    Hi team,
    I am using ola cab since 5 years but today’s my trip was the worst one (Crn [protected]- driver name-gurpreet singh, silver etios, amritsar) because of the following reason.
    1. While dropping to my location he asked me to get out before the exact destination. When i asked why so, he told i want to go to other drop and the drop location road is convenient from this point. He quarreled with me very arrogantly.
    2. Despite my request “cab ac” was not turned on while travelling.
    3. Rudely behaved with my father.
    4. Our 10 mins today’s travel was like 10 hours long, it was very uncomfortable because of driver’s arrogant and rude behavior.
    5. He refused to take payment via paytm and also he had not change amount to return my balance amount.
    Hope you will take strict action against driver so that it will maintain your goodwill and credibility.

      Actually, my ola account was locked abruptly without any valid reason.
      I contacted them for the same and they have declared that because of something unusual thing they blocked my account.

      I have mailed them the same and they are reluctant to look into the matter and they have even closed the ticket by declaring that they can't help me.
      Just see the level of harassment ola is doing to customers
      Blocking account stating that account without any valid reason and plus closing the incident abruptly.
      Please help me getting access to my account again because it's a genuine account.
      And because of this I am not able to login Foodpanda app also.
      I am attaching screenshot for better reference.

      I book the auto unfortunately my mobile got switched off for that idiot auto driver message me with the bad words this is not fair ..

      I booked ola auto from Nero cash and carry to Mantri tranquil. Driver didn't come to pick he was stopped his auto near by area and ola app is showing its arrived. Many times I called driver but he didn't pick the call. I waited for long time my phone battery had gone and it got switched off. The auto number is KA 05AC 0458.

        I had taken an ola auto ride on 24-nov-2018. Charge was rs 127 for the ride. At the end of the ride, i was charged rs 142. Rs 15 cancellation fee was added for a ride which another driver had cancelled on 02-sep 2018.

        The driver who had cancelled rudely refused to accept ola auto payment when he arrived for pickup and then he cancelled the ride. This happened on 02-sep 2018.

        I had taken another ride on 10-nov-2018 as well, but cancellation fee was not added to this one. But on my recent ride on on 24-nov-2018 it was added.

        Ride was cancelled by the rude driver but i'm being charged!

        When i called customer support, she said she is not able to pull up records more than 30 days old. What a lame excuse! And she said cancellation fee refund will not be processed for cancelled rides more than 30 days old. I was levied cancellation fee just yesterday! How can i complain prior to this??
        (Also one ola ride in between didn't add cancellation fee. Imagine this scenario happening on a large scale. Pre planned scam going on.)

          While traveling from hyderabad city to kanha shanti vanam, i was chargedrs.250 as parking and toll charges.
          Why i was charged for parking and toll charges rs.250, when there was no parking and there was no toll on the way? It is not justified and the charges have to be refunded.

            I've seen the response here is poor. But i faced the same problem as many others.
            1. Driver calls, asks the location and cancels the ride
            2. You call the driver he says his phone got switched off and the ride got cancelled. How childish. Crn [protected] driver swamy

              On 23.11.18 midnight at around 11:45 pm i hv booked a ola micro cab from kolkata airport to my residence at garia. Reaching time showing was 8 mins.
              After two to three mins also it was the same. When i hv called the driver he told he was at airport reserve parking, having his food, hence it will take another 5 mins to reach. He enquired about the drop location, which initially i denied to disclose, as i knew the trick. Same thing happened to me many a times before. But when he has requested i disclosed about the drop location with a commitment that he won’t cancel the ride, which he agreed in turn. After 2/3 mins as expected i got a cancellation msg from ola.
              I kept on trying him on his no. +91 [protected] atleast for 40 times, but he cancelled all my calls.

              I request ola team to come up with a serious action plan against that driver and the system, or else i will launch a case of harrasment against ola. I want him to learn a lesson, so that he kept repenting thru out his life.

              Hope you will no longer remain blind and take necessary action against him and i want to show the proof of your action plan.

              Unfortunately i forgot to record the vehicle no., as it was not there after the cancellation. But i remember it was hyundai eon.

                Ola cabs drivers and administrative persons are allowing consumers to avail their service during the arrival of trains. They know the schedule of the trains. During these timings they usually increase the amount and they serve only for long distances. Who asked share option from ola. They introduced share option only for name shake not functioning well. Totally cheating by the administrators and driver's.

                      Here to bring to your kind notice that as in my last usage of your ola ride in mini - swift dezire from cloud nine hospital, seevice road, nanjappa gardens, horamavu, bangaore to hebbal, kemapura at 12.12 pm to 12.36 pm, vehicle number ending ka 02 af 1144, with sac code 996412 & left my mobile samsng galaxy a6, 7 for keeping charge i g while getting down at the dropping location

                      After getting down from ride, i have tried several times to my mobile number, initially it use to ring after that your ola driver vijay kumar d. Made switched off.

                      Just now reached my home town by some way of transportation, tomorrow i will block the sims & take new sim cards, in my app. I will provide more details of ride & that particular ola cab driver details including contact number

                      Please collect my mobile & make it reach to my hand in possible ways, even i am ready to visit ola, bangalore office & collect my mobile

                      Today at 7.30p.m i travelled from savera hotel to chennai central station .(7km) Charged 598 . But at the time of buking it showed 260. Same journey Uber charge rs. 160. Only. Morning 9' O clock savers to vels institute. (20 km)Ola charged 360. It was a clear cheating.
                      Ola account is hacked by someone and ola money and history is lost.There is no reply after registering complaint in ola customer service.Such poor security and customer service from ola.
                      The driver of the car with registered number TB 09 CJ 5144, drove very rash midst heavy traffic. His negligence towards his customers and the other people on the road is a wrongful act. He delievered apprehension of fear among other drivers on the road which is punishable offence against the law. Kindly look into the attitude while driving.

                          Not proper to the customer. The person who enters the flats must sign and give his information is a formal thing but they are not doing it proper my today ride was the worst ride ever i seen i need the money to be returned the ride was to kattupakkam by it was cancelled on sri ramachandra hospital the fee was 350 but he had the fee of 450 i need the money of extra to be given back

                            I've been getting this error message whenever I try to book a shared cab -
                            "This is embarrassing, something went wrong"
                            I've been repeatedly facing this issue and I tried getting in contact with Ola customer care too which I found quite pathetic. This is highly inconvenient from a user's perspective and I want this to get resolved as soon as possible.

                              I booked a cab on 10th nov, 2018 and the estimated fare was rs. 273. But i was charged rs. 702 which was more than 50% of the estimated fare. I conveyed the same through their support mechanism
                              But there was no resolution. I also tried to call ola support but couldn't get in touch, the call gets disconnected every time. Their support mechanism is very bad and it's very difficult to get in touch with them

                                Driver name dashrath yadav, ola booked on 18/11/18 from sakinaka to kandivli, i booked ola cab for my parents, uncle n aunt, all are senior citizen, as soon i booked d cab it showed ne 11min to reach d pick up point n the driver called me immeduately n asking me to come were he is, 1st of all i told him not possible you have to go to d pick up point which is gundecha asta because all r senior people n can't walk till d main road were he is n then he started arguing i do not know d way n all nonsense, so i told him either cancell or reach d point, so he finally reached by d time it was 25 min late, after sitting in d cab the driver is asking how to go which direction as he do not know d way, as my father knew d way n told him to shut his mouth n follow d direction. I don't know how can he say he don't know d way? N if my parents didn't knew then? He would have taken them for granted because as the fare was not given or decided by ola kindly take action on such drivers. This is my 1st such experience

                                  4 drivers cancelled the rides from ivi airport delhi to h nizamuddin rly station. After calling me. Inquiring and saying that thay r coming in 2. Mins
                                  I waited for all 4 times which almost cost me my rail reservation tatkal seat.
                                  This is ridiculous and not expected from ola. I m a reg ola customer but never faced any such problem. Excpet in delhi. It was the worst service in delhi

                                    Booked advance suv rental but 2 mins before schedule time cancelling booking. Missed urgent appointment.

                                    Call center executive asking me to try for a new cab.

                                    What is the difference between advance booking and current booking then if you cant arrange cab in advance in spite of booking 1 week in advance. Ola you have to answer.

                                    @ola no fake apologies and only sorry for inconvenience. We only know how much we suffered and missed important appointment. We six people had to go via separate cabs through other cab service.

                                    I need monetary compensation for the same and inconvenience.

                                      Hi consumer forum.. This is to complaint that with the name of peak hours these ola company charging huge prices and also with the name of postpaid facility looting my money like anything by the name of peak hours.

                                      Previously i used to charge rs, 29/- for 4 kms, now also they are advertising rs. 29/- within 4 km.. But nowadays they are charging rs. 70/- with the name of peak hours daily. Even though there is the huge number of autos available and there is no traffic and also in daytime these # charging huge amount.. Its really disappointing and they are filling up their pockets with the money who are earning with their blood.

                                      I booked an Ola cab, but Final fare was much higher than estimated fare. Estimated fare was Rs. 354 while final fare was Rs. 427. Driver was late too.I used Ola often but today I was disappointed.
                                      I left my phone in auto .on 31st October 2018.

                                        I had booked ola can on 18 nov for travel on 19 nov 5 am to pune railway station. I was given crn no [protected]. But to my horror, when i checked the status, it was showing as cancelled. I did not get any sms or alert informing me about this cancellation. I then booked uber and got to the railway station just in time.
