Pournima mudbhatkal took a share ride osn [protected] on 25.02.2019. She forgot to pick two bags kept in car dikky. On 26.02.2019 she remembered the bags and called driver mobile [protected] to enquire about bags. Mr. Ashok identifying himself as owner attended the call. He said bags will be handed over the next day 27.02.2019 as his driver mr, nandan was on leave on 26.02.2019, driver will call her around 10 am to 10.30 am. Ola customer care was contacted as the driver did not call on 27.02.2019 till 12.30 pm to ascertain the time of delivery of bags. After many attempts of conversation bags were handed at the alighting point 8 main 12 cross malleshwarum at 1.45 pm. Rs.650 was paid for meter rent as driver drove from yeshwanthpur to malleshwarum. Bags were checked and the gold necklace missing was informed to both owner mr. Ashok and driver mr. Nandan. A photo of the missing necklace was shown to driver. I waited for the whole afternoon of 27.02.2019 to return the necklace. On 28.02.2019 a compliant of the missing gold necklace was made to malleshwarum circle police inspector. Till 2.3.2019 7 pm gold necklace is not returned.

    Y is your customer care not addressing customers issues.. Put yourself in customer shoes.. Wouldn't u brand them as fraud.. Or suspicious of fraud.. When we try to reach out to solve queries and you don't bother to pick call.. Server issue is a lame excuse you always unhesitatingly say.. But i doubt if there s any genuinity in it.. When you do a job.. Do it well.. Be authentic.. Be trustworthy.. Be transparent.. Be genuine.. You cant cheat all the people all the time.. Running away from customer grievances is cowardly.. Invest and strengthen your customer support.. Be prompt and have genuine replies.. Or excuses.. How long will get away with fake promises /excuses..? Being transparent.. Available.. And communicative solves a lot o[censored]nnecessary misunderstanding..

    As a loyal customer I expect that in your Integrity you honor that loyalty by being more Transparent and reachable..it's very annoying when u seek help and the other person is non responsive..with every misplaced trust ..unhonoured loyalty ..sprouts disbelief and skeptical minds.. about trusting people..u will understand only when u put your self in customer shoes..don't disappoint genuine ..loyal customers..is my sincere advise to you as a loyal patron..

      I booked ola cab from bhubaneswar airport to baramunda bus stop on 01/03/19 at around 2:45pm. When i called the driver (Od02ac6197, ramesh chandra) he asked me the drop location and i told him the location. He was one minute away only but kept me waiting for more than 10 mins then changed the ride. Again when i called the new driver (Od33l8503, pratap naik) he also asked me the drop location, i said you will get to know when you start the ride and when i asked him why are you asking the drop location he says i can't go to some places from where i can't get rides. Then why ola provides ride to such places where drivers are denying to go. My place was not among the place he mentioned from where he can't get rides. Still he talked very rudely and unprofessionally. When i called him second time whether he is coming or not he replied yes, but aftersome time he cancelled the ride. I had to wait there for around 20/25 min to get a ride. When i again booked a ride, it showed one min away, but the driver didn't call me and i didn't want to go through the same pain again so i cancelled and booked uber. The uber driver was such a gentleman, he called me and within two min reached the location although he was 4/5 min away. I think you guys should learn something from uber and give some advice to the rude driver who don't know how to talk to a customer. Anyway this would be my last ride with ola. I am uninstalling the ola app and going for uber. Hope you take some action otherwise you will loose other customers like me.

        Hello,

        This morning i got a call from ola company regarding the payment due from [protected] at 10:02am. I have spoke to a gentle man he introduce himself as a ola back end team member called me regarding the dues on my ola money. I have made him understand about the ola money has been credited to me without my intimation. I told him how i can pay if have not requested for the same. I told him as i use ola since long time please help me out the reason on the same. He yeld on me and telling me pay the money and was really rude on me which was not at all accepted for any customer. I asked his name 10 times he refused to give and telling me do whatever you can do i dont care he abused me.

        I want to take the case on the higher priority now and i want to find out the person who was he i will make sure i will file a case against ola cabs very soon.

        I want somebody from the ola team to get back to me on the same.

          My previous complaint:

          I was using the ola cab service for two months continuously. I had subscribed ola pass & postpaid plan. But on the 8th of feb, i had booked a cab in the evening for my wife with my daughter of 4 months. Our driver was harwinder singh, cab booking number crn[protected]. He dropped my wife in the middle of the way and denied to reach the destination and tasked to leave out the cab. My wife denied leaving the cab because there was dark outside and the destination was around 1 km from there. It was strange for me that how is somebody can do like this. At the same time, i called ola customer care but they unable to help us. So anyhow i sort the issue but the driver was very rude.

          I registered a complaint to terminate the driver permanently because he was not deserving of the cab service at all. I don't want any happening with somebody else seriously.

          I don't want ola services anymore and don't want to pay ola bill untill unless you show me his termination letter. I will viral this case. You can track and review each and every step of this case.

          Provide the best solution as soon as possible.

          Nothing. They have just said that they have suspended the driver but nothing happened.
          I dinn't get any intimation or update from ola..

          Also they are not refunding money.

            Cancelled my ride because he probably didn't want to go to my location. This happens to me quite often because your drivers are the most selfish # on the road.
            If somebody doesn't call me, i'm going on twitter/fb and making a news of this.

            This definitely puts uber in a much better spot and they provide way better service than their indian counterpart. Very very sad ola

              Ola representative cant even tell me when the bill was due and to which location i have taken the rides.

              Providing me silly reason that they wipe there database 1 yrs ago.

              It's very annoying that you guys cant provide the claim details of the rides and want to take a legal action against me.

              The message sent to me to pay the bill is also not working.

                Hello,

                Ola money and postpaid seems to be not in sync at all. I have been charging my wallet while the postpaid facility is on. When i charge my wallet, somehow, it does not get credited to my postpaid and i end up paying at both ends. If i charge my wallet, it should go towards the credit i owe in post-paid... But that does not happen. I have called on your helpline number but the ola helpline people literally disconnected my call as i was speaking to them. I did not have the time to go through the whole thing again.

                  1) 1.3.2019 - just saw how much is the billing from mallige hospital, crecent road, bangalore to iskcon, bangalore - with out getting otp, 2 times my auto is booked... I didn't confirm the booking, i didn't get otp.. Still auto fellow said you have booked the auto — ???
                  2) on 27th feb '2019 - when i booked share cab from kenchenahalli, rr nager, bangalore to deepanjali nagar - its said that, you take this ride for rs.59/- then when i got down from the cab — the billing was rs.82/- how???
                  Like this many times happened... Please make sure this type makes new sense..

                    I was traveling with this ola driver on 17th february and i kept my phone in charging and forgot to take it back i understand its my fault but after i paid the bill to the driver also he didn't remind me. He was watching me waiting for me to ask him but he didn't remind me
                    Not only that i called my number through my friends phone... The phone was ringing but driver didn't pick for 30 minutes after that he switched off my phone
                    Instead of having his number n name today this driver is free... Even the police is not helping me plz do something because it can happen with anyone. I called him but he is lying that he stays in hyderabad and he has not stolen but i m sure he is the thief

                      Hi,

                      I have been using ola cab services for more than 3 years. My concern is about the payment of rs. 285, which i paid to the ola driver through paytm mode, when there was a network issue on ola app and it was taking much time in processing the payment and driver was eventually hurrying and asked to make the payment on his paytm account ([protected]) (Which i did not know was his personal number). This issue occurred on 15 aug 2018. Since then i started receiving calls form ola, regarding payment due. I explained them the scenario but it went in vain. I have the payment receipt and due bill for the transactions of this ride.

                          Please be informed that you staff senthil kumar from coimbatore rs puram office is seriously making us pissed off.

                          He is not attaching possible number of vehicle a dah due to his lazzynes.

                          If he can attach 5 vehicle a day, he ia telling 3 vehicles to come tomorrow and he is attaching only 2 vehicle.

                          I understand that you guys will never help us and take action. But still, im beleiving in god and complaining to you guys in a trust that people misbehaving will be punished.

                          Your staff senthil kumar in rs puram coimbatore is literally not respecting the customers. We feel very bad. Please help us.

                              This is regarding a complaint that we are tired of following up despite numerous calls and e-mail. We have been raising an issue with OLA for deactivating the post paid service since we never wanted it as we are retired couple, however the complaint was never actioned. Unaware of this my wife took a Ola ride on February 9th 2019 and the ride fare came up to rs.289 and she paid in cash to the driver, to our shock we have been receiving mails and messages to pay the amount . We have done all we can calls, messages, email but this is not resolved yet and we continue to be harassed for payment .wewant the higher authority to take immediate action and resolve this . First, deactivate the post paid service from our account and secondly reverse the invoice since it has been by cash with the driver .
                              Rental charged more than the rental shown while booking from Cuttack to Puri. No cancellation and no extra running. Driver response was, he was charging as per the rental communicated to him & he wasn't responsible. Really disgusting and unfaithful syndrome I encountered for the first time. Please check.

Just after 2 minute the driver dropped me at place i checked my mobile and it left inside the cab. I called on my mobile number by someone else mobile and ring is going on. But after 2-3 attempts driver took mobile and switched off that mobile. From yesterday i was trying ola driver number but he switched off his mobile too. I already email ola company for this incident yesterday and today itself. But i never received anything from them, they are not providing support on this.

                                  Dear sir, I am quite sorry to share my unpleasant experience that driver of Ola cab denied to come to the customers place staying far 600mts away from the booked customer. He said "come to me I can't go" and ultimately he rejected that travel and charged Rs. 15/-

                                    I have got overcharged for two rides:

                                    Crn [protected] — rs 2397/- ride from gurgaon to ghaziabad on 8th feb
                                    Crn [protected] — rs 1496/- ride from ghaziabad to gurgaon on 11 feb

                                    I have already raised a complaint against it to ola support but they did not take any action on it.

                                    Please take legal action against it, i want refund from ola.

                                      1) gone to airport from cbd belapur, sec-6, navi mumbai @about 3.10 am by 'uber' for a flight : ai 627 paying rs 420/-.

                                      2) on return for the same journey, hired a cab of 'ola; from airport & paid rs 687/-+ rs 100/- parking charge @ p 7

                                      Now almost double,
                                      On being not competitive hired 'uber' on first & second thought to do so but anyway we took 'ola' then we question-do you not think that your 'gps' driven route is outdated or driver fools you and passenger too following a lengthy route. Next time we will not take a ride in 'ola' if you do not improve while we request you to refund the excess money charged.

I had booked for the cab for 3:17pm and at 3:02 I had the confirmation (print screen attached mail sent to Ola on 29th Jan 2019 ) for car no 1939 and driver Bir Bahadur. We tried reaching him but to no one picked on that no. We were left helpless .At 3:14 pm there is some other cab no reflects on the app and when we call driver he is away 19 mins from the pickup location at 3:18 pm (print screen attached mail sent to Ola on 29th jan) Please note that there were two ladies riding the cab and one of them senior citizen aged 67.
                                        Finally the ladies leave the pickup location and take help to be dropped closer to the way from where cab was coming so as to not miss the train.
                                        I don’t know what route the cab takes and KM reflecting as 32.5 km from Jail road Santoshi Mata Mandir to Paharganj Shiela theatre. They had to leave the cab after 4:20 since the cab couldn’t move because of traffic standstill ...and walk more than 400 Mtrs for the station entry and further more to the platform .
                                        Please note that this was harassment to the ladies travelling and were made to run to catch missing train...
                                        The fare and KM that u have charged is obnoxiously high and is cheating from Ola.
                                        I would want the entire amount to be refunded because of the agony and pain that the two ladies went and also compensate for the wrong charges and cheating from Ola.
                                        Please call me ASAP else I will have to put it on social media handle - twitter, insta and Facebook.
                                        I shall wait for the refund and call till 5 pm.

                                        They have only refunded the excess money of Rs.273 which they charged me and cheated . I would want resolution by penalty of Rs.1, 00, 000 since the lady passenger got unwell and had to be admitted at the hospital for 4 days.
