I booked ride on 9th jan 19, driver did'nt come to me or my location, he taken drugs or liquor, i was to caught the train and when called him up, got no response from that end, then i took uber ride.
Further, you charge ₹ 30/- for cancellation did you ask me that i cancelled the ride if so why.
₹ 30/-. Is not a matter, on the other hand you know the location of the booked ride and have the call recording.

On dated 14.01.2019 from AIIMS, Delhi i booked a old cab near about 8:00 PM through my mobile No.[protected]. displayed the old cab No.7887 and Driver Name Sh.Sartaj. I called him on his mobile no. [protected] and he reply me i reached with in 5 minutes but after 1 minute this cab passed from AIIMS I called the driver but he say hello and disconnect my phone its happen many time and never pick me from AIIMS after that I booked a uber cab ....

When i booked ola from valasaravaakam to kottivakam the fare showed 240rs. But end of the trip the fare was double, 483rs. This is so unreasonable. The fare shouldn't be showing this much. Even though it's a public holiday this is ridiculous. I need a solution for this. I better receive refund if not i'll have to sue the company. This is unnecessary expense on a holiday for me....

I used ola booking car micro silver etios driven by dilip b s on 1st jan 2019 from 56th cross rd 4th block rajaji nagar bangalore to hop coms/lalabagh housr main rd bangalore for rs 130. But driver collected rs 230 instead of rs.130. He did not refund excess collected amount despite having contact over phone at several times. Request take action against driver and collect excess amount from him and refund me as early as possible....

On the 5th jan 2019 an old lady along with a 6-year-old child got into the cab (Crn-[protected]) to reach the airport. The driver (K arun) doesn't know the way and also local language. Apparently, he couldn't follow the map displayed on his screen.
The route that is 32 km has taken 46.2 km. It takes usually about 30-40 min but the driver took 80 min to reach.
Due to this delay, the old lady and the child had to miss the flight...

I had booked ola cab on 22nd dec 2018 for a ride to airport @ 11;30 pm. I called the driver mr. Kannan immediately but i could not reach him. I booked a ola cab with prime suv. I got tavera car we are 8 peoples to travel. Driver said 6 peoples only allowed even 9 seat capacity it has. Then asked for additional pay for rest of person. I spoke to customer care initially they said not like that we can travel with 8 peoples with same tariff, by the way they spoke to driver then asked me to pay additional amount for 2 people's. Will be closing ola account forever, will drag to consumer court. Spoken to customer representatives twice on issue who failed to provide any lofic to pricing. If it is high more than 2 times it could ha e been 20 even. Riding ola is a liability and...

Today at gurgaon toll plaza, one o[censored]r cab driver hit my bike and tried to run away. After a distance of 700m, i caught him and called up the police.

In front of the police even, he was not accepting his mistake and showing rude behaviour with bad language.

When i booked it shown me 108rs but when reached the destination just far of 5.5 km travel billed me 233rs which is unfair highly charged/too much... When i complained worst response from ola and saying it telling me it shown 233rs only in kidding what a worst customer care response what is the necessity for me to joke or lie and complain wasteing my time. Late pickup with tripled fare...

Please provide proper information to the customer as well as the driver. From last few days i’ve been booking cabs, it’s so far. The cab is around 6 km far from the location i’ve booked and the app is showing that the driver will reach in 6mins and when i tried calling the driver he said in his phone it is showing 20 mins. How is it possible for us to wait for a cab for 20mins? The drivers say they can’t cancel and us trying to cancel...

I hired ola cab yesterday for chandigarh airport at 230 pm. The estimated fare was 292. The driver took 452. When i gone through the fare details i found he added parking fee whereas there is no parking if drops and goes in 10 minutes. The total distance showing was around 45 km whereas it was 25. The time taken for ride was 25 whereas it was showing 46 minutes..
Please check and revert.
Take serious action against the driver....

I booked ola micro from kia bangalore and it showed me 844 rs later i added ola money of 799 rs and booked micro and reached, after the price it showed was 1497/-

Ola is rbbing customers and especially they with ola money i observe this kind of things.

Please resolve, your executive claim it showed 1500+ and i tavell more often and even during peak micro prices at max 900+ for my route.

I have been getting continuous phone calls from ola on making payment when clearly ola drivers are least bothered on customer experience, safety and people waiting to get to their destination. I kept waiting for a cab for about an hour and the ola cab showing in the map did not move an inch. I spoke to the driver he asked where am i going since he was heading to other direction. Then he gave his ride to other drive who asked the same question....

I had recharged my account with 5000rs in ola money suddenly on 23rd nov i get message that your account mobile number is changed, followed by email id is changed. Please note there was no otp issued for mobile number or email id to be changed, after seeing message i called ola customer care and told them about it, they reactivated my account but there was no ola money all my 5000 rs was gone, there was no order history too. I took a ride where the cab driver took me to wrong route just because he banged another car and those people we're chasing him. I was unaware of all this and when driver took another route i stopped him but he didn't stop saying it's short cut after 3 hours i tried catching few local people who then helped me to get down from the cab and get another cab to my destination. I had to pay full amount to the cab driver rupees 320.

If estimated fare was RS. 1636 how it's up to RS.2500.

Please be noted there is no traffic or no changes in drop location.

If driver run vehicle for 160km I have not advised him to do the same, it's guided by your application.

We passed through the cannt area, and the driver charged us with the toll tax of rupees 60
In the next ride we got to know that the toll tax was to be paid by the driver... And the toll charge was included in the bill... I later confirmed by checking the bill details in the ola app....
