I booked a ride from chennai airport to ramanujam it city which is around 14-15kms. When i booked the ride the peek price shown was 450 but i was charged 1000 from my ola money account. Usually the ride costs 300-400; i am not sure how can a company charge 3-4 times; was the charge based on my ola money balance? What if the balance was 5000? I am being by customer service when i log the complaint that the peek price was 1000; i am confident that i saw 450..

    I booked a ola cab (Prime suv-ertiga) on 21st january, 2019 from taj hotel, mumbai to cbd belapur. I paid rs500/- through ola money & rest in cash (Details mentioned in crn-[protected]), then also, i am receiving message to pay rs500/- immediately & even late payment fee is also being imposed on me, your customer care no says, it is a wrong no. Even i have observed that while booking cab, if driver cancels the ride cancellation fee is charged from customer. Even i have sent a complaint on mail id - '[protected]@olacabs.com' but received no reply. If things continue like this, i will never take a ride through ola in future though i am a old customer of ola.

      One person is continuously booking ola cab in delhi region. Iam getting the mails of his ride on my mail id. His name is displaying as rohit solanki. I live in dehradun. How is it happening? Iam receiving mails of the rides on this person name which i have never taken. Who is this person? How did he got my mail i’d. What the fake business is going in ola cab? Has ola shared my i’d to this person?
      Booked taxi from ola cab has charged price of 1877 and driver was also not aware about charges. During booking time estimated fare was 1333. Please support

        Iam a regular user of ola. Yesterday nightat around 1030h i tried to book cab for two locations in delhi. Six cab drivers cancelled the booking even after talking. One destination was shorter within 10km and another was around 20k.

        This has caused me extreme inconvenience. The service need to be give both day and night irrespective of distance to be travelled.

        This licident has led be to completely distrust the services but i have to continue hee it as yesterday i had put rs. 1, 999 in ola account.
        I shall be grateful if you return my money so that i can switch to other service.

          I have been continuously facing problem with ola, no cab gets booked in first attempt though cab are available in screen. Once is book driver calls asks for location and asks me to cancel. Auto driver in ola will before handedly ask for cash and will never accept ola money or paytm or any other non cash form. It nearly wastes my time which can't be compensated by anything. If this is the way an indian cab service works it's better uber win the market.

          Cab drivers are very bad ..after kept me waiting they says i can't come you cancel the booking...here i lost my time and money both...if you can't provide good service then please shut it down...[protected] this is cab driver number.

            I had booked Ola Auto today, after reaching the location he said company will take 3-4 days to give money so I don't accept Ola money if you give cash then only I will come. I asked him then why are you working with ola. Since I was getting late to doctor appointment I told him fine I will give cash I have no time to wait for another auto. He asked me to cancel, I told him it will unnecessarily cost extra for me as cancellation charge. So I asked him to either cancel from his side or forward to other nearby auto. Now it's asking me to pay cancellation charge. I don't want to pay even a single rupee as cancellation charge. For everyone it's hard earned money, for any reason i dnt want to waste it. Make sure that, no cancellation charge is applied to me.

            My Ola account had been blocked without any reason I guess on just false COMPLAIN made by their driver partners but my account had been blocked and the customer care is unable to EXPIALN me the actual reason of that even paying the charges to Ola the Ola blocks their customers account without any proper reasons

              On 19.02.2018 at 09:32 am, the ola bike with registered number up 14 ht 4271, driver name - kailash kumar, noida bumped to my car rear and broke the rear light glass cover with the bike handle.. He did not apply the brake properly for which it rammed in to my car. Upon asking for compensation he didn't pay for it. Ola is requested to arrange for compensation from the driver for repairing the damaged glass cover. Early action shall be highly appreciated.

                Ola micro (Crn[protected]) was taken by janani from sims hospital, vadapalani, chennai to suneetha nivas, mahaveer nagar, velachery, chennai.
                She was dropped at 1.49 pm today 18th feb. 2018. Within 5 minutes she found that she had not taken her mobile phone from the back seat where she placed and she called but no response.

                Lost mobile details: samsung galaxy a7 2018 model
                I have booked ola Auto today from nanganallur to thiruvanmiyur. Crn[protected] refers. On destination driver ilayaraja collected RS.187 though the bill is RS.58. kindly clarify. Thanks. Prof.k.kesavan [protected]
                Made drive through mobile [protected] around 6.15 pm. Driver disclosed his location near J E Marriot Juhu and told he is coming but later cancelled drive. Driver name Wassim vehicle ending 2701.kept me waiting for more than 20 minutes. Frustrating service. Penalise the driver.

                  This is regarding trip no. Crn [protected]. I had booked the cab payment option as ola money and the fare of rs 89/- was paid from ola money. However the driver charged my parents rs 140/- fare and my parents paid it in cash. I was not in the cab so ani technologies and ola driver cheated me in daylight.

                  The complaint was reported however till date ani technogies/ ola has not taken any action on the complaint. Please fine the company and fire the driver.

                    We booked a cab on 18/2/19. The driver missed the destination and went approx 8km ahead of the destination. The total extra distance being 16km. On bringing this to his notice, he talked rudely and blamed us for not telling him about the destination. We would expect a refund from ola as well as want ola to ensure this doesn’t happen again in future with other customers.
                    Crn[protected] is the ride number. The photos attached show the extra distance and amount charged.

                      Why does ola need my kyc details. I am not comfortable with it and you app is literally forcing us to update it. Is this instruction from the government if yes then send us the notification with the government request. Being a private company why do you need my kyc details for my financial details.
                      We give you business be happy don't cross your line.
                      Plus wen we try to call your customer service the line just cuts off or i am kept on hold till eternity, who is going to pay my fone bill for these long holds.
                      This is just a minor step to begin with which will gradually consume wrongdoers n cheaters..despite sending mails regarding inhuman driver or ur barbaric staff behavior no response..nice keep it up...my assistant will take the next step in due course..

                        Our drive with ola only 30 km and you changed 1200 rs, it's too much if you want to confirm with driver then talk to him.

                        Why we need to be changed as a rental when you didn't provide us rental service.
                        Why driver isn't inform to us about our booking, without booking why he dropped us our destination and charged as rental, and he think we booked for one way. But ride is already end before strat journey only 0 km.
                        We paid through ola money 461 rs and 1200 additional cash to driver.
                        It's totally driver falut so please take a strong action against him. He don't know when ride start and when end, and what is ola money.
                        Our saturday ride only 30 km and paid 1200 rs, it's too much amount.
                        Please as soon as possible do necessary.

So i request u to take appropriate steps as needed other wise i have to take legal action against your company and moreover make me free from cancellation penalty the information about that cab is given below:-

                            Hi team,

                            I had taken a ride from ola cabs on 20th january 2019, from igi airport to greater noida sigma 4. Crn [protected]. Driver name: mahender manchanda. I had paid the bill of rs 865 entirely in cash, but i was sent a notification of pending due of rs 500 on ola postpaid for this ride. I don't know how and why ola selected this option, and when i had paid the driver entire amount, no cost loading should be there. To my surprise the ride details show 300 paid in cash, 5 from ola money and remaining 500 is on ola postpaid, which is a white lie, as this can be verified with my driver because i had to call my father to get the exact change of rs 865. Ola is saying that i need to pay this due as refund is out of their scope. This is pure theft from ola and i want to lodge a complaint and discontinue ola use in future. Also please help me so that i don't end up paying unnecessary extra 500 to ola

                              I have booked a cab for my father who is a senior citizen through ola postpaid. When the trip got over the driver asked for a higher amount (350) from my father at first and then charged his 210 in cash despite me paying for it beforehand. Generally if the amount is already paid it displays 0 in the driver's app but still he charged 210 in cash from my father.
                              The driver simply duped my father and is now denying that he took cash from my father.
                              You can even ask the fellow rider who was then present in the car. When we complained about the incident to ola they simply said that it's our fault that we paid cash and since the driver is defying no refunds will be made. What sort of cab service is this where the driver takes advantage of senior citizen and dupes them.
                              Driver 's name was sk wasim and his phone number was :[protected].
                              I want justice because if this is happening to my father this can happen to anyone.

                                We booked rental cab for 6 hours for 60 km in 1200rs. When we reached our destination, then he informed this is only one way ride, he doesn't know we booked rental car, when we start riding he took otp but otp doesn't work then we gave him other otp, that time what driver did don't know and without booking he dropped us and told us it's one way booking at the end point. Charges will be same as rental. How to operate ola app driver don't know,
                                Without start journey how our trip was end it's showing 0km. It's totally wrong
                                Why driver isn't inform to us about our booking, without booking why he dropped us our destination and charged as rental, and he think we booked for one way. But ride is already end before strat journey only 0 km.
                                We paid through ola money 461 rs and 1200 additional cash to driver.
                                This driver is new registered in ola. He don't know how to operate ola application. Even when we talked about from ola money some amount already paid but he didn't want to listen. After that we paid full amount in cash (1200rs) and additional 461 rs deducted from ola money.
                                It's worst experience with us.
                                I request to return my money 1200 cash+ 461 ola money, our rental ride only 0 km and we paid too much cost.
                                It's totally driver falut so please take a strong action against him. He don't know when ride start and when end, and what is ola money.
                                Please as soon as possible do necessary other wise we have to take strong action against ola cab facility.

                                  I booked an ola outstation cab from mira road, mumbai to chandani chowk, pune on 25th january, 2019. The estimated cost shown while booking the cab was approx. Rs.1687/- which included taxes and a coupon discount of rs.250/-. While the terms of ola for outstation ride mention that this amount is applicable for 160 km & 5 hours of travel duration, anything above the distance and duration is separately charged. Due to traffic congestion at a few places my ride took longer than usual time to reach destination, but still under 5 hours. The distance covered was 174 km for which i was charged an additional rs.165/-. While the driver was trying to end the trip from his mobile, the ola mobile app froze and stopped responding. This went on for almost 15-20 mins. Owing to which my duration of the trip crossed 5 hours by 13 mins, resulting an additional rs.100 + taxes levied on me as additional time charges. When i raised the complaint to ola (#[protected] they took the complaint with an assurance to resolve it within 48 hours. Its been 21 days since that, even after multiple follow up calls i was not given any update on the status of my complaint. Today on 15th feb, 2019 when i called for another follow up, i was told that the case has been marked as resolved, stating that i was only charged for my travel time. As a consumer i ended up paying extra money for a fault in ola's app, moreover my complaint was heedlessly attended. I am not left with any option, but to ignore and move ahead.

                                    I had booked a cab on 15th of feb, 2019 for my grandparents from capital hospital, bhubaneswar, odisha to nuagaon, gangotri nagar, bhubaneswar, odisha under the driver named, santosh kumar singh, holding the cnr [protected], white grand i10.
                                    His contact number is: [protected].
                                    When i asked him to wait for couple of minutes taking in account my grandparents' age, which is around 92years, he shouted at me and abused me by using bad words and foul names. Then he threatened me by saying he will see to it how my grandparents reach home safely.
                                    If this type of drivers are hired, then how can we vouch of the safety of the person who rides? Please ask the driver a proper explanation and if he cannot change his behaviour, then his licence should be cancelled.

                                      Somebody from your ola cabs did unauthorized transaction for purchasing something in online from my account number i got one msg regarding that one. So i called your bengaluru customer care number so many times from the threaten happens but no one picked my call. I need the higher authority mobile number to raise a complaint against the culprit of your company. So pls do some favour.

                                        I booked an ola on 14 feb 2018 and my booking was confirmed. But after a while the driver called to inform that the tyre was punctured and that he would not be able to pick me up. He told me that he wasnt able to send an email and asked me to cancel my ride on the pretext that i would not be charged for doing so. But finally i have been charged inr 40.
                                        It was driver's mistake and still i should pay my cancellation charges... Thats totally unfair.
