I had booked a bike yesterday evening. The driver is very reckless and he is watching instagram reels while driving. He also did'nt provided me any helmet. What about the passengers safety?. Please take strict action on these issues.

    Payment Made in cash because of strike in the month February 2022, No cab drivers are willing to accept the Ola money payment so they have to pay in cash actual amount was Rs350 however the driver asked for Rs400 to drop off to the New Delhi railway station on 2 February 2022.Here is the CRN number
    CRN[protected]. After that I have spoken to Ola executives related to that and they said it will be taken care ASAP. However till date I am receiving the emails and calls that your payment is due and they threatened over the WhatsApp with their scripts which is I am going to share below.
    Just take care of these kind of consumer harassment I am fed up with these messages and calls please do something about it.

    We have given you repeated reminders by telecommunication but you have failed and avoided RBI guidelines to paid the overdue amount of Ola Money Post paid.

    Suit for recovery in the competent court of law and in that event you will be fully responsible for all costs, risks, responsibilities, expenses and consequences there of.

    We are going from under taking legal discourse, which can cause substantial damage to your future financial prospects. Something we deem highly undesirable.

      I had book an ola cab for my sister on Nov 08 2022 at 1.00 PM. Driver was rude throughout the trip and when my sister reached her destination then this guy argued about the place he is going to drop as my sister's drop location was just little away.
      he argued and then locked my sister in cab. then my sister called me and then i called driver to let her go and take this matter to ola. so he let her go but started abusing at road and try to physical harass my sister. then my sister threw the fare to him and ran away.
      after this driver called me and abused me for 10 mins.
      I raised this complaint as this is against women safety and what kind of criminal minded drivers they are hiring.
      I have rented the cab from ola and its their responsibility that women should feel safe and their drivers are not trying to abuse or harass the women. I am raising the complaint to understand why my complaint is not been taken seriously and also what kind of hiring OLA is doing that criminivcal activity is not a big deal.

        My service request no[protected]CRN[protected]) is pending for resolution.

        I had booked outstation ola for to and fro journey in the morning of Sunday 16th oct from chandigarh sec 44A to Baba balaknath temple, Garhkal, near kasauli.

        The estimated fare shown was approx Rs 1600.

        It started at 9:50 AM and was completed at around 3.10 pm at sector 7 panchkula and the total distance covered was 120 kms as confirmed by driver also.

        When the journey stopped, the total bill generated was for Rs 11111, 1059km, 320 min. I.e 200 hrs travelling per hour in wagon R. Rs 5099 was automatically deducted from my ola post paid and 6111 was shown as payable. I was stunned after seeing the invoice.

        The invoice shows covering 1059 kms in 320 min on hilly area. How the GPS system of the company calculated the distance is also beyond imagination.

        In top of it, I had to catch train and then this event happened.I tried Ola customer care no 50 times but it was not getting connected.

        The driver support of ola was also clueless when driver explained the whole scenario to them and had no resolution.

        After making numerous calls and writing complaints, I received a mail on 25th October 2022 that Rs. 3383 will be refunded in 10 business days. Now almost 15 days have elapsed but I have not received the amount. The customer care has no answer. I am attaching all the relevant mails and invoice.

          I booked an auto ride on 27th Oct 2022 with payment mode as cash. The trip cost was Rs.585/- and I paid Rs.600 as cash at the end of trip. Driver received it and went away. However, now the driver is denying cash received and marked it as due against me.

          I called the driver, he picked up the call once & when i asked about the trip/payment, he disconnected and never answers my calls until today. Atleast 50 calls made until today.

          Raised complaint multiple times with Ola since 29th Oct'22 and they keep closing the support tickets without proper investigation & resolution. It's extremely frustrating to see Ola support team blindly believes the driver statement, simply denies responsibility and asks me to repay again for the trip.

          I called Ola again 4 days ago but I was told to produce evidence for cash payment. I asked following questions to Ola but did not get any satisfactory response.
          1) I have not seen any Ola driver providing on-the-spot evidence/receipt/confirmation for cash paid. How is it feasible to produce a receipt for my payment? The auto driver fraud is not picking up my calls.
          2) how is Ola believing the driver and not the customer. The basis of Ola believing their driver partner is said to be based on their internal policy/procedure.
          3) if its a cash payment mode selected, will the driver go without collecting cash after dropping me.
          4) how did Ola allow immediate next booking for me and I made cash payment without any hassle.

          When i create this post this in Ola facebook page, they keep deleting the post! I keep raising the issue and the support team keeps closing it by simply asking me to repay the trip fare.

              CRN[protected].. I as travelled and understand convinience fees was chnaged for miniride, when i raiaed problems to customers they are not accepting and saying no convenience fees chagred and after some time they are disconnected call, third customer care helped to raise complaints for callback from senior and got call and i have shared the invoice which i received, finally she agreed yes convinience fees charged she want to check and update internally . After two days got mail from ola support fees chaged correctly and closed ticket also post that customer care not ready to take complaint again .No resolution received

                I booked a ride on Ola on 5 Novemeber 2022, 12:10 pm CRN: [protected]
                We were looking for an auto but only a cab was available. So we booked a mini cab. It was a wagon R. The fare was calculated to be about 140 rupees for the ride. We entered the car and soon realised that the driver was trying to take the longer route to the destination that was showing 10 minutes to reach initially. But he took more than 20 minutes to get us there. He was deliberately skipping the routes that the map was showing. He was not taking the routes that google maps was showing. He did not take two correct turns which were being shown on the map. We had to tell him exactly when to take a turn. Otherwise he was just going as he pleased. He kept saying that it was not showing on his map, but I could clearly see his phone and it was showing the correct route. He just kept missing the turns on purpose. He also hit a bike rider. I am glad that he was not badly hurt. His driving was unsafe. It was a very horrible experience. And we reached our destination in more that 20 minutes and the fare charged was 431 rupees. It was very disappointing experience. We tried to contact with the company and their customer service is just horrible. The customer care number was being shown invalid.

                Another major issue was that the fare was being shown only to the driver and not on our app. Why is that so? We did not receive and message on the app itself that could show how much we were being charged. This company is not safe and is very irresponsible I found out today. I would never recommend Ola to anyone. It was a very unsafe experience. The driver was driving unsafely and cab was very untidy. Please save other customers from this horrible company. They don't care about the customer at all. PLEASE help me get a refund for the extra money that was charged from me unfairly.

                      Driver entered wrong odometer reading in an outstation cab and thought we won't notice and made the bill of 365 km. But when looked at the meter it was only 230 km. I called customer service and they said that pay the full amount and rest will be refunded within 48 hrs. Its more than 5 days But nobody called from Ola, neither the amount was refunded. I tried calling several times but they always say that we will escalate the matter. And still no response. Even driver asked me to pay ₹1500 in advance for tolls and taxes and after the ride he asked me again to pay for the toll. I paid ₹7264 ( bill+ tolls) after the ride. He didn't even produced the bills. The driver should be fired from Ola

                          The driver i booked purposefully inflated my bill. He was on a call with someone else in the car talking about my ride and location and which routes to take purposefully. He took multiple wrong turns and went round in a circle twice at csm airport mumbai. My original bill was 486 and it came upto 764.

                            OLA CRN[protected]

                            Ride was on 30/07/2022. Driver wasn't accepting call and also not coming towards my pickup location, so I cancelled the ride. No cancellation fee was charged on that time.

                            Suddenly on 29/08/2022, i.e., 30th Day from the ride, OLA sent a mail that I have been charged cancellation fee!

                            When I tried to ask OLA to review the Cancellation Charges it is saying nothing can be done as the ride has already been more that 30 days!

                            So, how can Ola impose charges on 30th Day if they can't review it from next day! This is a clear fraud.

                            I have attached the screenshot of mail as proof. I firmly demand refund of cancellation fees else the issue will be escalated to District Consumer Court. Thanks.

                              On 21st aug i booked cab which the bill was coming around 400 rs.while reaching to destination it came 800 rs. I raised complain which was recognised on 9th sept. They told to share bank details which I shared. Still till now, I didnt get my refund. I called 20 times to customer care but they are not resolving my issue. Every time they are asking for crn number and ticket number which i provide but no response.
                              This is the case of customer care and i am fedup with this.

                                Prebooked the ride to airport for 14-Oct-22, 3AM. At the time of booking fare was showing as 745 inclusive of toll tax. When I completed the ride I saw I was charged 1226 (745 rs higher than the estimated). I complained 10times at customer support and they all provided the same reason that there is a change in drop location and both locations were Bangalore airport. I still don't understand if both locations are same how could they charge me for change in drop. Their customer support is abusive and unhelpful. Finally I don't have any other option apart from raising it here. I need my money back and want to report such agencies.

                                  On July 2 took an Ola ride paid to the driver but later found that the fare during booking was lower than actual payment. So raised the complaint to Ola support they acknowledged also by giving my 88 rs back in the account. Later for next booking ola software asked me to pay balance amount which was ridiculous. Since then myself is fighting with all those useless and uneducated people now they are saying that I have to pay money. They are making false story now that myself did not pay to the driver although earlier they assured for the support. Looks like Bhavish, an owner needs money so he is cheating the customers. In short Ola is a non trusted firm which can cheat you anytime for money.

                                  So many mails from my end but this team is useless, they are asking me to pay. For me they are white collar looters, I am ready to discuss one o one with them as I am fighting against these cheaters.

                                    Good day!
                                    I wanted to let you know and need clarifications on the below serious issues
                                    CHARGING EXTRA MONEY- I wanted you to let me know whether OLA has approved charging extra money from customers for the cab drivers or not. Because for all rides, drivers are charging extra 30-50Rs. If I deny it, they are demanding it, mentioning that OLA HAS APPROVED to charge extra money.
                                    CHARGING FALSE PENALTY- Additionally, in the worst cases, drivers will accept the ride and will not attend our phone calls. Later the same will be cancelled by the driver and the penalty will be charged from my account and this is happening in most of the cases which is kind of a cheap trick currently handled by OLA.
                                    NO USE OF OLA WALLET- Also, I'm still not sure why OLA has a wallet option as no drivers are accepting this mode and if I choose it, drivers will cancel without even letting us know.

                                      I booked an ola cab on 13/10/22 for 4hrs rental towards indirapuram ghaziabad from sarita vihar new delhi. The charges it showed was 949 Rs for 4 hrs. After arrival started I saw severe traffic jam in Noida starting point so I requested to return and immediately cab driver took u turn and we reached back home. I was shocked to see that I was charged 1231 Rs. for no reason. When I asked the driver he said it is all made by ola company and he has nothing to do with the payment. I paid to the driver because I was traveling with my mother. I wrote to the ola cab company about my complaint but all in vein. It has been 2 days I heard nothing from the company. I just want my full amount back as I did not complete my ride for the time duration i booked for. My trip should not be charged more than 250Rs.
