I have booked for an ola outstation cab from bangalore airport to mysore and it showed me the estimate for 2020 rs, but at the end of the ride, i was charged about 2490 including airport toll tax and 95 rs as additional toll amount. When contacted customer service, the agent was telling the estimate amount will not be the same, where in i have entered the pick up and drop location correctly and haven't stopped the cab in any mid way. We have opted for their low priced cab, and was showing that the price wont exceed 2020. There is a huge margin in the fare and they are not accepting that they have fooled the customers by showing the estimate and discount coupons. Also in the ola app it shows as travel from bangalore to mysore at rs 1599 with the coupon code omg1599 but it shows error when trying to apply. The customer care executive is telling you have to constantly monitor whether the driver takes the shortest or longest route using google maps and need to check the cab's starting nd ending km.

    I booked a ola auto from c v raman nagar to narayana hospiyal, bommasandra. While booking its shown rs303 but after dropping its rs 231 which i seen very late during my next booking. I paid to the driver but he didn't return me yet. I want my money back. Tell me how can i get my cash back. When ola take panelty charge for cancellation then you people also take some steps regarding this matter also..

    I am trying to send my ola money into others wallet but option showing as ola kyc disabled however i have done basic KYC of OLA, do they want to hold my money in ola money so that forcefully i have to use ola to use my money.

      I have booked micro in ola cab 11th nov, timing around 9:30 from jaipur railway station to jagatpura... The fare was shown around 300 at the time of booking... N when i checked it during trip i have to pay 568 rs, which driver took... When i have called ola support... They said i have to pay this amount coz there was peak time... I want to raise compaint that just for 15km ride... They have overcharging the customers n making us fool.. By saying ~8rs/km if there is peak time then they charging 5x the original charge... This is not fare... We have to suffer... I m attaching the total fare receipt n i want it to get resolved...in favour of all customers

        Sir/Madam,
        I, A S K Srikar, have a complaint against Ola, for not refunding the unauthorised cancellation charges. I booked a cab on 29June 2018 at around 0100 hrs in the early morning from Nagpur Railway Station to Kamptee Cantt area. The first driver after showing up at the station, rejected that he couldn’t come as it was late in the night. He told me to book another cab and assured me that no cancellation fees would be processed. But as soon as I booked another cab, I received a message regarding cancellation fees. He told me that they would be credited, if I talk to the customer care. At that moment, after I was dropped at my destination, I immediately had a call with the customer care and they told me to approach through Ola app and assured me the refund. After that recently, when I booked a cab in Delhi, that refund amount was charged. I again had a talk with the customer care, but this time they told me that it is not in their hands and cannot credit me the refund amount. The cancellation for which I was never responsible, I had to pay the price. I request the kind authorities to do the necessary to refund the so called cancellation charges.

          Yesterday night we booked ola cab from Indira Nagar to JP Nagar 5th Phase.
          Estimated amount it has showed was 222/-. After dropping us near my home driver said the bill was 417/-. We said we it was showed as 222/-, but the driver didn't agreed and he demanded to give 417/- and he said we will get the money back within short period. He took 420/-, but he didn't ended the trip, he left from that place. I called him to ask him to end the trip. After 5 mins he went some distance and then he ended the trip. We got the bill as 222/- only. From that time I called him for more than 50 times, but he is not answering...he is rejecting my call.

          I got mail invoice also. In that also I got the bill as 222/- only.

          WORST OLA DRIVER I HAVE EVER SEEN.

          Can you please refund my money.

          He is not genuine, that's why he is not answering my calls.

            There is extra charge in about Tool-Tax/Parking, which fare is fraud. According to my estimated fare i have to pay Rs.169.00, but after finish my ride, they charged me Rs. 279.00 including Tool-Tax/Parking -Rs-100.00, which fare is fraud. Please return me Rs.100.00 as soon as possible.

              Toady I book an ola but he didn't turn up for 20 minutes... Their after I booked uber without canceling ola...but after arrival O[censored]ber after then 15 minute ola driver called me and started very slang language... Which I cannot share also...I didn't except such kind of driver. From ola...request you to take. Some serious actions against such Driver. Using such dirty language... Contact no. [protected].

                Urgent safety issue with ola cab for international tourist!

                I was travelling from agra to delhi with an ola cab which picked me up from my hotel. After i started my trip i realized there was something next to my seat, a snake!! It was at the seat next to me under my bag and it was moving! That moment i panicked like crazy and i jumped to front seat next to the driver. The driver stopped the car i jumped out from the car and started jumping at the road. I do not even remember how the driver took the snake out from the car. I called my friend he came and picked me up from that road. I will sue this company! How come a snake can get into a car! It is a 3.5-hour drive how come driver did not check his car! It could be poisonous!

                I am looking for a lawyer pls keep in touch with me for any suggestions.

                  I had scheduled a round trip ola outstation cab a day before in advance. Got my driver details and confirmation on time. Ola driver was supposed to reach at my pickup location at 10 am, but he was where around. So i tried calling the driver to which he said he would be reaching in a while, but i could still see him standing at the same place from more past 2 hours. I again called him 15 mins later and even texted him my address, but still he was standing at same place.

                  Meanwhile, i tried reaching ola support from all the different ways, but no luck. Even made a call to ola mumbai office number which i searched online, but the person there simply asked me my destination point and if it was a round trip and dropped off the call and later a message came to me for sharing details to book a new cab.

                  Finally he arrived at my pickup location 40+ mins later and the moment i reached near to cab, he said your trip got cancelled automatically (No idea if the trip really got cancelled from ola end or driver cancelled it by his own).

                  Later driver said he will complete the trip at same cost which ola showed you and also had my destination location fixed on his maps even after trip getting cancelled (As if he already came prepared from his end).

                  Highly disppointed with this experience of mine with ola and would never rely on there services.

                    Hi super duper good ola management, your driver didn't come to pick up me, never taken my calls, he came near my location, roam around there, then crossed my location, went some where else. I called him many times continuously for directing him to my location. But he never took my call. I booked a bus ticket for my relatives from chennai to madurai. I planned to send off them. So we suppose to be in the pickup locationbon time. But due to your driver unprofessional behaviour and he made me very late, we were about to loose our journey. We got insulted by bus drivers due to late arrival to the pickup location.

                    The first time, ola broke my trust which i had in your service.

                    If you are really care about passengers and their trust, please take action on the driver. I attaching the driver details.

                      To day i book a ola cab from dum dum to kolkata station. Driver name santosh prasad, his mobile no [protected], i callhim by call driver option. He says me that due to far away from his present position he cancelled his ride. Though i still not cancelled by my own. And i take a taxi and rich my destination. After some while he call me and tell that he is wating for me from no [protected]. And also says that mobile no where i call that was wrong. This was happen due to take advantage of cancellation charge. This was happen previously in bhopal airport also in the month of may 2018. As driver says that he cancelled journey so i press cancelled option and company charge me as 45/- as cancelled by me. To day i not press cancelled option only due to that.                         I was charged Rs. 958 for a trip from Chennai Central Railway Station to Nanganallur for a mini cab.

                        The estimated price was around 257 Rs. and by the time I me I completed the ride the bill was 958 rupees.
                        The time for the journey was 36 minutes with no traffic.

                        After speaking to the customer care executive, I got to know that peak charges have been applied for the trip. The peak charges cannot be applied after boarding the taxi and It should have been applied before the trip at the time of estimating the cost.

                        I would like to bring this unethical practice of Ola to notice.

                            Please find the below mention

                            Tickets numbers

                            Ola money :- 1237634. Date on 07-nov-18.
                            Ola support:[protected]. Date on 29-nov-18.

                            My account is been misused / hacked.

                            On 29-nov-18.

                            I got sms

                            Stating some one else is using my account if i found it suspicious click link below
                            I clicked it & that link took to reset my account n change the password.

                            After that i logged in the app my account was like completely new no old ride details & my ola money is 0 rs.

                            I called the customer team informed the same n got the ticket as[protected].

                            I had recharge my ola account on 25-nov-18 with 1999 from sbi net banking account ending 5955.

                            Then after repeated follow up with ola team my call got transferred to ola money team.

                            Then i got one more complaint ticket number 1237634. Today i got the call form the ola team stating they can't do anything on my ola money of 1999 rs.

                            Kindly plz help me to receive my amount.

                              Ola has decativated my i'd without information permanently and whenever i am trying to seek help or trying to contact them so that i may know the reason behind deactivation of my i'd they are not helping me with the same. If ola is not ready to provide service than lock your company and go away instead of harassing consumers.

                                I have registered complaints regarding excessively Rs.1127/- charging on my trip from chennai airport to my residence on 2nd November 2018. At the time of booking app has shown around Rs.500. But after booking the amount was not displayed. Driver came to pick up after 30mins where as in app it was shown as only 10mins. He dropped me at poonamallee and after closing it has shown Rs. 1127/- and it was a real shock. I have called and spoken to Customer service- Naveen kumar. He answered like a recorded message and was of no use. It was very upset and it was 1.10AM. Charge of Rs.500 itself is very high but driver has collected Rs.1127 which unacceptable.

                                Please reverse the excess amount collected immediately to avoid any serious action against ola.

AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IT HAS SHOWN RS.500 ONLY. AFTER BOOKING AMOUNT WAS NOT DISPLAYED. THIS IS MERE CHEATING. RETURN THE EXCESS MONEY OR ELSE I WILL POST IN CONSUMER FORUM AND ALL MEDIA.                                   My ride crn[protected] showed a fair of rs 131 on my app whereas the driver collected rs 182. As per driver rs 50 was added as cancellation charges. I do not have any pending cancellation charges. Whenever i happened to cancel i have provided the proper reasons like the driver not reported/ refused to report for the reasons only known to the driver concerned. If driver does not turn up/ refuse to to come, how the consumer is liable to pay the charges. The charges may please be collected from the driver.in fact. The consumer has to be compensated for the deficiency of the service. Being an honest customer kindly refund the excess amount collected (Rs50) to my ola account please. Confirm the action taken please.

                                    Today 8th Nov. Our ola cab got into accident on Mount road in Chennai while we're on the way home from Apollo hospital at about 2.30 pm. The cab driver was trying to sort out the matter about the accident and the damages. We have no other choice but to hire an auto to reach home. This caused us lot of strain and time delays to reach home. I was unable to get the telephone call to customer support to talk about this and related matters.

                                      I harshal chaudhari booked prime suv at 8:30 am from kalyan east. It showed booking confirmed. When i called driver he told me that he doesn't have suv. I was shocked if there is no suv available how come ola confimed the booking. I felt helpless and had to cancel the ride and unnecessarily paid rs. 50 as cancellation charges. Very disappointing experience. I hope ola will return the cancellation charges.

                                        I have sought help from ola support regarding procedure to delete ola account. But i am not getting any response from ola.
                                        Ola should have procedure to delete account published in their website. Whenever a person doesn’t want to use any of services then there should be a way to delete all personal info stored in the service provider database. Nobody would like to keep their personal data stored with someone when it is not required. How come ola doesn’t have this procedure documented in their website.
