I have paid for my ola ride in cash and upi, yet the payment status is outstanding. Reached out to olacabs on Twitter and messenger, yet no response. Kindly help

    I booked OLA from Geeta Colony (Delhi) to DLF Cyber Hub (Gurgaon) on Sep 21 at 8:14 AM. As internet was a problem, so paid the driver in cash. Even after the payment the pending payment message pop up is there on my ola mobile app. i raised the complaint ticket on same day, ticket reference id[protected]. To my surprise, there is no response since then. as i have to go some where urgently so i paid the 21st Sep invoice again through Ola money. so this way i made the double payment for the same trip. pls arrange the refund in my Ola app asap.

      Sep 16 I took ola cab from prestige Shantiniketan apartment to Hebbal, banglore. I have paid rs413 as cash to the driver but in the app it's showing payment pending and not able to book further rides.. please look into this issue as soon as possible

        I paid the ride in cash on 22 nd September but still the app is showing that the payment is pending please resolve this problem

          On request by the driver I had made payment to the driver's account, but later while trying to book cab on the next day, the application showed pending payment, I had to pay this pending amount which I had already paid to driver in order to book my next ride.

          Payment details.

          Reference - CRN[protected], amount 195, date September 23/2021.

          Reference - CRN[protected], amount 188, date September 22/2021.

            Dear Sir,
            this is to bring to your notice for the below mentioned mail regarding the pending payment of Rs.147, for which i had
            travelled on 19th septerber 2021.As there was some problem with connectivity and therefore i was not able to make online
            payment accordingly i was asked to make cash payment by driver and i had no option but to pay.
            So i had paid Rs.150 in cash to him.'But in apps its still showing pending and regularly i'm getting sms from OLA to make the payment.I had already sent them mail on 20th September 2021 and again on 24th September 2021, Still no ones has called up for resolution.
