ola not acknowledging payment

As can be seen in the attached photo, I made a payment of Rs. 135 to Ola Cabs on 29th December, 2018.

Ola support says they have not received this money.

My credit card company wants an email from Ola confirming that they have not received the payment (merchant contact proof), but Ola is refusing to send me the email since the past 3 weeks

Please help me!...

misbehavior by ola driver

One of our resort guests had utilized an ola cab service to our resort, the driver acted in an highly unprofessional way like demanding to be served inside the restaurant, smoking in common areas and behaving rudely with the hotel staff on top of that when questioned about his actions he has left a distasteful review on google as a guest which is unfair as the guests were quite happy with the services provided, request the management to take...

driver and customer service

Dear ola team

As discussed over the mobile yesterday 6 times with your customer service about the booking with mr. Prathap a – crn [protected] going for vs hospital (Cancer institute for an emergency admission) who has stopped the vehicle within 50 metres from the pickup point demanding money in spite of informing him it is paid through ola money.

He was aware that he is having a cancer patient aged 85 years+...

charged booking charge twice

I was charged extra fare. I had booked ola rental on 24 jan 2019. The driver was chandan driving white dzire mh46bb1050 the charges were 1299 + 100. (Booking charges). I had agreed on paying 1399 but he charged additional rs 171 at the time of drop citing additional charges for advance booking and toll

I was looking at complaining to ola... But could not find any section that would allow me to complaint. Hence posting the complaint...

Booked a cab from gurgaon's sector 48 to delhi's mandi house, the total bill showed up was in range of 350-450/- but when the actual bill was generated it turned out to be inr 847, post which i enquired with customer care and they said they have the proof that it was shown to me as inr 847 while doing the booking. incorrect dues

When i used the last service on 23rd oct 2018, i was asked to provide cash by the driver so i gave cash but ola is still asking me for money as postpaid bill. This is not acceptable. Ola is harassing me.
I think after above date i haven't used ola but they are saying that the bill is unpaid from 6mnths. But any way i have paid again ₹340/- by ola money on 23rd jan 2019 and now i want to unregister my account and services by ola pleasebr...

incorrect bill against. ride with ola

I took a ride in patna. The trip id was crn [protected]. Before taking the ride the estimated fare was showing 171 rupees. Bt at the end of the trip the bill was 275 rupees.in invoice it was showing 94 rupees in toll/parking while there was no such toll or parking. I want my money back through ola money asap as the toll/parking charges are totally false....

bill paid by cash but still asking to pay

When i used the service, i was asked to provide cash by the driver so i gave cash but ola is still asking me for money. This is not acceptable. Ola is harassing me.
I think it has been a year i haven't used ola but they are saying that the bill is unpaid from 6mnths. If i'm not using the service for over a year how can they bill me???

refund cancellation charge

Ola is losing the credibility of it's customers.
I am a regular user of ola but nowadays it very difficult to get ola share. Even after trying for hours you get a ola share and then it will be cancelled by drivers.

Unfortunately because of this many users are switching to uber even me as the cabs are more in number even during peak hours

Please take this as an user feedback and act accordingly.

double booking on single click

I booked an ola on 17 jan 2019 at 5.1 pm i received call from cab drivers i saw driver and vehicle details at the time of riding one more cab reached and claimed i have booked that too i shown cab details to both the drivers and took first taxi
On next booking ola added cancellation charge in my fair that is 30 rs
On discussion with ola drivers they had similar stories of double booking on single click to narrate

payment made but not updated by ola

I have completed my ola ride on 26 dec 2018 worth rs.215, and i have made payment through upi ola ([protected]@axisban/axis bank ltd) on 2 jan 2019.
It's also reflecting in my bank statement but i am getting continuous calls and sms about payment apart from this customer care is very far from us in today's busy world their bangalore numbers don't even answer even also don't have customer care email address where...

We were totally 5 people and booked innove rental from airport kepagowda Driver refused to keep the luggage on top carrier once we asked about it he was speaking very rudely and abused us he asked us to book other cab as we had more luggage, this guys are taking advantage on our situation and two Cabs

crn 2677078399. extra amount paid to driver.

I booked ola cab from mumbai airport to my house.
The fare to be paid rs.292.
He took rs.400, as against above amount.
He took extra rs.100 for airport parking charge, which was already included in it.
Since i was with family and it was midnight, i could not do anything but to complaint you.
I have experienced many issues with ola drivers, i think, ola management has no control over them.
Pl. Advise....
