I want to be a ola bike rider. But after registration i didn't receive the login OTP. Again and again ola executive mail me that verify the email then you can use the ola partner app. Multiple times i contacted with oka customer care. But they respond just like mercy on me one single day. And after that day. They are not interacting with me. Kindly help. And their help number is also invalid. While calling i listened it.

    I was charged 3510 instead of 2359 shown as estimated fare. Firstly the distance between the pickup and drop is not 333 kms by any means. There were no deviations taken from the path. The estimated fare was INR 2359 and the end figure was INR 3510. Ride also concluded in 4 hrs hence no extra hourly charges would imply.

    Now coming to the calculation done by your team/software is illogical. Firstly 333kms distance can't be completed in 4 hours; that'd make the speed to be more than 80kms per hour. Which is already above the speed limit, secondly of course the vehicle won't even run at the same pace throughout considering the max limit is 80kms/hour.

      Hello, I booked a cab using Ola Cab services dated October 6th, 2022. The estimated fare being ₹405, I booked a Prime Sedan the same day. Upon the arrival of my destination, I came to know that I've been charged ₹366 extra, i.e. ₹771 as my total fare price. My Customer Reference Number (CRN) is [protected].

      Hence I'm filing a complaint under the subject "I have been charged higher than the estimated fare amount". Please find the evidences attached below this complaint (My name and the driver's name has been redacted for confidentiality purposes, which is necessary as the complainant will be publicly available to everyone and the company I'm filing this complaint against).

      The evidences shows the estimated fare price for the distance I travelled on the date above and the invoice of my fare price for the same distance. Since I've been victimized, I'd like the rest of my money (the extra fare I paid) refunded on an early basis.

            Dear Manager,
            I am a retired officer from the central government. I booked my OLA ride on 1-Oct-2022 at 4:34 PM from Sainik Colony, Sector-49, Faridabad to New Delhi railway station.
            The OLA taxi number visible to me on my mobile was HR55 AA 1915, Driver name: Azim Khan, White Etios.
            My Rs 657 was put on hold by OLA at 4:34 PM on 1-Oct-2022. The OLA app showed me that a taxi would reach me in 6 minutes.[i.e. by 4:40 PM.]
            The taxi reached my home in Sainik Colony, Sec-49, Faridabad, to pick me at 4:46 PM [i.e. 6 minutes delayed]. Moreover Taxi reached was different from the one I booked.
            The Taxi driver after reaching New Delhi railway station at 6:08 PM demanded Rs 701 as the fare. He showed on his mobile that this amount is to be paid in cash as this drive is a cash drive. I told him that it will be paid from my Paytm wallet. But he argued and insisted that I paid Rs. 701/- through UPI at 6:08 PM (Paytm gateway). Because I was not carrying that much cash. However, according to my booking, my ride was for Rs. 657, but the driver demanded Rs 701. And the driver told me that my booking was cancelled ('but I did not cancel") and your ride was assigned to him, that's why the ride-fare was changed.
            Hence, on 1-Oct-2022 at 6:08 PM, I made the payment of Rs. 701 to OLA using the scan code shown on the driver's mobile OLA application.
            On 1-Oct-2022 at 6:19 PM, the hold of Rs. 657 was released by OLA.But again, OLA charged Rs. 760/- online on 1-Oct-2022 at 6:19 PM.
            Hence, the payment was made twice to OLA, for the same ride (Concerned Documents are attached herewith)
            1st payment of Rs 701 at 6:08 PM and
            2nd payment of Rs 760 at 6:19 PM.
            Kindly issue me a refund for one payment.

              Ola cars opened ola.cars for selling used cars. I bought a used wagon r from Bangalore in Feb. Their agents took all the details and took the money and gave car within one week and told car will be under your name in 2 months as that much time it takes for RC name change. I said ok.

              They made a mistake by adding someone else's name to the RC. Now nobody from customer care is replying to my emails. Actually there is no-one working for ola.cars as I have read in news that they have shifted focus towards ola electric and have closed ola.cars. There is no customer care left in the company and no phone number. If they have to close at least solve all the problems of their existing customers. That's why OLA will never work. They are just switching from one thing to another.

              Now I have a car without my name on it. I cannot sell it nor can I use insurance if god-forbid I or my family members meet with an accident.

                My driver asked to pay Rs. 71 parking charges in cash while i boarded the cab. When i saw the fare breakup afterwards, it was already included in it. Please refund Rs. 71 at the earliest and take proper action against the driver.

                Hope, this issue will be resolved.

                  We 7 person booked outstation ride and driver accepted the ride.
                  We waited for 25 minutes and then driver cancelled the ride
                  If same done be customer he will be fined by cancellation fee
                  If it is done by driver ther is no refund to customer for waiting period
                  Need to take necessary resolution

                    I have taken a ride which was costing me between 310-325 everyday usually price. One day they charged me 417 for the same route ride when checked what happen the drived did not end the trip at my drop location he ended the trip after 5 kms away. when complaint was raised for they did not even respond properly . they looted my 92 rs. when spoken to supervisor only 54 was refunded. they try to loot in possible ways.

                    Supervisor rekha from call center unfit to handle customer service first develop listening skills. then sit in a responsible place to answer.

                      I have booked OLA CAB from my home to thaiyur which is 25 KM away.. the price is about 789 rs exactly when i booked the cab.. but after i reached the location i was charged about 1554rs which is double the time.. where there isn't a toll gate... and also it isnt a peak time.. how come the suied me 100% of the fare to be paid. i need a genuine explaination on this ride fair and this charge is highly not acceptable

                        I have travelled in 'Ola mini' cab (Tata Indica; Driver name: Prabhu B) from Nelamangala to Bangalore Cantonment Railway station on Aug 12, 2022.

                        I paid the driver the billed amount of Rs. 553 via PhonePe . I am attaching the payment screenshots herewith.
                        I wasn't aware that 'Ola Postpaid' was by default selected as the payment option (Although I have earlier many times requested Ola customer care to cancel my ola postpaid and I don't want to use that feature).

                        Now coming to the ride...
                        Ola kept sending me notifications in the 'Ola app' that I have an outstanding payment due for that ride.
                        Some 10 days ago, I got a call from Ola customer care regarding the payment due. I explained that I already paid the driver. So the customer care executive agreed to waive the payment due for this ride.

                        But after that, I started getting frequent messages in whatsapp from Ola that the payment is due since more than a month. So along with the late fee, they have charged Rs. 634 and compelling me to pay the amount. I don't understand how...!

                        On Sept 29th, they have sent a whatsapp message titled 'OlaMoney Postpaid Dispute Resolution'. It mentioned that, I have to fill a google form to understand my payment dispute. I filled the form with the necessary details and screenshots of my PhonePe payment details to driver and submitted it.

                        But from the next day onwards, every day I keep getting whatsapp messages from Ola as follows:

                        Our Executive is on the way and he will reach at your residential address with LEGAL Notice today anytime before 7 PM to avoid this kindly revert

                        This will impact on your CIBIL score

                        Strangely, everytime the message comes from a different number. And there is no reply for my request to speak directly with a customer care executive.

                        The numbers (and date in which the message was received in bracket) are:
                        [protected] (2 Oct), [protected] (2 Oct), [protected] (1 Oct), [protected] (30 Sept), [protected] (29 Sept)

                        Since yesterday, I am getting even stronger messages threatening about legal action!

                        I just don't understand what's going on! I think they are just sending out messages with chatbots, without proper response to customer's concern!

                        Moreover, one customer care executive telling the issue is resolved, but still ola sending me messages from different numbers everyday... This is strange!

                        This is simple disturbing me and wasting my time unnecessarily. Actually Once the customer paid the travel fee, its between the driver and Ola to settle the remaining things... Bothering the customer for this is definitely not acceptable.

                        Please do the needful to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                        Dear Ola User,

                        This is final notice
                        We have given you repeated reminders by telecommunication but you have failed and avoided RBI guidelines to paid the overdue amount of Ola Money Post paid.

                        This is the final reminder to you, make the overdue next 2 hours of this notice, In case of failure may be to make the said payment leads to further necessary action under IPC 138 and section IPC 420.

                        Suit for recovery in the competent court of law and in that event you will be fully for all costs, risks, responsibilities, expenses and consequences there of.

                        We are going from under taking legal discourse, which can cause substantial damage to your future financial prospects. Something we deem highly undesirable.

                        I have attached the screenshot herewith.

                        Please do the needful.

                          I used the ola cab service on 17th sept they charged a huge amt of 200 rs just for less than a kilometer. Thinking it was a mistake i approached their customer care multiple times, but no one helped, they only made fake promises that some will get back but no one did
                          Then i approached the CEO too Mr. aagrawal, but in vain. After giving them multiple chances now I am forced to raise a consumer dispute.

                          They have not found another way to scam, they do not address your concerns so that they can add late payment fees. so now i have a unnecessary late payment fees added because they did not address my concerns

                          I need them to first waive of that ride charges and compensation for wasting so much of time in following up and caring to resolve the dispute which has let to mental torture.

                          There is no resolution from them. I have been waiting for too long now. They are harassing by sending payments due SMS, WhatsApp, and recording calls.

                            On Feb 4th, I had taken an Ola auto from Bangalore Junction to my home, prior to the ride, The auto driver had said that his postpaid didn't work and we have to pay cash. since there was a mad rush, I obliged. upon reaching destination, as agreed prior - I paid Rs 170 in cash. After I stepped into my house - I realized that the fellow had made a electronic debit of my postpaid account as well.

                            Several complaints have been raised. There is simply no interest to sort out the issue
                            This issue is still pending.

                              I took the ride on Aug 2th 2022 and the payment method was Online. Driver said its showing as Cash at his end and hence I need to pay Cash. He also mentioned that this would be adjusted in the system in 12 hours which never happened. I lodged "n" number of complaints with OLA but they are NOT RESPONDING. My OLA account is locked and still showing the amount as due for that trip.
                              Ned your help to please take this up strictly since I have already made the payment to the Driver. Why does OLA not connecting with the Driver and check with him and clear the due from my OLA account?
                              Ride date is Aug 28th 2022 and not Aug 2nd.

                                I have already paid the amount of Rs. 235 in cash with respect to the trip dated 03.08.2022 at 10.15 am. But it still showed as pending in my ola app. As the option was repeatedly coming to pay the amount due through ola postpaid wallet, it was inadvertently selected the option of ola postpaid. And now the said amount is showing as paid by ola postpaid money. But rather, the amount was paid in cash to the driver.

                                Kindly rectify the same as i have already paid.

                                  Ola driver charged me the double amount than what was showing the estimated fare at the time of booking. When I initiated the complaint against the driver to the customer support, she agreed to support and told that Ola does not encourages the drivers doing such activities, but afterwards she mailed me the one sided resolution. You guys are just encouraging the drivers to perform such blunders. I am not at all satisfied with the resolution given by you. You should have taken me on a conference call with the driver for better resolution. When you had to listen to the driver only for resolution, then it's just wastage of time to avail ola services in the coming future. I will post this episode on the social media platform too.

                                  Thanks for contacting. I am very grateful to hear that Ola called me. But sorry to say that I am no more interested in talking to you guys. It's just wastage of time and energy. Pls go through all the communications. The intentions of you guys alongwith the drivers are self-explanatory.

                                  My flight was from Delhi to Ranchi. I booked the cab in Delhi too. The driver cancelled my ride and asked me to pay as per the booking amount shown in the Ola app. Since I was already delayed and left with no other option, I had to fulfill his wish. He assured me that I won't be charged a single penny for the cancellation. And he was very much correct. He cancelled my ride with the reason that his cab broke down and won't be able to continue his ride.

                                  This is all what Ola drivers do, and instead of stopping them from doing so, Ola is busy in encouraging such drivers.

                                  So, there is no need of talking to you and waste my time. Just close my escalation.

                                  You guys are just wasting my time as well as yours. Every time, I get the revert from a new email ID. If you can't make the refund, I will never use OLA services. All the drivers are cheaters and the company itself is encouraging them.

                                    I have paid the amounts as soon as I got down the ride every time. I had no idea about ola postpaid services and I didn't even know about it and even the driver didn't mention about the payment.
                                    How can ola set default ola post paid even without intimating us. Whenever we saw the payment we used to pay by cash to the driver or to his google pay phone pay account. I have not completed any ride without paying.

                                    But now I'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues along with some fine. Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.(either by cash or by phonepe google pay to drivers number)

                                    This looks like some kind of fraud is going on with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.

                                    I request ola to please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.
                                    I was a loyal customer to Ola for a long time. No longer I am interested in using your service. This way you are going to lose all customers for no reason.

                                    I have paid for all my rides. There are no dues. They don't reply to our messages also. Instead keep on sending repeated messages without asking our grievances. Very pathetic service.

                                    Kindly resolve the issue

                                    Please check my ola history, I have taken thousands of rides with ola and have paid thousands and thousands of rupees. 292 Rs is not a big amount. But why should I pay again?
                                    Look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue.
