Today while coming from airport ola cab took from me 752 rs whereas just 3 days before same ride has been taken by UBER in 373 rs which is rgt fare amount. But these days I have observed OLACABS are taking too MUCH of money. Ridiculous. Very very bad service. Surely write in FB and TWITTER.
I am reporting this after struggling with ola fare for 2 years. This is the worst of all.

    Dear admin

    I have been booking for outstation ride but now my experience says
    Ola cab is a very fraud service provider because they are not giving clear payment invoice to the customer which is confusion for the riders.

    Today again i came from agra to delhi by ola cab service in which they confirmed my booking for 2646 rupees...!

    I started my trip on time then what happen i am discussing below-

    At first driver took by me 35rs for any tax whatever

    +

    Again driver forcely took for toll tax 665 rs

    +

    Again at the entry point of delhi he took 100 rs forcely

    Then i finally reached my destination then ola sent me message for this ride payable money was same as booking 2646/-

    I paid it to the driver this total payable..

    Totally i paid-
    2646 + toll tax 665 + other tax - 100 + 35 tax

    Total paid - 3446 rs i paid it and finish it all.

    But i would like to say that if anyone doesnt have so much money how can people safe with these frauds..

    I will update it on facebook and insta also.

        I called twice regarding the extra amount charged for my ride.
        I have travelled 8.3kms... For which they charged rs.1016.
        They say that the system is showing that i hav travelled 30kms.
        Even i got invoice of my ride showing that i travelled 8.3kms.
        Its been 4 days post my complaint to ola support... But no response from them.

          My ola account number [protected] hacked by the driver. The driver asked me the otp saying he needs otp to start the ride. I was in a hurry so i shared the otp. Then he changed my account mobile number. I got a email notification saying your ola account number has been changed. The driver has now blocked the account. And my ola account has all my details like adhar number, account numbers, card details. Please help asap

            My ola app registered number is [protected]. Drivers denying for duty. One driver came at my location entered the otp and then cancelled the trip saying he will not go to gurgaon.
            Attached are the screenshots for reference few driver details who cancelled my trip.

            Secondly none of the contact number works or pickup by ola customer service.
            Worst service you people are giving.

              Its regarding my booking on 15th feb.. Driver charged rs 890.. But the expected charge which is shown before booking was 250.. Completing the ride the fare shown 890. I contacted customer support several times but invain.. Once a customer executive told me on 11th march that will receive 498 rs returned money.. But till date i did not get any money back.. I also registered my mail id and updated ola money too.. Still dint get any satisfactory answer neither get my money back. Is it the system to make a customer fool. Ola is a renowned company still its making profit to get unexpected charges from customer.. Its more than one month of my issue.. If its not resolve than i have to take legal action against ola..
              I have no due amount. But Ola app saw some due amount. This is driver mikteck not my mistake. Please clear my due amount

[protected] (Geo) left behind in cab on first conversation with the driver he told he will return my mobile in 15 minutes but after some time he refused to find the mobile in cab.                   The director collected 15k from us saying k that's the procedure to refund. Even he started using bad words while talking.

                  Need help. They are not even answering the calls.
                  This needs to be directed to the police branch or crime branch at the earliest

                  They are not taking any action for this. Ola is very irresponsible n needs this to be resolved asap
                  I have waited for more than 30 mins after booking the cab but the driver dint pick my call and not Turing up to the exact location . If I cancel to book another cab they charge me cancellation fees of 50 RS, even it's not my fault . Finally my productivity have spoiled . I request the team to take action against .

                    I tooka outstation ride on 24th march from nagpur but due to some emergency i had to leave the cab within 20 mins. But i was charged the whole fare for the same. Kindly refund the extra amount.
                    Since then i am trying to contact ola but there is no revert. You people only know how to take money from customers. Show some loyalty to your regular customers atleast.
                    We have booked a out station cab and the driver cancelled the cab at the last moment by saying that take me as a rental cab without booking on ola. We have to go to greater Noida from Bareilly and he talked to us twice a day but he didn't say about cancellation but did just before the time of departure.

                      Hi ola team,
                      On 15th march i booked the cab from ascendas it park to ashok meadows, ph1, hinjewadi to pune junction. Before booking i shown 399/- rs upfront fare on my ola app then only i took the ride. After completing the ride its charged more than expected i. E 605/- rs. I complained to ola customer care but i got the response on 22nd from mr. Siraj and he was telling ride which i took its charged genuine. When i asked to him it's charged wrongly but he didn't ready to listen my word. And rather than to solve my problem he was suggesting as infuture whenever i willl book the cab see properly the fare details. I would like to tell him i am not new user since 2015 i am using ola service and this is not first time when i faced this type issue earlier also faced multiple times. Still i am waiting for settlement of 205/- rs. Untill unless issue resolve i can't take ola service. You guys don't know how to maintain customer satisfaction.

                      Pls look into this case and resolve it asap.
                      I booked an ola cab ( micro, car details maruti alto as 01hc 5396) from manik nagar, debayan path to PRAGJYOTISH college, Guwahati.
                      When i booked the car fare was shown as rupees 151 but at the completion of the ride it costed me 189.
                      Disappointed with this approach. Fares should not exceed in this manner.
                      I have been receiving wrong bill to my [protected] as post paid, I hv been writing emails, for longtime no response from your end .infact I was using only [protected] for app .subsequent to your autodebit I hv stopped using ola cabs itself. Why are u raising bill when I dont use it .

                        On march 10, the trip had to be cancelled by the driver and the reference is crn[protected]. We were asked to pay 2197 and we paid.

                        Since the trip was taken and cancelled after 0.4kms, we asked for refund.

                        Twice ola support wrote to us saying they are looking into this but no reply.

                        We need the refund of money that we paid to the ola company.

                        We have paid 2197 for the travel of 0.4 kms. This amount was paid when we were instructed by the ola company as we had to immediately book another trip.
                        Brown hand purse with Mobile case army dependent cards Army Hospital cards canteen card 4000 rupees 500 notes Canara Bank card and Sbi card.

                          Tried to book a cab at bhopal airport.
                          Showing all kinds of taxis within 1-3 minutes distance. But it is unable to find the taxi. All taxi driver coming and asking for private booking and asking 3 times the price shown on the app. I think drivers are deliberately fooling passengers and ola to make extra money. Happened for the last three trips from the airport. Please find an effective solution.

                            I had worst experience with ola cab services during the last week in hyderabad city, following are the 2 instances :

                            1) ola auto booked : crn [protected] : driver name badavath chandar : auto bajaj - re : as per the booking it shows the amount of 298inr to chlkur balaji temple but once i complete the booking then immedatley auto driver called me and asked me to pay 500 inr if i want to go there, i asked the reason, the driver told me to pay 500inr or otherwise dont come to pick up or will not go to the venue

                            At the end, i had cancelled the booking due to the worst behaviour of ola auto driver

                            2) ola cab booked : crn [protected] : driver name vijay kumar : mini white vista: driver was talkative and seems like cool person but once i reach the venue he had asked me to pay 100 inr extra at chlkur temple beside the ola bill as he told me that once he return from the chilkurbalaji temple, he will not get any pick up from that location. So as per the ola bill it sows 350 inr but he asked me to pay 450 inr and additional 100 inr and also does not give any slip for that bill as well

                            Ola is totally bluff services and i could suggest everyone to not to use ola at all

                              We took this premium ola cab white ertiga from igi airport to our hotel in mahipalpur extension about 4 km distance. This driver tools us in wrong conjugated route and drove for an hours to reach the hotel which was not more than 15 min drive and then he charged us 629 rupees.
                              When we asked then he misbehaves.
                              I believe he should not be allowed to provided services as a driver

                                My name is shruthi. We booked a ola ride from sarojini market delhi to terminal 2 international airport delhi. Crn[protected]
                                Booking id above, ola displayed the price to be 180rs. However at the time of the trip completion, the price was rs 345. This is not an acceptable way of doing things. They should have displayed this at the beginning so we can cancel if we don't want to ride.
                                Please note the booking was done from id pallavi.

                                  I have not received any feedback / call back against my complaint #[protected] dated 17 march 2019. I am now raising a second complaint #[protected]

                                  I had complained that in my ola ride crn[protected] on 17 march 2019 in ola prime sedan from terminal 3 to my residence in gurgaon, there was no space to keep any luggage in the maruti dzire cars boot, because it had a very large cng gas cylinder installed

                                  We were two passengers with 2 large bags and 2 small bags

                                  As per your specifications, a ola prime sedan is supposed to have an ample boot which can accommodate 3-4 medium size luggage or 2 large bags

                                  The ola prime sedan we used for this ride could not accommodate even one mid size bag in the boot

                                  We were put to inconvenience in having to put the luggage in the front seat and in the back seat, leaving little space to sit

                                  This problem with ola prime sedans has happened numerous times with me, because your new dzire prime sedans have cng cylinders installed in the boot

                                  Please change the specifications or classification of these sedans with cng cylinders. They are not prime sedans

                                  Please give me a refund of rs 539 paid for this unsatisfactory prime sedan cab

                                    I booked ola from mumbai international airport to cst railway station. I received information of my raid as driver name - mohd ir shad khan and cab no mh01bd 6375 and otp 6420. Driver asked otp and destination. But after journey started i haven't received any information in my mobile and after came to cst railway station he asked for 645 rupees but the estimated amount was 445 only. But i told him that i have not received bill amount in my mobile and he told it is network problem. But after paying 645 rupees, i received sms that the journey was cancelled and booking no is crn [protected]. He cheated the customer

                                      My alternative number is in the mobile which the driver took away my mobile phone and my purse and my debit card where in the back side atm pin was written.
                                      From the atm he took away 6000rs and from petrol pump he took rs 1000 rs deisel.
                                      And he before kicked me in the way, not only this in my purse i have my pan card aadar card driving licence smart card of my motor cycle and rs 2000 cash.

                                      From the place where i was kicked out, i just go on walking to the toll plaza.
                                      There someone helped me by going into my account to uber and that person took me to the holy place of lord shiva. There i paid the uber driver by the local people who knows me.
                                      A few hours after i took a local taxi from there and return back to my home.

                                      I have all evidence to proof this case i[censored] want i can lodge a complain in consumer forum.

                                      There is a lord sani temple in tarareshaw, where 4 cctv camera is installed and directly linked with police station.
                                      I was told to wait there for local taxi and there local person also told that it is the safe place to keep in waiting. So, i was waiting from 1am to 2.30 am then the taxi arrived and police also took picture of the local taxi driver and car and mine.
                                      Then around 4am i reached my house and i have to pay the taxi driver from my mother end rs 3000.00.

                                        I scheduled a cab ride from model town new delhi ti igi terminal 2 for 03.45 hrs on 23.3.2019. The scheduled fare was rs. 565.
                                        The cab arrived at 03.05 hrs.
                                        I boarded the cab sharp at 03.45 hrs. And in about 43 minutes reached the destination. The fare displayed was rs.712.
                                        On enquiry, driver said that difference of rs.147 was for waiting.
                                        Levy of waiting charges for early arrival of cab is not logical and should be refunded forthwith.
