I, A S K Srikar, have a complaint against Ola, for not refunding the unauthorised cancellation charges. I booked a cab on 29June 2018 at around 0100 hrs in the early morning from Nagpur Railway Station to Kamptee Cantt area. The first driver after showing up at the station, rejected that he couldn’t come as it was late in the night. He told me to book another cab and assured me that no cancellation fees would be processed. But as soon as I booked another cab, I received a message regarding cancellation fees. He told me that they would be credited, if I talk to the customer care. At that moment, after I was dropped at my destination, I immediately had a call with the customer care and they told me to approach through Ola app and assured me the refund. After that recently, when I booked a cab in Delhi, that refund amount was charged. I again had a talk with the customer care, but this time they told me that it is not in their hands and cannot credit me the refund amount. The cancellation for which I was never responsible, I had to pay the price. I request the kind authorities to do the necessary to refund the so called cancellation charges.
I am trying to send my ola money into others wallet but option showing as ola kyc disabled however i have done basic KYC of OLA, do they want to hold my money in ola money so that forcefully i have to use ola to use my money.
