I took an OLA ride on 27th of June. I was over billed and upon escalating the matter to OLA they agreed to refund the extra amount charged of over Rs500. They asked for my bank details which I have already submitted to them n till date I am just following up with them without any results. They have yet not refunded my money. They have even stopped responding. Big frauds.

      Hello Bhavish,

      This is in regards to one of the worst experiences using OLA money,
      I will definitely inform all my family and colleagues never to use OLA money again..

      I added 1000 INR+9000 INR on 6th September 2022,

      I was able to use 5000 out of 10, 000,

      Rest 5000, I'm unable to use it, no matter whatever I try..

      I'm also attaching the photos of the error,

      I tried to use it on a merchant website, but it didn't work.
      I tried to use it to purchase a gift card, but got an error message " number/user not registered".
      I tried to withdraw to bank its not working, your team say that KYC Is not done, hence its the issue,
      When I ask how I can complete the KYC, they say we don't do any KYC anymore.

      This is really frustrating, and your team doesn't have any answer to this,
      And they are asking if it will take 10 days for a refund to be initiated ?
      really? 10 Days?

      I have shared all the requested documents as well,

      I really don't understand being such a reputed company "OLA"
      is this the way how you treat your customers?

      Being a CEO you are not capable of solving such problems...
      When i went through the review of OLA money, Its really worst.
      I'm regretting to use this OLA money.

      Mr. Bhavish,
      I want my refund of 5000 ASAP, either to the original payment method.

      I repeat .. PLEASE DO IT ASAP.

          I had scheduled an ola cab on 1st of August 6 am and i received the driver information 15 mins before the ride, the driver cancelled the ride around 6, I tried booking multiple cabs and they kept cancelling, this wasted half an hour of mine, the last driver didn't even have the courtesy to cancel the ride and kept on moving away from my location while having accepted the ride making me cancel the ride. I finally booked an Uber for my journey. I booked an Ola recently on 5th Sept and I was charged an additional 150 for my previously cancelled rides which was not my fault. I contacted the support and he tells me since 30 days have passed he can't do anything about it. This is very unprofessional and he told me i should looked at the ride where cancellation charges were charged and raised the complaint there that time. How am I supposed to know I'll be charged 150 in my next ride. Please look into this or I might have to use other social media platforms to share this and find other forums to raise this complaint

            Dear team,
            We are using ola for domestic travel for many times and recently we are facing some issues regarding travel or driver.
            1. Ola driver asking extra cadh for each ride as they are telling ola is taking big amount from ride charge. We are telling them to talk to ola authority instead o[censored]s but till now we are facing issues.
            2. Today i have used ola and driver aasked me extra cash after reaching my place and i paid. But after that he cancelled the trip so that he get whole amount.

            Please try to bring some solution to this or else you will lose the customers.

              My ride id - CRN[protected]
              First things ola are cheaters at the beginning of booking the rides the fares are lesser after ride was booked the rates increased by 109 rs.
              Second thing i made online payment via gpay still the driver took money from me.

              Request you to please look into this and give my money back

                My wife had booked the Ola cab from the mobile number [protected] from Ananya Hospital Rajajinagar to Veerannapalya Gate and trip ended at 12.51 PM. My wife left the phone in the call while getting down from the cab. After that when we tried connecting, the phone is switched off and the Ola account from that phone is showing as blocked now.
                Please contact us on [protected] number to help us out to find out the cab driver and our phone and get back from the cab driver. We tried all the ways to contact you over the phone numbers available on net. But no use.

                Please help us on urgent basis.

                  I paid the cab used by my relative in pune using cash. He paid for the same though I had booked it.
                  The drive details with booking number and amount paid is given below. It was booked on :

                  I had sent mails to their customer support amultiple times and raised the complaint in their website too. However, calls keep coming and to make matters even worse they keep adding late fees to an amount already paid. I have shared the drive details with the company too. The amount may seem minor but this is the way OLA operates and harasses people it is time they are sent to cout.

                    In Coimbatore all the OLA drivers (Car, bike, auto ) first asking destination and price amount which is calculated by OLA. Then asking extra money Rs 30-Rs 50 based on the driver. If we ask the driver why we need to provide extra money.. they are scolding in bad words and asking us to cancell the trip. I have complaint through OLA but no response as usual. I was corner and booked another cab same question.. at this time I paid extra 50.. again and again on Saturday to Monday I booked more than 5 cabs all the drivers asked extra money. Please do something...

                          Hi,

                          I had taken two rides through ola on 4th August, one in the morning and one in the evening. In evening, the first ride was cancelled by driver and I booked another ride on ola. On his arrival, he asked me OTP and I had shared with him

                          When I reached the destination the driver had asked me 752 rs for which I had done the payment through cash and the same amount figure was reflecting on his phone and same on mine as well. On checking the bill after few days, I noticed that app was showing that ride as cancelled.

                          I had reached out to customer care and they said that the driver had converted this ola ride to private ride.

                          Due to a bug in their system, driver is playing well.
                          I requested the ola team to generate the bill for the same as I had got the notification that my ride was completed and I had made the payment but they denied by saying that they cannot find the record for the same.

                          They are not even trying to understand my concern but they are believing that I am lying as I don't have the justified proof. The only point is how could the customer know that driver had changed the ride to private one when we are sharing the OTP and getting the notification for the same that ride is completed.

                          Therefore, i am approaching consumer court to look into case as this has not only happened with me but with many more people as well..

                          In return I only want the bill for the same.

                            Fare price spike

                            In the Ola app it was showing fare price rs. 111 for the ride. So, I paid the money at the start of the journey. But later when reached at the destination I was asked to pay the extra money which was surprising to me as I already paid the fare price....

                            Ive been emailing OLA for well over 2 months now and they haven't responded to any of my emails nor have they resolved the problem.
                            ISSUE - I took a cab ride 2 months back to work where the total amount came out to 1, 330 rs. I had selected the wallet pay option on their app but on completion of the ride it wasnt allowing me to make the payment through the app. The driver asked me to make the payment to his personal gpay account which i did. The next time i tried booking a cab via ola app, it was asking me to pay the pending due amount of 1330 on the app without which it wasnt allowing me to proceed and book another ride. Ive reached out to their customer support via calls and emails but it still hasn't been resolved. I still get notifications every now and then to pay the due amount and my ola account has been suspended. I had shared screenshots of the payment made but still there is no response from their end. Its been more than 2 months and they havent bothered to call back or get my account cleared. Please help. I would like to file a complaint against ola and the driver for the inconvenience. They are stealing money and not providing the service. Please take strict action against them.PLEASE FIND ATTACHED SCREENSHOT OF THE PAYMENT MADE THROUGH GPAY.

                              We took a cab from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar to Naroda Road in Ahmedabad on 12th August 2022 night. Although our mode of payment was in Ola money (fare amount 805 rupees) the cab driver forced us to pay in cash. It was around 10:30 pm late in the night. The driver stated that he has some small loans to payback and hence wants cash. He even told us that if ola asks us for the money, he will send the money back to us by online payment. We ended up paying him cash and then tried to change the mode of payment. However that did not work and ola has been asking us to make the payment (ola postpaid money). We called the driver, but he is now denying taking cash from us and using abusive language for raising a complaint on this issue.

                              This is a clear case of double payment if ola does not rescind the postpaid request it is making. And action has to be taken against such drivers.

                                Dear customer care i am really fed-up with this email from OLA.

                                I have registered the complain Ticket[protected] after that also so many complain. even in twitter also no use still the problem not yet resolved.

                                I have booked the raid and i paid on the same time. rupees 477. only 23 rupees is remain but the bill came for me for rupees 500/-.

                                till date i am receiving the email that i have not paid the bill.

                                its really unfair.

                                i have the bank statement for the proof still ola is not ready to resolve.

                                i am really surprise. if this continue i will change the account now it is up to OLA for what they do for the customer

                                  I travelled from Vadodara to Anand in Ola outstation ride on 15th Aug 2022.
                                  Ola offered base fare was for 140 Km and 8 Hours - 1270 INR
                                  I actual travelled 117 Km.
                                  Ola charged for 299 Km.
                                  My total travell time (ride plus waiting) was 218 Minutes.
                                  I make a complaint on 15th Aug and took more than 5 follow ups, but Ola does not responding.
                                  All the time they are saying that backend team is verifying complaint and details.

                                    Amount paid via Google Pay UPI: Rs. 244
                                    Amount paid AGAIN in Cash to Driver for same ride: Rs. 260

                                    I took an Ola Auto from Hebbal to Domlur (Bengaluru) & opted to pay via Gpay UPI prepaid method before the ride ended.

                                    I initiated online payment via Google pay for Rs. 244 which got debited from my account but got stuck in processing state in Google Pay app waiting for receiving the payment by Ola.

                                    The transaction was stuck for few mins until the transaction timer in Ola app had expired. However, the payment transaction got successful after sometime in Google Pay app (Ola received the amount) but the Ola App status did not get updated till the ride end making me pay the driver AGAIN in Cash after the ride. I ended up paying the Driver Rs. 260 in Cash towards the end of the ride.

                                    I informed the Driver that Ola has received my amount paid via Google Pay but it is not reflecting in the Ola app. However, the Driver was very stubborn to listen & demanded me to pay him in Cash on his personal Google Pay UPI ID.

                                    So, Ola has charged me twice for the same ride. This is absolutely unfair.

                                    I tried raising complaint via app & website but nothing is working and neither am able to connect to their customer support via phone.

                                    Am unable to raise any customer complaint request as well to request for a refund on the double charged fare.

                                    There is no way I can raise this concern with Ola and that is quite disappointing on how their customer assistance is operating.

                                    Please provide me a refund of Rs. 244 which was paid online to Ola as I already paid in Cash to Driver.

                                    I was able to reach Ola Customer support finally after few days & they validated my complaint raised on the call. They were unable to issue a refund on the call due to some technical issues at their end hence raised a support ticket on behalf of me which was visible on the app & their team issued a refund of Rs.244₹ in the form of a coupon which can be redeemed multiple times until the amount is exhausted.
