It was 6.30pm, I was traveling from Garia to Elgin road, hiring a OLA cab of WB 25 F 5655(white indigo).driver name was Dipak Barma as registered in OLA.
All the windows were closed and I requested him to on the AC and direction of veins move towards me but he shouted suddenly that it's not possible because he was feeling cold.He told that he was not compelled to on the AC where as I know that OLA CAB is a AC car to make customer better feel and avoiding dust too.
I requested him several times for giving the AC in blower mode but he continuously ignored and shouted on me.
Behaviour of such uncultured, rude driver make me astonished that how a driver may impolite..
Kindly look after this matter very sincerely because it is just impossible to tolerate such behaviour of a person who is iinvolved in dealing with the public every moment..
I am also putting it in social media where general public should identify and avoid this OLA cab and refused him from the descent society..

    Yesterday at 1933 hours indian standard time booked a cab from terminal - 2 to ramphal chowk road, block-a, sector - 7, dwarka, delhi and one mr. Sanjeet kumar confirmed the above booking. Called him over phone and confirmed that he would reach within five minutes. His details were,
    Name - sanjeet kumar,
    Vehicle registration no. - hr61c 0324,
    Phonr no. - [protected],
    Otp-6756,
    Estimated cost was - rs. 360.00

    At about 1933 again called him and asked him why he cancelled the booking? To this he did not give any reply and disconnected the phone for which i have to book another cab in ola for above destination for which i have to pay rs. 420.00 an excess of rs. 60.00

    So, request to take appropriate action and acknowledge in the mail sisir. [protected]@gmail.com

    citizens and frequently in need of vehicles. But it is bad experience that your cabs were cancelling the trip at last movements and you are cutting sorry figure. What is the remedy?
    I have tried booking cab from a long time all drivers had cancelled my cab.Waht a pathetic service. Please ask your driver to close the app if thy are not willing to give service.

      I am book last 31 night booking for one car mannady to airport
      Car driver inform he tell to first booking cancellation and he ask rs 1000
      I have time in the mooment.
      That time i going to my cancel my booking.
      He tell to trip charge 700and baggage charges 300.
      I can’t to do anything that’s time my flight 12.10
      I will pay 1000
      For that guy i am not happy that’s journy
      Pls take action this car driver

      My name is anjani shukla & issue of my car is damage than i submit my car in mega auto delaer priVate limited gomti nagar lko but my car is not recieved from showroom & ola co. so please suggest-contaxt no-[protected] so please resolve my issue.

        Even though i kept a balance of rs.1816 in my ola wallet account, i am getting reminders for clearing the post paid bills of rs.1500. I don't understand this. I have sent 4 mails to resolve this issue. It is nearly 2 weeks the issue is not yet resolved. Now the account is also blocked. Resolve this issue immediately.

          I have an account in ola. I recharge my account and other day my money deducted automatically from account and my account was reset. Than again i was login to my account and saw all my money gone. This is straight case of fraud. I also raise a complaint in ola but no reply after that. Compliant no-1289559 moblie no-[protected] hi can you please tell me how money deducted from account. 300 rs deducted. Can you tell me how that amount was deduct from my account. My account reset again automatically.

          I also complaint in the consumer online forum but they close the issue without talking to me. I am planning to file a case against them in consumer forum.
          The fare shown on the app was to be INR550.
          I had taken a trip earlier in the day for a similar amount, so suspected no foul play.

          However they charged me INR1458 ie 2times more.

          I called the customer service who said that they were unable to understand!

          Ola you need to refund me ASAP.

            I have been a regular user of olacabs in bangalore for 4-5 years.
            First time i booked ola outstation service for my family vacation - for 2 days for trip to bishnupur (Bankura) from kolkata.
            As per my input of pickup and destination location and pickup and drop timings, fare estimate shown in ola app was 4438/- after applying first time user discount coupon.
            The start was pathetic - first i was not allotted any cab just even 45 minutes before the pickup time. A driver called and confirmed with me the previous night but when i called him in morning, he refused. Then ola support asked me to cancel the booking and make a new one - and then another driver was assigned. The driver called me and asked me to cancel as he doesn’t want to go. Again ola support asked me to cancel and re-book and finally a different driver was assigned.
            After reaching bishnupur, we decided to extend our stay by 1 more day to visit mukutmanipur. Driver was not agreeing, so i called ola support and requested if i can close the booking with them and hire local cab. But they denied with lame excuses about my safety being their concern etc and convinced driver to stay back.
            They never told me that for extension i will be charged 100 rupees per hour plus 11 rupees per km. The responding agent said it’s either/or. But finally after we returned to kolkata, i was billed a huge 10297/- for 2.5 day trip of total 560 km.
            I haggled with ola customers care for close to 90 minutes with my senior citizen parents waiting in the car after a tiring journey of 5 hours, but ola refused a single rupee refund - customer support agents made me repeat the same story 25-30 times, probably making fun of me. So i finally gave up.
            I input my actual journey detail (Pickup kolkata and farthest destination mukutmanipur with actual pickup and drop time) in ola app and the estimated fare showed only 7718/- which means after 1st user coupon the fare should have been 7468/-. Means i am overcharge 2829/-
            But after sending the screenshot and calculation details to ola support, they completely refused to refund a single rupee.
            Please give me the solution what can I do

              Today, one of the ola cab drivers broke traffic rules and was speeding his vehicle when he hit our bike at one of the busiest traffic junction at sachivalaya marg and left the place hastily when tried to be stopped. He not only fled from the place without stopping and apologising for causing injuries but also risked others' lives by such rash driving. He was followed by us and also a traffic police for 3-4km but he managed to flee. We want actions to be taken so that drivers stop acting such irresponsibly when on road.                 I lost my light pink guess bag in an auto today while travelling from noida sector 18 to city centre metro station today. Me my husband and my kids were travelling in the auto.                   Ola taxi has kept travel insurance active by default. While booking outstation rs.39 get selected by default. The person booking outstation don't even realize that he/she agreed for this rs.39 insurance. At the end of the journey even if we are not interested in that insurance we have to pay. It should be very visible while booking. It should not be kept active by default. Unknowingly thousands o[censored]ser pay rs.39/- per tour and at the end, we are not given any pdf of insured documents. I suffered it. I tried to follow at ola but no rigid answers.

                    I took a cab from babusapalya to madiwala in bangalore on 26th evening. I happen to hold a paid ola pass which guarantees me a flat ride for 16 km. The payment for this ride was to be made through post paid wallet.

                    The amount shown before booking was rs. 279 for a distance of 12 km. However the cab driver took a longer route without my consultation and at the end i was charged rs. 578 for 24 km.

                    I raised this issue with ola. I was promised that as it was clearly the drivers fault, i will only be charged rs. 279 and the difference of rs. 299 refunded to my postpaid wallet.

                    After many calls, they only refunded rs. 254 to my wallet. However i am unjustly charged rs. 45.

                    I have made several calls to ola. Despite repeated assurances, i have not been refunded the promised amount.

                    This is a clear attempt at cheating by ola.
                    They simply keep giving assurances that they will refund and call me back within 2 hrs. I have not received a call back yet nor have i received the full refund.

                      I booked a ride today morning from cpwd guest house guwahati to khanapara bus stop. The driver though accepted the call, but refused to come in time. After waiting for 20 minutes, the driver switched off the mobile. And i was forced to get my friends help in booking another ola ride. How can you deduct cancellation charges even i haven't cancelled the ride.. This happens consequtively for two days and i suffered two cancellation charges in guwahati.

                        I’m very disappointed yesterday (29&30/12/18) when i tried to book ola from my home (Ayapakkam, chennai) to mangadu kamakshi temple in chennai.

                        Its shows 430-470 for mini, micro for myself. Whereas for my neighbour, he tried to book for same distance it shows rs.180/-, how its possible if both o[censored]s are using the same app..

                        It means ola deceiving long term customer by providing offer in the name of “credit “and charging “3 times” more amount from the customers.

                          Greetings of the day!!!

                          Till now, i didn't receive any mail regarding my ride issue (Ticket no.[protected] that what step has been taken or will be taken by the ola if i again face such type of issue. I had suggested to support team that if any driver creates such type of issue against the rider, then ola needs to come up with such type of policy in which 100 to 200 rs. Will be deducted from the driver's earning. Currently i am working as a testing engineer on uber project that's why i am suggesting to you also. I know ola is a leading organisation but if ola didn't take any action on such type of issue then it will gradually but certainly ruin the impression of ola among general public. Hope you will do what is necessary.

                            I have to said that your customer service is so poor and worst. I was gone ola feet office for make a driver id. Since 18/12/2018 i have to submit all documents and fees. Your staff was said that your id will be activate in 2-3 days and you received a confirmation call from ola head office. But at present no calls have been received yet. Your staff is so coprative, let us call in the morning, keep the rest of the day, do not do the work anymore.
                            At the end, i will say that your staff are not doing their work properly. The worst customer service your.
                            Fees slip also attach.

                              I booked ola cabs twice through the ride later option and the cabs did not show up and i did not receive a cancellation message. At the exact time of my booking the scheduled ride disappeared from your rides option. It was as if it never existed. Twice the same thing happened. It caused me great inconvenience. They should inform atlest half an hour before that they couldn't find suitable rides so that users can make other arrangements

                                Today took ola outstation cab (Ertiga 4301, driver dinesh) from kamla nagar to alwar. Total distance was somehwere around 336 kms (Kamla nagar - alwar - kamla nagar) and driver charged for 435 kms. As per ola, initial odometer reading was 34, 300 (Informed via sms) and after drop the same odometer displayed (Checked by us) 34, 775 kms.
                                Read kamla nagar here as back side of kirori mal college, as shown in screenshots.

                                  We as a family had trust in ola and have been using it for quite a long time
                                  But this was the first time we came through such situation.
                                  The driver’s name is abhishek
                                  And the vehicle number is ka 11 b 2490
                                  This person has misled us and stopped on the midway upon that he’s been talking things which are irrelevant in an abusive language. We had 10 bags and had even 2 small kids to take care of. He doesn’t care about the safety of the passenger. Nevertheless he’s just being inhumane.
                                  I strongly recommend to dismiss his license from ola else you’ll be losing a ton more customers.

                                    The estimated price shown around 210 when i took the cab and on the way driver told to take another toll route which will cost toll tax but save reaching time. I was ok with the toll tax and paid it at toll gate, but after reaching the fare was auto revised to 544. I paid it but while calling customer care for the fare resolution. They denied. As per them the fare is correct as per there policy. Please help.

                                      With reference to above trip the driver has snatched my mobile and gave himself 5 stars in the pretext of checking the mode of payment. He tried to know my atm cvv no. By making excuses about adding money in ola money. Further he was continuously on mobile during the whole ride. He harrased me regarding payment method all the time. I think he is a hacker trying to hack into atm pin or internet banking

                                        I had open ola app near 7:00 pm at rajaji nagar metro station on 5th dec 2018 to book a cab. Although i didn’t book any as my destination was quite nearby and some o[censored]s whom i was traveling with decided to walk. Till this point the app was working fine, now near 10:00 pm at banashankari metro station the suddenly the app stated my account was blocked.

                                        Since i was blocked, i was not able to call ola customer support. I used a different number to call and ask for the reason for my account blockage. Unable to provide me the reason i asked the tac guy to transfer my call to his supervisor but he told me to that he would let his supervisor get in touch with me.

                                        In meanwhile, i wrote an email to [protected]@olacabs.com asking the reason on 9th december, got a mail stating to wait for 24 hrs to get my account unblocked. On dec 10th i received a call from ola asking me about this situation and i told him the status to which he suggested to reply and say my account is still not unblocked, which i did. On 13th december i received an email stating that my account was unblocked and i can continue booking without any hassle.


                                        I tried booking a cab on 14th dec but the app still showed account blocked. I sent an email on 14th dec (No reply). Sent again on 23 dec and got a reply stating that your account is permanently blocked due to ola policy violation without giving any specific reason.

                                        Also, i can't withdraw my from my ola wallet due to this.
