Case-1. I booked cab from Madhapur Ratnadeep to My home. Good distance is 18Km. But Ola charged me for 21.9km.

Case 2. Next day I booked cab to my work place. Driver cancelled ride by saying he is not going to ride as per my guidance route. He wants to ride as per his own route.

Spoke to the customer care of Ola . Even they are supporting Drivers saying that's Ola standard

    Excess pricing was done while going to tata memorial hospital instead of of 542 was charged 1018. Please refund the extra charge. Ola drive asked me to have a word with customer service. Please refund the extra amount. Please refund my money. Please refund the extra amount. I am fed up of this. Please refund my money. Please help me. I have to go to to hospital.
    I booked an ola auto at Chennai today. I paid the fair through phonepe.But when I reached my destination, the driver forced to pay the fair. I had to pay 172 to the driver. Such incidents should not happen. I will move to the consumer forum if any step is not taken.

        Hi all,
        Ola is cheating the customers by charging heavy fair price on cab trip. When booking it will show one price and charge more than the amount we opted.
        I have my ola postpaid amount, they have overcharged me for a trip which should be around 350-400. But ola charged 1100 for that trip.
        Ola cannot show one price before trip and charge higher price after trip.

        1. Debited with Rs.599.00,[protected]:36:13 thru IBS.

        2. Debited with Rs.500.00,[protected]:58:14 thru IBS.

        The above two transactions were completed but amount was not credited in my OLA account.
        I had booked for prime play but u sent me a corporate cab

          I have been charged with ola postrpaid bill of rs.1000, even though i have made the payment via paytm as per the suggestion of an executive who called to clear the dues. Even after doing as suggested and sharing the screenshot also, i got a call for the payment around 100 times. Even after informing the same thing again n again to the folks of ola money, today they sent me the message n call of taking legal action against me. I have been very supportive to each and every executive while telling same stuff every time.

          I would like to escalate the issue to the who so ever is the concerned person for this. I have been irritated now, could you guys check it once and for all? If not, let me take the legal action against you peeps asap.
          I was traveling from EGMORE to Kannadapalayam 25/01/2019 driver name Mr. Gopinathan U. Crn no[protected].
          May be the driver drunk because at the time of driving he is murmuring and say bad words. That car and it's seats are damaged. Please find attached that dirty car photos

            My booking id is [protected]. I had booked a mini ride on january 27, 2019 and was not shown a fare. There was no message of fare change or fare rise shown to me. I was charged 714 for 30 kilometres ride and time is 66 minutes, the driver told me this is a error a d i should contact customer care and they would refund me the amount. Now the customer care tells me i was told that the fare would change. This is not done. Fare is increased by ola system rs 254 without giving any information, ola system was not working properly. This is a big error. Please refund me the excess 350 bucks asap

              I wanted to get an auto ride for boarding a bus on the evening of sunday and couldn't get even one. I could find autos standing nearby in the map but none responded. It had made me hate the service. I thoroughly dislike ola auto service nowadays as it isn't up to the mark. Please make necessary arrangements so that it proves to be useful. I was prompted to post this complaint because this has been happening for a long time. I want serious amendments in the service to continue, otherwise it seems to be helpless.
              Without any reason ola charged cancellation charge. I want my money back otherwise i will delete permanently ola app and will never book ola. I will suggest to everyone that ola is a cheater.why should i have to pay extra amount?

              I faced problems regarding payment i booked ola cab charge shown on my mobile 292. 00 but ola charged 392 with cancellation charge. Without any reason. I think ola ia worst cab service company. (CRN 2707218252)

                I book cab from vasai to pune and received confirmation msg. But when called driver he said booking was cancelled but i did not receive any such message. This happened again for next booking to pune.
                When you confirm booking how can cancel them thereafter. It is violation of contract act. I am going to consumer forum.
                As per maha state govt rule you are to prices 24 x 7 taxi service. And once you confirm that cab is booked for destination how can they cancel on own. It is better you stop your business and work as cab directory so we can contact drivers directly and no need of yours.
                I have sms of confirmation and call record of drivers who cancel booking and offered to drive will same fare without booking i smell his wrong intentions to loot in midway.
                So please reply why i should not go to consumer forum.
                I am an ola driver in ernakulam. I am not satisfied with the rates. Rates are not matching with the fuel consumption. Ola charges 65, auto ricksha charges 100 for same distance

                  I am using ola post paid, i cleared my dues but still showing as not cleared (And continuously reminding me to clear which is kind of annoying). My transaction reference is[protected]igafgtlqs3.
                  Jan 28 is last day for payment and it is reminded to me that i should be paying extra if i don't clear my due which i already did. I was unable to find any related contact in ola app for complaints.
                  Please resolve my issue.

                  Most of time drivers refuse to come for pickup or cancel the pickups . And are rude during night pickups I. Gonto work at this time . N mostly drivers get the duty. N wont respond to the pickups. Coz of which i get late to work

                    I recharged ola money for request on behalf on fellow ola driver. I went on to pay cash as the ola money transaction wasn't complete and showing error. After giving driver cab payment still it. After few minutes of completing the journey. The amount was deducted from the ola money account. I want the money back. So i called the customer care centre. There is no one responding on recieve information the call

                      My booking id is [protected]. I had booked a micro ride on january 25 2019 and was shown a fare of 330rs. There was no message of fare change or fare rise shown to me. I was charged 890 rs in the end. The driver told me this is a error a d i should contact customer care and they would refund me the amount. Now the customer care tells me i was told that the fare would change. This is not done. I travel by ola daily to and fro the same location and pay about 350 bucks on average. This is a big error. Please refund me the excess 500 bucks asap.

                        Booking id: crn[protected]

                        We had took this ride on 09 jan 19, my estimated fare shown on the app was rs. 588 and there was no any drop/up icon of fare increase, neither it asked me surcharge permission before booking ride, also ola app got hanged few seconds while booking cab. At the time of travel estimated fare shown on the app was same but when ride completed generated bill was rs. 1088 which is actually double than the regular price. How you can show wrong charges and snatch hard earned money with showing infatuation of postpaid wallet and charging back extra money for rides from it?

                        Also your invoice shows convenience fee, convenience fee should fixed and it should not increase, but this wrong ola bill also shows convenience fee as rs. 200/- which is a joke. Flight ticket booking convenience fee is also lesser than this.

                        Driver also had told that this much amount is not correct and is very much higher than regular fare. He told us to contact ola support.

                        Please check the details of my booking and refund back my extra charged money of rs. 500/- as soon as possible.

                          Ola cab number ts10ub0609 in hyderabad.. Appointed a driver who is driving cab around 8 pm drunk n drive and made a big new sense on the road near bowenpalli hyderabad.. Cab driven was fully drunken and driving car with customers inside car what the hell is doing these ola people i need immediate action on this driver... Driver was driving car left and right

                            I booked ola cab on 26/01/2019 at about 1.30 to 1. 48pm. The cabs assigned were no. 1631, 9901& 2494 with otps 2599, 9019 & 2734. All of the drivers cancelled the booking one by one resulting in creating problem. I was held up.
                            May i ask you why is your cab service so troublesome and unreliable? I had sent complaints earlier when a cab was booked but at the last time they cancelled it and iwas held p i; raj bhawan, dehradun. It is horrible. Pl. Reply.

                              Last 2 months 2 times i have been cheated by ola without informing high peak charges at the time of booking. I am travelling frequent paying my company credit card but these 2 times bill was 3 times the normal charges.

                              My regular route is from airport to kazhipattur which charges max 500-600. I am very frequent traveller. Every time i complain to ola they will say it’s due to peak time and to make sure more cabs available to customers. If i know prior to booking that such high peak charges are going to be there then why shall i book...

                              No prior info flashing to me while booking cab using my company credit card saved as payment mode...

                              Ola is a chor company looting people’s hard earned money...

                                I booked an ola cab (Prime cab) on 25th jan at around 11.55pm from mumbai airport with an estimated charge of ₹536 to my destination in mumbai central. I always pay the same amount or around that from the same origin & destination. However, this time when we reached our destination, the charge asked to us to pay was 3 times more than estimated charge. Whwn we asked the invoice we saw that we're charged with ₹858.75 surcharge and other few extra charges. There was no change in route or other deviations whatsoever for ola to charge so higher than the estimated amount. Also, there's something called surcharge amount which could be around 1.2x times or max 1.5x times, still the billing done to us is about 3x times which is told to the customer beforehand. However, in our case they didn't even show us any surcharge amount. It only stated ' the fare may change if there's any change in destination or route' which didn't happen.

                                  I called driver with auto number ka09 6918 from place near chamundeshwari temple, hebbal, Mysore. He called again to ask drop location. I told drop location but approximately for 20 min he was showing 1 min away but was not picking my call and was cutting it. If he did not want to go he should tell clearly. Drivers don't have manners to tell clearly. Please check conversation. Please hire good drivers.

                                    As can be seen in the attached photo, I made a payment of Rs. 135 to Ola Cabs on 29th December, 2018.

                                    Ola support says they have not received this money.

                                    My credit card company wants an email from Ola confirming that they have not received the payment (merchant contact proof), but Ola is refusing to send me the email since the past 3 weeks

                                    Please help me!

                                      One of our resort guests had utilized an ola cab service to our resort, the driver acted in an highly unprofessional way like demanding to be served inside the restaurant, smoking in common areas and behaving rudely with the hotel staff on top of that when questioned about his actions he has left a distasteful review on google as a guest which is unfair as the guests were quite happy with the services provided, request the management to take action against the driver (details as per screenshot)

                                        Dear ola team

                                        As discussed over the mobile yesterday 6 times with your customer service about the booking with mr. Prathap a – crn [protected] going for vs hospital (Cancer institute for an emergency admission) who has stopped the vehicle within 50 metres from the pickup point demanding money in spite of informing him it is paid through ola money.

                                        He was aware that he is having a cancer patient aged 85 years+ and he didn’t even cancel the booking, so that we can make another booking (Ongoing ride cannot be cancelled by the customer) and made us to wait at road side for more than 1 hour to cancel because of which we didn’t reach the hospital which was the final drop point (Vs hospital).

                                        I called up for the support immediately by the way he behaved at 9.33am, 9.44am, 9.53 am, 10.10 am, 10.28 am but none of you supported to arrange another cab or none of you supported to convince the driver and take the car. All call recordings are available, every one asked for 2 mins time and none got back to me. At last i presses emergency button so that the driver cancelled the booking.

                                        Now in spite of all this, i have been charged rs.992, i called up the support team again at 1.52 pm, but the support customer executive says only 905 will be paid. Why i should bare 87 rupees for a destination which i didn’t require to travel?

                                        On top of that my booking price was rs.1111; the next booking which i booked was crn [protected] -10.28 pm –was also charged rs.1215/- which is 105 extra than previous ride and we reached late by 1.30 mins than the appointment time.

                                        Your app takes donation for cancer patient – when you can’t deal with a patient who is going to cancer hospital, is this money going for right cause?

                                        We have been forced to stay in hospital, be admitted to show to the doctor next day. Treatment may start today or tomorrow. This has caused huge uncomfortness to the patient and all o[censored]s went through a trauma, is this way ola deal with customers.

                                        Telling sorry, telling sorry for inconvenience is easy, will you get back us to forget our uncomfortness, we were worried since the patient was also suffering with critical illness of heart attack, if something would have happened, who should be blamed and now who is going to pay the difference and hospital charges, because of ola mistake.

                                        The following things has to be paid by ola services

                                        1. Rs.992 wrongly charged

                                        2. Rs, 105 excess paid than the 1st booking, difference of money paid due to your cab driver problem.

                                        3. All hospital expenditure of the patient for the careless behaviour.

                                        Expecting a speedy reply from the decision making team of ola.
