Yesterday, i was dropped by my company transport at thane station sharp at 7 pm. Then i had decided to book ola cab to go home. I did. 1st ola cab was book, the time for that was showing 17 mins, which was fine. I was waiting, after 8 mins the cab got changed to some other cab by its self and the time for that another cab was 27 mins with the cnr no: [protected], because the wait time was too long, i cancelled the cab. Then i booked an another cab with cnr no: [protected], driver's name is santosh ramchandra teli, there was drop reflecting in that cab which was suppose to be dropped somewere near to thane station. So, as soon as the cab came near, i called the driver, driver said he is going home, so he is not coming for pickup. Also he mentioned that he update home location in his ola drivers app, now that wait wasted approx 15 mins again. After that i book an another cab with crn: [protected], driver name: amit afzal. As soon as the cab was booked, i called on drivers mobile number. Driver said that he is mulund west, he can't come to thane east because he have to cross toll to pick me up. So i cancelled the cab again. Again after that i booked an another cab with the crn: [protected], driver's name mohd razi qaiser ahmed momin, again i called on driver's mobile number and he said he is 20 mins away. I informed him that i'll wait. Then he took 15 mins just to cross toll, then he took wrong way and instead of coming towards thane east station, he was driving towards thane west. So i called him again, he didn't picked up the call, dialled again and yet no response. After calling him 2nd time he cancelled the cab from his end. Thant again wasted 15 mins. So, in simple words, i tried to take an ola cab since 7 pm yesterday and i was still waiting for a cab to arrive till 8 pm. At the end, i booked an another cab with crn: [protected], and that cab came on time and there was no issues with that driver. But just because of ola's lack of customer service approx 4 cabs got cancelled and it took 1 hour 20 mins approx to get a cab. After all this issues, i thought to report about this issue to ola. So i look in the ola app, support tab and there is no way that i can complaint about this insident. Then i thought to call so i google ola customer care and there is no way for a customer to get it touch with customer service thought call. You just send an email to ola's email address. How can a customer compliant about an issue o real time bases??. I would like to complaint about ola's lack of customer service. I would also like to share the recording of the call on which i spoke to driver's.
