Ola Cabs — Misuse of my debit card by some fraud way to transfer money to ola cab

Hi, myself MD Mukhtar Khan had become a victim of fraud call from the bank and by asking my debit card details and OTP, someone had used my debit card of ICICI bank in India and transfer money in the various mobile wallet. we had registered complain in Our ICICI Branch Anapara Sonbhadra (Up) consulting the bank, we come to know that the fraud person had transfer rs two times no. 1. (10000) And 2.(4999) INR

2.VIN/WWW OLACABS/[protected]/90900 in ola cab. dated 31 March 2019. here I am attaching the photo of ICICI bank Complaints Paper with Compaint no., Address proof, identity proof and bank statement which shows the transaction no of the transfer and bank account details. kindly do needful and guide us further to take necessary steps to get our money back, thanks

Please do the needful action against me.

    Hi I booked a cab yesterday and called the driver he said he is coming and in the map it showed 3mins but the driver didn't come in 3min so I tried calling him again after few min his phone was turned off. I had to pay cancellation fee also.If you want I can provide you the details of cab.

      Booking id: crn[protected]

      We had took this ride on 31st march 2019, my estimated fare shown on the app was rs. 626 and there was no any drop/up icon of fare increase, (Earlier the fare was rs.350 but i accepted rs.626 as i was in an urgent need) neither it asked me surcharge permission before booking ride.
      At the time of travel estimated fare shown on the app was same but when ride completed generated bill was rs.1260 which is actually double than the regular price. Is it a joke? They are cheating the customers by showing something else on the app and after ride collect the double amount.
      As per calculations: (Rs.7/km. * 56km) + (126mins * rs.2) + taxes = rs. (392+ 252+ 100 on max) = rs. 744 on maximum side but they collected rs.1260 from my wallet.
      How you can show wrong charges and snatch my hard earned money with showing infatuation of postpaid wallet and charging back extra money for rides from it?

      Also your invoice shows nothing but just what i was charged? I mean seriously? I paid rs. 1260 and i don't even deserve to know breakup for the fare?
      This is not the first time they are doing this fraud, they are doin this from the past 2 years but this time it was not acceptable.
      Please check the details of my booking and refund back my extra charged money of rs.634 /- as soon as possible.

        I tried to book ola auto on 01.04.2019 for my ride by madhapur, hitech city, hyderabad to malaxmi court yard, saivaibhav residency, near lanco hills, hyderabad, however, message has come that no autos are available. Hence i took private auto for the ride. However, in next 10 minutes call has come about auto booking. I explained about non-booking of auto during the discussion which can be verified from discussion. However, cancellation charges have been levied. Please reverse the same.

        In earler occasion on 23rd february, 2019 two ola autos were booked for the same ride and i travelled in one auto. For same ride how two autos can be booked. I lodged complaint for reversal of cancellation charges levied, however, the same is not reversed.

        Please look into the matter and reverse the cancellation charges. Please avoid such type of errors in booking the cab / auto.

          On 23rd of march i booked a ola rental for 4 hours at 8:50 am with crn [protected]. Mr. Suresh thakur was the driver assigned for my journey. I started my trip around 9:00 am, but after travelling for just 5 to 10 minutes, the driver said that the engine is malfunctioning and i have to cancel the trip. Since i have some hospital emergency and time is running out, so i cancelled the trip at 9:19 am. Since, i was using my ola money wallet for the trip entire money (Rs. 1021) was deducted from my wallet. I immediately made the complain to the ola support team (No:[protected] and the representative gently told me that "not to worry, i will get the refund within 24 hours". But unfortunately till date i don't get any amount refunded from ola. I called the support team at least 10 times and every time they are saying that "our team is working on the issue and they will get back to me within 24 hours", but that 24 hours didn't came though.

            Yesterday we booked a ola cab from in front of park hotel to sheshadhiripuram around 07. Oopm. Ola cab driver name is mr. Prashantha s, mob. No.[protected] for crn [protected] white dzire tour ka18c1310.
            On boarding the vehicle my cousin who occupied front seat has requested the driver to put his mobile to charge. While getting down at sheshadhripurm he forget to collect the mobile instrument. There after we tried to contact the driver on above mentioned number he never responded and he switched our mobile no.[protected] too. We request your good office to intervene and arrange to return the mobile instrument please.

              Hi sir,
              I booked a ola cab from cgi techno polis yamalur to karthicknagar on[protected].19pm. Once i reach my destination i pay ride fare of rs.158 and driver don't have change of 200, then i pay through google pay with my 2 account, amount deducted but transaction failed in that time, later on 30 min payment success ful to that driver account also i paid 158 cash also due to driver rush me. So three times i paid for single fare. Pls check and arrange to refund my two payment money of rs.316.

                I booked an ola cab (Micro) today around 7.30 pm from bangalore airport, i waited in queue for 30 mins but ola representative standing there was not providing cab and started asking me to cancel it and re book the cab when i already spent 40 mins there, my cab booking also got auto cancelled by ola. I was a single female who has to travel but still he didnt provide cab and started askimg me to rebook for prime just for charging extra money. Once it got auto cancelled, i booked micro again and it showed me rs.533 as fare for my home from airport but once i reached all of a sudden fare charge increased by rs. 629/- i asked the driver how come it would be possible when it already showed 533 and it's inclusive of toll.. I know bcoz i already travelled a lot by ola for airport. It's absolutely cheating, ola is earning money by doing fraud with its customers now.. How come the fare exceeded when i didn't stop the cab on the way, neither did i take a long route nor was there any traffic on that route. I tried calling ola then and there to get the clarification but i could not be able to connect bcoz ola has not provided correct customer care no. Bcoz it knows customer will surely call them to get the solution for such issues. Plz look into this and do not do corruption. Customers are booking cab seeing the fare charges if fare is not affordable, they will not book your ola cab, but it's cheating that you show initially 200 and then charge the customer 1000 rs. Forcefully. Then whts the use of booking it from app. Seems app is just for ola benefits not for customers. Ola or any company is running bcoz of your customers so learn to value your customers and provide the service honestly, instead of doing such fraud.

                  Booked a cab from rehabari to isnt lokhra and the driver refused to go. In addition to that also rudely refused to cancel the trip for his vested interest. Being a customer why should i bear additional charges in next trip if i cancel that particular trip. Ola even ignores to lodge particular complaint in their app.

                    Today while coming from airport ola cab took from me 752 rs whereas just 3 days before same ride has been taken by UBER in 373 rs which is rgt fare amount. But these days I have observed OLACABS are taking too MUCH of money. Ridiculous. Very very bad service. Surely write in FB and TWITTER.
                    I am reporting this after struggling with ola fare for 2 years. This is the worst of all.

                      I have been booking for outstation ride but now my experience says
                      Ola cab is a very fraud service provider because they are not giving clear payment invoice to the customer which is confusion for the riders.

                      Today again i came from agra to delhi by ola cab service in which they confirmed my booking for 2646 rupees...!

                      I started my trip on time then what happen i am discussing below-

                      At first driver took by me 35rs for any tax whatever

                      +

                      Again driver forcely took for toll tax 665 rs

                      +

                      Again at the entry point of delhi he took 100 rs forcely

                      Then i finally reached my destination then ola sent me message for this ride payable money was same as booking 2646/-

                      I paid it to the driver this total payable..

                      Totally i paid-
                      2646 + toll tax 665 + other tax - 100 + 35 tax

                      Total paid - 3446 rs i paid it and finish it all.

                      But i would like to say that if anyone doesnt have so much money how can people safe with these frauds..

                      I will update it on facebook and insta also.

                          I called twice regarding the extra amount charged for my ride.
                          I have travelled 8.3kms... For which they charged rs.1016.
                          They say that the system is showing that i hav travelled 30kms.
                          Even i got invoice of my ride showing that i travelled 8.3kms.
                          Its been 4 days post my complaint to ola support... But no response from them.

                            My ola account number [protected] hacked by the driver. The driver asked me the otp saying he needs otp to start the ride. I was in a hurry so i shared the otp. Then he changed my account mobile number. I got a email notification saying your ola account number has been changed. The driver has now blocked the account. And my ola account has all my details like adhar number, account numbers, card details. Please help asap

                              My ola app registered number is [protected]. Drivers denying for duty. One driver came at my location entered the otp and then cancelled the trip saying he will not go to gurgaon.
                              Attached are the screenshots for reference few driver details who cancelled my trip.

                              Secondly none of the contact number works or pickup by ola customer service.
                              Worst service you people are giving.

                                Its regarding my booking on 15th feb.. Driver charged rs 890.. But the expected charge which is shown before booking was 250.. Completing the ride the fare shown 890. I contacted customer support several times but invain.. Once a customer executive told me on 11th march that will receive 498 rs returned money.. But till date i did not get any money back.. I also registered my mail id and updated ola money too.. Still dint get any satisfactory answer neither get my money back. Is it the system to make a customer fool. Ola is a renowned company still its making profit to get unexpected charges from customer.. Its more than one month of my issue.. If its not resolve than i have to take legal action against ola..
                                I have no due amount. But Ola app saw some due amount. This is driver mikteck not my mistake. Please clear my due amount

                                    The director collected 15k from us saying k that's the procedure to refund. Even he started using bad words while talking.

                                    Need help. They are not even answering the calls.
                                    This needs to be directed to the police branch or crime branch at the earliest

                                    They are not taking any action for this. Ola is very irresponsible n needs this to be resolved asap
                                    I have waited for more than 30 mins after booking the cab but the driver dint pick my call and not Turing up to the exact location . If I cancel to book another cab they charge me cancellation fees of 50 RS, even it's not my fault . Finally my productivity have spoiled . I request the team to take action against .

                                      I tooka outstation ride on 24th march from nagpur but due to some emergency i had to leave the cab within 20 mins. But i was charged the whole fare for the same. Kindly refund the extra amount.
                                      Since then i am trying to contact ola but there is no revert. You people only know how to take money from customers. Show some loyalty to your regular customers atleast.
                                      We have booked a out station cab and the driver cancelled the cab at the last moment by saying that take me as a rental cab without booking on ola. We have to go to greater Noida from Bareilly and he talked to us twice a day but he didn't say about cancellation but did just before the time of departure.

                                        On 15th march i booked the cab from ascendas it park to ashok meadows, ph1, hinjewadi to pune junction. Before booking i shown 399/- rs upfront fare on my ola app then only i took the ride. After completing the ride its charged more than expected i. E 605/- rs. I complained to ola customer care but i got the response on 22nd from mr. Siraj and he was telling ride which i took its charged genuine. When i asked to him it's charged wrongly but he didn't ready to listen my word. And rather than to solve my problem he was suggesting as infuture whenever i willl book the cab see properly the fare details. I would like to tell him i am not new user since 2015 i am using ola service and this is not first time when i faced this type issue earlier also faced multiple times. Still i am waiting for settlement of 205/- rs. Untill unless issue resolve i can't take ola service. You guys don't know how to maintain customer satisfaction.

                                        Pls look into this case and resolve it asap.
                                        I booked an ola cab ( micro, car details maruti alto as 01hc 5396) from manik nagar, debayan path to PRAGJYOTISH college, Guwahati.
                                        When i booked the car fare was shown as rupees 151 but at the completion of the ride it costed me 189.
                                        Disappointed with this approach. Fares should not exceed in this manner.
