On 17th sep 2022 I booked ola cab from element mall to Sahakarnagar (Bangalore) I made ola payment through gpay of amount 268.1 INR ola payment was successful, however on reaching the destination ola driver insisted me to pay in cash saying he did not received any payment from on checking ola app, ola had not initiated any payment to the driver. After an unsuccessful wait and struggle to connect to ola on customer care numbers, I ended up paying ola driver on his gpay account, I was assured by driver that i will receive a refund within 7working days .
I have not yet received any refund of my double payment.

Request you to please resolve this issue.

    Hello sir/mam, today i booked ola rickshaw from jagruti book centre to gogate memorial clinic, With CRN[protected], i didn't recognise the face but another driver came, when I told the OTP he said that Don't tell the OTP I will cancel the ride from my end and will drop you with the same price at your destination.And he said give your phone for the location i gave the phone .He was irritating me .Also I was at the location, at the location he called me i didn't receive the call as I was in the same auto.he didn't enter the OTP.i request that you charge a fine for him.Also by doing this u charge the user as a ride cancellation fee.

      I took an outstation round trip ride from Delhi to Haridwar on 23.09.2022. The rise started in the morning at 6:30am and returned back at 11:42 pm. Issues faced:

      1. Even after a day the trip is being shown as on going and driver didn't end the trip.
      2. The driver didn't know anything about an outstation trip
      3. I paid total of Rs. 6133 for the trip to the driver but the trip is shown as not piad on the app
      4. I haven't received any invoice for the trip and I need the trip to get the invoice to get the trip reimbursed as it was work trip
      5. The driver was unproffessional even when we booked Prime Sedan only with the view to get a professional driver.

        I would like to file a complain on ola driver dileep kumara car no KA408965 CRN no [protected] I booked the cab to go to the airport.i tried paying online as it got denied driver said me to pay in cash I paid him in cash and 100 rs extra and thanked him for the service now he is denying that I paid him and the amount is reflecting on my account to pay online again .when I called him he's is saying please please ma'am .I have raised multiple tickets in ola but to no avail . Please help me

          I tried booking an OLA auto. The driver accepted the booking but did not move. I called the driver and he asked for twice the amount. When said no he asked to cancel and cut the call. Very unprofessional drivers in OLA

              This is regarding my grievance related to Ola money postpaid.

              I had taken a ride on 30 th July 2:32 PM CRN. [protected] and was charged Rs. 842 for the same. I have paid same by cash and same was deducted from my Ola money postpaid account as well. I had raised several service requests and the first one was SR.[protected] for refund at August . I have been following up diligently but I have been receiving no positive response on the same.

              Below are the support requests raised till now for this issue.

              Initially it was informed twice or thrice to me that the refund would take 10 business days. The refund has not been credited yet. Instead of giving false assurances, why the team is not providing any workaround like clearing of ola money postpaid dues till the issue is resolved. My CIBIL will get affected due to this.

              Meanwhile I have also requested to resolve the harrassment from the collection team about constant reminders of collection of postpaid dues. I am still getting those reminders and messages.

                I enabled postpaid to avoid paying extra cash everytime as drivers don't accept online payments and also refuse to give the balance change. This backfired when I booked a ride for my parents. The fare amount came out to be 283 and I had informed my parents that they need not pay as it'll be taken care of automatically. The driver demanded that the amount must be paid in cash. They ended up paying 300 because the driver didn't have any "change" on him. The interesting part is he also took the money from postpaid that was deducted automatically once the ride ended. I was getting a call every 30 minutes and the messages saying my CIBIL score will be affected. I dropped two mails to support and received no response. It was nightmarish with all these calls that I was getting in the middle of important work meetings. The driver cheated by not updating the payment method and got paid twice. Why should I bear the responsibility for this with such a faulty system that you've put in place. I've paid the deducted amount in Ola postpaid because I gave in to the pressure of 20-30 calls per day. I request Ola to look into this and refund the amount that I paid. I can share any details you may need. Please resolve this asap.

                  Today( 20 September 2022 ) i booked a cab through ola and i decided to pay through paytm wallet before the ride but i dont know what happened but the payment was not confirmed till that time, so i paid cash to the driver as he asked for it, later on i recieved message for the deduction of money through paytm wallet. Now i dont know what to do. I paid a sum of 1086 in total, 543 as cash and 543 through paytm wallet.

                    I traveled in ola auto on 5th September 2022 around 5:10 pm from avadi to nanganallur. I paid in cash to auto driver but its showing outstanding in ola app. And personally notification through ola money in whatup as well. Unable to reach customers care and driver too. Still problem is not resolved. One basic ideas is we can't end the driving without payment. Then why its showing outstanding. How to resolve

                      I have booked a cab on 11th of August from Kochi Infopark to Cochin Airport CRN [protected], I had paid all the fare amount with previously due cancellation charges which sums up to 602rs which I have paid using PhonePe (Transaction ID - T2208111224200794982656). At the end of the ride your app in Driver's phone shows to pay 129rs more which also I have paid using Google Pay (Transaction ID[protected] to you driver Antony CJ.

                      After all of this your app asks to pay 50rs cancellation charges again, and keeps on sending mails and sms everyday (Screenshot attached).

                      I have raised this issue multiple times with your customer representative (Ticket Number[protected],[protected] ad always get assurance that I will not get this mails and will receive 129rs refund in my account within 10 working days. Its been more than 40 days still I did not receive any refund also mails sms did not stop.

                      I want my whole ride amount (729rs) refund because of the humiliation and disrespect I have suffered because of the cancellation charges due SMS and Mails in front of other peoples.

                        I booked an ride on 31 July 2022, the fair was 146 at the time of booking but at the end of the ride it was 242. I raised an complaint multiple time then they processed the refund but still didn't get and customer number is not valid.

                            I have paid money Rs 126 for the ride on sep 13 th 2022 through UPI but also money deducted in ola postpaid and also faced same issue on sep 14th 2022 for Rs 94.
                            I have tried contacting support and also tried to raise a request but I'm unable to submit the request.

                              With great anguish and pain I'm writing seeking immediate cancelation of Ola cab license for the cab number given below.

                              As we landed at Vizag Airport, we booked Ola cab and the first driver accepted and later canceled the ride. We later again tried for another ride and this time the driver accepted the ride, came to us where we were standing and asked the address.He then asked us to walk with him till the cab which was parked at the end of the road about 200 meters away. As we were walking and reached halfway, the driver asked us what's showing up as fare amount to which we replied between 430 to 490 rupees. He immedialy stopped and said its 12 in the night and will not be able to take us for that amount and demanded another 200 extra. We then said he accepted the ride and will have to drop us for the price showing on the portal and that he cannot ask for 200 more. He said he cannot do business with what shows on the app and that if we don't agree, he will cancel the ride and ensure we don't get any other cab. We asked him how can he talk and behave like this to which he says since there is a woman n a kid, it's good that we accept else we will suffer in the night. He also said this how he will charge no matter what shows up on the portal andthat he won't change his rules for the sake of Ola. We stopped talking to him and went looking for another cab and as we were about to get in, he came to our driver and asked him not to take our ride and then he called about 20 drivers and said this is a union and we will see who will drop you. He kept saying I will see what Ola can do to me even if you raise a complaint and started abusing the woman. This is simply not acceptable especially when kids and woman are there and people like this person are dangerous too and with vizag attracting a lot of tourists, it will level quite a had remark on the city and people around. I urge you to please cancel his Ola license as the credibility of your organization also at stake.

                                I had booked a ride on july 29th friday which cost rs 672 . I paid my bill through cash directly to the ola driver V.Nagarajan . And now I'm getting whatsapp messages to pay rs 822 using postpaid . I had not choosen any postpaid option for my ride . And im getting irrelevant messages like " legal notice, clear your ola postpaid dues pending for more than 30 days to avoid further action please make the payment " . and I'm sharing the number from whom I'm getting the msgs below

                                  My payment transactions for Ola Postpaid kept failing at your end. I raised complaints over email trying to get this fixed. After 2 replies, you stopped replying altogether. Even after making payments, INR 48 continued being due and then INR 0.01

                                  I have tried CONTACTing you multiple times with no response from your CUSTOMER service. (Wrote to [protected]@olamoney) And then you complaint against me to crif bureau??!!! My crif score is all messed up because INR 0.01 shows due.

                                  I NEED YOU TO FIX THIS!!! I am not taking the fall for your ### response system. And I'm never using ola services again if this doesn't get fixed!!!

                                    Regarding ticket number [protected] I was assured that my cancelation fees will be waived off, as I had genuine reason to cancel the ride, and I will get a coupon of Rs. 50 which I have paid extra. But I never got the coupon. I was also assured that I will get an email at saha.[protected]@gmail.com which I never got. The ticket was closed.
                                    I raised another ticket no[protected] on the same issue but that too is closed falsely claiming that I have availed maximum waivers none of which I ever got.
                                    Please call or email me regarding this deficiency of service and refund me the promised amount via coupon at the earliest. My email is saha.[protected]@gmail.com and my mobile numbers are [protected] and [protected].

                                      Dear Sir
                                      I traveled from New Delhi Airport to Gurgaon Sec 23, on August 21, 2022 (OLA CRN No [protected]). I transferred the payment to the Paytm wallet in the Payment section of the OLA App but it didn't show the balance till the end of the journey and I thought the payment failed so I paid the driver of Rs 647/- on the driver's mobile number thru PhonePe. Later, an amount of Rs 647/- was deducted from the Paytm wallet also from OLA App.
                                      It means I ended up making the payment twice for the journey fare of Rs 647/-.
                                      (I enclose the receipt of payment made to the Driver directly.)
                                      I complained to OLA Customer service a number of times but every time they raise a service request and disabled it in the next 1 or 2 days. The matter didn't resolve so I made the complaint to this forum. Please resolve it by asking OLA company (ANI Technologies) to make a refund of Rs 647/- and also compensation for mental harassment for a long time.

                                        Being a frequent rider, I have raised 2 concerns with the support app & have not gotten any resolution on those yet.
                                        Its impossible to reach through your call center nos & raising complaints on app, hardly get resolved.

                                        Hope this time my concerns are addressed.

                                        Hence requesting you to revert on the status of the complaints

                                        1. CRN No- [protected]- This trip was cancelled by the driver as he charged me Rs 2000 than the estimated fare in Coimbatore . He’s extremely ill mannered & abusive . I want an action against him along with this refund as it’s not my fault.
                                        2. CRN No – [protected]- My estimated fare was 71 & the bill came to Rs 154 . This is not accepted as I had no pending bills.
