Please note that i booked one ride but two cars are coming to my location. I can avail 1st car arrived in my location and canceled another car. This is not my mistake and i cannot avail both the car. Please consider and return the canceled money. I am a frequent rider and i disappoint regarding this issue. Please consider and do the needful,

    Ola is losing the credibility of it's customers.
    I am a regular user of ola but nowadays it very difficult to get ola share. Even after trying for hours you get a ola share and then it will be cancelled by drivers.

    Unfortunately because of this many users are switching to uber even me as the cabs are more in number even during peak hours

    Please take this as an user feedback and act accordingly.

      I booked an ola on 17 jan 2019 at 5.1 pm i received call from cab drivers i saw driver and vehicle details at the time of riding one more cab reached and claimed i have booked that too i shown cab details to both the drivers and took first taxi
      On next booking ola added cancellation charge in my fair that is 30 rs
      On discussion with ola drivers they had similar stories of double booking on single click to narrate
      Kindly look into the matter

          Hi team,

          I have completed my ola ride on 26 dec 2018 worth rs.215, and i have made payment through upi ola ([protected]@axisban/axis bank ltd) on 2 jan 2019.
          It's also reflecting in my bank statement but i am getting continuous calls and sms about payment apart from this customer care is very far from us in today's busy world their bangalore numbers don't even answer even also don't have customer care email address where we can report such things, my feature ridings are barred just because of rs.215 which i already paid.

          It's a humble request kindly wake up and update my payment as early as possible.

            I booked an ola auto and put all the details correctly but when I called the driver, he was very rudely talking to me and using abusive words. I was taking to him and he cut the phone in the middle of conversation and then not picking up the phone. Driver was also not willing to use Ola app and asking me to come at different location for pickup where he was comfortable. Driver was concerned with only his ego and he was behaving like we are his slaves. Ola should review all these things otherwise they will face a lot of complaint against them.

                    I booked ola cab from mumbai airport to my house.
                    The fare to be paid rs.292.
                    He took rs.400, as against above amount.
                    He took extra rs.100 for airport parking charge, which was already included in it.
                    Since i was with family and it was midnight, i could not do anything but to complaint you.
                    I have experienced many issues with ola drivers, i think, ola management has no control over them.
                    Pl. Advise.

                      Estimated fare was rs.9300 approx. But finally i had to pay the bill of rs.13650.
                      Driver took long routes even after showing short possible ways. He took from quite interior areas, small roads, and uncomfortable ride.
                      I could not do anything but to keep calm and see what was happening, because my family was with me.
                      He kept on asking extra money for food and stay. He charged approx. Rs.600/-.
                      He was using insulting language.
                      My trip ended quite irritating.
                      I want refund of extra money i paid to him.

                        Dear officer,

                        On 20th january at about 11.34 pm i had booked olacabs from pune station to kondhwa. At the time of start the fare shown before booking was rs. 200. To my surprise, total fare was 485 rs for 8.1 kms (22 min ride).
                        There was no peak hours, no traffic congestion. This amount deduction is beyond any logic. Since then i have lost my faith in ola and stared journey through uber.

                        Please resolve my problem immediately and reverse the excess fare (Rs. 285/-) paid by me.

                          We traveled by ola on 30/12/2018 (09.49 pm by sankar, crn[protected]); i paid for the ride in cash rs121/ plus rs11 tips for the driver; i am getting repeated sms from ola asking me to settle my postpaid bill; they are not resolving my repeated emails, telling them i have paid cash and i dont have a postpaid account; nowadays i am scared to book ola due to this cheating undergone by me

                            I booked ola auto and the driver accepted my request today morning around 10.00 am. I tried contacting driver (Jerald sugumar a, tracking no : crn [protected]) and he asked for extra charge of rs.10 just for 2 kms and so i cancelled the ride.
                            Again i booked another auto. His name is malairaj g, tracking no : crn [protected]. I contacted him and he asked whether cash or ola money. I said cash so he said ok i will come in 2 min. I waited for long time and tried calling him again and again, he denied to attend my call and he din't even call me and cancelled my ride. Its an emergency and i need to reach my office at time but these guys making to wait for long time and not contacting. As we are regular customer for ola, these type of making to move out of ola cabs. So request to warn the drivers.

                              We have booked cab from marine lines. However it was showing that the driver is 10 mins away but after 20 mins we called the driver why isn't he moving from his place. He said all routes are blocked because of marathon. We told him its ok if he gets late but just move from your place start riding your cab towards us obviously you will find the way. After 10mins of his drama he started shouting "madam cancel kardo". I said i can't cancel his cab as i have patient with me and we are waiting for you since 30 mins take whatever time you want we are standing at hospital premises please dont cancel cab we can he other coming towards hospital why only you can't find a way to hospital. He kept insisting to cancel the cab which merely pointless as we were waiting for 30 mins. After losing my temper on him as he was not moved by an inch since we have booked the cab i told him i will put complaint against. He rudly replied "apko jo krna hai vo karo" i immdeately called customer support that i am waiting since long for your cab i am standing at hospital premises and your driver is shouting at us forcing to cancel the cab. The secenario was the marathon runners after the run were asking the cab drivers to cancel the cab of customer and take them to their destination which this driver "udgar mahto" was doing same with us by forcing us to cancel the cab. You people don't teach your drivers to be genuine. I don't want anybody else should face such problem when they have discharged patient with them. Thanks for your service. I will never book ola again.

                                Yesterday night while i was coming in the ola cab, it's about 12a. M., i was restless and i was sleeping. Suddenly driver aplies break n i noded towards front. Let me clear you i was in the back seat right side. By mistake i was in deep sleep so the display screen which was infront of me behind the driver's seat got broken. It was too dark inside. So today early morning i got the call from that same vehicle driver and asked me for 2500.00 and he came to my place and behaved very rudely.
                                Today I was booked Ola and driver refused to take me at my destination later he concelled ride in front of me hows such non sense happened car no is MH 48 F 1172 driver name shambhoo ramdev need justice my prestigious time was wasted also I'm traveling with my father and he is petiant he can't walk need strict action against driver.

                                  I had taken an ola rental on 16th of january 2019 for 4 hours and the driver told me that in case 4 hours is complete he will leave and go for which i told him that there is overtime charges as mentioned in the ola app. So i made the driver talk to the customer support services. They told me after 4 hours it's on the driver to continue or end. I had started at 1:30 pm and by 3:30 the driver started saying that 4 hours is about to be over and started screaming on top of his voice using a foul language and threatening way. I asked him to stop the car and got down and rang the ola customer support and asked them help as i was feeling unsafe with this driver and asked them to end this and arrange for another car from where i stopped for which they told me to do it myself and they cannot do anything from their side. Then i spoke in the safety department and they said that i would be charged for 3 hours as i completed 2 hrs 30 mins and rest will be refunded and to arrange the cab myself as they can't help even though i told them the language, tone and body language of the driver was very threatening and bad. Later i took an uber and returned to my hotel. When i asked the safety department that what action has been taken against the driver they said that 1 star rating which was given by me and in future if he does similar thing, he may by suspended as if they were waiting for something to happen. Even few years back, i was abandoned by an ola rental driver on mid way but no action was taken. So i think from my experience that if we are travelling by ola we should travel at our own the risk not expecting anything from customer support.

                                    This is a pathetic incident i have ever experienced. As i myself after surgery book a cab from hospital to my home, and after boarding it i had suggested driver to take different route as i though it is good to go in night but instead of denying it politely, he started shouting on me and my family and told us to get out of it and these are his words "this is my car, you don't owned it, its price is 15 lacs, you all get out of my car" and then stood outside of the car after asking us to cancel it. This all was happening in public place and then people came to help us to book another cab by their phone as i was patient not able to stand also. As a human being his behavior is intolerable which result in doubt to me to take ola service in future. I felt so humiliated and depressed yesterday when physically i was already suffering from pain. I want ola service to take immediately a strict action against this.

                                        You have become popular now and you are charging high ratea from the customer despite of you are having more cabs available... You are cheating people... Nust for 8 to 10 km... You are charging 300 to 400 at non peak hours like 9pm... On what grounds you are charging this much... Everyday and everytime they show us there is price increase due to high demand... And the moment you book the ride the cab is available in 2 minutes... That means they are creating fake demand to take high charges from us
