Hi,

I booked ola auto and the driver accepted my request today morning around 10.00 am. I tried contacting driver (Jerald sugumar a, tracking no : crn [protected]) and he asked for extra charge of rs.10 just for 2 kms and so i cancelled the ride.
Again i booked another auto. His name is malairaj g, tracking no : crn [protected]. I contacted him and he asked whether cash or ola money. I said cash so he said ok i will come in 2 min. I waited for long time and tried calling him again and again, he denied to attend my call and he din't even call me and cancelled my ride. Its an emergency and i need to reach my office at time but these guys making to wait for long time and not contacting. As we are regular customer for ola, these type of making to move out of ola cabs. So request to warn the drivers.

    We have booked cab from marine lines. However it was showing that the driver is 10 mins away but after 20 mins we called the driver why isn't he moving from his place. He said all routes are blocked because of marathon. We told him its ok if he gets late but just move from your place start riding your cab towards us obviously you will find the way. After 10mins of his drama he started shouting "madam cancel kardo". I said i can't cancel his cab as i have patient with me and we are waiting for you since 30 mins take whatever time you want we are standing at hospital premises please dont cancel cab we can he other coming towards hospital why only you can't find a way to hospital. He kept insisting to cancel the cab which merely pointless as we were waiting for 30 mins. After losing my temper on him as he was not moved by an inch since we have booked the cab i told him i will put complaint against. He rudly replied "apko jo krna hai vo karo" i immdeately called customer support that i am waiting since long for your cab i am standing at hospital premises and your driver is shouting at us forcing to cancel the cab. The secenario was the marathon runners after the run were asking the cab drivers to cancel the cab of customer and take them to their destination which this driver "udgar mahto" was doing same with us by forcing us to cancel the cab. You people don't teach your drivers to be genuine. I don't want anybody else should face such problem when they have discharged patient with them. Thanks for your service. I will never book ola again.

      Yesterday night while i was coming in the ola cab, it's about 12a. M., i was restless and i was sleeping. Suddenly driver aplies break n i noded towards front. Let me clear you i was in the back seat right side. By mistake i was in deep sleep so the display screen which was infront of me behind the driver's seat got broken. It was too dark inside. So today early morning i got the call from that same vehicle driver and asked me for 2500.00 and he came to my place and behaved very rudely.
      Today I was booked Ola and driver refused to take me at my destination later he concelled ride in front of me hows such non sense happened car no is MH 48 F 1172 driver name shambhoo ramdev need justice my prestigious time was wasted also I'm traveling with my father and he is petiant he can't walk need strict action against driver.

        I had taken an ola rental on 16th of january 2019 for 4 hours and the driver told me that in case 4 hours is complete he will leave and go for which i told him that there is overtime charges as mentioned in the ola app. So i made the driver talk to the customer support services. They told me after 4 hours it's on the driver to continue or end. I had started at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 the driver started saying that 4 hours is about to be over and started screaming on top of his voice using a foul language and threatening way. I asked him to stop the car and got down and rang the ola customer support and asked them help as i was feeling unsafe with this driver and asked them to end this and arrange for another car from where i stopped for which they told me to do it myself and they cannot do anything from their side. Then i spoke in the safety department and they said that i would be charged for 3 hours as i completed 2 hrs 30 mins and rest will be refunded and to arrange the cab myself as they can't help even though i told them the language, tone and body language of the driver was very threatening and bad. Later i took an uber and returned to my hotel. When i asked the safety department that what action has been taken against the driver they said that 1 star rating which was given by me and in future if he does similar thing, he may by suspended as if they were waiting for something to happen. Even few years back, i was abandoned by an ola rental driver on mid way but no action was taken. So i think from my experience that if we are travelling by ola we should travel at our own the risk not expecting anything from customer support.

          This is a pathetic incident i have ever experienced. As i myself after surgery book a cab from hospital to my home, and after boarding it i had suggested driver to take different route as i though it is good to go in night but instead of denying it politely, he started shouting on me and my family and told us to get out of it and these are his words "this is my car, you don't owned it, its price is 15 lacs, you all get out of my car" and then stood outside of the car after asking us to cancel it. This all was happening in public place and then people came to help us to book another cab by their phone as i was patient not able to stand also. As a human being his behavior is intolerable which result in doubt to me to take ola service in future. I felt so humiliated and depressed yesterday when physically i was already suffering from pain. I want ola service to take immediately a strict action against this.

              You have become popular now and you are charging high ratea from the customer despite of you are having more cabs available... You are cheating people... Nust for 8 to 10 km... You are charging 300 to 400 at non peak hours like 9pm... On what grounds you are charging this much... Everyday and everytime they show us there is price increase due to high demand... And the moment you book the ride the cab is available in 2 minutes... That means they are creating fake demand to take high charges from us

                I found my ola account being permanently blocked. One of the support executives informed me about "few policy violation". This is indeed a vague answer as i strongly believe, there has been no wrong from my side, except may be few cancellations.in this regard, please also note most of the times, the driver never reported on time or cancelled himself.

                Please note i always credit my payments on time and have been a regular customer. This is really unethical of you to suddenly permanently blocking an account without providing proper justification. I am not at all satisfied!
                Also i suspect a misuse of my account.
                Today My wife booked ola auto.TN58V 5880.driver name rasu balu.he asked more money than meter rate, she refused. Then he asked her cancelled the trip by more phone calls..so take action on him..we r regular customers.. It will spoil ur name..

                  We booked an ola cab on 17.01.2019, 7pm, the first driver cancelled the ride after hearing the drop location and after multiple try another cab was booked after 20min even that driver forced us to cancel the ride. Now we are charged extra cancelation fee on the next ride, i demand detailed justification on this ridiculous act, am hoping to receive a response from your side real soon.

                    I booked ola on 21st december 2018 from my place to pune airport. We were four people and three big travelling bags ola car arrived but there was no place for luggage. The cars had cng cylinder in the dicky. I had to cancel my bookings and for that, i had to bear cancellation charges without any fault from my side. The same thing happened while returning on 25th dec from pune airport to my place. I had booked ola but this car also had no place for luggage and again i had to cancel my bookings and for that, i had to bear cancellation charges without any fault from my side. It is understood that when airport booking is there, there has to place for luggage. Kindly look into the matter and refund the money back as soon as possible.

                      I booked a auto from poonamallee to t nagar, on 15/01/19 the actual fare should be around 215 rs, but while getting down it shown 485, i argued and paid to the driver. Immediately i registered a complaint with customer care, ticket no[protected], they told refund will be through ola money within 24 hrs.
                      Nothing happened till today, i called yesterday, they told technical issue, they told wait for 48 hrs.
                      How to reach you also, it is very difficult.

                      Ola - tell us when it will be solved.

                      Ola, try to understand the customer pain.
                      Also understood the future will be customer driven business,
                      If you are neglecting customer voice, the customer will avoid your service
                      First receive customer concerns and revert on those

                        I aayush bhardwaj having two lease cars of ola. One is xcent hr55ad8831 and xcent hr55ad0403. The supporting team of ola lease not good. I have to pay lease amount of 1035/- every day. And on 15 january, 2019 they charged me other lease of 24th and 25th november 2018. My bonus for 31st december 2018 is still pending. Regarding that, i called the customer support of ola, they told me to call your supervisor or to visit to ola office that is in gurugram only. And the office employees says, customer care team will help you on call. And customer care team says ola office employees will help you. No solution is given to us. One of my car supervisor named shubham of hr55ad0403. Has blocked my phone number. I called him once. Why ola is hiring such kind of persons in their network. Please try to help me out. If we visit to ola office, whole day is wasted there. There is some earning issues with therm. The rules changes without any notices. And one day, we recieve penalty of 4332. At least some information should be given to us. Nothing is on papers regarding the rules.

                          I hired a ola cab from indra gandhi airport to nizamuddin station. First i searched share ola but it was not showing.. Then may be i booked rental..in this no parking fees is shown in app.. After completion of ride it has been charged... So for 23km i har to pay 754/- but nominal charges are 500-550/-... Difference amount must be paid by ola..

                          My Ola driver by force took me to the CNG pump and made me wait 20 minutes. I was supposed to attend a meeting at 4:45 but was not able to make it in time because of this man. He refused to acknowledge that he did anything wrong. This is unacceptable behaviour.

                            Drivers accept the duty initially and then deny... This is wasting our time and delaying us to our duties... We need practical solution to this and also compensation... We're being blamed everywhere due to this denied delays by drivers. Neither the ola customer care is reachable to let them know our problems and pains. For no fault o[censored]s, we're suffering... Please address this at the earliest

                                I booked ride on 9th jan 19, driver did'nt come to me or my location, he taken drugs or liquor, i was to caught the train and when called him up, got no response from that end, then i took uber ride.
                                Further, you charge ₹ 30/- for cancellation did you ask me that i cancelled the ride if so why.
                                ₹ 30/-. Is not a matter, on the other hand you know the location of the booked ride and have the call recording.
                                I will never book ola ride or recommend if charged. For what i did't do.

                                I have booked an OLA drive vide CRN no. [protected]. The Estimated fare was around 400+ something and I charged 724/-. Before this booking, I also booked an OLA vide CRN no. [protected] which was cancelled by the driver and then I booked the next OLA which charged me almost double the estimated fare. Need a fare resolution asap.
                                The cab driver charged double the amount shown in the app. When asked about it he didnt give any clear reply.

                                  On dated 14.01.2019 from AIIMS, Delhi i booked a old cab near about 8:00 PM through my mobile No.[protected]. displayed the old cab No.7887 and Driver Name Sh.Sartaj. I called him on his mobile no. [protected] and he reply me i reached with in 5 minutes but after 1 minute this cab passed from AIIMS I called the driver but he say hello and disconnect my phone its happen many time and never pick me from AIIMS after that I booked a uber cab . So i request to you take stern action that person and intimate me.

                                    When i booked ola from valasaravaakam to kottivakam the fare showed 240rs. But end of the trip the fare was double, 483rs. This is so unreasonable. The fare shouldn't be showing this much. Even though it's a public holiday this is ridiculous. I need a solution for this. I better receive refund if not i'll have to sue the company. This is unnecessary expense on a holiday for me.

                                      I used ola booking car micro silver etios driven by dilip b s on 1st jan 2019 from 56th cross rd 4th block rajaji nagar bangalore to hop coms/lalabagh housr main rd bangalore for rs 130. But driver collected rs 230 instead of rs.130. He did not refund excess collected amount despite having contact over phone at several times. Request take action against driver and collect excess amount from him and refund me as early as possible.

                                        On the 5th jan 2019 an old lady along with a 6-year-old child got into the cab (Crn-[protected]) to reach the airport. The driver (K arun) doesn't know the way and also local language. Apparently, he couldn't follow the map displayed on his screen.
                                        The route that is 32 km has taken 46.2 km. It takes usually about 30-40 min but the driver took 80 min to reach.
                                        Due to this delay, the old lady and the child had to miss the flight and had to book new tickets for the next flight.
                                        It has caused significant stress on the travelers and also huge loss of money.
                                        The response from the customer care was to provide the no show certificate form airlines so that the can refund the cab fare. Pathetic care.
