Dear Ola,

I had been booked Ola cab at Hyderabad on 30/11/2018 9:50 AM .The Ola cab driver miss behaved with me.
I asked him to park where i was standing along with my baggage's but he disagreed and parked away from me.
I had to walked till there with my all baggage's.
It was very bad experience for me. Once i entered inside the car myself argued with him, he abused and shouted to get out of the car.Kindly take an action on it. Please find the driver Car registration number below.

    Hello Team,

    This is to inform that today (04/12/2018) my mother boarded your OLA cab near about at 09:33 am from (Regent Place Juba Sangha, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road Ranikuthi Regent Place Regent Park Kolkata West Bengal India ) for pickup. A very unprofessional and rude person named 'Raju Das' was the driver. At first he was refusing to come to the pickup point . My mother is not well hence she was going to a hospital and nothing more can be expected from a person but atleast a professional behaviour is expected when someone is representing a massive organisation like OLA. The driver was very rude and arrogant and was harassing my mother . There was another lady who was also sharing the ride. She was also very rude and was talking to my mother very rudely and the driver was supporting it.

    Being such a massive organisation I believe that this is 'your' responsibility to train the employees how to be professional. The driver also didn't provided the remaining balance once my mother gave me a Rs50 note. I want to know what actions will you take again this ? If I don't get a satisfactory response by the next 24hours I will be emailing this to your CEO and will also complain to consumer complaints.

    I've sent this email to [protected]@olacabs.com on 4th Dec, 2018. All I got was a ticket number #[protected]. However after that I haven't received any communication from OLA. I want OLA to tell me what action they are going to take against this kind of drivers and for this kind of service .And I would like to get compensation for this king of appalling service.

      Today, 6th of december 2018, i booked a micro ola ride for my relative from lisie hospital kaloor ernakulam to udayamperoor. The app assigned me with a cab aspire kl07ck5350 driven by abubaker who arrived at the location at 1 10 pm. Later after getting on to the cab the driver refused to take the ride stating that he thought it was to travel nearby. Further i had to cancel the ride and had to pay extra rs 30. I want you to take strict action against the driver

        We travelled from sraddha lake front apartment, to commercial street in bangalore on 4th dec. At 5.30 pm. Ref. No : crn[protected].
        Driver name : vishnu kumar n. A.
        After reaching there he demanded more than rs.470, which i paid in cash. But later i received an email with amount of only rs. 398. Please investigate and let me know. I do not recommend this driver. Thanks

          Today (04-dec-2018) availed ride, completed @ 11:27 am. With

          I paid payment in cash
          I have paid 2000 note, he refund me only 100, as my daughter was with me, i di not noticed at the same moment, after 15 minutes i realised so from that time i am calling the driver and he was not picking the call, he knows he fraud me so not replying. So cheater was the driver.

          Ola cab has no customer care service/no emailing facility, as they know the fraud staff they have.

          Kindly look into the matter aa soon as possible.

            Complaint details as follows:

            1. I have booked rental ride on 29th nov from jp nagar 6th phase (Mnr residency) for 8hours - 80 kms for rs.1499/-

            2. When driver arrived at pickup location, informed him drop location (School of engineering & technology (Set ju) - jain university, 5th km nh - 209 jakkasandra post, kanakapura rd, bengaluru, karnataka 562112) however ola app was not allowing to take this location is out of city limit

            3. Driver acknowledged and he said give location manually, he took drop location in his mobile with maps location, informed that he would drop to respective drop location - didn't deny and accepted the ride to drop at above location and return to same pickup location and taken pickup otp. Passengers boarded the cab. All went well

            4. Driver also informed that customers need to pay for nice road, i had to pay rs. 100/- cash so that ride can go via nice road with smooth journey

            5. After riding 4.9 kms - 35mins. Driver calls me informed that he spoke to ola support, that as drop location is out of city limits, it will not be possible to drop @ prescribed drop location. I informed him it will be loss for me as ride was not completed, he informed ola will be charging me only 4.9kms hence gave him drop otp. Passengers were dropped near yechehahalli metro station

            6. As passengers are non-kannada speakers and not aware of location details, they are not aware of ola pickup procedure, they got panicked and had to wait for 45mins and when i was trying to book outstation cab i got eta for 45mins cab pickup, so i had to pickup from yelchehahalli metro station as they will get confused

            I have concerns as below:

            1. Why driver has to accept the rental ride when drop location is out of city limits
            2. Why driver has to false promises of dropping to prescribed location when drop location is out of city limits
            3. Why ola is charging rs.1613/- for 4.9kms ride, which is not acceptable and frau-ding the customer by taking money from ola money, without any consensus

            I have been beyond 5days, neither i received response or call back from ola. Or as promised by ola executive (Krithika) yesterday (3rd dec) neither i received call back from supervisor as she promised me that i would be getting call back within 4hours (On 3rd dec), which didn't happen until now.

            Is this the way you address & handle customer's complaint, am completely disappointed with ola support and their promises not fulfilled not even once.

            I need refund & compensation as follows:

            1. You need to charge only 4.9kms & refund rest of the amount out of rs. 1621/- as off now my ola money balance is zero (0)
            2. Calls & follow-ups which am doing from 29th nov until today
            3. Compensation of the affliction, for the trouble which is faced during ola ride as mentioned above (Email sent on 30th nov), caused discomfort to the passengers and to me

            Attached email correspondence with ola support.

            Looking forward for the response, hopefully i will get resolution soon.

              I took a ride from yeshwantpur railway station to gkvk by booking through online services around 1130 hours which is not a peak hour. Ola charged me a whopping rs. 382/- for a distance of just 12 km!

              I have been charged rs. 50/- as yeshwantpur railway station parking fees which is not correct as i did not book the cab in advance and ask the cab to wait. This fee is also not shown while booking the cab. I strongly feel that this is highly unfair trade practice adopted by ola.

              I request refund of this parking fees.

                On 7th October, I travelled by ola from Chandigarh to Panchkula and I had selected ola postpaid option, but at the end of the trip, driver asked me to pay 246 ruppes and I paid him 250.
                Either ola should clarify with the driver and then get back to me about the issue.
                Ola should talk to the driver of this trip and get to the truth of the issue, after that ola should raise concern with me.

                  Ola blocked my account and when i contacted their support about it they told me that they have permanently blocked my account because of few ola policy violation and unable to unlock my account. When i asked them about which ola policy i have violated and they were unable to give any details about it.

                  I rarely use cab services few times in a year and i'm 100% sure that i never violated any ola policies.

                  I also have some balance in my ola account which i'm not able to use because of blocked account.

                    I travelled with ola outstation cab on 21/11/2018 and have been charged higher than actual. Although as per the cab meter, distance covered was 210km, the bill has been generated assuming distance covered as 310km which is completely wrong.
                    Ola app show initially charge 2300 rupee and charges 3300 rupee... I complain on ola coustomer care no. Regarding this issue so many time but till now no positive response come... Initially coustomer care officer promise me it is technical issue and solve with in 24-48 hour... I call so many time and always get same response problem will solve soon...

                      Driver named karaj singh having micro swift white dezire cancells ola cab crn [protected] ph.. [protected] was bookef. He cancelled ola cab in front of my house rather to pick. Me up from my house. He cancelled bookong and was arguing with me to locate my house. Plz take necessary action. Jaspreet kaur amritsar. Rs 30 is additional charges that i have to pay for his cancellation.. And his misbehaviour.. Very strange.

                          Today, i left my iphone 6s in ola cab, its number is up 13 at 3134 and driver's name is devendra kumar. Driver has switched off his phone and is not picking up my call on my phone and is trying to escape with my phone. When i first called him he was rude and denied to return my phone back. He was very abusive and after that he switched off his phone.
                          I just took a ride from one ola auto driver. It was a good ride and good person.
                          But he is complaining that the payment is done to ola, but ola has not transferred any amount to the drivers from 2 months. Please transfer the amount within time, so that we can make payment through ola money
                          Yesterday night at 9.30 P.M I booked ola cabs ( 2 nos) CRN No. [protected] & [protected] from South City Residence Tower No. - 1 to Sarat Bose Road, Subhasnagar, Kolkata - 700065, Dum Dum Cantonment but driver of both cabs cancelled the booking as a result we faced lot of troubles to reach our destination.

Driver admits that the nexr passenger (Booking for name rachna, drop till sikanderpur) took our wallet claiming it's his. The wallet contains important documents. The company denied to help us. Can you atleast share the details? Wallet belongs to rajiv arora.

                              When i booked the ola on 19.11.2018 at 0755 hrs it shown 107+some texts as 10 rupees how can you charge 290 rupees. The total distance is 13.5 km only, earlier you have charged maximum 220 rupees for the distance at pick time. This is ridiculous. You have explained that base fare 55, distance fare 108, ride time 38 minuts of 38 rupees, fare increases 68.34 and and taxes 20.48 paise what is fare increases, ride time charges.                                   I did a recharge of 1999 through my hdfc net banking to ola money, the payment got deducted from my bank but money was not processed in my ola money account, immediately i sent a email to support on ola cab via my email id with the receipt of money deduction from my bank account and a email saying that money is not processed in ola money. I also tried to look for customer service number but this million dollar company dont have a number for customer support to whom i can speak and explain my issue, finally i got a number of bangalore and i call them but again they say the number is changed and select support in application and choose the number, but there is no bloody number to talk to real person. Now i am waiting for my 1999 rs, i have no option but to call my hdfc bank and raise a dispute but ola support proved hopeless,

                                    I made complains about 2 years back about how the drivers cancel the ride and the customers are charged absurd amount for the inconvenience the drivers cause. After writing several complaints there has been no apology from the company instead my number has been blocked for unknown reason for 2 years and a lot of more people have faced the same so this complaint is going to the consumer forum with a charge of cheating.

                                      I happen to ola cab through app. Meanwhile ola app was auto updated.
                                      It's asked to login with mobile number.

                                      It was a surprise to see my ola money balance has become ' 0 ' rupees. Where as my last balance i could recall was rs. 936.

                                      By email verification it's says my account already exists give another email id.

                                      Anyone concerned pls help to get my ola money balance or get my app updated.

                                        I harsh kaushik hired a ola in today morning from wazirpur to igi after reaching airport we left our luggage with driver to arrange trolley after arranging the trolley we came back and found our luggage on ground and that driver was also not there. Suddenly i noticed my phone (One plus) was also missing. My phone was also there in that cab only from then to till this time i am calling my phone again and again but it is showing switched off kindly help me in recovering my phone also ask your driver for the same and provide the contact number of the driver too. I am feeling very dissapointed and helpless with this incidence as ola is very trustworthy but after this incidence my trust is nowhere exist for your ola. Kindly contact me on the below numbers urgently. I am expecting quick response from your side.
