I booked ola on sunday, 9th december 2018 from khargar to panvel. Firstly driver dind'nt arrieved at proper location, so i had to walk a long way to reach cab. On 10 december 2018, me and my mother were going from footi kothi square to railway station. We have booked an ola auto. Before confirming the booking mobile has showed estimated cash to be paid rs. 74. And the driver has told that on his mobile the fare is rs 90. There was no rating option came into my mobile and also not the total fare. I want you to look into this matter, as early as possible....

I picked up ola cab from airport to khar danda on 11 dec morning 5.30 am. The driver could not find my area location even through mobile navigator app. Even a famous 3star hotel shubhangan nearby. Excuse was that he is not from that area and he lived in vasai. It took around 1hr to reach to which in 6 am in morning time it takes usually 15 to 20 minutes max....

My cousin booked a cab from padi to adayar. Instead of ola mini she booked a ola auto by mistake. Then v cancelled the ride by the time the driver reached the point. Without any information ola has been blocked my account. I am not able to book ride last 2 days. After multiple request they are not unblocking my account. I have also complaint to ola support (Ticket[protected], but till now issue is not resolved. I am facing the problem to journey, which they don't know.
What is giving bad support services by ola....

My account has been blocked automatically without any reason... It has been blocked since past 3-4months... Please unblock my account as i need ola service regularly in my day to day life... Its hard to know that you account has been blocked without any reason.

I last booked the cab on nov 30, 2018 because of the time taken by the cab to reach my place and today (8.12.3018) i booked a cab which was cancelled i dont know by whom because i surely didnt and again i booked cab and the extra charges are being on my head! My account was hacked by an ola driver almost more than a week back. By asking for an otp. He hacked my account and reformatted it. He took multiple rides and there was lot of overdue. Upon complaining to ola about the account hack, and upon speaking to ola executives umpteen number of times, they refused to do anything and just keep raising complain tickets via email. Today, 6th of december 2018, i booked a micro ola ride for my relative from lisie hospital kaloor ernakulam to udayamperoor. The app assigned me with a cab aspire kl07ck5350 driven by abubaker who arrived at the location at 1 10 pm. Later after getting on to the cab the driver refused to take the ride stating that he thought it was to travel nearby. Further i had to cancel the ride and had to pay extra rs 30. Complaint details as follows:

1. I have booked rental ride on 29th nov from jp nagar 6th phase (Mnr residency) for 8hours - 80 kms for rs.1499/-

2. When driver arrived at pickup location, informed him drop location (School of engineering & technology (Set ju) - jain university, 5th km nh - 209 jakkasandra post, kanakapura rd, bengaluru, karnataka 562112) however ola app was not allowing to take this location...

I took a ride from yeshwantpur railway station to gkvk by booking through online services around 1130 hours which is not a peak hour. Ola charged me a whopping rs. 382/- for a distance of just 12 km!

I have been charged rs. 50/- as yeshwantpur railway station parking fees which is not correct as i did not book the cab in advance and ask the cab to wait. This fee is also not shown while booking the cab. I strongly feel that...

On 7th October, I travelled by ola from Chandigarh to Panchkula and I had selected ola postpaid option, but at the end of the trip, driver asked me to pay 246 ruppes and I paid him 250.
Either ola should clarify with the driver and then get back to me about the issue.
Ola should talk to the driver of this trip and get to the truth of the issue, after that ola should raise concern with me....
