Dear sir,

My mobile was lost in the ola cab during my travelling from banglore airport to kengari college campus on 25 oct at 6 am, in ka50a2826, driver manjunath, in silver innova. Mobile was with me during the travel in the taxi and there is evidence of message done prior to reaching about 10 min. After dropping off at college, 10 min later it was realised that mobile was missing. On the spot called the driver, but he told that he didnnot get mobile. Later called ola office, they told me to lodge a fir in near police station. It is clear evedent that mobile was inside the taxi.

Kindly help to get it and return this back, please do the needful urgently.

    This complaint against ola. Date 25.10.2018. I booked ola auto for noida sec 144 shown charge from app is 170/- rupee but after reaching destination the fare charged by auto is 237/-. As this kind of extra charged by the ola drivers are already taken me many time and mostly they do not have changed to return you.
    This is serious issue to charge extra where this trustful company ola cab if cheated on the loyal costumers is not acceptable. Please refund me or else i have to take help from law.

      Hi,

      Date of incident: 26/10/2018

      Incident details: driver accepted the ride and it said 15 minutes away.. I waited 15 minutes and he arrived at my pick location. After arriving at pick up location he asked my destination and cancelled the ride.

      I wasted my 20-25 minutes right from booking the cab and waiting for it.

      Desirable resolution: drivers should not be allowed to cancel the ride after accepting and keep us await.

        Hi, i am logging a complient behalf of my gf. She had booked the cab from andheri to mind space and paid online.

        She entered the cab and after a while driver mention he is not going to drop her till mind space and will drop to high way, as ola driver is on strike. (If ola driver was on strike why he was working)

        My gf said she wants him to drop to mind space as she has paid the full amount already.

        After a while driver mention car breaks are not working which is hard to believe, and driver refused to take her anywhere. My gf called custmer service and adviser called shobita was not good help either, and mention why did you take the cab in first place, and blaming us for this situation.

        And the end my gf had to find an auto, and nobody bother to help, adviser indirectly mention it was my gf fault.

          This is complaint about driver name tripathi reddy n. A, micro white x cent car give us ride from nampally railway station at about 1 o'clock 23 oct 2018, he is very rude in nature and continuesly misbehaved with my father and was playing music at very loud volume when asked to close he keep on playing and talked very rudely and he is asking in between of ride to cancel the car and want to rebook the car in order to charge more so please take strict action or else we will move to consumer forum to discuss about this, as he is very much rude and manner less make my father tensed during ride, is this is the you behave with us and give service without respect and responsibilities as he is frequently asking to get down and go away. Kindly accept my request for this complain.

            Hi sir,
            I was using an ola auto the driver shankar used very abusive words to me. I took a vehicle from camp road he infact try to hit me with auto. When i asked him to go left he told he knows and he asked me to shut up and he did not drop in my home he drop some. I am really scared and panic with the security and safety that ola provides with such or driver it is worst

              Yesterday, i booked an ola auto from "gurudwara, sector 47a, chandigarh" to "dabur dhanwantary hospital". When i reached the destination, i was in a hurry and i knew that the auto driver will end the ride and money will get deducted from my ola money wallet. But this didn't happen! The driver didn't ended the ride and left. Later, i called the driver again and told him to end the ride and he said "madam, i have already ended that ride". If the ride has been ended, then why i'm still getting shown in my ola app that a ride is still ongoing!!?.
              What is this?
              I'm not going to pay a single penny for this "unending" ride.

                On oct 23 rd 2018 i booked an ola cab journey from hotel royal residency, lakdi ka pool, hyderabad, telengana, india to ramoji film city, online in my ola app. The estimated fare showed inr 743.00. But the driver charged inr
                1491.00. I didn't suggest him any different route or anything else.
                Driver told that he drove on the route, suggest by gps. According to that the bill amount is 1491.00.
                That was the whole thing.
                So please refund me inr 688. I hope you will do so as early as possible.

                  On 03.10.2018 i booked ola cab from noida sector 6 to my home i. E. Sector-15, vasundhara ghaziabad. The driver was not at all serious or professional, he started talking to me on useless topics... I told him that please be careful and pay no attention to his chat... While driving he was showing me the pictures of his family members than around 7 pm i don't know what had happened, he lost control or he didn't saw the divider, we had a small accident due to his lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, the injuries are severe as my whole back got affected with a muscle tear, sprain and the doctor has recommended me bed rest for at least 20 days.
                  Due to your poor services, i was suffered a lot, i am not able to go to my office which results in a loss of pay and health issues. I want a compensation for this.

                    Today (24.10.2018) i booked ola cab at 11:18 a. M, after completion of ride the driver told to pay in cash. Bill amount showed in apps. Was for rs. 113, i have given rs. 115. At the time of bill payment my ola money wallet balance was rs. 921. But few minutes after the ride the balance showed rs. 808. Means rs 113 had been deducted from my ola money balance.
                    What i feel that the driver simply cheated me. Proper action may please be taken from your end at the earliest and rs. 113 may please be refunded to my ola money wallet.

                      I took ola cabs on 23rd evening around 4 pm with crn [protected]. When i tried to enter the cab, the driver shouted immediately seeing me with a packed sandwich in my hand and i said am not gonna eat but just carrying!!! He refused yelling "food is not allowed inside". Despite of that i had to trash it and came back to get in the car at that time he said not to enter the car at all. He shouted at me like anything. I understand his anexity but not for the second time without even knowing that i had to throw my food!!! Also my mobile battery was low and i was fasting since morning 8am for my ct scan. Being very weak without food he didn't allow me with one inside. Even if not, he should have been at least polite. Due to those my location was picked up wrongly and my mobile switched off without getting proper location. He didn't listen me when i said this route is not correct for two times then i had to change my location using his charger then he even asked me for route which i got confused and he blabbered for that too. Because of him my whole evening was spoiled and i got late to my 5 months old baby from hospital. Worst service ever. I didn't want to make complainy unless he acted rude for the second time when there is no rule of taking food or packed instant food inside the car.!!! Not gonna pay unless i find the right solutuin.

                          I monika booked a cab today at 9:30 for sector 34, gurugram. Even after successful punch in the otp my location was not shown n my drop was not added in the list.. Driver was talking me to manesar when i asked i was told that there is drop off manear.. When i checked my drop was not shown. This could be the severe security issue. Pls look in to the matter n i hope this will not happen again n after this even i will not recommend anyone to take ola cab.. So irresponsible behavior of ola as emergency alarm was also overlooked saying that madam we can't do anything because it is not safety concern!!! Pathetic ola
                          I booked a cab from surat railway station to adajan. And forgot my bag in cab. Next morning driver confirmed he has the bag and will give it but later he didnt turn up and now is not recieving my calls please help me reach out the driver his mobile no. Registered with ola is [protected]. I have imp documents in the bag.

                            I have travelled from vavol to chandkheda high fare charged me rs.524. It is very high before traveling i have ask the driver he tpld me 254 rs. I want to know how charge me? I have paid rs.524 to driver he ask your earlier payment? I have register just first drive and for fare very bad experiane it is claerly loot? Charge may be up to 250 only.

                              When i contacted the driver, he spoked in a very absurd language and also used some abusive language
                              Before i could move to any other forum, i request you to take strict action against the driver and its a humble request to you sir, kindly keep lil educated people in your cab service

                                This is to infrom you that i have make a trip on dated[protected]. My trip was only 3.5km and time duration is 27min and the crn is [protected]. When i have booked the estimate bill shown rs 207/-, but at the time of payment it shown rs 349/- i did not understant how it is possible.

                                I am requesting you please clarify me, how it is possible. And i am really frustrated regarding your billng. I am a regular customer of ola. This is happen 1st time with me.

                                Very poor service in terms of customer support, I would suggest not to opt OLA services.

                                It is been long time I did not get any response from them.

                                  Today around 6am i booked the auto anyways driver was late in reaching destination. Once i reached destination mysore railway station i told driver payment is done through ola money he literally abused my mother. Which law or policy has given permission to abuse. I want to take severe action on auto driver mahadeva k or dismiss him very unprofessional and i got so scared the way he was scaring me by twisting his tongue. If ola don’t take action i know what to do i can go to court. Im an infosys employee. The trip was from mysore dattagalli to railway station and he shouted at me at railway station. Driver number:[protected]. Im looking for ur reply.
                                  I tried to book a cab to reach a party in Kolkata on 14/10/2018. I got the details of the car yet he denied and took the other customers. Even he did not bother to cancel the trip.

                                    On, 21st oct 2018 at 8:30 pm, i booked cab twice from timarpur to narela.. But every time drivers cancelled my ride.

                                    Please tell what's the usage of ola service if your driver's select the ride as per their convince...

                                    What about the commuter requirement???
                                    Specially in odd hours..

                                    You r requested to take serious action against such drivers, that don't value the commuters...

                                    Hope u will take action and improve service quality...

                                      I booked my ola.. Which wasn't cancelled by me but was cancelled by the driver... Later he took my pin..... Even the customer care number is not receiving my call... And i had to pay for the cancellation which i didnt do... Its really pathetic... The driver must be taken into account... Pllzz look forward to my problem.. Ola services is degrading...

                                        Ola has a list of issues about which a customer can give feedback or raise complaints. The complaint that i wanted to make isn't listed. There's no customer care number or mail id to address these issues. So, should i give up raising that particular complaint?

                                        Coming to the point, i booked a mini (Crn [protected]). After 30 minutes of waiting and then contacting the driver, he informed me that he was assigned a share service, not mini. After a while, i noticed that this ride was cancelled by ola.

                                        Another case I have found no option to report. I have noticed an Ola cab having registration number TS 10 T/R 5696 driving extremely dangerously in residential area at around 09:40 p.m. on 21-Oct-2018. When the cab was stopped and the driver was questioned about such driving, he responded saying that he was frustrated for not being able to find pick up location in 30 mins. He said that he wouldn't drive in such a way another time, but, what he had done by then was still dangerous.
