1. My insurance was deducted of Rs. 15/- rom my bill without my consent.
2. Till today i am not provided with the insurance copy of any of my rides inspite of numerous complaints and calls.
3. Faced incovinenece on the said ride and filed a complain with ola customer care thrice but to no help.
4. Need to file my insurance claim, unable to file it by any means. Filed complaint with ola again but to no help till time.

    Ticket no[protected]
    Ride cancellation charges were deducted from linked account, however the ride was cancelled by driver.
    Issue was immediately reported and received official communication from ola for account details for refund.
    It's been more than 10 days, no refund received.

    The total ride fare was 1967, however, deducted money was 2192. It was told that this deduction was for earlier ride cancellation wherein ride was cancelled by driver.

      After asking for Drop location, driver denied for pickup.
      My mother and wife waited for pickup approx 30 min .
      I want to assure that no one again suffered like my mother.
      Please take necessary steps.

        I paid cash to the driver via Google pay for the ride but the same was deducted from Ola postpaid as well. Even after providing the transaction details and screenshot, Ola is denying to reset my postpaid balance. This way they are openly making it very easy for few dishonest drivers to cheat on the customers. Very poor support from the support team.

          I have booked a cab through OLA on 15/08/22 from okoyama freindship garden to aircastle marunji Pune. i have paid Rs. 652/- through Phonepe but Due to slow netwrok so payment was taking time and driver was not ready to stay so I paid Cash Rs. 652/- but after 30 minutes message recd. that 652/- again deducted. I have Complaint to OLA but till date no reply by OLA.
          So Please Look into the matter and please arrange my refund Rs. 652/-

            Booked a ride frm gomtinagar extn to charbag Lucknow, driver charged 392/ rs whereas the bill was 242/rs only
            Driver showed a very rude behaviour and bullied when asked why he is overcharging
            Kindly take appropriate action against the driver

              I want to deactivate postpaid services on my account linked to email ID [protected]@yahoo.com. with immediate effect. I've been writing to ola multiple times but they do not revert. The postpaid services were activated with misleading information. No one informed me about the bank loan which got processed in my name by ola. This is sheer cheating and I want deactivation with immediate effect

                On, 14/08/22 I rode form kolathur to Chennai Central in a Prime Sedan-White Dzire tour at around 5:15 pm(CRN - [protected], Driver Name - Rajkiran R). I paid Rs 684 via Google Pay while the ride was still going on. When the ride was over, the driver said that 'I accepted this ride because, it said payment via Cash', But I had paid via google pay by then. So he asked me Rs 732 Cash for the ride, and said that the amount paid via google pay (Rs 684) would be reimbursed. So I complained in the app, and it said repayment will be done within 7 Business days. I have now waited for 2 weeks and there is no repayment yet. Please look into this issue as soon as possible. I've attached the ride details below.

                  @Olacabs i have couple of concern with your services. 1 - I took the same trip on May 25 for the same destination and i got billed 1539 - 300 driver took extra cash from me (which i got refund as a voucher second - i took the trip on 15th june for the same destination but I got charged 2803 (driver took extra 500 rs cash from me) which you don't want to accept as in last trip you have accepted and gave me a voucher for 300 rs
                  @Olacabs i am looking for the refund for the amount which i have paid extra which is additional distance fare- 855 rs, additional time fare - 150 rs and additional amount which i have paid extra as a cash 500 rs because driver took long route while going to the destinationHe mentioned he need to refill the gas so now this is not customer responsibility to pay anything extra on thei moreover please go through the trip which i took on May 15 for the same [protected]@Olacabs i am looking for resolution as soon as possible with my refund for the same or else I have to complaint in consumer forum with all proof. my trip # CRN [protected]

                    Have been trying to get reimbursed by OLA but their customer support keeps closing support tickets without any explanation.

                    The driver was very aggressive around my family and kept following us until we paid him the full amount cash.

                    OLA support opened a dispute call but he denied everything. They promised to reimburse the digital payment but did not do so and just closed the ticket.

                      I took the ola cab ride on[protected], the AC of the cab was not working, the rear suspension was terrible and the ride was bumpy and hard for the rear seat passengers. The car the bouncing and hitting the ground and causing back pain for the passengers. The ride was not at all smooth. The cabs provided by OLA and mostly not well maintained most of the time the rear suspensions are damaged and the passengers suffers on the long journey

                        Pick up time 8.49 From Lucknow Airport
                        Drop at 2pm at Lucknow Airport ..in your bill it's showing Kanpur? check with Driver
                        Total round trip distance covered not more that 145 km, Total Running time not more than 3 hrs
                        The vehicle was halted for around 50 minutes at HAL kanpur for customer meeting
                        If the distance between two location itself is not more than 145 km, how can you bill me for 348 KM
                        How can one cover 348 km in 311 mins ..as mentioned in your bill where the actual running time is not more than 180 /200 min
                        My drop location is Lucknow airport, how it is showing kanpur ..please check with Driver
                        I received a call yesterday from Driver partner account while discussion they mentioned that there was an error in KM reading system
                        Total estimate for my travel was Rs 1, 924 and the same amount was on hold in Paytm ..how the bill came to 3926

                        Note : Request you to to please check your billing system / km reading system with partner account / call the driver to get the correct details

                          Hired Ola auto on Aug 21, 2022 from Chandra Sagara (Near Ashoka Pillar) to Health Heal Office (Vijayanagar). The cost as shown was Rs. 228.00. On the way due to heavy rain, the auto drivers phone was drenched with water and the he could not end the ride at my destination. The driver did not accept electronic payment (BHIM etc., as his phone was not working) and I paid Rs. 230.00 cash. He left and then at some point (Vibhav Theater) the driver ended the ride (Phone must have started to work) and at that point, Rs. 480.00 was charged to my account. Driver Contact Phone # [protected] (Chandan Kumar from Bihar). He was called by Ola and he has confirmed receiving Rs. 230.00 cash. I have complained to Ola and Ola has refunded Rs. 252.00 only and they are not refunding the Rs. 228.00 because I have paid Rs. 230.00 in cash to the driver (No digital evidence). Ola needs to work with their driver and refund the total amount of Rs. 480.00 to me. Request your office to help me.

                          No action from Ola yet. Driver (Chandan Kumar) is not willing to pay back Rs. 230.00 that he got in addition to the money deducted (Rs. 480.00) by Ola. How can consumer complaints help me instead of just forwarding the complaint to Ola??

                            Took outstation cab on 17th August 2022 from SNB Complex Electronic city, Bengaluru to Claresta Hotels, KVS Nagar, Hosur which is 20km travel distance, while booking Ola app has shown 1100 Rs estimate for the journey.

                            When trip ended driver entered odometer reading wrongly and Ola charged 3348 Rs from my Ola money postpaid account. Ola has deducted 3 times the actual trip charges.

                            Immediately I contacted to Ola call center about the concern, their representatives cross checked the details and confirmed that wrong amount has been deducted and they will refund the difference amount, its been a week but there is no solution given even afer multiple times followup.

                              Today I booked ola cab sms hospital to my home and after I reach due to low battery my phone stuck and my ola driver taken cash 150 my fair price was 144 and it will also deducted from my Paytm wallet also now i am trying to call ola cab driver he is not picking my call and not ready to give me my money back cab driver number is +[protected]

                                Issue: Booked an auto for 15 min ride at 930pm from Ardee Mall, ggn to my home. But then I wanted to change the location in the middle of the ride as I had to go to a pharmacy. To which he rudely said, dont change the location, when I asked why what happened? He didn't reply, and when I asked to stop the ride ill take another auto as i wanted to go to a chemist. He started using abusing me and my wife. Saying mean things to family and all.
                                He didnt stop the auto. I want to know what sort of action ola cab is going to take as their customer care is not picking up the call.

                                  Booked an OLA Prime to Bangalore airport 7days in advance over OLA app for 2:30am of 6th April 2022. OLA app said that they will provide cab details 10mins before pickup and so we stood out of the building gate with 40 kg of luggage. The 10mins became 0min and there was no update of cab. Well after this the story goes horrendous. After about 10seconds after 2:30am OLA DELETED my booking. (So that there is no trace of their misdoing). What kind of a scam company will do that? This shows the category of the company. Moreover they don't have any contact center or phone to call. I will never ever book a cab, let alone buy any product from OLA and would request everybody to do the same.

                                    We had taken a cab ride from ola for which we paid full amount via Gpay to the driver but money was deducted from Ola postpaid . Now we are getting calls and mails daily for payment . Even after clarifying everything from our side and sending the proof of payment, the company is still sending mails and calls reminding us to pay or otherwise they will take legal action . This is highly objectionable behaviour on their part when we have shared the proof of payment and clarified everything. Only multiple tickets are being generated every time but attitude remains the same.

                                      I had taken a ola auto ride on 17 Jun 2022 (CRN no- [protected]). The amount was Rs. 163 which I paid to the auto driver through Gpay on mobile number provided by him ([protected]) with UPI transaction id[protected]. Still money was again deducted from Ola postpaid account. I have sent multiple emails to ola support email id requesting them to check and refund my money that was paid twice but I have not received a single response from them. In turn I am getting multiple spam calls and messages from 'PayUmoney' asking me to pay amount against Ola postpaid. It is a mental harrasment of someone to not revert to their queries but make thousands of spam calls asking to pay money.
                                      I want Ola to refund me my money with interest till date of payment and compensate for all damages and mental harrasment due to dealing with spam calls and messages multiple times every single day.

                                        Hi ola cabs,

                                        On last Car rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down.
                                        As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and i didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the payment.
                                        But now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues - 547/-.

                                        I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams.

                                        And from the last few days, started getting harassment calls to clear the dues.

                                        Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.
                                        This looks some kind of fraud is going with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.

                                        First streamline your business process properly and then start the services.
                                        Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models

                                        I request ola please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.
