    Dear sir,


    Today morning i boarded ola cab from sector 105 noida, where agreement was made to pay money using ola app, while on the way the driver told me that he will not accept ola money and started arguing with me, to put him at ease i called up ola service center and i also agreed with the driver that i will make peace with him and pay him cash
    But he became so furious that he stopped his car and started abusing me and when i move out of cab to make myself safe, he stared chasing me continuously abusing me and started hitting me he threw my laptop bag my water bottle and damaged by fitness band, later on he started chaing me and started threatening me saying i will come to sector 105 and kill you and was continuously abusing me
    I had to latterly run away from the location for my safety, to take immediate help i ran to the nearest police station (Jsd chowk close to jp township) but sadly the police station was closed
    I have raised complaint with ola and they have asked to make a legel police complaint
    Request you to please take necessary action it is a safety issue for general public, especially people like me who and from different city

      I was charged rs 752 by ola cab for a distance of 14 km from chennai international airport to madambakkam, tambaram for which it took just 28 minutes. Normal charge comes not more than rs 200.
      This is totally unfair.
      When i questioned ola cabs support, a lady says it was because i did'nt mention drop place while booking so peak charges were added and that nothing can be done.
      This is ridiculous.
      It is like charging rs 5000 for a jack fruit, is it not.
      Unbelievable and shocking.
      Kindly do the needful to stop this kind of a cheating by ola cab company. I feel pity for the general public. I feel completely cheated for no fault of mine.

      Amount deducted from Bank and shown some error in the screen. I did not get the money back in OLA or Bank. No clue where the money went.

      Raised a ticket by sending an email to [protected]@olacabs.com but response. Shame on you ola for the kind of support system you have.

        I have taken ola rental from pune station to mira road dated 10th march 2019 at amount rs 2100 but ola charged me rs 3999 but i have complaint in ola customer support they provided customers reference no[protected] dated 11th march 2019. I their customer care representative agreed fare wrongly charged will be refund i 24hours, their after i following continously on wednesday, friday and today but every time they replied and given the fake 100% assurance for resolving the complaint a d refund this amount with in 24hours
        During my ride from Indore railway station to Pithampur driver charged me 45/- toll taxes while it was already charged in bill...
        Requesting you please revert my 45/- immediately and give them training...

          This is absolutely frustrating, i was purchasing the 199 ola pass for the trip! The process drastically failed but my money got deducted. What the heck? I'm hoping you guys will solve my problem else i'm picking an uber next time.
          I either want the coupon to be validated in my account or a refund.

            # drivers still exist in day to day life nd doesn't know the seriousness of the customers for the travel nd cancelling the booking without intimating us.. So irritated felloews so i need compensation for wasting my time nd being the console person so i need clarification from ola cabs as well as strict action has to be taken on those drivers the most important compensation

              Hi Team,

              Accident location : HDFC Bank, Financial District, Hyderabad
              Accident time : 10:50 am, 15 March 2019
              Loss : ~1 liter petrol and my rear number plate was detached.

              The driver hit the bike (We fell down) and simply said "Register a Police complaint".

              Frankly speaking I was not expecting any money or anything from him, except an apology. But the driver was so rude that I felt ashamed of initiaing the talk.

              I did not collect any pictures to proove the accident as I am never into any such incidents.

              I know these complaints would do nothing still bringing this to your notice as I have had great experience with OLA.

                I cleared dues of rs.972/- through net banking. Said amount has been deducted from my account. But it is not reflecting in my ola account. I cleared dues on due date itself. Pls resolve my issue since i would be charge penalty charges from 18.3.19. Every day i m sending email but not getting satisfactory action by ola executives. Really pathetic service

                  On 13 march 2019 we residents of dhanori lohegaon pune booked an outstation ride for lonavala. Our driver was manoj ronge. We have complaint about him. Though the driver was unaware of the spots nearby lonavala he accepted our ride request. Our whole day got wasted because of him. We paid 2400 rs for it and that was total waste of money. Please do tell your drivers to select only those outstation rides which are well known to them.

                    I krishna survi booked Ola Auto today at 3.28pm from Banjarahills road no 2 to Bhagyalakshmi colony Manikonda, I was allotted the auto bearing number TS 11UA 7374, Driver Name Mr.Ramavath Darsu, his number is +91 [protected]. During my ride i kept my phone for charging in the auto, driver was very much aware of this, after reaching my destiny i forgot take it back and immediately driver left, after realizing the lost we tried contacting the concern driver repeatedly he dint answer our calls neither came back to us. we have informed the same to the customer care, also bringing it to your notice, sent the ride invoice to [protected]@olacabs.com. we want you to intervene and respond ASAP as we have our personal and valuable data in that phone, being a privileged customer we expect a prompt and positive response from your end, these kind of events and drivers are not at all good for company reputation, we haven't come to this conclusion without trying from our end, he disconnected calls as we tried to reach him from different numbers.

                          I was surprised and shocked to see my crn [protected] Rs 886 for ride ola mini from Guru Gobind Singh Sports College, Lucknow to Char bagh railway station Lucknow before i used to pay rs 2000 - 250 for same ride. this is cheating by ola to regular customer and i will never travel in ola and also i will suggest others not to travel in ola.. Ola cab has charged 886 rs charges its too high i want to get back into my account i also used ola take 40 coupon but no use . instead ola take 886 rs which totally wrong charges and driver was miss behaving even i dont want miss my train so payed but now
                          I request please give attention on my complaint and solve this issue. thanking you

                            I attached with ola on 8th march'19 as operator on lease basis & taken charge of vehicle around 5:45 pm. Dxc device was not working & on 9th when we reached shop no.19 leisure valley park office for high security number plate it was not available & when we reached sector 18 ola office no one has the answer for the same. I had conversation with priyanka she told me that you people can go home and come again on monday as 9th was second saturday so the kataria chowk, gurgaon office was closed. If any lease charges got charged she will reverse them back. When on monday i reached to the kataria chowk office for dxc and back seat device then we got to know that in cab there is no speakers as well. And on monday around 5:30pm our cab get ready for ride. And ola had charged 2 days lease wrongly and when i tried to reach priyanka over the call no one picked up the call resulting in to i paid rs. 2050 for 2 days lease unnecessarily& for the same i asked d s bhadauriya (Ola lease supervisor) for the same. He said he will check & now he is also not picking up the call. Please help us on this our fino id is "3454zmn". Kindly help us on this as soon as possible. Thanks in advance
                            Parking fees of rs.71 charged extra by ola driver on 10th March 2019..

                              I am referring to the email i wrote to ola corporate support team..
                              Im a sole propritor snd i need to divert all my rides taken to my company gst no.

                              I use ola left tight snd center without much cancellations and that too mostly cash transaction..
                              In this scenario, i used ola rentals twice in last month and i had requested them to send invoice to my name as office invoice as its a huge amt and i would like to avail.,
                              1, there is clear system or support team to adddress corporate queries in ola
                              2, thr was only one response email and after that no reply nor there was a call made
                              3. Why cant they call up the customer to check what it is..
                              4. If thr is no facility in ola for sole propritorship, they should be able to commmunicate clearly which they never cared for it.. Or ola is not equipped to serve startup like us.. Its a shame and loot..
                              Even the above is true, true customer should be explained well and cared for.. Ola, u failed to impress me here..

                              What is the way out to include gst in all my future invoices?

                                Ticket[protected]. I have raised this ticket on 4 feb 2019, ola is accusing me of not having paid a bill, while i had already paid the driver on the spot after the ride ended, the ride was on 23 december 2018, sunday, crn[protected], bill was rs.1085, and i had paid the driver in cash. Now they are saying i need to pay it again. Why? Why don;t they contact the driver and ask him the facts? I have sent 4 reminders to ola support email id [protected]@olacabs.com but have got no revert whatsoever.

                                I just keep getting threatening messages from ola regarding legal action. Can someone send me the escalation matrix? Is that how you treat your customers by threatening them?

                                  One day back i have booked an ride in ola. I have attached screenshot of it. Continusly 5 drivers were cancelling the trip after the wait time over. Wait time was about 11mins, 24 mins, 8mins etc.. So almost from 6:00 to 7:00 i was waiting there. Finally called the customer care he was not very helpful ended up wasting few more mins. And the point is the driver was keep on calling me to cancel the trip and he was called about 5times and very rude, it was ended up in blocking his number.

                                  The main reason for drivers to cancel my ride was ola money.

                                  If that is the case why the ola money has been introduced and why dint you guys educate your drivers about it.

                                  Today morning i tried to load the ola money again and ended up in failure transaction but the amount was deducted from my bank account which is totally rediculas

                                  Then my online transaction is not enable

                                  Can u tell me the reason fr it

                                  I want to esclate to the higher level until i get my answers for the above questions

                                  I had booked a cab on 9/03/2019 for ride later today morning at 9 20 AM.
                                  As soon as I received message about my cab on way, the driver cancelled the same. No fresh booking was available. Hence I had to book private cab at RS 600 extra. Ola should make up my loss.

                                    I have cleared all my trip amounts as soon as i reach the destination to the
                                    Ola drivers. I have no idea why is this ola postpaid troubling me. I have not asked for any postpaid payments. I am getting messages to clear my dues. Please clear these dues as i have none of it pending. And deactivate ola postpaid for the respective number - ([protected]).
                                    I booked ola in Bhopal railway station for awadhpuri approximate distance is 10 Km at time booking they did not said anything so I was expecting max 150 Rs but they have charges 466 rs my mobile no [protected]

                                      Behaviour of ola driver mr varunendra singh was worst... And he also argued very badly... This is the first time when i'm really disappointed with the driver's behaviour... He used very wrong words to us... He is so arrogant... We really don't like the way as he talking with us... I never want to face such type of drivers from ola whose behaviour like that... I have a miss behaving issue with ola driver varunendra singh... Please take any action against him...
                                      I am getting a lot of phone calls from ola and they are playing a pre record message again and again for some due amount.No one is calling me personally to tell me the amount. The message which I am getting are also not justified. Now they are calling me on odd times like 3.33am.

                                        Due to the cancelation of the ola auto from the driver side i couldn't catch up my train and my entire journey plan was blocked. There are mainly two issues 1. If the auto drive can't come he should have told this otherwise will look according he make to wait for 15min
                                        2. I want to know why he cancel my ride last time when i cancel my ride they had charged me for that like that i want to know whether he is also charged or not

                                        I had travelled to Yeswanthpur by OLA auto and paid cash as usual to the driver, only to later find out that my Ola postpaid has been default debited for the ride fare.
                                        Ola customer support is not taking any action to find out what went wrong.
