so why can't you inform us prior if you cancel a ride, i would have booked another cab immediately that. Because of this i faced inconvenience and i faced many problems. I have never asked for ola postpaid money and rs1000 was added, i just had to pay 490 and late fee was applied without any notification and without any guidance of payment processing method.
I didn't pay because it was asking for kyc my personal details like pan card aadhar card. This is completely misleading and fraudelent.

My grandmother (Account holder) has received an sms stating that she has used ola postpaid and has a pending amount of 930 rupees and i[censored]npaid legal action will be taken. I had called the customer care twice on her behalf. I was told first time that it would be waived off we had confirmed that all the drivers had taken cash as well as ola money which my grandmother did not know. This ola auto which i hired from sheikpet, hyderabad, had driver who was continuously watching movie over phone, while driving.
Almost missed getting hit by a school bus.
Ignored our warning.
Was disrespectful.
We got down midway.

I had took this ride on 10 jan 19, my estimated fare shown on the app was rs. 493/-. But when ride completed generated bill was rs. 1790/- which is much more than the estimated price because ola charged for 117 km while the travel is of 24 km from igi airport delhi to pitampura delhi.

Driver also had told that this much amount is not correct and is very much higher...

I had recently booked a oia rental for 8 hours from location for official use as we have a corporate account.

Hi, we are corporate customers of ola and strongly object the robbery that ola is doing with us. Total fare shown was rs.350 approx while u have charged me rs.887. This is insane we will drag u to consumer court.

Moreover i called thrice for complaining and was promised a callback from supervisor, u didn't have courtesy to call back also. We will drag u to consumer court for robbing customers like this. Worst company ola.br...
