Cheating fraud

The price at which the cab Is confirmed is not what is actually charged. When one books the cab and amount is shown which one confirms. I confirmed and booked a cab at 333. On reaching destination I was charged 642. Double the amount. In the past when one used to book a confirmation sms would come saying the amount that it’s booked at. Now nothing like that so no one has any proof and they charge an amount that is absurd. As per right to...

Refund not received even after waited for 28 days

I booked an outstation ride on 23rd July. After the ride I paid the amount by cash to the driver but the amount was deduction from Ola Postpaid as well.

I raised a support request for the same, Ola Support engineer contacted me for the same, I explained the scenario and later they confirmed that they will provide the refund in 10 days over NEFT. Now it been more than 28 days and no response I am getting from any means (Call/Email/Ola...

Fare deducted without taking a ride

I booked an auto ride through Ola,
The auto driver Aakil asked for OTP.

After that he demanded cash and refused us the ride as we offered OLA money.

We were asked to get down. When we got down, I saw that 70 rupees had been deducted.

Take strict action against the driver and refund my money else I will uninstall your app....

I book ola for parents and husband. Instead of having pay later option, driver asked money after trip and husband paid him. Now after that I raised to support the same. Ola kept on sending pay notification for 348 rs. Now they added late fees also 100rs and asking to pay. From 2 month I an asking customer support to see this matter even send emails. They Saud they will escalate and take care of this but still no resolution .

I have paid cash to driver and also money charged to OLA postpaid

i have taken a ride to my home on March 05, 2022 from T3 Airport Delhi yo Model Town vide CRN No [protected].

Lost mobile in cab

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that cab was booked to HRBR LAYOUT from Bangalore international airport, CRN, [protected] dated 16/08/2022, cab driver name - rashi

While getting out of the cab forgot iPhone 6s, on calling the driver on his mobile completely refused that there is any mobile in the cab. I would like you to look into the matter while I have registered my complaint at Ola centre yesterday itself...

Asking for money which is already paid

But ola again asking for same ride money
I have mailed to ola regarding the same but no reply.

Having drivers violating Terms & Conditions.

Hi There,
Today must be the worst day I've ever experienced with OLA.
Starting with first driver, who almost cursed me for making digital payment & said If I mentioned that earlier he would have cancelled the trip.

Incentive amount and charge parking amount

Hi sir
On 17th August their is challenge incentive program pickup from airport.that I have completed the ride and asked for incentive for customer center Mr Gopal Incharge said no you have not picked up from airport pick up zone.
1.if I don't pickup from pick zone why did they charge Parking amount 254
2.if outside pickup their is no parking charges.
3.sir ola is fooling us I have waited in the line for four hours...

Collecting the money twice in the name of due

I've taken ola ride on 6th July 2022 and paid 220 rupees (ride costed me 219 rupees) to the driver through phone pe. I'm trying to book ola ride again on Aug 8 and could see there is a due on my account for the same ride. I contacted ola customer care and I was told that I called 30 days after the ride and I should clear the due. This is looting customer. I already paid for the ride why should I pay again. Ola driver id off road

Ola asking for double payment for single ride

I already paid to a cab driver through PAYTM on 4th July, now ola app is showing to pay again, horrible service from ola, this ### activity is done by ola driver. Ola don't monitor cab drivers, that's why we get worst service.

Double paymentdone but not refund by ola

Yesterday i have booked car by ola and paid rs.652 through phonepe but due to network issue so showing connecting and driver was hurry so i have paid cash 652/- but after 15 mins then 652/- again done through phonepe. And i have booked compaint in ola but till date niether payment refund or not contact to ola. So please help and refund my money from ola.

Hi Team/OLA

I worked as a OLA Driver partner from 2019 - Vijayawada vehicle number AP16TS#### and I have paid 22K towards the cab initial payment and
upon the cancellation I have been informed by ola that I will be receiving back 18000 after deducting 4k towards processing fee.

After that in 2021 all vehicles were sold with any information by OLA management. I tried to VISIT the office and no response...

High charges from airport on 4 August 2022

I took Ola from home to airport on 2 Aug and return trip on 4 Aug 2022. The distance travelled on return was nearly 4 km higher for the same route taken. A 0.5 km extra is acceptable. I was charged Rs. 511 for return against Rs. 326 for onward to airport. The driver took a longer route and this was the reason. Refund not done

I took ride on 23rd may but final bill 167 was higher then what shown was at the time of booking 78 the cab.

I raised the issue and OLA customer care confirmed on e-mail on 7th july that please make payment of 167 and we will refund 89.

I paid amount of 167 on 10th july and still waiting for refund.
