Address: NEAR PVR kalpuraksha appartment challaghatta Banga, 560017

I hv taken a ride on 27 feb from challaghatta to yeshwantpur railway station. When i started the ride the fare showing was 287/-. Once i reached the dest, i changed the drop location to challaghatta to return back n this was advised by cab driver. I told him that i vl add a stop but he insisted on to change the drop location. Still the fare was showing 367/- fine. Once i reached drop location it shows 888/-. As per karnataka transport department regulations a class d taxi can maximum charge u 22/km irrespective of peak time or low demand time. Now i have written eight mails but they r not giving me rufund

    I had complained about my issue last year in July 2018. Following up the same till now but no resolution has been given. Mail which I sent has been Attached

    I book the outstation cab on 1st July 2018 to Ludhiana as I had to visit the doctor there.

    We boarded the cab on 5:45 am. Issues started after sitting in the cab.

    1) Cab was so dirty from inside and outside and was stinking.

    2) Driver was stinking badly, it was difficult to even sit in the cab but as we had an appointment with the doctor and were getting late we decided to continue. We gave him deodrant and asked him to freshen up on the way. But that didnt help.

    3) Speed of cab was fixed to 80km/hr.So thanks to that, we missed the appointment and had to wait an hour for our turn.

    4) Music system was not working .

    5) Driver stopped for CNG refill and we had to wait for 30minutes for the same.

    6) Road tax was not paid by thr driver and we had to wait for almost 45minutes as driver stopped in between to coordinate with his guy. And also, he took the long and different route to avoid the police .

    7) Driver was not following the GPS and infact took 2 wrong turns and wasted an hour and around 3-4 km.

    8)When we were coming back from Ludhiana, CNG was exhausted and driver took wrong ways and wrong routes just to search for the CNG. He wasted our 2hours and almost 10kms just to search for the CNG.

    After all this, I wrote a mail mentioning everything and asked for the cab change, I received the call and was told to press the sos button on ola app and was told that will receive the call immediately from the customer care.Which I did, but no action was taken and got the call from ola after 3hours of pressing the emergency button. They said that they are from emergency dept. and cannot take any action, and was told that to wait for the call from Customer service. So, we waited almost for 2 hours for the call which never happened, we were left with no option so we started back from there and recevied the call when we were about to reach home. And I told the executive that we cannot talk so will call after we reach.But I never received the call back.

    So, When we reached back, to my dismay we were charged rs.8821 for the trip where in initially it was shown as rs.6921 (aprox.)

    Please explain, why we have been charged extra for time and distance when it was all fault of driver.And why 2nights has been charged for driver and why insurance premium of rs.15 was added in my bill when I never requested for the same.

    This is the standard of OLA??? This is seriously not acceptable from the brnd like yours.

      I have travelled to outstation trip through ola, while booking it showed me 1784 as the one way / only drop facilities was not available for the location i bound to select round trip. For that also i was agreed but when i complete the trip the total amount shown me around 2677. The driver asked for total amount even if i told me. After that i contacted the customer care of ola, they said the y took the complaint and their representative will revert back to my mail id working 48 hours but today is 6 the day and no one bother to revert. Even i have dropped the mail to ola support but no response was received till date.

          I took an ola outstation ride on 15 feb 2019, crn [protected], the amount which i paid was rs 3416. But the driver took the longer route and because of that i had to pay rs 550 extra to the driver. When contacted ola support on 3rd march 2019, they rejected the request claiming that i had to raise the complaint within 72 hours. There is no where mentioned in the support page that i have to raise complaint within that timeline.

            I booked ola through my ola app. The driver said that he has reached the destination but was nowhere around i tried asking where he is he kept on repeting that i am at your location and refused to share any details of where he is and cancelled the ride. This has happened with me second time in a row and i have been charged twice for no reason. This is highly unprofessional and unethical service. I will never use ola now. You all are a rip off.

              I booked a cab from my college to home.. The driver was 15 mins away from my college and when he reached i contacted him 5 to 7 times he did not responded and when i contacted him from different number then he finally picked up the call and made an excuse of network issue... And it doesnt ends here he asked me the fare and refused to accept the ride because fare was low (It was not). Its not the first time something like this happened but this happens most of the times.. Drivers are concerned about their money only..!!! His behaviour was too rude he cancelled the ride after reaching the location...!!

                I wish to bring to your kind notice the following:

                I had a very very bad experience once again with ola this morning.

                I booked an Ola this morning from Peeambur loco to Chennai Central station, details of which are reproduced verbatim for all to know.

                Dear Sir,

                I talked to Mr Gautam of your organisation immediately after I came to know of cheating by the driver.

                Then I talked to Mr Nirmal in this regard.

                I am completely dissatisfied with the response. It was mentioned to me that the driver has cancelled the trip.

                Then I was told that the trip was over in 2 minutes i.e. the driver has pressed the 'finish' button' to close the trip to Chennai Central station from Peeambur loco in fraction of a second. I have been billed Rs 55 for one second trip.

                Can it be possible to finish the distance in 1 second. This conclusively proves that Ola Chennai is in collaboration with Chennai auto drivers to cheat the public.

                And Mr Gautam was BLUFFING me that I might have kept the cell in the bag and could not notice the cancellation message.

                Anyway I have been cheated by both Ola and the driver.

                The whole problem became acute because of CASH option.

                I demand that Ola not only punishes the driver Mr Arasu Meeran, whose numbers are [protected] and [protected]
                but also compensate me RS 190 given to the driver such that this sort of CHEATING comes to an end once for all.

                  My account is hacked and someone booked two rides; one in vijayawada and other in hyderabad within a span of 12 hrs. Since my payment mode is postpaid, the amount for both rides got deducted. I have raised a complaint about both the transactions and got the reply as changing your password will resolve the issues but no refunds.

                  I need a refund for the last two transactions and if possible delete my account permanently.

                    I, the customer of ola from bhubaneswar (Odisha) wants to state that i called a cab to the sapphire residency, prasanti vihar (Bbs). He told me that he arrived but i can't see him. Then i started moving forward in search of him. But i can't get him. He came to a wrong location due to which i've to suffer. Then i called him near a shiv temple. I don't know why and where he came. Due to wrong location which he came. I've to suffer a lot. I've to cancel the ride and i've to pay rs. 40 as a cancellation fee. I was having exam today and i have to book auto due to lack of support from ola.
                    Pls see my complaint and refund my money (Rs. 40).

                        I booked a cab from bangalore airport to bannerghatta road. Cab driver went to tumkur road, nayandahalli and then to bannerghatta road via nice road instead of taking the hebbal route. It resulted in increase of distance to almost 25 kms and took 30 mins more than usual time.

                        Cab driver made me to pay toll amount also in the nice toll gate. It’s waste of my money as all as my time.

                          I am writing below an incident of ola cabs which is an act of deficiency in customer service, overcharging fare and rude driver. The case was informed to ola help desk whose reply was grossly insufficient and customer service executive mr. Dexter cited his helplessness due to company policies. Subsequently i told him to respond in writing and escalate the case to his manager for further discussion he replied that he cannot do that and he is the last level of escalation. I was asking him to make partial refund of fare charged to me for deficiency in service which was straightaway rejected. These kind of response by such large e commerce based companies actually results in more arrogant partners, profiteering by company and suffering customers. Infact at the end i was feeling cheated by the company. It looks like that these kind of acts are frequently followed by company where there is no customer care to connect at the will of customer and ultimately he had to suffer.
                          The whole incident is narrated below:
                          I booked ola rental can on 5th march 2019 which implies ac cab was ordered. I was allotted cab with following details:

                          Car: white swift dzire
                          Driver name: radhe shyam yadav
                          Car no: rj 14 td 4347
                          Crn no. [protected]

                          I started with the trip and told driver to start ac since co-passenger was having allergy to dust. The driver informed me that vehicle ac was not working. We insisted the driver to switch on the ac and noted the same. When someone books ola cab it's implied that customer booked ac cab, ola charged me for ac cab as hire charges which is incorporated in fare by default.in my case when i told this to driver, he behaved very rudely, infact, asked us to leave the cab on the way.
                          I could not connect to ola customer care due to their business model where customer can't connect at his will. Driver was too rude to speak and he threatened me to stop the trip in between. Its an unacceptable standards of service by ola as well as driver. On raising complaint i got call from customer care and they simply resolved the case by telling me that they have warned the driver. Here i paid full amount to ola for deficient services. On asking the customer care to repay suitable partial amount, it was refused by stating company polices. This simply gives the sense that company promotes its partners to do this frequently to reduce its cab service cost. But ultimately customer feels cheated. I need suitable tangible action from ola in form of refund of suitable amount for deficiency in services.

                            I took ola ride on 7th feb and during that ride i paid 1000 rs for filling disel. After completing the ride i paid the full amount without deducting 1000 which i paid for the diesel. After releasing the next day i called the driver and he said he will deposit. I waited for few days but later he started ignoring my call.

                            I lodged a complaint to ola on 11th feb (Ticket[protected]. After many followup they replied to my mail after 3 week. Now they are saying that they are unable to validate the issue.

                            Please help.

                              I raised this issue to ola and ticket[protected] was opened by them. I made the payment, it was successful, i shared the same with ola personnel who called me (She generated the payment link for me and payment was made on the same). Payment was done via credit card, card was charged, monthly statement was generated for the card with this transaction, i paid the card payment as well and now ola is saying payment was failed. I provided them all the details and screenshots of messages and transaction, still getting the irritating calls from them for legal action. And my account is locked since few months now. I want to complaint against them on every forum now to stop them harassing people from such # things.

                                I had applied for a car on a leasing basis in ola office located in pimple saudagar, pune to their sales executive shubham sooryavanshi. After reapetedly asking them that have they provided me all the proper information and after them assuring me that they have i paid them 15000 rupees for booking datsun go car on a leasing basis. But during our training they told me that mi phones and as well as oppo, vivo and apple phones won't work with the ola app. Now i have a mi phone and i can't afford a new mobile which will be compatible with the ola app. Since this information was withheld from me i am demanding the full refund as they had promised but no cognizance has been taken from their part. Please help me with this problem.
                                Without any intimation, my account was deactivated. No reason was given for deactivation. My wallet money 837 was not returned. In spite of many emails OLA and ZIPCASH not returning my wallet money.

                                  On 5th march 2019 i booked a ola from amet university chennai to koyambedu. When i booked the ola the price was around 567/- but when i finished the raid the money got doubled to 1067/-. Unfortunately i had to pay money because the bus was waiting for me. Please help me out by giving a reason why the money got doubled!? Is this a scam!? I'm ready to provide every information about ride and ola cab driver.

                                    On 4th march 2019 we booked a cab in hyderabad. It was showing 14mins for the cab driver to arrive. Then it showed 30 mins for the cab to arrive. It was almost an hr and half still showing the same. Neither the driver pics up the call nor he cancels the ride. At the we have to cancel the ride and pay the cancellation charges due to your irresponsible behaviour. Very irresponsible services and driver. Crn [protected]. The cab driver name is md abbas ali, car no ts10ua 7399. Let me tell you this is not the first time. We are expecting that ola will take a serious action on this.

                                      I had booked a rental cab for my work, but as soon as i started the trip i came to know that my destination was outside city limits and the driver denied the service and asked to end the trip. I have ended the trip after 5 mins but i was charged full fare rs. 1844 (Bill no. Crn[protected]). I request ola to charge only cancellation fee and refund rest of the money asap.

                                        Ola money has stalled my money rs 800/- and is refusing to let me transfer without completing kyc. I do not understand why i need to share my pan and license number /passport details for completing kyc formalities.
                                        I want to close ola money use as i do not wish to share this information. Ola is not letting me do so.
                                        Ola is purposely extracting vital information in the name of kyc
