Good evening,
I, the customer of ola from bhubaneswar (Odisha) wants to state that i called a cab to the sapphire residency, prasanti vihar (Bbs). He told me that he arrived but i can't see him. Then i started moving forward in search of him. But i can't get him. He came to a wrong location due to which i've to suffer. Then i called him near a shiv temple. I don't know why and where he came. Due to wrong location which he came. I've to suffer a lot. I've to cancel the ride and i've to pay rs. 40 as a cancellation fee. I was having exam today and i have to book auto due to lack of support from ola.
Pls see my complaint and refund my money (Rs. 40).
For this i'll be grateful to you.

    I had booked an old auto in coimbatore. Driver name is vinoth and his mobile number is [protected]. He rejected to pick my drive. I asked the reason. For that he is using very bad words and unparlimentry words. I had recorded the call. Is the way driver behaves? I[censored] didn't take any necessary steps i will file the case against you in consumer court. With in 3 working days i need an explanation.

      I booked a cab from bangalore airport to bannerghatta road. Cab driver went to tumkur road, nayandahalli and then to bannerghatta road via nice road instead of taking the hebbal route. It resulted in increase of distance to almost 25 kms and took 30 mins more than usual time.

      Cab driver made me to pay toll amount also in the nice toll gate. It’s waste of my money as all as my time.

        I am writing below an incident of ola cabs which is an act of deficiency in customer service, overcharging fare and rude driver. The case was informed to ola help desk whose reply was grossly insufficient and customer service executive mr. Dexter cited his helplessness due to company policies. Subsequently i told him to respond in writing and escalate the case to his manager for further discussion he replied that he cannot do that and he is the last level of escalation. I was asking him to make partial refund of fare charged to me for deficiency in service which was straightaway rejected. These kind of response by such large e commerce based companies actually results in more arrogant partners, profiteering by company and suffering customers. Infact at the end i was feeling cheated by the company. It looks like that these kind of acts are frequently followed by company where there is no customer care to connect at the will of customer and ultimately he had to suffer.
        The whole incident is narrated below:
        I booked ola rental can on 5th march 2019 which implies ac cab was ordered. I was allotted cab with following details:

        Car: white swift dzire
        Driver name: radhe shyam yadav
        Car no: rj 14 td 4347
        Crn no. [protected]

        I started with the trip and told driver to start ac since co-passenger was having allergy to dust. The driver informed me that vehicle ac was not working. We insisted the driver to switch on the ac and noted the same. When someone books ola cab it's implied that customer booked ac cab, ola charged me for ac cab as hire charges which is incorporated in fare by default.in my case when i told this to driver, he behaved very rudely, infact, asked us to leave the cab on the way.
        I could not connect to ola customer care due to their business model where customer can't connect at his will. Driver was too rude to speak and he threatened me to stop the trip in between. Its an unacceptable standards of service by ola as well as driver. On raising complaint i got call from customer care and they simply resolved the case by telling me that they have warned the driver. Here i paid full amount to ola for deficient services. On asking the customer care to repay suitable partial amount, it was refused by stating company polices. This simply gives the sense that company promotes its partners to do this frequently to reduce its cab service cost. But ultimately customer feels cheated. I need suitable tangible action from ola in form of refund of suitable amount for deficiency in services.

          I took ola ride on 7th feb and during that ride i paid 1000 rs for filling disel. After completing the ride i paid the full amount without deducting 1000 which i paid for the diesel. After releasing the next day i called the driver and he said he will deposit. I waited for few days but later he started ignoring my call.

          I lodged a complaint to ola on 11th feb (Ticket[protected]. After many followup they replied to my mail after 3 week. Now they are saying that they are unable to validate the issue.

          Please help.

            I raised this issue to ola and ticket[protected] was opened by them. I made the payment, it was successful, i shared the same with ola personnel who called me (She generated the payment link for me and payment was made on the same). Payment was done via credit card, card was charged, monthly statement was generated for the card with this transaction, i paid the card payment as well and now ola is saying payment was failed. I provided them all the details and screenshots of messages and transaction, still getting the irritating calls from them for legal action. And my account is locked since few months now. I want to complaint against them on every forum now to stop them harassing people from such # things.

              I had applied for a car on a leasing basis in ola office located in pimple saudagar, pune to their sales executive shubham sooryavanshi. After reapetedly asking them that have they provided me all the proper information and after them assuring me that they have i paid them 15000 rupees for booking datsun go car on a leasing basis. But during our training they told me that mi phones and as well as oppo, vivo and apple phones won't work with the ola app. Now i have a mi phone and i can't afford a new mobile which will be compatible with the ola app. Since this information was withheld from me i am demanding the full refund as they had promised but no cognizance has been taken from their part. Please help me with this problem.
              Without any intimation, my account was deactivated. No reason was given for deactivation. My wallet money 837 was not returned. In spite of many emails OLA and ZIPCASH not returning my wallet money.

                On 5th march 2019 i booked a ola from amet university chennai to koyambedu. When i booked the ola the price was around 567/- but when i finished the raid the money got doubled to 1067/-. Unfortunately i had to pay money because the bus was waiting for me. Please help me out by giving a reason why the money got doubled!? Is this a scam!? I'm ready to provide every information about ride and ola cab driver.

                  On 4th march 2019 we booked a cab in hyderabad. It was showing 14mins for the cab driver to arrive. Then it showed 30 mins for the cab to arrive. It was almost an hr and half still showing the same. Neither the driver pics up the call nor he cancels the ride. At the we have to cancel the ride and pay the cancellation charges due to your irresponsible behaviour. Very irresponsible services and driver. Crn [protected]. The cab driver name is md abbas ali, car no ts10ua 7399. Let me tell you this is not the first time. We are expecting that ola will take a serious action on this.

                    I had booked a rental cab for my work, but as soon as i started the trip i came to know that my destination was outside city limits and the driver denied the service and asked to end the trip. I have ended the trip after 5 mins but i was charged full fare rs. 1844 (Bill no. Crn[protected]). I request ola to charge only cancellation fee and refund rest of the money asap.

                      Ola money has stalled my money rs 800/- and is refusing to let me transfer without completing kyc. I do not understand why i need to share my pan and license number /passport details for completing kyc formalities.
                      I want to close ola money use as i do not wish to share this information. Ola is not letting me do so.
                      Ola is purposely extracting vital information in the name of kyc

                        I installed ola application using a referral code. I received rs. 50 referral code after that. Now, while booking my first ride, when i select the code, it gets successfully applied but disappears automatically in few seconds. Same issue is happening with my wife's login. There are no terms and conditions mentioned in this program in ola application. I tried for all available options (Mini, micro etc) with different payment options. But it's not working.

                          I had booked a ola cab from pune to ranjangaon, the same was selected as rental booking 8 hours 130 km ranjangaon package, when the cab came the driver said he cannot take me to ranjangaon as its a outstation destination

                          For which we were trying to solve this with ola for more than 90 mins

                          At the end i had to stop the trip with in city limits and take a different cab to ranjangaon when the trip was stopped i was charges rs 2166 out of which rs 962 was ola post paid and i had to pay driver cash of rs 1204

                          Now the company is refunding only 962 and saying i have not paid any cash but i have the snapshot prof for cash paid

                              My parents had to catch a flight at 6:00 and we were relying on ola to help us. While the gps in ola app showed that the driver had reached the pick up spot, he was nowhere to be found, neither on the opposite side nor anywhere in the vicinity of my building. What is worse is that even after calling him repeatedly for 4-5 times (Called him from mine and my dad's phone), he wasn't picking up the call, neither was he cancelling the ride. And as is the custom, the next ride would see us paying for the fine for a ride, which didn't even reach the spot!. This kind o[censored]nprofessional and unethical practices cannot be easily forgotten. You have lost a loyal customer ola.

                                In share rides most of the time driver demands for the bill amount to be paid before starting the ride. The reason always they give is that this is the company rule to collect the money first. On the other side their (Ola's) other driver says that, there is no such rule.
                                I have this big issue with this kind of services which ani technologies is providing.

                                  After booking ola cab with prime i told driver, payment will be done by ola money. This is totally fraud what ola has done to me. How can the driver didnt stop his app after leaving my relative to their destinaion? My fare was shown rs. 390/- and i was charged rs. 1200/- approx for a ride which is 20 km more than my destination. I want my money back.

                                    Pournima mudbhatkal took a share ride osn [protected] on 25.02.2019. She forgot to pick two bags kept in car dikky. On 26.02.2019 she remembered the bags and called driver mobile [protected] to enquire about bags. Mr. Ashok identifying himself as owner attended the call. He said bags will be handed over the next day 27.02.2019 as his driver mr, nandan was on leave on 26.02.2019, driver will call her around 10 am to 10.30 am. Ola customer care was contacted as the driver did not call on 27.02.2019 till 12.30 pm to ascertain the time of delivery of bags. After many attempts of conversation bags were handed at the alighting point 8 main 12 cross malleshwarum at 1.45 pm. Rs.650 was paid for meter rent as driver drove from yeshwanthpur to malleshwarum. Bags were checked and the gold necklace missing was informed to both owner mr. Ashok and driver mr. Nandan. A photo of the missing necklace was shown to driver. I waited for the whole afternoon of 27.02.2019 to return the necklace. On 28.02.2019 a compliant of the missing gold necklace was made to malleshwarum circle police inspector. Till 2.3.2019 7 pm gold necklace is not returned.

                                      Y is your customer care not addressing customers issues.. Put yourself in customer shoes.. Wouldn't u brand them as fraud.. Or suspicious of fraud.. When we try to reach out to solve queries and you don't bother to pick call.. Server issue is a lame excuse you always unhesitatingly say.. But i doubt if there s any genuinity in it.. When you do a job.. Do it well.. Be authentic.. Be trustworthy.. Be transparent.. Be genuine.. You cant cheat all the people all the time.. Running away from customer grievances is cowardly.. Invest and strengthen your customer support.. Be prompt and have genuine replies.. Or excuses.. How long will get away with fake promises /excuses..? Being transparent.. Available.. And communicative solves a lot o[censored]nnecessary misunderstanding..

                                      As a loyal customer I expect that in your Integrity you honor that loyalty by being more Transparent and reachable..it's very annoying when u seek help and the other person is non responsive..with every misplaced trust ..unhonoured loyalty ..sprouts disbelief and skeptical minds.. about trusting people..u will understand only when u put your self in customer shoes..don't disappoint genuine ..loyal customers..is my sincere advise to you as a loyal patron..

                                        I booked ola cab from bhubaneswar airport to baramunda bus stop on 01/03/19 at around 2:45pm. When i called the driver (Od02ac6197, ramesh chandra) he asked me the drop location and i told him the location. He was one minute away only but kept me waiting for more than 10 mins then changed the ride. Again when i called the new driver (Od33l8503, pratap naik) he also asked me the drop location, i said you will get to know when you start the ride and when i asked him why are you asking the drop location he says i can't go to some places from where i can't get rides. Then why ola provides ride to such places where drivers are denying to go. My place was not among the place he mentioned from where he can't get rides. Still he talked very rudely and unprofessionally. When i called him second time whether he is coming or not he replied yes, but aftersome time he cancelled the ride. I had to wait there for around 20/25 min to get a ride. When i again booked a ride, it showed one min away, but the driver didn't call me and i didn't want to go through the same pain again so i cancelled and booked uber. The uber driver was such a gentleman, he called me and within two min reached the location although he was 4/5 min away. I think you guys should learn something from uber and give some advice to the rude driver who don't know how to talk to a customer. Anyway this would be my last ride with ola. I am uninstalling the ola app and going for uber. Hope you take some action otherwise you will loose other customers like me.
