There is a bank meeting held in kolkata for which i have to take train i book a ride (Crn [protected]) at 9.41pm and also call him instantly and my train time is 11.00pm driver conform me the booking and committed me to come in 15 min i wait him after 20 min i agin call him and he refuse/cancelled my booking from his end and his comment for cancellation is his owner ask him to cancel my ride and go for other booking. Now i decided not to depend on ola again in life but situation is very pathetic i must to go kolkata for bank business deal with third party deal. Now i again book on other ride at 10.16 (Crn [protected]) and also call him instantly and request him to come as soon as possible he also committed me to come in 10 min after 10min i call him around 3-4 time but he not even picked my phone and really i cry like baby that time. I am a product manager in hdfc bank and having a business deal in kolkata tomorrow i go with flight but sure my bank legal team take a strict action against ola. Also i will personally lodge a fir against driver for that.

    I have booked Ola cab from Arya Kumar road to Kankarbagh road in Patna today evening from 6pm to 6:30pm. The booking has been confirmed but after few minutes my cab has been cancelled. I booked another cab and it's get cancelled too. This happens four times. Even all the drivers have called respectively and told me that they're on the way and will come shortly. But none of them arrived.

    This is very very ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour by Ola cabs. Just because of their irresponsible service my parents have to suffer in this cold weather of Patna.

    Ola is becoming worstest of the worst day by day. And in Patna Ola services are top most worst.

    I want to tell everyone that please don't trust on Ola. They will betray you anytime. You can't trust on this unprofessional cab service.

      I want to update you about the unprofessional services and drivers you provide. Recently i had booked an ola from cochin international airport.
      The driver called me up immediately and asked where i was going. I told him the place. He said he was coming and came after 10 mins even though it was showing 2 mins in the app.

      He came, i have put the luggage inside the cab and we started moving. Before taking the otp, he asked me the fare which was shown in the app. I told him 500/-
      Then he refused to go and told me some stupid reason. What i understood was he wanted to travel without using the app and wants me to pay him the amount which was shown in ola app. Since the amount he felt as low, he didn’t want to complete the trip. So he asked me to cancel it and book another cab.
      Since i refused, he himself cancelled the trip and dropped me in the middle of the road and left. I had to walk all the way back to the airport area where cabs would stop. Since i had already come out of the airport, i was not able to book a prepaid taxi as well. The important part is it happened late night around 1 am.

      I want you to take severe action on this!

      I have been trying to raise concern through your app and none of the options are working. I seriously doubt the security measures of ola now. It is never safe for ladies to travel through ola.

        Driver cancelled booking and i missed the train,
        His crn no-[protected]

        I booked the ola at 5.15pm to go to nizammuddin railway station to get mewar express. Driver told me that he is reaching after dropping a person,
        Around 5. 45 pm he cancelled the booking on his own without informing me.
        I missed the train.
        And i have to take next day train, without reservation.
        I could not attend official meeting.
        I seek compensation of rs.10000.00 for my loss by missing train.
        I asked for an OLA cab in Mumbai on29 Nov 2018 at 6:20 pm I was given theme of Afzulur Rehman Mini- White Xcent. In five minutes he called and refused to come. He then told me to cancel the ride and request again. This I did and I had a comfortable trip. I have now been charged Rs30 cancellation fees!
        This is cheating!

          Dear sir,

          I am facing issues with ola cabs service in vijayawada.
          No customer care service available to ola cabs service.
          Not even helpline number to ola cab service.
          Even the service of ola is very poor the people are preferring ola. The government also giving permissions to run these fake cabs in vijayawada city.

          The ola cabs service never follow rules and regulations.
          1. No responsibility towards customers
          2. No trust on customer. Even booking of rides,. The ola cab services will be cancelled customer rides.
          Many times i faced these kinds of issues.
          3. No cab services in vijayawada in late night time from 2:00 am to 4:00 am.
          4. Even availability of cabs the prices are very high for distance of 5 km - 10 km.
          5.in heavy monsoon the customer is standing alone in heavy rains waiting for cab and shivering in cold wind at the time of booking ola cab is not available.
          6.in some cases of emergency, if ola service is not available the customer will definitely passes away.
          It's a worst situation i never and ever want to be face these kind of situation.
          7. Every time while booking cab it's showing no cab service.
          8. Even if service is available, it's showing high prices.
          9. Common man can't afford these kind of high pricing

          10. No customer care support contact number
          Toll free service if any problems exists with ola cabs service..
          Even if toll free number available to ola cabs they were not at all properly respond towards customers complaint.

          These reasons causing irritating and horrible to customers.

          No frequency of service even in cities. But now
          It's more horrible than forests/ deserts.
          Even they were developed.

          No discipline and courteous towards customer.

          The ola cabs are very irresponsible and irritating customers.
          I was travelling from Kharghar to panvel the fair showing was 230 rs and when I reach destination I was charged 415 rs it is a big scam

            I have taken cab from gardenia square crossings republik ghaziabad (At 10.24 pm) to yashoda hospital ramnagar pocket l, nehru nagar lll, nehru nagar ghaziabad (Reached 10.54 pm) in a white wagonr ola cab.
            A bill of rs. 109 generated i paid rs. 110 due to emergency to rush the hospital i couldn’t collect my jacket which is of dark green/grey colour and make of max company.
            Even i dont have number of driver as well now.
            Kindly collect my stuff and hand back to me.

              The ola driver accepted the ride, but didn't enter otp and start the ride. He charged 150 rupees extra. And he was asking for extra money through the way. Since it was late at night, i was unable to get down. Such # experience it was. He was saying that it was such a long distance. Ola must definitely do something about it. It was such an unpleasant ride

                We waited more than 40 mins but still vehicle not at came for pickup and even though we called also no response from driver, because of this if we cancelled again your charging from us,,,. Is this way to respond from your end. Give proper service do not behave like irresponsible.

                  Your pet policies are still not clear. When i was in bangalore my pet a small chihuahua was allowed to travel on board by the ola drivers and also the uber ones. They were extremely friendly about it and also looked over the comfort of my pet. Now a days i have shifted to dehradun. Just booked a ride and was turned down by the driver as according to him pets are not allowed and his customers will complain. Am i not a customer as well? My pet is well cleaned and groomed and was unwell. Yet he turned me down. Why is the behaviour of the drivers so different? Why don't you make a proper policy and mention it in huge letters whether pets are allowed or not instead of leaving it to the driver's discretion. Uber does not function in doon else would have tried that too. I was extremely unhappy.

                      I went for dinner yesterday depending on ola to reach back home. It started raining so heavily suddenly and i was stuck in the rain for 2 hours getting drenched while i continuously kept trying to book a ride. From an auto costing 150 to mini costing 500 and prime even. Nothing was getting booked. I had tried every single second in those 2 hours. Finally i somehow happened to find an auto. This is really not acceptable. Since we rely so much on ola. I am thoroughly disappointed that they promise to provide us service but not have enough providers. A girl alone had to wait in the night on the roads whilst it was raining heavily cause ola chose to deny services while i could see empty cabs and autos of ola running in front of me.

                        I am questioning whether ola cabs in delhi is a legitimate service. After their excellent service in dehradun i was astounded by the poor service i received in delhi. I needed a numer of rides over several days and half of them were cancelled by the drivers! Four in total. It seemed obvious that;
                        * the drivers did not understand the ola navigation technology
                        * the drivers did not know the areas they operate in
                        * the drivers were too lazy
                        * the ola navigation system failed when bandwidth dipped.
                        Furthermore there is no customer support when these issues go awry.
                        I guarantee i wasted 4 hours over 2 days due to driver and ola incompetence. I am switching to uber and local cab drivers for future local transport.

                          I booked an ola cab and after sometime i called him and asked to come to the ot gate of kgh hospital. But then he was all nagging about the parking problems but the thing is that i had a patient with who can't walk that far so i told him to come inside the gate (So there was no problem of parking). Even then he was rudely answering me because i told him to come inside. And when i told him that i am gonna cancel the ride then he agreed to it very arrogantly. He was not patient enough to come near the customer who was not able to walk.

                          The money I paid has not been credited to my account until now. One-and-a-half months have passed and the right answer is no longer banned because my money is how much money his money needs to pay

                            On 09/12/18, after reaching to Baguiati from Howrah station I have booked an OLA cab micro (CRN [protected]; Driver: Bikram Singh) nearabout 5.42 p.m. I had my wife and 2 years old son with me. After booking, I called the driver by phone and he told that he was at near Haldiram stoppage and coming to me. But, I saw he is taking a lot of time for picking up. So, I called him again and then he asked me ''apko kahan tak jana hai''? Then I told my destination and after that he didn't talk anything more. I thought he will come soon and waited in a cold dark evening with my little son. But I saw on app that the driver is not following his path for picking up. Immmediately, I called him but the driver had not picked up his phone after ringing him 3-4 times. And soon after that I found that the driver switched off his phone so that I could not call him.
                            What should I do then, I had to book Uber with 1.5 times higher then norml fare. But, one thing, I should say Uber driver never cancelled my trip.

                              I booked ola on sunday, 9th december 2018 from khargar to panvel. Firstly driver dind'nt arrieved at proper location, so i had to walk a long way to reach cab. Then driver ask me how i am going to pay him. I said i have money. But he asked me to pay cash to him. When i denied to pay cash, he said you want to go panvel but i have to go colaba. Then he said there might be some problem with booking and he asked me to give him my mobile. I handed over my mobile to him to check. Then he cancelled my booking from my mobile without my concern. So i was charged rs. 30. It was totally dirver's fault but i was charged.
                              So i request the authority to take action against the drive and return my rs 30 in my ola wallet.

                                On 10 december 2018, me and my mother were going from footi kothi square to railway station. We have booked an ola auto. Before confirming the booking mobile has showed estimated cash to be paid rs. 74. And the driver has told that on his mobile the fare is rs 90. There was no rating option came into my mobile and also not the total fare. I want you to look into this matter, as early as possible.

                                  Reg my recent booking with ola cabs for prime play 09 dec'18 crn [protected], i was very much upset due to the cab driver, he came to my pickup place and asked dropping place then refused me to board & asked to cancel the trip. Even i was in hurry to catch my train (Planned well to reach station by taking extra time) & i was politely asked as "why don't you say this before arriving my pickup place since i was wasted 15 minutes to reach my location & saying will not go to central railway station?" (My dropping location)
                                  But, was rudely answering & questioning me as why don't you call & ask, as he will accept the pickup or not & saying to cancell the booking & even if you want to complain then do it etc" where as there is no mistake from my side...!!

                                  It was my prestigious guest & i was arranged the trip & he behaved in front my guests more over they had a very tough time to catch the train...

                                  Myself forced to go along with the guest & return back to home by paying double the charges, even i was having some other important schedule & more over stress for everyone as they may not catch the train etc. Also gusts are from other state, language issue, ladies etc.

                                  But, when i made complaint ola team not taken any step??? But, ola system says as rs.50 will be charged next trip???

                                  This is not professionally managed customer care services...

                                  I was looking for the compensation for the trouble & inconvenience caused for our whole family & guest.

                                  I had complained but no action till now...

                                  After booking ola from apollo hospitals to Shapoorji children, s park, trip was confirmed by the driver . but he is not interested to come . So he forced me to cancel the trip. We waited for 10 min there and called him again . His response is same . so we booked another taxi .

                                    I picked up ola cab from airport to khar danda on 11 dec morning 5.30 am. The driver could not find my area location even through mobile navigator app. Even a famous 3star hotel shubhangan nearby. Excuse was that he is not from that area and he lived in vasai. It took around 1hr to reach to which in 6 am in morning time it takes usually 15 to 20 minutes max.

                                      I will booked a ola cab for old delhi railway station with phonepay the price will show at the time of book is aprox..386 but at the time of check-out the driver will demand for 114 rupees extra charge and it will take much time while dropping and because of that my train will missed i am booking cab for our parents they are old they suffer lots of problems it will take extra charge i miss my train the amount of tickets will also waste

                                        My cousin booked a cab from padi to adayar. Instead of ola mini she booked a ola auto by mistake. Then v cancelled the ride by the time the driver reached the point. We then explained about the wrong booking. Ola has charged rupees 50 for cancellations.. Provoked driver stared shouting at out in bad words. He was shouting keep on infront of the house. He then demanded rupees 40 for cancelled booking at the point. We admit out but he made u ashamed and did all actrocities. He then forcefully got rupees 50 from us.. We lost about 100 rupees without travelling juz bargged and he got the cash idiotic driver. Don't entertain such a driver..

                                        My Ola account suddenly got blocked and i am not getting proper response from the [protected]@olacabs.com,
                                        No customer care number to find why they have blocked my account.
                                        And Ola money is left in the wallet and it is unusable now.
