I have received a Ola postpaid bill of 500 rupees or sumthing
First of all I never applied for anything which is postpaid
And now I recv another msg saying there is a late fee !
But I have not applied for anything that sort of can you pls cancel that
Ola be khudsehi kuch service chalu ki hai without taking my approval they have sent me this bill...

Please be informed that you staff senthil kumar from coimbatore rs puram office is seriously making us pissed off.

He is not attaching possible number of vehicle a dah due to his lazzynes.

If he can attach 5 vehicle a day, he ia telling 3 vehicles to come tomorrow and he is attaching only 2 vehicle.

I understand that you guys will never help us and take action. But still, im beleiving...

I m constantly getting calls from ola as well as text messages to clear the unpaid dues of last ride or else my account will be blocked and legal action will be taken.

Trust me i trying my best to pay the dues,
I tried it with your sent link as well as checked the app but didnt find the option to pay anywhere. Give me a straight link to payment and let me done with it.

This is regarding a complaint that we are tired of following up despite numerous calls and e-mail. We have been raising an issue with OLA for deactivating the post paid service since we never wanted it as we are retired couple, however the complaint was never actioned. Unaware of this my wife took a Ola ride on February 9th 2019 and the ride fare came up to rs.289 and she paid in cash to the driver, to our shock we have been receiving mails...

Dear sir, I am quite sorry to share my unpleasant experience that driver of Ola cab denied to come to the customers place staying far 600mts away from the booked customer. He said "come to me I can't go" and ultimately he rejected that travel and charged Rs. 15/-

I have got overcharged for two rides:

Crn [protected] — rs 2397/- ride from gurgaon to ghaziabad on 8th feb
Crn [protected] — rs 1496/- ride from ghaziabad to gurgaon on 11 feb

I have already raised a complaint against it to ola support but they did not take any action on it.

Please take legal action against it, i want refund from ola.

1) gone to airport from cbd belapur, sec-6, navi mumbai @about 3.10 am by 'uber' for a flight : ai 627 paying rs 420/-.

2) on return for the same journey, hired a cab of 'ola; from airport & paid rs 687/-+ rs 100/- parking charge @ p 7

Now almost double,
On being not competitive hired 'uber' on first & second thought to do so but anyway we took 'ola' then we question-do you not think that your 'gps' driven...

I have had a terrible experience on 28th Jan 2019 with Ola. I had booked for the cab for 3:17pm and at 3:02 I had the confirmation (print screen attached mail sent to Ola on 29th Jan 2019 ) for car no 1939 and driver Bir Bahadur. We tried reaching him but to no one picked on that no. We were left helpless .At 3:14 pm there is some other cab no reflects on the app and when we call driver he is away 19 mins from the pickup location at 3:18...

I had booked an outstation cab through ola on friday (22nd feb, 2019). When i came back to mumbai on 23rd feb, 2019 i forgot my rayban goggles in the cab. I realized this on sunday morning and called him. He picked up the call and gave me an assurance that he will give it to me once he is near my place i. E vile parle. The mobile phone was left in the cab and when realized several calls were made to the number but it coming as switched off.
Appears like someone has already removed the sim or switched off the phone.

I am a very old and regular ola customer but i feel cheated in a recent outstation trip.

I have billing issue with my recent ride-crn [protected].

Ola / driver has charged for 700 kms which is wrong. Your receipt is showing 700 kms, wherever the actual distance travelled was somewhere around 500-525 km.

From kanpur, we went to saurikh which is around 135 km, from where we went...

The driver of my ola cab dislodged me from the ola cab on the pertext o[censored]pdating kyc details. There was no such information on ola app and the driver not only refused to cooperate but told me to get out of the car. I have purchased ola pass for travelling hassle free but could not avail the service due to the the driver despite having payed for the service....

I took a cab from ola under lease few days back. Suddenly two days back my cabs gps device has failed to work. I oaid the rental for the next day but there is no business on that day. I asked the executive to put the reversal but he didnt put the reversal. I paid rs 2234 from my bank on 20.2.2019. This payment was towards ola post paid. I have sent ola my bank statement as well but ola has refused to accept the payment made and are still claiming that money is unpaid.

For last 2 months i have been trying to make this payment via ola app but it shows payment failed every time.

I booked a ride from lb nagar to bheeraguda in hyderabad which is around 50km and the ride estimate was shown as around 900 rupees (Which already included peak time pricing). At the time of booking i had 636 rupees in my wallet so i added 400 more so i thought i need not pay anything more in case. I had no cash with me at that time.

We booked a cab yesterday from moti nagar to raj nagar 2 palam new delhi at around 4.10pm which is normally a fare of ₹200-220 but we were overcharged by the cab driver 100₹ extra ad this is not just the first time it has been 3-4 times that we were charged for the cancellation of the cab in which cases we never cancelled the bookings in all the cases the bookings were cancelled by the drivers himself and in one instance a cab driver...

I would like raise an complaint regarding my travel by ola on feb 18. I was booked the cab by cash payment method.. Later i was adding the ola money in the wallet first time inside the cab. I got a message that the ola money added by me will be used from next ride on. I paid the cash 360 to driver and to my surprise the same is deducted from my wallet too. Please help me out to get back my cash in the wallet.. I have attached...
