The estimated price shown around 210 when i took the cab and on the way driver told to take another toll route which will cost toll tax but save reaching time. I was ok with the toll tax and paid it at toll gate, but after reaching the fare was auto revised to 544. I paid it but while calling customer care for the fare resolution. They denied. As per them the fare is correct as per there policy. Please help.

    With reference to above trip the driver has snatched my mobile and gave himself 5 stars in the pretext of checking the mode of payment. He tried to know my atm cvv no. By making excuses about adding money in ola money. Further he was continuously on mobile during the whole ride. He harrased me regarding payment method all the time. I think he is a hacker trying to hack into atm pin or internet banking

      I had open ola app near 7:00 pm at rajaji nagar metro station on 5th dec 2018 to book a cab. Although i didn’t book any as my destination was quite nearby and some o[censored]s whom i was traveling with decided to walk. Till this point the app was working fine, now near 10:00 pm at banashankari metro station the suddenly the app stated my account was blocked.

      Since i was blocked, i was not able to call ola customer support. I used a different number to call and ask for the reason for my account blockage. Unable to provide me the reason i asked the tac guy to transfer my call to his supervisor but he told me to that he would let his supervisor get in touch with me.

      In meanwhile, i wrote an email to [protected]@olacabs.com asking the reason on 9th december, got a mail stating to wait for 24 hrs to get my account unblocked. On dec 10th i received a call from ola asking me about this situation and i told him the status to which he suggested to reply and say my account is still not unblocked, which i did. On 13th december i received an email stating that my account was unblocked and i can continue booking without any hassle.


      I tried booking a cab on 14th dec but the app still showed account blocked. I sent an email on 14th dec (No reply). Sent again on 23 dec and got a reply stating that your account is permanently blocked due to ola policy violation without giving any specific reason.

      Also, i can't withdraw my from my ola wallet due to this.

        I had booked ola cab on 27/12/18 from ajmer to jaipur sitapura industrial area. Everything was fine till we had reached gegal toll. Before crossing toll driver told me that some problem occured at my home so we have to move our vehicle to ajmer again. He told me that after reaching ajmer bus stand, old rpsc i will arrange you another ola cab to jaipur. But after reaching ajmer he didnt arranged me any cab and after that from my ola money 2000 rs. Deducted. Also the km msg was wrong which i received from ola. I told driver that your km reading is not accurate according to the msg i received from ola. He told me that we will settle dont worry. I had also complained on that day only on ola app. I had used the vehicle for 20-25 mins. But still 2000 rs deducted for the total ride. I want my money back otherwise i have to go futher also i will file complain against the driver.

          I used a ola car more than 3 months back, i had opted for ola money payments but while getting down the driver asked for cash. Which i paid and cleared my bill of rs1089 in cash. After a month i started getting calls/ message to pay again. I have explained the full situation to about a dozen ola customer care employees + raised my concern on my ola account. But no one is wanting to resolve and they are asking me to pay again. Which means i pay twice, and that’s not an acceptable solution to me. Inspite of my so many attempts to resolve the issue, it’s still open and now am getting message ola will take a legal action on me. Am being harassed with out any fault of mine.           Last few days I have received 4 calls from OLA, customer care. Same situation, they would hear all details of the issue and subsequently would ask me to pay (even if it’s akin to double payments) and help resolve the issue. Also they would tell me, per the policy you need to pay and once paid we will give you refund!! Very disappointing, they are just adamant on me making double payments. And the harassment from Ola customer care, sms, emails continues. Hope some better sense prevails and they sort it out with their drivers rather asking me to make double payments.           No resolution provided by the company, Ola Cabs, so far. Same situation continues, they keep threatening of legal action. Inspite of me sharing full details and the situation, NO ACTION and SUPPORT from their side. This is very disappointing. Would appreciate some one senior to read this and am sure he/ she can understand logically what happened in this situation. Ola should stop bothering me for the miss of their own driver.             On 25th of December 2018 i have booked a Ola car CRN no is [protected] name Mohd Sulaiman Khan, i booked the the car for Marolnaka Chimatpada and my pickup location was R City Mall ghatkopar. The traffic was huge, me and my dad were waiting for half an hour for the cab to come and i called him up he said it will take more time to come and because there is a traffic so me and my dad were carrying lots of stuff and we can't wait for long time and though we were not getting a Rickshaw also after a long time we got a Rickshaw and we sat on it. So me and my dad were carrying lots of stuff so i couldn't cancelled the cab, after sometime the cab driver phone came to me saying where are you i have reached, so i told him we are in the rickshaw so you pls cancel the ride from your side. And cut the phone. So again he called saying you cancel the ride i will not cansel, i requested him to cancel, that m having lots of stuff in my hands, i can't cancel, pls you cancel, so he started giving me bard words abusiveing me and going on my dad. I just wanted to ask that these kind of people you guys hire, who doesn't know how to speak with a girl. Such uneducated people you hire to just abuse the customers. You people (OLA) are spoiling your name in the market by abusing the customers. I request you'll to take a strict action against this man or other wise I'm gonna send his abusive talk recording to the media saying Ola company keeps uneducated people in their company to abuse the customers specially women's.

              Yesterday (27th dec 2018) we booked ola cab (License no.9991, mobile no.[protected], name rakesh p r), driver took good an hour to reach our given location. We were 3adults and 3kids including 1infant, as driver reached our location driver started insulting using abusive words, he was extremly arrogent and scary too. We asked him to slower down his voiceas we were with kids he than asked us to get down of the cab. Feeling unsave to travel by ola cab.
              Requesting to kindly take immediate and severe action against him,

                No action has been taken against my complaint [id: 2106543] against ola company.

                My ola account still has a balance of rs. 1037 but it has been locked by the company due to which i am not able to use this money to pay for rides.
                Ola company is not responding to my complaints and not giving me a resolution at all. This issue has been there for almost 5 months now, and this is very poor service on behalf of the company.

                Kindly advice if i should send a legal notice to ola company for this harassment?
                Please help resolve this asap.

                  The driver arrived at campus gate and asked me to cancel the trip as he was not willing to go. When I said it's urgent for me and I need to go, he started telling me with very loud voice that he will not go, do whatever you want to do. When I took photograph of his vehicle for lodging complain, then immediately he cancelled the trip.

                    I recently started using ola app from past couple of months, why people are booking cabs is to reach the destination fast and safe even we have public transport but because of cab drivers negligence, arrogance people are suffering alot. I came across lot of times same issue like driver calls us asks for destination and we will get a update on our ride that it's updated and another driver took the booking again that driver also does the same and the time goes like this where we want to go urgent and we have waste our time in this kind issues. The app needs to be updated with a logic when a driver want to delegate his ride to someone then they should take the concern of customer whether they are ok with the delegation or else remove the option for the driver to delegate the ride. Because of this delegation i had to cancel the rides and for which payed the money. Actually someone can collect these issues and can file a complaint against ola services in the consumer court and can request for suspension. I couldn't get why people are forced to pay for the application issues, i uninstalled the ola app on my mobile due to that.

                      On 27th dec i booked a ola cab from cuttack to bhubaneswar after driver denied i cancelled the same but after 5 minutes the driver called me and threaten me why you canelled the same with reason driver denied and also threaten to me for blocking of my ola app as well. Is this the way to behave with customer where ola having a very good market reputation.

                      It clearly shows hampered your brand value. Pls take appropriate actiin for the same.

                        I booked a cab on 26th of dec for my girl as iam out of india using the app.. The ride was complete and i didnt have got a chance to communicate with here later today morning on 27th dec and shocked to hear that the guy called here in the morning saying that he is feeling horny and want to load my stuff on you.

                        This kind of pathetic behaviour is not accepted. We give our own personal number having a truat with the rental services but the driver is miausing it which is not ethical. You should have some professional drivers well behaved and groomed one rathee than hiring any tom dick and harry from the roadside.

                          I booked ola cab yesterday i. E on 26 dec. 2018 around 9:50pm. I called the driver asked him how much time will he take to reach location and then as soon as i checked the app all the details i. E driver name vehical number otp everything was changed and the mentioned vehical was standing in front of me so i boarded that cab and told about this incident to the driver he told methat its ola cab's app fault and many vustomers faced the same issue and told me to cancel that booking. After cancellation icalled that driver that was assigned to me previously to say sorry to him his details are *kaleem salamat ([protected]) white ritz mh31eq0671* i was talking with him politely and said sorry that because of that fault you travelled upto 4kms for me and he in return said "if you dont know how to operate app then stop using the cab service or else lear how to use ola app" i am an engineer by profession and i had been using this app for past 3 years still after listening this [censored]i was still talking politely and what he said ahead of this it was so rude and mean comment he said that i am not having enough brain and he can surely say that even though he has not seen me but can surely say i am having a bigger size and a much smaller brain is this the way to talk to a female iam very disappointed with this kind of behaviour from your drivers worst service i must say...
                          I would request you to please take action against this stupid driver.

                            I'm complaining about driver denied duty. I booked a place can today. I was in hurry to reach the office, driver asked me where would i go, i asked him the location, i don't know what happened, he changed his plan and gave a silly reason to deny. There is no toll on my route, still he said he'll take the different route and was saying ola was paying him not i. This kind of service you're providing to your valuable customer, and due to that i was late for office

                            "sorry! Your ola share booking osn has been cancelled as driver was unable to serve you this time. Please try booking again."

                            Please take this into your consideration and please teach your drivers how to behave with your customers.

While getting down i forgot my wallet in the cab. After 20 mind called back the driver he said nothing is available in cab... There were important documents and cards 10k money in the wallet.                                 I booked an ola auto from gandhibazzar to vijaynagar pipe line, driver stopped me in the middle of the way at some remote area where there is no accessibility and asked me to get down as he is not willing to go destination and asked me pay for the ride. When asked him to drop to the destination, he violently pushed me out with filthy words blasting me and threatening me with the some tools in the auto and fled away. Is this the way you are teaching your driver to behave with customers. What in case if any females are there with me... I am going to lodge a consumer complaint against the ola and also against the driver asap. We always think that ola is the most safest way of transport, but now it is most threatening like this type of driver.

                                First off all, they must learn to respect the customer and using filthy language against us..

As i was waiting for the car, when my family entered into the car driver misbehaved with my mom why you havn't puck my phone, and refused to go to the location. And left us there only with my little handicapped brother as he is not able to move.

                                    On dec 20th i had booked ola auto and driver called me & asked for otp and he convinced me saying there was a confusion in booking so he needed otp for the clarity. Immediately after providing otp my account was permanently blocked and i also received mail saying there was a phone number updation. After several follow up with ola csd i got a response that there was ola policy violations from my account. It is very clear that my account was hacked by the driver who had asked my otp and my account is permanently blocked. I also lost 250rs of ola money which was associated with my account. I demand some action to be taken against that driver.

                                      Dear sir / madam,
                                      (1) on[protected] early in the morning at about 6.15 am using ride now option, i contacted the driver mr. Vinoth for taking a trip to thiruverkadu from saligramam. The driver told me that the present with him is about to complete and he will call back me within in 5 minutes. But no call received and i also tried to call him. But i received a message saying that the call was canceled and to pay the cancellation charges. The point is i have not canceled the trip but it looks driver himself canceled the trip.
                                      (2) later i tried 3 times to pay the cancellation fee but my phone is hanging.
                                      (3) afterwards i could not make another fresh booking for my trip. I do not know what is the solution for this.

                                        I travelled once with ola post paid service, but due to the driver request, i paid cash to him, but that ola also deducted from ola post paid, this has been informed since 3 months, but till its not been closed,

                                        Also from ola office they are asking me to pay the post paid bill amount, ans they are calling me on a daily basis...

                                        Pls take necessary action on them...
