I'm a regular customer of ola from hsr layout to electronic city and vice a versa...
Tonight i booked a share cab from e. City he took my booking and when i called he said i'll come after reaching the location he doesn't open the door if the car and allow me to enter and talking over phone after 5mints he told me to go for another cab for this ola charge me 20 rupees fine of cancellation, all though the driver cancel the ride. What nonsense is this...

    Driver has not paid for parking still you guys have collected cash from me for the parking. This is pathetic. Your support is arguing and driver is lying. I am paying 400 and it's not more for me to pay 70 more, but it is ridiculously wrong to charge someone for what they have not done. I will raise a request in consumer forum for the money fraud you guys are doing.

    Yesterday i book a cab of ola micro nd when i called driver he denied for pick up nd he is saying roughly to cancel the ride nd he abused me coz I'm not cancelling the ride which kind of service you are giving
    It was hundayi eon car driver his details are not showing in my ola app

      My ola account is blocked. Please unblock it [protected]@gmail.com. Dont know why its blocked but i feel inconvenience due to the services. The driver said me to cancelled the ride so that i cancelled it. I called your customers care services also but no response. I am very disappointed so please take action. Action as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged to you..

        I left my belonging in can't boot while deboarding

        Crn [protected], i took a ola prime ride from gurgaon to delhi at on 27th jan, 3:18 pm. Actually i was shifting home, and i left one of my belonging in cab's boot while de-boarding cab. I immediately called the driver for it but he already left that area with another booking. Since that day i am chasing them on daily basis and i get reply that whenever the cab goes from your nearby's location we will drop your belonging. The driver's health...

        I booked ola auto from longarajapuram to dodda banaswadi bus stop. He was in some other street i was guiding he suddenly cancelled. But without my mistake u given 15/- penalty on my account. Infact only my two children were traveling they had only 60/- the ride was 55/-. And penalty 15/-. Can u imagine how could children struggled. They bought from others and paid. So insulting situation. Plz reply
        Coimbatore driver not coming too long distance...will return only accept to booking...

        Since this time I have managed to take screenshots. This is how ola charging extra without customer awareness.
        I have taken several rides on this route and in may last ride today ola charged me 3 times more. APROX rs 39 per km. What is reason for that. No rain even no issue i found on the road.

          I have booked from vashi to cumballa hill at 3.15 pm. The driver called where to come i says the exact location and after 2 mins the driver cancelled the rides. And i again try to book the cabs was not available. Disgusting from ola that the driver cancelled the ride. If customer cancel the rides ola carges around rs.50 to 75 if customer cancel ride. If driver send it their duty so ola will pay me the penalty for doing this need answer. Asap
          Whenever I tried to book Ola for ride, I always got a notice that this phone number ([protected]) is blocked, kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.
          I had booked a cab for my parents to travel from Delhi to Agra. The car got broke down on the way and driver left them on the road without making alternate arrangement. Completed the trip without OTP and charged me extra money as well.

            On feb3 i booked a ola micro from chandra layout bangalore to banaswadi bangalore and when i selected the cab it showed me the charge as rs321 but the cab driver asked rs554. Why is ola not showing accurate charges while selecting the ride. I am very dissatisfied with ola and will not be opting ola again. My phone # is 63six474nine114. I didn’t have enough money and it was a big problem for me.

              [protected] mr mukesh sahu with car number jh 01cw8391 was scheduled for our ride in ranchi. This person was so impolite, uncouth and rude that we were really disappointed! The driver despite of having enough space available refused to keep a bag in his boot space & he was pathetically rude to us, cancelled and shifted my booking to another ola who eventually cancelled the ride even before he reached!! Is this the kind of service expected from ola! I know you guys won't take any steps, neither you will get back to us like a couple of incidents that happened earlier!! And because of your negligence towards customers, i will now rate ola negatively & shall also post this in social media!! Enough is enough now!

                1. I traveled from p7 airport mumbai to mahalaxmi, zenith house -400434, amount shown at the timing of booking was about rs 484 and charged rs 713 due to misroute driving. Kindly refund the excess amount asap

                2. I traveled from mahalaxmi zenith house -400434 to t1 mumbai airport, amount shown at the time of booking was around rs 500 and got charged me rs 710 due to driver misrouted driving, he took me first to t2 then t1 after all saying by me that we are going wrong... He told don’t worry i know the way.. Kindly refund the excess amount asap.

                I am the regular customer of ola cabs, hope u want me to trust ola further so please refund as driver also told me it’s done wrongly, put the complaint and amount will be refunded soon.

                  At 6.27 pm driver aftar uddin mh47n5747 silver xcent... Booked for bindra complex andheri east.. Mbi 93... Driver take long rout via for instead of worli sea link... And at ghatkopar he said ola is booked for upto this... His gps is not working or he is uneducated. Why u have kept him... Who will pay excess money... And why jave wasted our time... Compansate us... I can provide proof of booking...

                    Today morning i have booked an ola cab. And immediately called the driver for the confirmation. We mutually agreed on my location and after few mints he was found at the same road but another side.

                    Since there were barrigates, i was not able to cross the road. So i requested him to take u turn.
                    But he denied.

                    And said” micro book miya hai to itna nahi milega. I have been living here since 40 years. Aap muxe mat batao thane ke raste. Another thing he said was me apka route decide karunga. And finlly he said, aap cancle kar lo. “

                    As i was helpless, i had to cancle it, but i have been charged cancellation fees. Which is a mere example of injustice. If ola doesn’t take action against these rude drivers, customers are going to opt for another options available in the market.

                      I had booked a prime suv at 3:15pm crn [protected] by phone [protected] from prengaluthur railway station to bethel nagar injambakkam as per the schedule the amount shown is rs.646 but the driver had cancelled the ride and picked up the passenger from perungaluthu railway station to bethel nagar and collected money from them rs 700 instead of 646. This is the worst action from ola driver for the first time please look into the matter and arrange to return the amount of rs 54 into my ola money. I expect the good results from you.

                        Case-1. I booked cab from Madhapur Ratnadeep to My home. Good distance is 18Km. But Ola charged me for 21.9km.

                        Case 2. Next day I booked cab to my work place. Driver cancelled ride by saying he is not going to ride as per my guidance route. He wants to ride as per his own route.

                        Spoke to the customer care of Ola . Even they are supporting Drivers saying that's Ola standard

                          Excess pricing was done while going to tata memorial hospital instead of of 542 was charged 1018. Please refund the extra charge. Ola drive asked me to have a word with customer service. Please refund the extra amount. Please refund my money. Please refund the extra amount. I am fed up of this. Please refund my money. Please help me. I have to go to to hospital.
                          I booked an ola auto at Chennai today. I paid the fair through phonepe.But when I reached my destination, the driver forced to pay the fair. I had to pay 172 to the driver. Such incidents should not happen. I will move to the consumer forum if any step is not taken.

                              Hi all,
                              Ola is cheating the customers by charging heavy fair price on cab trip. When booking it will show one price and charge more than the amount we opted.
                              I have my ola postpaid amount, they have overcharged me for a trip which should be around 350-400. But ola charged 1100 for that trip.
                              Ola cannot show one price before trip and charge higher price after trip.

                              2. Debited with Rs.500.00,[protected]:58:14 thru IBS.

                              The above two transactions were completed but amount was not credited in my OLA account.

                                I have been charged with ola postrpaid bill of rs.1000, even though i have made the payment via paytm as per the suggestion of an executive who called to clear the dues. Even after doing as suggested and sharing the screenshot also, i got a call for the payment around 100 times. Even after informing the same thing again n again to the folks of ola money, today they sent me the message n call of taking legal action against me. I have been very supportive to each and every executive while telling same stuff every time.

                                I would like to escalate the issue to the who so ever is the concerned person for this. I have been irritated now, could you guys check it once and for all? If not, let me take the legal action against you peeps asap.

                                May be the driver drunk because at the time of driving he is murmuring and say bad words. That car and it's seats are damaged. Please find attached that dirty car photos

                                  My booking id is [protected]. I had booked a mini ride on january 27, 2019 and was not shown a fare. There was no message of fare change or fare rise shown to me. I was charged 714 for 30 kilometres ride and time is 66 minutes, the driver told me this is a error a d i should contact customer care and they would refund me the amount. Now the customer care tells me i was told that the fare would change. This is not done. Fare is increased by ola system rs 254 without giving any information, ola system was not working properly. This is a big error. Please refund me the excess 350 bucks asap

                                    I wanted to get an auto ride for boarding a bus on the evening of sunday and couldn't get even one. I could find autos standing nearby in the map but none responded. It had made me hate the service. I thoroughly dislike ola auto service nowadays as it isn't up to the mark. Please make necessary arrangements so that it proves to be useful. I was prompted to post this complaint because this has been happening for a long time. I want serious amendments in the service to continue, otherwise it seems to be helpless.
                                    Without any reason ola charged cancellation charge. I want my money back otherwise i will delete permanently ola app and will never book ola. I will suggest to everyone that ola is a cheater.why should i have to pay extra amount?

                                    I faced problems regarding payment i booked ola cab charge shown on my mobile 292. 00 but ola charged 392 with cancellation charge. Without any reason. I think ola ia worst cab service company. (CRN 2707218252)
