I use ola postpaid with a limit of 3000.

Yesterday evening that is[protected] i had initiated the transaction of 2943 to clear the ola postpaid due of 2943 and amount was debited from my account (I recieved the message of the debit). Now, i am not able to use ola due to pending clearance of dues

Please note, this transaction was done using an axis card.

However, the same has not been reflected in my ola account.

Need help asap.
I booked ola cab and driver was not able to reach me so, he told me to cancel the booking. As he said, I did like that then, I was charged panelty for it. I paid the panelty. Then I complained ola for this from next day onwards my account is blocked and I am not able to book any cab.

    On 3oth. October 2018 morning i booked an ola cab to go from msntri glades apartment, kaikondrahalli sarjapur road, next to wipro office, bengaluru to yashwantpur railway station. Estimated fare was shown on mobile rs.564 /-.

    Vehicle - mini white dzire tour

    Ola driver took a unjust long rout through nice road in spite of my objection. On the way i was made to pay rs.135/- as toll gate tax.
    Finally on reaching yashwantpur railway station he forced me to pay rs.1439/-.

    This act of driver is a clear case of cheating.
    I request to refund excess amount charged & toll gate tax refund from ola

      Driver from OLA cabs denied duty in middle of the and even took a money. As I was getting late to catch my train he straightaway stopped the bike somewhere in Gomti Nagar and asked me to get down as It was heavy traffic on road I just missed my train which I had to catch from Lucknow to Delhi. It was very bad and rude behaviour I expect from consumer forum to take necessary action against the driver and OLA. Below sharing detail of driver and screenshot attached.

        I sai kumar riding swift Dzire vehicle in your Ola cabs TS10UB5133 (I have logged my account on 18th October after the successful completion of trip my account has been blocked from the company end as I have consulted the customer support regarding the issue with Mr. Shiva in sanathnagar after several rounds to the company finally they gave me the reason that your account has started from 16th Oct but my account has been started from 18th oct they have charged me Rupees 5, 000.00 as penalty after showing the proofs to them that my account has been started from 18th Mr.shiva said he has written a email to the head office but they are not giving any proper information when I will get refund rupees of 5, 000.00
        (On 22nd oct My vehicle is activated. Ola Customer care and Mr.Shashavalli they are not giving any response regarding my refund of rupees 5, 000.00 )
        I have deposited in 3, 300 in fino account even in lesging Charges

          I got charged fine "cancellation fee" rs 25.00 without any valid reason.
          It was due to that driver didn't reach at my location & meanwhile he cancelled the cab and it attracted cancellation fee on my account.

          I wrote multiple mail but ola management is not responding.
          Due to imposed fine i am unable to pay for the next ride payment as in this bill fine is also added. And for fine i am not liable.

            Dear team, on 27th oct 2018, my daughter hired an ola cab at kolkata, mini, crn [protected] from brace bridge, she was in a hurry and was going to catch a train from howrah station, after getting boarded in the cab, all of a sudden without taking the otp the driver cancelled the trip, which caused reaching her very late at howrah station.
            Another incident on the very same day she has to book another ola to reach station, mini, crn[protected], now this person took her to howrah station, the bill was for 239, however he said that she has to pay rs 350/-, as she was too late and has to catch a train to bhubaneswar jan satabdi. There was no other way apart from paying him what he was asking for, and she paid rs 350/-.

            This is the way passengers get treated.

            I want to know the action you have taken for these 02 drivers.

            Ola cab driver cancelled the booking on knowing my destination over phone. When I told him that he has taken advantage of me sharing the destination details, he abused me and called me repetitively abusing me and claiming that I can't do anything about it.

              I paid cash rs 874 to driver on oct 19th and he went away. I even got the ola receipt that the payment was made in cash.

              Then when i went to book ola cab again 3 days later, i was amazed to see that the same amount was due from me and i could not book any cab before i cleared that amount.

              Called ola numerous times to get the issue resolved but nothing was done. I also got an email from ola that they have credited back the money in my account, but then they really did nothing. Even afgter threatening them of legal action and police complaint, they did nothing. Customer service will say the same thing time and again : "we are transferring this case to the higher authorities and you will hear in the next couple of hours".

              I am not proceeding with legal action and police complaint against ola for cheating customers and harassing them intentionally.

              I am now proceeding with legal action and police complaint at Kadugodi Police Station against Ola for cheating customers and harassing them intentionally.
              Lot of difficulty is arising in depositing ola money. Last time when we booked ola cab or auto they came and denied for ola money and demanded cash. With great difficulty we reached station to catch the train . For information and action.

                I had a ride from Delhi to gurgaon on October month, I by mistake forget my study table in the car, I tried to contact the driver but he is not picking up my phone, I also compleined to ola but they are not able to resolve this, ola person is saying to lodge a complaint to police.

                This kind of service is not acceptable therefore I have not been using ola since 2.5 months and unisntalled the application from my phone .

                  Today I book a OLA request CRN[protected] Micro - CC-Model from BARC Hospital Parking, Anushakti Colony Anushakti Nagar Mumbai Maharashtra India to Gopala Residencey CHS, MAFCO Rd, Sector 24, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. Time duration was from 4:23pm to 4:45pm. I was charged a fare of Rs. 518 which included a fare increase of ₹292.79 for 11.6 km ride. When I book the ride Ola app was showing me price as "...". Since I have to take the hospital patient, I go ahead to book it without knowing what amount will be charged. There was no clear indication or pop up that high demand rate will be charged. To my surprise billing went to 518 which is almost double the cost of normal ride. Fare increase has happened because of Ola strike causing high demand. This is absolutely unfare pricing and a complete shock in the way the money are taken for ride. Request you to refund the fare increase amount.

                    I booked a ola cab in sharing mode atfirst after booking i was waiting location showing me he is just few step away from me after that i call him he said i dont take share booking i was in very hurry aftet that i cancel the ride and booked a solo ride again i got booked him and came to me after 16 minutes later though the distance between me and him is just few steps and traffic was also clear and atlast i miss my work..                         I'm using ola cabs for the past two years... Recently ola driver's are asking extra amount for the rides.. The main problem is they wont accept the ola money rides.. Accept only the rides by cash... This is the main issue for many passengers.. Many times we dnt have a change with us, tatz y we preferred ola money.. Nowadays we dnt like to use ola cabs... My friends also raised complaints against ola driver's..

                          Hello i am piyush khanna i had travelled by ola cab tomorrow from chander nagar janakpuri west to paharganj new delhi railway station and i had booked a mini car.
                          Firstly i had booked car using google engine and car assigned to me by ola i accent and person or driver had charged 150 more saying that i had not booked a cab from your app. Moreover uber is written behind his car car no is up16bt9317 or 9137 plz check it. This is height of greediness and shamelessness. Car booking is done by no [protected] under name neelab at 2:45 pm 29-10-18. For call my name is piyush khanna and no is [protected]. This is not my fault that i have not use app or google this is company fault that they had send me wrong car for charging more or driver fault. Plz look into matter.

                            On 26 oct 2018 when paid for ola money post paid amount of Rs.2819 was deducted twice from my account.Till now I havent got the refund back.I need my amount to be credited at the earliest.All details are provided in the emails and i been following from 26 oct.Its almost three days and no useful information been informed to me.I dont know why none of your customer care support is contacting me inspite of writing emails daily...No contact nos provided in the email signature..

                              I kedar chandra nayak was regostered ola cab from shankar vihar to delhi sarai rohila on 29 oct 2018 and pickedup and reached in the destination near about 0521 hours and just i not found mob in my hand i raned towars dropping point with in 2 minutes, but cab was not available there. I ringing up from others mobile continuously untilly but not picked up full rings are blowing. As per statement of next pickup by a madam mobile ringing up continusly from her boarding to dropping in hidding location (0530 to 0600 hours). And i contacted again and again near about at 0602 hours mobile showing busy and switched off.
                              I had booked 3 times ola cabs on 26 october 2018 from Charbagh to Vikash Nagar Sec.14, but they denied without reason so I faced problem much more time on that day for this inconvenience and ruined my precious time also.
                              I cant do any complaint about this problem.

                              This is regarding a ride I took. The driver didnot stop at my location and the ride was charged 925 which was originally 125. This is 23 Rd Oct 8.30 Am. I paid the money, but the location I am charged for is not everard towers. This is really not done. Please take this up on priority.
                              I am using ola on a daily basis. I am paying through Ola postpaid. Everytime when I search for cab they show the estimated fare between 300 to 400, but after completing the trip they deduct 200 to 300 extra. When I complained they refund 50 to 90 but still as a customer I am in loss.
                              First your drivers don't know how to interact with the customers. They we are fools and we cannot track their location. Very bad service. DLIRTA 7371 is his cab no. And his name is avinash.

                              Ola car number 2637 has just banged into my car mh02ez4150 and sped off. This has happened near lilavati hospital bandra west Mumbai at 11.10 a.m. Please arrange for adequate compensation failing which I will escalate the matter. Revert on [protected]@gmail.com.

                              This is totally irresponsible behaviour. There were children in the car.

                                Ola cab numbered tn-09 - ch 9353 with driver punidhavel with phone number [protected] dashed my back bumper and damaged extensively.

                                The front car had breaked and i stopped my car and the mentioned ola came and dashed my car rear. The car rear is very badly damaged. It is on no fault of mine. Mr punidhavel driver when asked for claim mentioned he is driver and car belong to ola. I would like to place complaint to claim for the repair charges from ola.                                 Worst service with this CRN[protected]. Taken ola micro for my eye operated mother for going home, but driver Suresh with mob.No.[protected] left us in half the way sayng signal showing so. Again we taken another auto & reached home .IF ANYONE TAKES OLACABS THEY LEAVE US AT HELL WITH WORST SERVICE.

                                  Today oct 28 th at 3.30 pm i took ola cab from majestic railway station, bangalore to my home celebrity paradise layout, doddathogur, electronic city phase 1. He said only one route is showing in app. He took me on nice road long route instead of taking in normal route i got afraid (I only the lady and with my two kids travelled) and also he asked me to pay the toll gate charges rs.135.
                                  After that finally end of trip i paid 799 with ola money.

                                  After reached home. I gave complaint in ola support and i got refunded amount rs.454. But unnesserily i paid toll charges rs.135 please refund that amount asap.

                                  And take action on that. Two weeks back also i faced same problem and gave complaint. Again and again same problem. Nowadays i feeling not safety in traveling in ola cab.

                                  Please take necessary action and refund my amount toll charges rs.135.

                                    I had booked a cab from Jubilee Bus Stand, Secunderabad to All Saints Church, Trimulghery, Secunderabad on 27 Oct 2018. It was a shared cab and the charge was Rs. 69/-. I didn't know that the charges are deducted immediately as I had just recharged and didn't receive a message either. While de-boarding the cab, the driver asked for the money and hence I paid him. I only realised when I took the ride this evening by Ola Cabs that I had paid twice for the same transaction. Kindly reimburse the charges paid through Ola App.

                                      From : river wood park, to : panvel railway station, dist: 24.1 kms
                                      Passengers : two (02) senior citizens who had the confirm 3 tier ac tickets for rajdhani express train no. 12431 departing at 08 : 40 pm from panvel.

                                      When called up the driver as passengers were getting delayed : the driver kept saying i am coming soon after taking the gas and that google map is not working (Whereas the road was straight to the location from his last shown position) and finally when confronted whether he is interested in coming or not : in response,.. To my shock he threatened me that he will cancel my booking.. Finally he arrived and picked up the passengers at 7:32 pm which was 45 mins late : he revealed that he was unaware of the roads and even took the wrong road which delayed beyond arrival time of the train. Even after picking the passengers he took the wrong roads, he had no idea about google map, he even went on to confess that he does not know this area as he is from malad (Mumbai city)

                                      I demand the cost of the train ticket of rs. 3350.98 and cab charges of
                                      Rs. 497 incurred to me due to ola cab driver's incompetence.

                                        Only for 2.2 km the rental ola has charged me 439 rupees in my last ride which is clearly not up to ola standards as i have seen and also unfair to charge the customer too high even if they have stopped before the destination. It is just 100 rs for 2 km. On what basis u r charging this much to the customer. The driver also did not helped me. I want u to weaver back my money. I got the wort service
