Dear sir,

I booked a rented ride today, in a mini for 2 hours duration and 20 kms.
I started my journey from my residence to mtnl office, chitra vihar which is approx. 2 kms. After a brief stop over i continued my ride to 164a jor bagh and again after a brief stop went to the delhi gymkhana club at 2 safdarjung road, new delhi 110001. Here my stop was for about 2 hours and then i rode back to my residence at a52 swasthya vihar, delhi 110092.
All my efforts to end the ride and i was shocked to receive a bill of rs 1124 which i paid in cash since i had used my servant's phone no [protected].

The car given to me was a white accent no hr55ad 5184.

I would like a clarification on these charges and the extra amount refunded to me.

Incidentally, i have seen the ola service quiet poor and exorbitant charges for similar rides.

    I booked a prime vehicle from ram dawra road, paharganj to ansari road daryaganj, new delhi and the price shown to me was 170/- the car number was dl1z1131 and my otp was 3110, driver number [protected]
    I spoke to him at 0915 and he told me he is at connaught place and told me
    It will take 10 mts. (Whereas it should not take more than five mts)
    He did not report till 0930 and i had an important meeting to attend which i missed
    Please take the necessary action

        Your cab (no- RJ14TE4261) driver was driving recklessly n after that started abusing to the person whose car they damaged n then they started following that person and called others as well they threw stones n broke n damage that person's car n try to threaten him by saying "kar le jo karna hai main local hu yha ka". FIR has been lodged.

          I have used ola on october 26th and paid rupees 156, crn[protected], umar shareef and on november 7th for 187 rupees to the driver, crn [protected], appu d, and whenever i have used ola or uber, i pay the driver the total amount at the drop of point and no driver of ola drives you for free from point a to point b.

          Request you not to send reminders on my mobile or my email for fraudulently extracting money from customers which is extortion, we will be forced to file a criminal complaint on ola and take this matter to court.

          Took a ride from Pune to Mumbai on 2nd November and paid driver cash of 2000/, additionally it got deducted from postpaid. So I have paid total 4000/ for one way trip. Ola cabs have not been solving my problem inspite of repeated mails.
          Also I am an old place customer. Very disappointed with their services.

            I booked an ola 3 days back and cab came. After getting in driver asked me how i am paying. The driver forced me to get out and ended the trip when he got to know that i am paying with ola money. Please take action against the driver and refund the amount.

            I had to book one more ola for my travel.

              1. 14/11/2018 micro crn [protected] i had booked at around 7.30 am for a ride at 9.30 am. The driver didn't report by 9.38 am. When i called, he refused for the pick up location. My next cab booked by ola arrived by 10. I was late by 40 minutes.
              My complaint : when there is no compensation and discount when the customer has to suffer because of fault of ola & its partners.
              2. 14/11/2018 micro crn [protected], booked at 17.35. After waiting for 16 mins, when i called the driver, he asked me the drop location and cancelled the ride. I had to wait outside office alone and wait for the next cab. No concern or policy by ola to compensate the loss the customer faces due to such events.
              3. 14/11/2018, by cab was booked by the ola executive and he told me that the fare amount will be between rs 392 & 412. I was charged rs 836. The cab driver changed the route on his own and there was an additional 5 km extra. Even then the fare cannot be so high. After confirming with ola customer care i paid 390 to the cab driver, for resolution later. Ola executive said will call me in 30 min but called me back after 2 & half hours. He asked me first to pay balance 446 and then only ola will refund my 446 to wallet, untill then i cannot use ola.
              I refuse to pay as it is not my fault. 3 times in one day i was harassed & disgraced due to ola. I want an immediate waiver of the outstanding. Why customer only troubled due to ola. Ola has no policies for customer right protection. I feel cheated and humiliated by ola. It has not happened today only, such incidents have occurred earlier also. Ola has no good will gesture for its customers. There is no hearing and no resolution of issues. Only one word ie sorry.

                Yesterday, i was dropped by my company transport at thane station sharp at 7 pm. Then i had decided to book ola cab to go home. I did. 1st ola cab was book, the time for that was showing 17 mins, which was fine. I was waiting, after 8 mins the cab got changed to some other cab by its self and the time for that another cab was 27 mins with the cnr no: [protected], because the wait time was too long, i cancelled the cab. Then i booked an another cab with cnr no: [protected], driver's name is santosh ramchandra teli, there was drop reflecting in that cab which was suppose to be dropped somewere near to thane station. So, as soon as the cab came near, i called the driver, driver said he is going home, so he is not coming for pickup. Also he mentioned that he update home location in his ola drivers app, now that wait wasted approx 15 mins again. After that i book an another cab with crn: [protected], driver name: amit afzal. As soon as the cab was booked, i called on drivers mobile number. Driver said that he is mulund west, he can't come to thane east because he have to cross toll to pick me up. So i cancelled the cab again. Again after that i booked an another cab with the crn: [protected], driver's name mohd razi qaiser ahmed momin, again i called on driver's mobile number and he said he is 20 mins away. I informed him that i'll wait. Then he took 15 mins just to cross toll, then he took wrong way and instead of coming towards thane east station, he was driving towards thane west. So i called him again, he didn't picked up the call, dialled again and yet no response. After calling him 2nd time he cancelled the cab from his end. Thant again wasted 15 mins. So, in simple words, i tried to take an ola cab since 7 pm yesterday and i was still waiting for a cab to arrive till 8 pm. At the end, i booked an another cab with crn: [protected], and that cab came on time and there was no issues with that driver. But just because of ola's lack of customer service approx 4 cabs got cancelled and it took 1 hour 20 mins approx to get a cab. After all this issues, i thought to report about this issue to ola. So i look in the ola app, support tab and there is no way that i can complaint about this insident. Then i thought to call so i google ola customer care and there is no way for a customer to get it touch with customer service thought call. You just send an email to ola's email address. How can a customer compliant about an issue o real time bases??. I would like to complaint about ola's lack of customer service. I would also like to share the recording of the call on which i spoke to driver's.

                  I book an ola cab at 4:30 am from suswahi to assi varanasi after the trip the bill came on my phone is 135 rs and he charged my illetrate parents 205 rs... They doesn't have any phone to ask
                  Me for bill... When they came after the trip they tell me how much he charged... I have the bill screenshot and driver details... So kindly tell me what should i do

                    I am ayanoly sravan. I had taken a ride in ola on 13/11/2018 at 6:00am. I booked for rental on 2 hours and 10km category. I have applied a coupon also. But i reached the destination in 51 min and just covering 32km. But in ola invoice after rive it charged extra rs.104 for 10 km. My trip number is :crn[protected] i need quick explanation for this.

                      I have booked for an ola outstation cab from bangalore airport to mysore and it showed me the estimate for 2020 rs, but at the end of the ride, i was charged about 2490 including airport toll tax and 95 rs as additional toll amount. When contacted customer service, the agent was telling the estimate amount will not be the same, where in i have entered the pick up and drop location correctly and haven't stopped the cab in any mid way. We have opted for their low priced cab, and was showing that the price wont exceed 2020. There is a huge margin in the fare and they are not accepting that they have fooled the customers by showing the estimate and discount coupons. Also in the ola app it shows as travel from bangalore to mysore at rs 1599 with the coupon code omg1599 but it shows error when trying to apply. The customer care executive is telling you have to constantly monitor whether the driver takes the shortest or longest route using google maps and need to check the cab's starting nd ending km.

                        I booked a ola auto from c v raman nagar to narayana hospiyal, bommasandra. While booking its shown rs303 but after dropping its rs 231 which i seen very late during my next booking. I paid to the driver but he didn't return me yet. I want my money back. Tell me how can i get my cash back. When ola take panelty charge for cancellation then you people also take some steps regarding this matter also..

                          I have booked micro in ola cab 11th nov, timing around 9:30 from jaipur railway station to jagatpura... The fare was shown around 300 at the time of booking... N when i checked it during trip i have to pay 568 rs, which driver took... When i have called ola support... They said i have to pay this amount coz there was peak time... I want to raise compaint that just for 15km ride... They have overcharging the customers n making us fool.. By saying ~8rs/km if there is peak time then they charging 5x the original charge... This is not fare... We have to suffer... I m attaching the total fare receipt n i want it to get resolved...in favour of all customers

                            Sir/Madam,
                            I, A S K Srikar, have a complaint against Ola, for not refunding the unauthorised cancellation charges. I booked a cab on 29June 2018 at around 0100 hrs in the early morning from Nagpur Railway Station to Kamptee Cantt area. The first driver after showing up at the station, rejected that he couldn’t come as it was late in the night. He told me to book another cab and assured me that no cancellation fees would be processed. But as soon as I booked another cab, I received a message regarding cancellation fees. He told me that they would be credited, if I talk to the customer care. At that moment, after I was dropped at my destination, I immediately had a call with the customer care and they told me to approach through Ola app and assured me the refund. After that recently, when I booked a cab in Delhi, that refund amount was charged. I again had a talk with the customer care, but this time they told me that it is not in their hands and cannot credit me the refund amount. The cancellation for which I was never responsible, I had to pay the price. I request the kind authorities to do the necessary to refund the so called cancellation charges.

                              Yesterday night we booked ola cab from Indira Nagar to JP Nagar 5th Phase.
                              Estimated amount it has showed was 222/-. After dropping us near my home driver said the bill was 417/-. We said we it was showed as 222/-, but the driver didn't agreed and he demanded to give 417/- and he said we will get the money back within short period. He took 420/-, but he didn't ended the trip, he left from that place. I called him to ask him to end the trip. After 5 mins he went some distance and then he ended the trip. We got the bill as 222/- only. From that time I called him for more than 50 times, but he is not answering...he is rejecting my call.

                              I got mail invoice also. In that also I got the bill as 222/- only.

                              WORST OLA DRIVER I HAVE EVER SEEN.

                              Can you please refund my money.

                              He is not genuine, that's why he is not answering my calls.

                                There is extra charge in about Tool-Tax/Parking, which fare is fraud. According to my estimated fare i have to pay Rs.169.00, but after finish my ride, they charged me Rs. 279.00 including Tool-Tax/Parking -Rs-100.00, which fare is fraud. Please return me Rs.100.00 as soon as possible.

                                  Toady I book an ola but he didn't turn up for 20 minutes... Their after I booked uber without canceling ola...but after arrival O[censored]ber after then 15 minute ola driver called me and started very slang language... Which I cannot share also...I didn't except such kind of driver. From ola...request you to take. Some serious actions against such Driver. Using such dirty language... Contact no. [protected].

                                    Urgent safety issue with ola cab for international tourist!

                                    I was travelling from agra to delhi with an ola cab which picked me up from my hotel. After i started my trip i realized there was something next to my seat, a snake!! It was at the seat next to me under my bag and it was moving! That moment i panicked like crazy and i jumped to front seat next to the driver. The driver stopped the car i jumped out from the car and started jumping at the road. I do not even remember how the driver took the snake out from the car. I called my friend he came and picked me up from that road. I will sue this company! How come a snake can get into a car! It is a 3.5-hour drive how come driver did not check his car! It could be poisonous!

                                    I am looking for a lawyer pls keep in touch with me for any suggestions.

                                      I had scheduled a round trip ola outstation cab a day before in advance. Got my driver details and confirmation on time. Ola driver was supposed to reach at my pickup location at 10 am, but he was where around. So i tried calling the driver to which he said he would be reaching in a while, but i could still see him standing at the same place from more past 2 hours. I again called him 15 mins later and even texted him my address, but still he was standing at same place.

                                      Meanwhile, i tried reaching ola support from all the different ways, but no luck. Even made a call to ola mumbai office number which i searched online, but the person there simply asked me my destination point and if it was a round trip and dropped off the call and later a message came to me for sharing details to book a new cab.

                                      Finally he arrived at my pickup location 40+ mins later and the moment i reached near to cab, he said your trip got cancelled automatically (No idea if the trip really got cancelled from ola end or driver cancelled it by his own).

                                      Later driver said he will complete the trip at same cost which ola showed you and also had my destination location fixed on his maps even after trip getting cancelled (As if he already came prepared from his end).

                                      Highly disppointed with this experience of mine with ola and would never rely on there services.

                                        Hi super duper good ola management, your driver didn't come to pick up me, never taken my calls, he came near my location, roam around there, then crossed my location, went some where else. I called him many times continuously for directing him to my location. But he never took my call. I booked a bus ticket for my relatives from chennai to madurai. I planned to send off them. So we suppose to be in the pickup locationbon time. But due to your driver unprofessional behaviour and he made me very late, we were about to loose our journey. We got insulted by bus drivers due to late arrival to the pickup location.

                                        The first time, ola broke my trust which i had in your service.

                                        If you are really care about passengers and their trust, please take action on the driver. I attaching the driver details.
