On march 10, the trip had to be cancelled by the driver and the reference is crn[protected]. We were asked to pay 2197 and we paid.

Since the trip was taken and cancelled after 0.4kms, we asked for refund.

Twice ola support wrote to us saying they are looking into this but no reply.

We need the refund of money that we paid to the ola company.

We have paid 2197 for the travel of 0.4 kms. This amount was paid when we were instructed by the ola company as we had to immediately book another trip.

    Tried to book a cab at bhopal airport.
    Showing all kinds of taxis within 1-3 minutes distance. But it is unable to find the taxi. All taxi driver coming and asking for private booking and asking 3 times the price shown on the app. I think drivers are deliberately fooling passengers and ola to make extra money. Happened for the last three trips from the airport. Please find an effective solution.

      I had worst experience with ola cab services during the last week in hyderabad city, following are the 2 instances :

      1) ola auto booked : crn [protected] : driver name badavath chandar : auto bajaj - re : as per the booking it shows the amount of 298inr to chlkur balaji temple but once i complete the booking then immedatley auto driver called me and asked me to pay 500 inr if i want to go there, i asked the reason, the driver told me to pay 500inr or otherwise dont come to pick up or will not go to the venue

      At the end, i had cancelled the booking due to the worst behaviour of ola auto driver

      2) ola cab booked : crn [protected] : driver name vijay kumar : mini white vista: driver was talkative and seems like cool person but once i reach the venue he had asked me to pay 100 inr extra at chlkur temple beside the ola bill as he told me that once he return from the chilkurbalaji temple, he will not get any pick up from that location. So as per the ola bill it sows 350 inr but he asked me to pay 450 inr and additional 100 inr and also does not give any slip for that bill as well

      Ola is totally bluff services and i could suggest everyone to not to use ola at all

        We took this premium ola cab white ertiga from igi airport to our hotel in mahipalpur extension about 4 km distance. This driver tools us in wrong conjugated route and drove for an hours to reach the hotel which was not more than 15 min drive and then he charged us 629 rupees.
        When we asked then he misbehaves.
        I believe he should not be allowed to provided services as a driver

          Hi,
          My name is shruthi. We booked a ola ride from sarojini market delhi to terminal 2 international airport delhi. Crn[protected]
          Booking id above, ola displayed the price to be 180rs. However at the time of the trip completion, the price was rs 345. This is not an acceptable way of doing things. They should have displayed this at the beginning so we can cancel if we don't want to ride.
          Please note the booking was done from id pallavi.

            Dear ola support

            I have not received any feedback / call back against my complaint #[protected] dated 17 march 2019. I am now raising a second complaint #[protected]

            I had complained that in my ola ride crn[protected] on 17 march 2019 in ola prime sedan from terminal 3 to my residence in gurgaon, there was no space to keep any luggage in the maruti dzire cars boot, because it had a very large cng gas cylinder installed

            We were two passengers with 2 large bags and 2 small bags

            As per your specifications, a ola prime sedan is supposed to have an ample boot which can accommodate 3-4 medium size luggage or 2 large bags

            The ola prime sedan we used for this ride could not accommodate even one mid size bag in the boot

            We were put to inconvenience in having to put the luggage in the front seat and in the back seat, leaving little space to sit

            This problem with ola prime sedans has happened numerous times with me, because your new dzire prime sedans have cng cylinders installed in the boot

            Please change the specifications or classification of these sedans with cng cylinders. They are not prime sedans

            Please give me a refund of rs 539 paid for this unsatisfactory prime sedan cab

              I booked ola from mumbai international airport to cst railway station. I received information of my raid as driver name - mohd ir shad khan and cab no mh01bd 6375 and otp 6420. Driver asked otp and destination. But after journey started i haven't received any information in my mobile and after came to cst railway station he asked for 645 rupees but the estimated amount was 445 only. But i told him that i have not received bill amount in my mobile and he told it is network problem. But after paying 645 rupees, i received sms that the journey was cancelled and booking no is crn [protected]. He cheated the customer

                Hi sir,
                My alternative number is in the mobile which the driver took away my mobile phone and my purse and my debit card where in the back side atm pin was written.
                From the atm he took away 6000rs and from petrol pump he took rs 1000 rs deisel.
                And he before kicked me in the way, not only this in my purse i have my pan card aadar card driving licence smart card of my motor cycle and rs 2000 cash.

                From the place where i was kicked out, i just go on walking to the toll plaza.
                There someone helped me by going into my account to uber and that person took me to the holy place of lord shiva. There i paid the uber driver by the local people who knows me.
                A few hours after i took a local taxi from there and return back to my home.

                I have all evidence to proof this case i[censored] want i can lodge a complain in consumer forum.

                There is a lord sani temple in tarareshaw, where 4 cctv camera is installed and directly linked with police station.
                I was told to wait there for local taxi and there local person also told that it is the safe place to keep in waiting. So, i was waiting from 1am to 2.30 am then the taxi arrived and police also took picture of the local taxi driver and car and mine.
                Then around 4am i reached my house and i have to pay the taxi driver from my mother end rs 3000.00.

                In my house there is also cctv camera where clearly vision of the red car dropping me in the front of my house.

                  I scheduled a cab ride from model town new delhi ti igi terminal 2 for 03.45 hrs on 23.3.2019. The scheduled fare was rs. 565.
                  The cab arrived at 03.05 hrs.
                  I boarded the cab sharp at 03.45 hrs. And in about 43 minutes reached the destination. The fare displayed was rs.712.
                  On enquiry, driver said that difference of rs.147 was for waiting.
                  Levy of waiting charges for early arrival of cab is not logical and should be refunded forthwith.

                    Hi. I'm highly disappointed with ola service. They have activated post paid account to my account without my intervention due to which driver took cash for my last drive rs 370 and also they deducted equal amount from my post paid connection rs 370 on 11th of march.

                    We had a con call with driver and he not even remember the drive and he lying blindly and the ola people really on his confirmation.

                    As a customer, i know that i have made only one payment via cash but other side ola postpaid account also making the payment to my same drive without my consent.

                    This is really a fraud transaction within ola and ola driver partner.

                    I hope you will fix this fraud activity and ensure you provide the better service to customer or else i will raise this matter via legal procedure.

                    Please avoid using the same driver he may fraud with you as well along with the old system.

                      I took outstation ride with ola cabs from delhi to chandigarh on 22 mar 19 at 2345hrs
                      The details of ride are as mentioned below:
                      Customer ride number : crn[protected]
                      Cab driver : gurtej singh
                      Ola mini ertiga
                      Pb01b5431
                      Operator state/ut : chandigarh

                      Driver took rs 500 initially for cng refilling and didnt deduct this amount from the total billed amount of rs 2899..

                      I paid him rs 3000 + 500 (Cng) and he didnt returned the balance amount..

                      So, the remaining balance of rs 601 needs to be refunded to me on priority..
                      I paid all the tolls and taxes enroute delhi to chandigarh..

                      It was really unsafe to travel with him due to his rash driving.. Also, his rude behaviour and incorrect pricing has resulted in no value for money..

                      I would request if possible the driver should be penalised over and above the extra amount which he took..

                      I want the issue to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise as a defence personnel i will be forced to file a case against ola cabs regarding inconvenience caused to customers..

                        Hi.. I have sent several email regarding the invoice copy for the crn crn [protected]...

                        When i tired to download from ola app and it sis throwing me out and not able to download it from the app.

                        Ola app says amount charged for this trip as rs. 425 but in credit card they ola charged me of rs. 459... I have raised the complaint for the difference and send me the correct invoice copy and they raised the request vide[protected] but not sending the invoice copy... I am behind them from last 20 days but no luck.. Need some one help to resolve this.

                        I have to claim this to the company as i have used the co. Card

                          I am having issue with ola account registered with my number [protected]. I had a travel with this account with card as my payment. But driver denied the card and so i paid the amount in cash of rs. 465 to driver. But it is not updated in app and i am keep on getting mails and messages to pay the amount. I am totally unhappy with this kind of behavior from a corporate like this. I have raised a complaint but it is not taken care. Kindly clear my dues

                              I'm regular consumer of ola. When it's emergency and i cancelled the booking, ola is taking penalty. N it's been many times that driver is refusing, i'm not getting any discount.
                              But today was the hight, driver took my booking at 11pm and kept on saying that he is reaching in sometime and after making me wait for around 45 to 50 mins he cancelled the trip.
                              Is this ethical?

                                Booked ola cab tn 09 cm 8854 on thursday march 21, 2019 @ 18:30.
                                I tried to book cab to reach railway station. Cab driver came to my address and informed and after bringing all my luggage, coolly cancelling cab and saying, his house was opposite direction to the station. So he won't come. When i asking him, while booking my cab you should cancel. Why coming to my location and cancelling. He is giving me answer like, "it's not my problem, it's your problem. You try some other" and smiling. Bloody #. Think my situation booking cab to reach railway station to catch my train.in the final moment he is doing like this. I dunno how better you 'll take action against him.

                                  This is the second time Ola has charged me cancellation charges incorrectly.

                                  I booked a cab and my booking was confirmed. I got a confirmation message with cab details and I called driver to guide him the way to reach my pick up point. I got two different cabs at my place, after a bit of argument from both the drivers, they decided that whoever is able to access OTP is the real cab and I will board it.

                                  I boarded the cab whose device accepted the OTP received in confirmation message. Now after sometime when I was traveling in the cab, I got a message stating RS. ** are charged as cancellation charges from my account which I have pay in my next ride.

                                  I have been wrongly charged like this twice like this, is this any new technique of OLA to loot genuine customers?

                                  Can I expect a bit of loyalty from you guys?

                                    This is with respect to invoice no. Epbdjgj119936 date 20th march, 2019. Invoice amount was negative and nothing was payable to driver.

                                    However, early in the morning driver fought and demanded that atleast rs. 10 must be paid. He told that he never carries passangers who pay through ola money or codes. He always demands cash from customers and i should pay him cash even though not required.

                                    Such a behavior of driver suggests that i should never maintain ola money as any which ways, i would be required to pay cash.

                                      I'm 69 yes old / a dialysis patient on treatments in columbia asia habbal hospital. On 18/3/2019 my dialysis completed @ 9: 00 pm & my son booked one can of ola driver mr. Mohan c vide mob. No [protected] vehicle no ka 13c 0376 but the said driver never approached me & cancelled the booking of his own without getting any response from me or my son @ hospital gate a shear nonsense then my son once again booked other ola cab vide details.. Name driver mr. Sayed mob. No [protected] but this driver cancelled the ride & picked up a new customer just 10 steps from me & left towards habbal.
                                      Take a strict and strong action against such erring cab drivers not to tarnish the name of ola.

                                        My registered mobile no is [protected]. On the day of 17th March 2019, I had taken a Ola rental, at the time of booking they were shown I have to paid Rs 400+, after I was completed my trip then showing I have to pay Rs.602/- . Is it possible whenever they charged extra amount? They are doing day light robbery with us. Can anyone available in India? Or everyone busy for election? It's totally robbery. I think it should stop.
