On saturday, 9th march 2019 at 6.10pm, i had booked an ola cab and was alloted micro white xcent with driver mr. Singh anjani kumar ramshanker. On the cab's arrival at my pick-up point, i got into the cab and the driver asked me for the otp. After punching the otp, he realised that i was going from bandra to colaba and immediately cancelled the ride and very rudely told me he could not take me as he was running out of gas. Did he realise that he was 'out of gas' after he knew my destination, as he did not want to go that side? To my surprise, i got billed rs.101 for this non-travel trip, and inspite of writing thrice through the support section of the app, there has neither been a reply nor has a refund been given to me. Instead of penalising the driver for cancelling the trip, it looks like ola prefers penalising customers. I would request that immediate action be taken on this complaint.
