Hi,
I had booked an outstation cab through ola on friday (22nd feb, 2019). When i came back to mumbai on 23rd feb, 2019 i forgot my rayban goggles in the cab. I realized this on sunday morning and called him. He picked up the call and gave me an assurance that he will give it to me once he is near my place i. E vile parle. Today i again called him but he is not picking up my call. Please look into this.

    The fee that is charged by airport authority for waiting inside more than the designated free time was charged, an amount of rs. 150 while the passenger who used the ride disembarked the cab at the departure lounge as soon as the cab entered and then if the can wanted to wait and use for any other reason the passenger is not responsible or aware. As this passenger asked the reason vicky said it is airport charge this is wrongly charged and a case of cheating. I want my refund of rs. 150 back in my ola account
    And no one answers their helpline number [protected] o r their ho number [protected] this is the number only available.

      An ola cab was booked from kakurgachi to dps school, newtown, kolkata today at 9.15 am.
      The mobile phone was left in the cab and when realized several calls were made to the number but it coming as switched off.
      Appears like someone has already removed the sim or switched off the phone.
      Request help to trace the ola and arrange to return the phone.

        Hi,

        I am a very old and regular ola customer but i feel cheated in a recent outstation trip.

        I have billing issue with my recent ride-crn [protected].

        Ola / driver has charged for 700 kms which is wrong. Your receipt is showing 700 kms, wherever the actual distance travelled was somewhere around 500-525 km.

        From kanpur, we went to saurikh which is around 135 km, from where we went to delhi which is around 370 km. Now add a margin of 50 km, even then total would be 550 km not 700 km.

        Kindly check your navigation once again, check the accurate km travelled and issue refund of the balance amount.

        In addition to this, I have already raised a ticket directly with Ola mail support (Ticket[protected] on 14th Feb 2019 and also raise issue via twitter inbox message . Team is doing nothing apart from making fake commitments for resolution.

          The driver of my ola cab dislodged me from the ola cab on the pertext o[censored]pdating kyc details. There was no such information on ola app and the driver not only refused to cooperate but told me to get out of the car. I have purchased ola pass for travelling hassle free but could not avail the service due to the the driver despite having payed for the service.

            Hello.
            I am arun from hyderabad uppal
            I took a cab from ola under lease few days back. Suddenly two days back my cabs gps device has failed to work. I oaid the rental for the next day but there is no business on that day. I asked the executive to put the reversal but he didnt put the reversal. Again today (Saturday) same problem and today too no business but the rentals are on and no response from customer care executive to my calls and messages. They asked me to come on monday again.. So i am losing nearly 4500 rupees and there is no response still from them... If i didnt get the response from ola people i will file a complaint in consumer court..

              I paid rs 2234 from my bank on 20.2.2019. This payment was towards ola post paid. I have sent ola my bank statement as well but ola has refused to accept the payment made and are still claiming that money is unpaid.

              For last 2 months i have been trying to make this payment via ola app but it shows payment failed every time.

              I received an sms from payubiz with a link to pay the outstanding balance on 20.2.2019 and i paid the money via that link. I have sent the payment receipt and my bank statement to ola support team but they are still claiming payment not made... Will any one help me with this. I can't book any rides and my money has been debited also. Ola has been cheating me like this for last 2 months

              Pls see the screenshot of the payment receipt and bank statement as well.

              Still ola customer care is saying payment not done.

                Dear sir,

                I booked a ride from lb nagar to bheeraguda in hyderabad which is around 50km and the ride estimate was shown as around 900 rupees (Which already included peak time pricing). At the time of booking i had 636 rupees in my wallet so i added 400 more so i thought i need not pay anything more in case. I had no cash with me at that time.

                But after the ride they charged me 2509 rupees which is more than 2.5 times the estimate (Which already had the peak time surge in price). So i had to borrow 1500 more from my neighbor (In bheeramguda, destination) to pay to the driver.

                When i approached ola support regarding this, they mentioned that it is expected to get the total fare more than the estimate. I agree that it was just an estimate so i am ok to pay around 10 to 15% more than the estimate (Which already included the peak price). But this is 250% of the estimate. How am i supposed to accept this.

                If i had shown correct estimate i would have taken some transport or might have dropped plan to commute. Or might have picked some other cab service.

                Leave about me if i had no money or card with me if i couldn't get money from my neighbor, what am i supposed to do?

                  Same is the case here...they dont really hav a contact number and r frauds .hav been using ola since many years now, infact a very regular customer and tjis is wat they giv back...the biggest insult evr..they leave no option but to go against them.y r they hiding lik thieves?y dont they get back or give a phone nmbr ..customer care??im highly disapointed.

                    We booked a cab yesterday from moti nagar to raj nagar 2 palam new delhi at around 4.10pm which is normally a fare of ₹200-220 but we were overcharged by the cab driver 100₹ extra ad this is not just the first time it has been 3-4 times that we were charged for the cancellation of the cab in which cases we never cancelled the bookings in all the cases the bookings were cancelled by the drivers himself and in one instance a cab driver even mentioned us to tell the company that we cancellation the booking instead of him because he was not comfortable to drive that route so several times this way we are overcharged with the cancellation charges too which we never made whenever we take the next ride and had to pay helplessly because the other cab drivers would deny and take the complete amount after reaching the destination. Is there any way to stop being fooled like this by such cab drivers because of which we as passengers have to pay extra their service has really degraded a lot.

                      Sir,
                      I would like raise an complaint regarding my travel by ola on feb 18. I was booked the cab by cash payment method.. Later i was adding the ola money in the wallet first time inside the cab. I got a message that the ola money added by me will be used from next ride on. I paid the cash 360 to driver and to my surprise the same is deducted from my wallet too. Please help me out to get back my cash in the wallet.. I have attached the screen shot of the bill and the driver details.. I was trying to reach the customer care abt this query but couldn't reach them. I came to the money deducted from my wallet during my next ride. When i was mailing the complaint. I got the reply which is too attached with the mail.

                      Ola money is unsafe to keep.
                      Try to set it out my problem.
                      Plz return the money in my wallet.
                      This is unfair by ola support since the fault is on your side.

                      Really felt so bad on your service.

                        Hi team i am anil tawar, i book a ride from ola auto, driver name aman yadav he resfuse for pickup from the location and ehen i asked him why the he starting abusing and cut the call again i called him and asked reason he misbehave with me. I dont know how yu peoples allow suchh non sense driver i want action for this misbehaviour or your driver and he is asking about more money, is that your work you ola can make money like this way through your drivers. Your company thugs the peoples your drivers abusing with customers, how you can appointed them, i thought he is drunk the way he is talking.. I want action against him otherwise i will complaint against your company.

                          I was using the ola cab service for two months continuously. I had subscribed ola pass & postpaid plan. But on the 8th of Feb, I had booked a cab in the evening for my wife with my daughter of 4 months. Our driver was Harwinder Singh, cab booking number CRN[protected]. He dropped my wife in the middle of the way and denied to reach the destination and tasked to leave out the cab. My wife denied leaving the cab because there was dark outside and the destination was around 1 km from there. It was strange for me that how is somebody can do like this. At the same time, I called ola customer care but they unable to help us. So anyhow I sort the issue but the driver was very rude.

                          I registered a complaint to terminate the driver permanently because he was not deserving of the cab service at all. I don't want any happening with somebody else seriously.

                          I don't want ola services anymore and don't want to pay ola bill untill unless you show me his termination letter. I will viral this case. You can track and review each and every step of this case.

                          Provide the best solution as soon as possible.

                          Nothing. They have just said that they have suspended the driver but nothing happened. I dinn't get any intimation or update from ola.. Also they are not refunding money.                             Yesterday i have booked a ola which booking id is crn [protected]and the driver harassed the traveller who is my brother. He completed the trip throughout a unsafe area and the route was so long. Before that day i so many times booked ola for the same route where traveling time took hardly 15 to 20 mints. But yesterday it took minimum 40 mint. And also he misbehaved with my brother. When i booked the ola the estimated fare was shown rs 163/-. But after completion of the trip the bill amount was rs 198/-. Now i request please take a necessary action against the cheater driver.
                            At the time of booking the fare was shown 26 rupees and after the ride is complete Ola is asking me to pay 41 rupees but if, in the app, I go to support and look at that ride it still shows 26 rupees as the fare. It happened twice now.

                            I recently took Ola ride in Ola-Auto to reach Railway station in Bangalore. Driver took a different route saying that his Ola App shows only that way / route. We are unable to track, because while booking we get to see the route map..
                            How are you going to help customers in this aspect???

                              I booked a ride from chennai airport to ramanujam it city which is around 14-15kms. When i booked the ride the peek price shown was 450 but i was charged 1000 from my ola money account. Usually the ride costs 300-400; i am not sure how can a company charge 3-4 times; was the charge based on my ola money balance? What if the balance was 5000? I am being by customer service when i log the complaint that the peek price was 1000; i am confident that i saw 450..

                                I booked a ola cab (Prime suv-ertiga) on 21st january, 2019 from taj hotel, mumbai to cbd belapur. I paid rs500/- through ola money & rest in cash (Details mentioned in crn-[protected]), then also, i am receiving message to pay rs500/- immediately & even late payment fee is also being imposed on me, your customer care no says, it is a wrong no. Even i have observed that while booking cab, if driver cancels the ride cancellation fee is charged from customer. Even i have sent a complaint on mail id - '[protected]@olacabs.com' but received no reply. If things continue like this, i will never take a ride through ola in future though i am a old customer of ola.

                                  One person is continuously booking ola cab in delhi region. Iam getting the mails of his ride on my mail id. His name is displaying as rohit solanki. I live in dehradun. How is it happening? Iam receiving mails of the rides on this person name which i have never taken. Who is this person? How did he got my mail i’d. What the fake business is going in ola cab? Has ola shared my i’d to this person?
                                  Booked taxi from ola cab has charged price of 1877 and driver was also not aware about charges. During booking time estimated fare was 1333. Please support

                                    Iam a regular user of ola. Yesterday nightat around 1030h i tried to book cab for two locations in delhi. Six cab drivers cancelled the booking even after talking. One destination was shorter within 10km and another was around 20k.

                                    This has caused me extreme inconvenience. The service need to be give both day and night irrespective of distance to be travelled.

                                    This licident has led be to completely distrust the services but i have to continue hee it as yesterday i had put rs. 1, 999 in ola account.
                                    I shall be grateful if you return my money so that i can switch to other service.

                                      I have been continuously facing problem with ola, no cab gets booked in first attempt though cab are available in screen. Once is book driver calls asks for location and asks me to cancel. Auto driver in ola will before handedly ask for cash and will never accept ola money or paytm or any other non cash form. It nearly wastes my time which can't be compensated by anything. If this is the way an indian cab service works it's better uber win the market.

                                        I had booked Ola Auto today, after reaching the location he said company will take 3-4 days to give money so I don't accept Ola money if you give cash then only I will come. I asked him then why are you working with ola. Since I was getting late to doctor appointment I told him fine I will give cash I have no time to wait for another auto. He asked me to cancel, I told him it will unnecessarily cost extra for me as cancellation charge. So I asked him to either cancel from his side or forward to other nearby auto. Now it's asking me to pay cancellation charge. I don't want to pay even a single rupee as cancellation charge. For everyone it's hard earned money, for any reason i dnt want to waste it. Make sure that, no cancellation charge is applied to me.

                                        My Ola account had been blocked without any reason I guess on just false COMPLAIN made by their driver partners but my account had been blocked and the customer care is unable to EXPIALN me the actual reason of that even paying the charges to Ola the Ola blocks their customers account without any proper reasons
