I have never asked for ola postpaid money and rs1000 was added, i just had to pay 490 and late fee was applied without any notification and without any guidance of payment processing method.
I didn't pay because it was asking for kyc my personal details like pan card aadhar card. This is completely misleading and fraudelent.
1. Without my permission rs1000 was added and i agree i used it and even paid.
2. And without any notification i was being charged for late fee this is looting.
Dear sir

on fifth march 15.58 i have charged mu ola wallet for rs.599.
The amount reflected in ola wallet. But suddenly disappeared.

On enquiry with sbi bank officials they said it has been debited into ola account with reference no.Igafoezd15.

Kindly sort out the issue.

    I have booked Ola Auto CRN[protected] P RAMU (‭+[protected]‬).When I called the driver, he told us to cancel the ride with Ola and ask us to come directly charging extra amount for the destination. I ignored and told him I will not cancel the ride, ‭will only pay the amount charged by Ola and don’t want to pay you extra. He disconnected the call and cancelled the ride..
    This is how they are behaving. Please take action.

      My grandmother (Account holder) has received an sms stating that she has used ola postpaid and has a pending amount of 930 rupees and i[censored]npaid legal action will be taken. I had called the customer care twice on her behalf. I was told first time that it would be waived off we had confirmed that all the drivers had taken cash as well as ola money which my grandmother did not know. She has not even updated her card details hence never was aware of ola money or ola postpaid. She is someone who pays by cash always and always pays more than the fare as she is generous. She is 70 years old and is a regular user of ola cabs. The duration claimed by the team is exactly when my grandfather (Passed away) was in icu and post his death. I can even send the death certificate.
      Instead of investigating the riders you cannot blame the customer who got cheated cause of her age. Poor lady has been harrassed and asked to repay.
      We are open to taking legal action against all the drivers of ola who cheated her as ola customer care and their heads say that they don't have the technology to automatically or manually waive off the amount. And promised to not disturb us asking for cash.
      Yet we still got the messages.
      This is cheating and pure harassment done to a 70 year old in name of postpaid pre paid that too to a customer who hasn't even added her card details.
      Please rectify this or we are okay to sue ola if they delay and harass us further

        I am manjeet singh became a victim ofva fraud transaction happened yesterday in my savings account of punjab national bank. I received a call from a person woth mobile number - asking to complete kyc on my account to keep the account active otherwise it will be deactivated for same reason. He asked me some details of my card and also sent a 6 digit otp on my registered mobiles number soon, after i dictate the otp to the persin i received a mesaage saying my account is debited for rs 9999/-. Immediately, i called the customer care to block my card. After investigating the transaction i came to know that it took place at olacabs.com.
        I already lodged a fir for this fraud but i urge thw consumer complaints to help me in investigating the same and guide me forbthe further actions. I am not surr on how to reach the merchant ola cabs to kmow. More about this issue. Please suggest.

          ola auto driver rash and unsafe driving

          This ola auto which i hired from sheikpet, hyderabad, had driver who was continuously watching movie over phone, while driving.
          Almost missed getting hit by a school bus.
          Ignored our warning.
          Was disrespectful.
          We got down midway.

          Gave complaint over whatsapp to hyderabad city police. But they said they could not...

          I landed at delhi airport on 23.01.2019 at around 12:30 am. 3 times i booked ola cabs but all were cancelled by the driver itself. The fourth cab driver refused to come for pick up and also was also not willing to cancel the booking (May be due to apprehension of loosing points). Then as a last resort i called customer care and the customer care representative himself booked the cab and told me that the fare would be rs.720/. When i reached the destination an amount of rs.1401 was deducted from my ola wallet. Records may be checked to corroborate these all averments tendered herein. Matter requires to be addressed as exorbitant fare deducted from ola money wallet

            On saturday, 9th march 2019 at 6.10pm, i had booked an ola cab and was alloted micro white xcent with driver mr. Singh anjani kumar ramshanker. On the cab's arrival at my pick-up point, i got into the cab and the driver asked me for the otp. After punching the otp, he realised that i was going from bandra to colaba and immediately cancelled the ride and very rudely told me he could not take me as he was running out of gas. Did he realise that he was 'out of gas' after he knew my destination, as he did not want to go that side? To my surprise, i got billed rs.101 for this non-travel trip, and inspite of writing thrice through the support section of the app, there has neither been a reply nor has a refund been given to me. Instead of penalising the driver for cancelling the trip, it looks like ola prefers penalising customers. I would request that immediate action be taken on this complaint.

              I had took this ride on 10 jan 19, my estimated fare shown on the app was rs. 493/-. But when ride completed generated bill was rs. 1790/- which is much more than the estimated price because ola charged for 117 km while the travel is of 24 km from igi airport delhi to pitampura delhi.

              Driver also had told that this much amount is not correct and is very much higher than regular fare. He told us to contact ola support.

                I had recently booked a oia rental for 8 hours from location for official use as we have a corporate account.
                The driver came and i gave him the otp to start the ride. The driver became nagging about getting in, it was a rental and i had started the trip. He became restless and started abusing me in malayalam and he left the place without informing.

                  Hi, we are corporate customers of ola and strongly object the robbery that ola is doing with us. Total fare shown was rs.350 approx while u have charged me rs.887. This is insane we will drag u to consumer court.

                  Moreover i called thrice for complaining and was promised a callback from supervisor, u didn't have courtesy to call back also. We will drag u to consumer court for robbing customers like this. Worst company ola.

                    I booked an ola auto today and my drop point is chennai central station. Immediatly, after i boarded the auto, she (Driver uma) asked me the estimated fare to be paid and the drop pt. I said it’s 370 rupees and the drop pt is central station. She said, please cancel the ride in ola and then yu can pay me 400 rupees. I agreed to cancel ola ride, but i didnt understand whats the reason behind it (My biggest mistake). Then she started the trip and also mentioned that please switch on google maps as she is not aware of the route.

                    Then i guided her the route and fianlly we reached the destination. She asked me to pay 450 now, and said she has taken long route and the map was wrong.

                    I was shocked by her behaviour, as how could she get such a cheap reason to get money from me. She asked me to cancel, she suggested to use maps and finally demanded more money for this reason!!

                    She started such an heated argument and finally said pay 100 extra now..😒

                    Please take action on this driver, so that other passengers are not affected by such rude drivers..

                      The ride was booked on different charges and later much more money was charged.
                      Route was changed due to some construction work on the road. And this obstacle was not shown on map. Due to their technical problems my money charges are changed and i have to pay more sometimes nearly double my original bill. And this there so called possibilities are not shown highlighted as other features. And why don't they charge less anytime. Highly disappointed.

                        I booked a ride on 10th march... The driver reaching time was about 2 min even after 5 min he didn't reach when i called back he talked so harshly.. And told me that he will not come... Then why did he pick up the ride?? It is so irritating... To hear their filthy language when we are going out... Many drivers are doing like this... And i request to remove such kind of driver i have taken note of his auto no... Tn02p0400...

                          I hv taken a ride on 27 feb from challaghatta to yeshwantpur railway station. When i started the ride the fare showing was 287/-. Once i reached the dest, i changed the drop location to challaghatta to return back n this was advised by cab driver. I told him that i vl add a stop but he insisted on to change the drop location. Still the fare was showing 367/- fine. Once i reached drop location it shows 888/-. As per karnataka transport department regulations a class d taxi can maximum charge u 22/km irrespective of peak time or low demand time. Now i have written eight mails but they r not giving me rufund

                            I had complained about my issue last year in July 2018. Following up the same till now but no resolution has been given. Mail which I sent has been Attached

                            I book the outstation cab on 1st July 2018 to Ludhiana as I had to visit the doctor there.

                            We boarded the cab on 5:45 am. Issues started after sitting in the cab.

                            1) Cab was so dirty from inside and outside and was stinking.

                            2) Driver was stinking badly, it was difficult to even sit in the cab but as we had an appointment with the doctor and were getting late we decided to continue. We gave him deodrant and asked him to freshen up on the way. But that didnt help.

                            3) Speed of cab was fixed to 80km/hr.So thanks to that, we missed the appointment and had to wait an hour for our turn.

                            4) Music system was not working .

                            5) Driver stopped for CNG refill and we had to wait for 30minutes for the same.

                            6) Road tax was not paid by thr driver and we had to wait for almost 45minutes as driver stopped in between to coordinate with his guy. And also, he took the long and different route to avoid the police .

                            7) Driver was not following the GPS and infact took 2 wrong turns and wasted an hour and around 3-4 km.

                            8)When we were coming back from Ludhiana, CNG was exhausted and driver took wrong ways and wrong routes just to search for the CNG. He wasted our 2hours and almost 10kms just to search for the CNG.

                            After all this, I wrote a mail mentioning everything and asked for the cab change, I received the call and was told to press the sos button on ola app and was told that will receive the call immediately from the customer care.Which I did, but no action was taken and got the call from ola after 3hours of pressing the emergency button. They said that they are from emergency dept. and cannot take any action, and was told that to wait for the call from Customer service. So, we waited almost for 2 hours for the call which never happened, we were left with no option so we started back from there and recevied the call when we were about to reach home. And I told the executive that we cannot talk so will call after we reach.But I never received the call back.

                            So, When we reached back, to my dismay we were charged rs.8821 for the trip where in initially it was shown as rs.6921 (aprox.)

                            Please explain, why we have been charged extra for time and distance when it was all fault of driver.And why 2nights has been charged for driver and why insurance premium of rs.15 was added in my bill when I never requested for the same.

                            This is the standard of OLA??? This is seriously not acceptable from the brnd like yours.

                            Hope will get the revert this time.

                              I have travelled to outstation trip through ola, while booking it showed me 1784 as the one way / only drop facilities was not available for the location i bound to select round trip. For that also i was agreed but when i complete the trip the total amount shown me around 2677. The driver asked for total amount even if i told me. After that i contacted the customer care of ola, they said the y took the complaint and their representative will revert back to my mail id working 48 hours but today is 6 the day and no one bother to revert. Even i have dropped the mail to ola support but no response was received till date.

                                  I took an ola outstation ride on 15 feb 2019, crn [protected], the amount which i paid was rs 3416. But the driver took the longer route and because of that i had to pay rs 550 extra to the driver. When contacted ola support on 3rd march 2019, they rejected the request claiming that i had to raise the complaint within 72 hours. There is no where mentioned in the support page that i have to raise complaint within that timeline.

                                    I booked ola through my ola app. The driver said that he has reached the destination but was nowhere around i tried asking where he is he kept on repeting that i am at your location and refused to share any details of where he is and cancelled the ride. This has happened with me second time in a row and i have been charged twice for no reason. This is highly unprofessional and unethical service. I will never use ola now. You all are a rip off.

                                      I booked a cab from my college to home.. The driver was 15 mins away from my college and when he reached i contacted him 5 to 7 times he did not responded and when i contacted him from different number then he finally picked up the call and made an excuse of network issue... And it doesnt ends here he asked me the fare and refused to accept the ride because fare was low (It was not). Its not the first time something like this happened but this happens most of the times.. Drivers are concerned about their money only..!!! His behaviour was too rude he cancelled the ride after reaching the location...!!
