I booked ola mini today at around 5 pm for star bazaar from pratham vatika bopal-ghuma. It was shown in my mobile app that the cab has arrived. But it did not. I called the driver but there was no response. I contacted ola support. I was told on the app to wait for a while and then cancel. Yet i did not cancel. Finally it was automatically cancelled. After a while i received an sms from ola that i am charged rs. 30 as cancellation charges. Neither i have cancelled nor the cab came to my pickup. Please take appropriate actions.

    On 10.02.2019 i booked ola auto two times to go to iit bhubaneswar but then the driver denied the booking. Also he didn't cancel the ride and i was charged the cancellation fee both the times. Why i was charged with cancellation fee of rs. 15 both the times when driver denied the booking? Do take the appropriate action and refund my money.

      I booked a cab on sunday 11/02/2019 from godrej hill kalyan to tip top thane. After few followup driver cancelled my booking and ola company charged me rs. 40 as cancellation charges which cancelled by ola driver. Need clarification from ola management or i raise this issue. I have recording of conversation with driver.

        Dear reader iam santhosh i have booked a ride from shamshabad airport to secunderabad railway station while booking it showed me 725 rs after that cab driver came and asked me he is having a sharing i didn't accepted but he told he will be on time and he cancelled the o. T. P and after that he taken the sharing passengers along with while he charged 800 for two persons along with while he made 700 rs for me i asked what was the sharing policy he said it was like regarding that please provide me an explanation if not i will go through the following steps 1. Consumer help line if not solved 2.[protected] if not solved 3. Gama.gov

          There are 5 incidents happened on the same day. Which shows the unethical and responsibilities how the customers are treated.

          INCIDENT 1
          I had booked a cab from KG Road to Ganaga Nagar. Cab also got booked and driver denied to pick up and gave lame excuse which is not acceptable at all. After denying the pickup the driver started to sleep in the cab itself. Is this a way hoe the customer is treated.

          INCIDENT 2
          Booked the cab for the same location. Cab driver reached the few yards before the pickup location and said that he is at MG Road and in tracker it clearly shows that he few yards away. when we reached the location to hire cab, driver cancelled the ride and after seeing us he moved his vehicle very fast and went. he dosent have any basic decency to reply the customers.

          For the above two cheapest activity done by the drivers bloody i had been charged with the cancellation fees. Why the hell i should pay the the cancellation charges.

          INCIDENT 3, 4, 5- after booking they never bothered to attend the calls at all.

          I NEED A PERFECT SOLUTIONS FOR THE ABOVE SAID ISSUES AND THE CANCELLATION CHARGES SHOULD BE REVOKED BACK.

            I'm apurva mahanto an old ola genuine service user.

            I have come across such a pathetic services offered by your company that i am forced to write to you.

            Would like to tell you that i have booked an ola ride today for the to and fro locations. However both the rides were cancelled by your ola delivered with out even informing me. Me myself contracted customer care on this just to bring it to company's notice about the issues. However iam very glad to inform you that mr. Senthil (Bangalore customer care executive) & mr. Bharath kumar (Bangalore customer care executive), did the same thing with me. They refused to transfer the call to there supervisor on the floor and hangup on my face.

            Please tell mr. Agarwal, this is the way he treat customer. He is so big now you can't see small customers???
            Why i need to pay cancellation charges if your staff cancel my ride.

            Note: there should be an external audit on ola then they will come in line.

              Hi sir, my mob no. Is [protected].

              1. On 10 feb 19, i was searching for ola cab from pune airport to nda khadakwasla. Expected fare for journey was shown as 358 while booking and when i was trying to finalise the booking for cab in mini category, booking was done without showing final fare of it. No fare was shown thereafter, thereafter i got call from cab driver sagar kadale (Cab regn no. Mh 12 nb 0176). I asked him about the fare but he told me even he was not having the approx fare of the journey. I asked him to cancel the ride and in response, he told me that i will be charged 80 rupees for cancellation. And he further assured that, the fare for this route varies approx 400. On his words and warning of cancellation charges i boarded the cab.

              2. As i was not much convinced by the cab driver, i contacted customer support of ola cab to know the approx fare. Call was received by miss shruti and he also responded that even fare cannot be shown at their end. He further insisted me that fare can only be confirmed after the conclusion of the journey.

              3. When the journey was concluded, i was charged with rs 947/- which is quite higher than that was expected during booking. I again contacted to customer support of ola cab, and coincidentally it was again attended by miss shruti. I elaborated the whole incident to him and in response she told me that nothing can be done and i will have to pay the whole amount.

              4. Usual fare of same journey is approx 350/- only, but deceptively, i was charged almost three times of it. Further, i insisted her to lodge some complaint in this regard and provide me some complaint number but she denied by saying that she didn't have any provision of it and in addition there was some technical problem.

              5. Please assist me in overcome of this deception by ola cab.

                I booked a ola auto ride on 9th feb 2019 from kovilambakkam to kandanchavadi. First of all the driver didn't come to the pickup point complaining that i wrongly selected the location. Without respect he argued with the customer.

                I did cancel the trip once he reached my location considering the rude behaviour of that driver. He threatened and demanded me 40 rupees for coming there. He also abused me for cancelling the trip.

                The way he threatened clearly shows that he is drunken and not fit to ride.
                And also the vehicle number showed in the app and the number of the vehicle he rides also mismatch
                How can someone believe in this kind of persons and take the trip.

                I need proper action to be taken against this driver and his name is lakshmanan

                  Booked a cab to go to hotel swagath from kk nagar. Driver didn't turn up long time. Unable to call driver since hos mobile was switched off. Car tracking was freezed in a particular location for more time. Being hospital ride for my aunt, the trip was cancelled. Considering the drivers recklessness as well as your customer, please waive rs.40/-.

                    On 4th feb-2019 i had paid the driver through google pay but 533 rs billed as post paid outstanding against my account. I have mailed 4 times in ola support. But still not been provided a right solution.
                    Secondly i never opted for any post paid services then how this services can be activated without the consent of customer.
                    Badly looking for a right solution.

                      There is way of service, once we ordered any services it matter the way it delivered or catered, this such an horrible and misbehaving of the driver, as we want to go from other route, he's say no started driving harshly and i started yelling at him, he just stop the car, and twice we had change the locations, destination could be one but to reach their their could be several routes, which way we want to go by, at least we should have the choice, such hooligans behavior of the driver.

                        My brother booked an ola auto for me from ramgarh mod jaipur to jaipur bus stand.
                        The payment of 68₹ was made by my brother already but still the ola driver asked me 100₹ and fooled me. He was such a dishonest man who was not even afraid of me complaining against him.

                        I have booked OLA on 04/02/2019 CRN[protected] the driver dropped me at my booked address but de didn't close my ride and he goes another location and charged more than my actual money, I am trying to connect ola support but there is no any response. Take action ASAP

                          My airtel no is [protected].. From thane maharashtra.. 22nd january 2019. I got message from old regarding bill payment of 1272/-.. My ola money was having 1700/- balance.. I paid immediately.. On 22/1/2019... Still i am getting ola messages showing payment is still balance. 1) why my account has been transferred to ola post paid 2) why it is not getting auto bill payment when balance is available 3) why am i getting messages still... Why my account is not still clear.

                            After completing my ride, we left the my in-laws mobile in cab by mistake and cab left my house.
                            When we realize and called my phone, it rang first time and after wards and mobile switched off.

                            All ola customer care numbers are not working and ola web site does not have an option to complain.

                            Can you help in getting the phone back.

                              My self pavan, when i came to mumbai, i have joined new company here.i used ola to commute to and fro from office, due to technical glitch in ola, it was not able to pay the money from ola wallet, even though money was available in my ola wallet. so i have paid the money by cash to drivers for couple of rides and now ola is demanding the money from me saying i am due and added penalty week by week.

                              when called customer care ola is telling they have activated ola postpaid?

                              my question to ola, how a ola driver will leave with out due is cleared.

                              this is kind of extortion and should be taken seriously.

                              My Caution to all never use OLA wallet, this kind of traps will be used by ola to do money extortion

                                I have taken the ola from 436 great south road to 726 great south road and after applyinn coupon of 30% discount, it shows it gonna charge me $4-$5, it deducted $5 exact from my card, but later it shows two transaction of $5 and $3.99 in ola. It is totally wrong, the app shows the wrong amount and charge me wrong. If i would have known before that this gonna charge me $8.99 in total, i would have taken some other taxi. You guys are making fool of the people. I am really disappointed.

                                  I have book ola Auto from University of Hyderabad to mehdipatnam bus stop, I had to take a bus so I was in rush and couldn't notice much details. Person has dropped me at the location but he wasn't showing me actual cost in his phone nor my phone was showing any details. He roughly told me estimation and rushed me to give his money as we are in traffic area and i was also in rush so gave him 200 cash since he denied online payment to, and I left. Immediately I got ola notification that he cancelled the trip which I booked. I don't know how he managed to do but manipulated it completely

Driver refused pickup. My mobile is still showing ride is arriving at 10.15 pm on 7th February, 2019. I am unable to do another booking. Please help.
                                  Saying network issue he regrets to arrive at first after that he cancelled the booking If we cancel the order we have to pay for you if you people cancel the booking would you pay for us no na why like this
                                  What we might do if their is any emergency condition I need an explanation if I didn't get explanation I will goto consumer court

                                    I have booked the ola ride with ride later option to go to airport in bangalore on 5th feb 8:30pm. The ride was scheduled and the message appeared that the driver details will be shared 10 mins before the scheduled time and the was displayed in your rides option till 8:15pm and after that all of a sudden the scheduled ride disappeared from your rides and on car turned up. I have to face a lot of problem to book another one (This time i didn't go with ola as i lost faith in it) to reach airport on time. The other pathetic situation is, as the ride was not appearing i am not able to get in touch with the customer service also as there is no number provided to contact the customer service.

                                      A person called and said that he has called for completion of kyc in paytm. The person said that we will receive an otp from the bank which we want to link. We gave him the opt and rs. 4999/- were debited from our account. When we asked the said person he said we just clicked a wrong button. How can rs. 4999/- be debited with single wrong click?

                                      In our passbook in the "particulars" column it showed that the amount is being paid to ola cabs.

                                      I have attached the screenshot of my passbook

                                      Thus i request ola executives to look into the matter and take some actions against that person. We request the respective authorities to give our money back.

                                        I booked an auto from ola and was had already waited for a long time to get a cab on the app. The driver came and started the ride. After i boarded, he asked me if i would pay by ola money or cash and when i said ola money, he asked me to get down from the cab even after i told that this is wrong. And then i asked the driver to cancel the ride because he denied himself but he was not ready to listen. After some time i had to cancel the ride and i was not able to register any complaint on ola app against the ride. I was on my way to office and that was an unacceptable behavior on every level.
