I had booked an ola cab for my relatives in kanpur. All my previous experiences with ola rides were good but this one was very horrifying. The cab met with an accident in which one of my relative got hurt and the cab tire got punctured. The ride estimate was 138 but it went upto 238 rs. The driver followed a very long route. My relatives were suggesting him to not follow that route all the time. Overall it was very disappointing.

    I had a trip today with ola from sree dhanwanthari temple, ramanathapuram to udayampalayam (Crn[protected]). Ola always prove that it is the worst taxi service in coimbatore. Always, ola is charging double compared to any other taxi services. Apart from that, today driver collected 30 rupees extra and he asked me to complaint to ola office. It was shown as rs. 109. (I went to the same place by red taxi for rs.59). The driver collected rs.140. I want my money back. Even it is collecting cancellation charges for no reason. Is this the way ola is making money from people. Work and earn your money.. Not by cheating customers. Please refund my money.

      Today at12:00pm i travelled by ola from gomti nagar to aliganj i humbly told driver to follow my route rather than google but he ignored and moved through various streets which was irrelevant i strictly said to follow my instructions... But in vain we reached the destination with increased fare to which i objected i said i'll pay only for amt. Shown during booking but he snatched my bag with purse along from my shoulder and due to which it tore though being new he was very aggressive and violent and abusive when i said to stop he inturn said that i am abusing being a lady i had to fight for no reason as the guy didn't listen i was loud but didn't use any abusive word but this is height o[censored]nprofessional and pathetic customer service due to which i had to face mental torture disgusting.

          I had booked a ola outsation from pune to goa. But the ola cab had not proper document so rto is not allowing the entry to goa. Now we were travling whole night we had booked our hotel. Nature call is also calling us. Not getting any idea in this situation. Also not getting proper response from ola. I was fully dependent on ola cab. What to do now.

          Please help.in our country we are not safe.

            I have booked ola cab from airport banglore to electronic city. I had old money rs 999 in my account. Driver asked for cash and denied for old money. After the ride he took cash of rs 1245 and after he went when i checked my account my money was deducted. I was so upset by this matter. I had such experience before that also with old. Ola is degrading now a days. I wont use ola in future.

              I use ola postpaid very often. It happens to be yesterday i got into a cab and my ola postpaid was less and then i paid my due of 419 through my card. I got a msg also 419 got deducted but it did not show in ola app that i cleared my dues. So i. Had to pay cash to the driver. That was very insane and upset my mood in the morning itself. Please i want my money back.

                Date oct 17 2018, wednesday night 8 pm pickup from vijayakrishnamansion, celebriry paradise layout, electronic city phase 1 and drop in majestic railway station. While booking shown estimated cash is rs.822. After finishing the drop the driver at 10.20 pm he said server problem not able to see the charges. So please pay the estimate cash rs.822. I am already late in traffic jam by chance of missing train. So paid 822.

                After 15 mins. He closed the trip i got message charge of rs.415. Immediately i called i asked he said he will return the money through paytm still not returned.

                He did fraud. I saw in the app rs.470 collected and the bill is rs.415.

                I tried ola money to refund not able to refund. Please try to refund my amount rd.823 and take action on that driver. Please take it issue as seriously and solve me.

                I was charged double the money by ola while going to lady ratan tata hospital from prafulla paradise infact the driver took me yesterday from a longer route and the cab was extremely uncomfortable.

                  And meri sister bhi thi mere saath aur ye bandha galat word use kar raha tha aur to aur galat gadi bhi chala rha hai aap raha ke camera bhi check kar sakte hai and long route use kar raha tha.
                  And me jab saman rakh raha tha tab bahut hi gandi tarike se otp manga and mene jab bola to bolte ki pahele hi bata dete... And jab ride end hui to is time bhi hath to hath ride close nahi kari... He waited ki me saman utaru tab ride cancer kare and aukat ki baat kar raha tha... Sir aur last me gali bhi di meko... Ab aap bataye ki me kya karu...

                    My account with the following number [protected] is permanently blocked and when i reinstall it its showing ola does not support your device contact ola customer care.It's showing that we have missused ola app or we have used more than multiple numbers in our device.May be without knowingly we had used multiple numbers.So Please kindly un block my number and sure we will not repeat this mistake again.please recover my account as soon as possible.
                    Driver denied to come to pickup and also talks rudely. Details of driver are attached below. Please take strict action against him so that he should feel guilty for his doing.

                    Please do the needful in this regard.
                    Ola make a advertise call on morning 4 am.
                    I attached my screenshot that i had call from ola at 4am
                    And they contines call for their advertisement.
                    It is very interesting me .

                      Ola services is very poor in kolkata. I m also time book share and micro cab almost 70 % ride cancell by driver. And i today booked sheduled ride later cab 06:00 pm to howarh station. But ola cab driver at time cancell this ride. Because of my train missed. Ticket fare 1760. Due to the cab cancellation, my train got off and i have to face a lot of trouble. Ride later booking is very bad service... Please share pass money return then cancell this pass. Now even after today i will never use the ola cab. Uber is better service in kolkata.

                        Ref: crn[protected]. My wife took ola cab on 16thoct18 in bangalore. When booked the estimated fare was 197. But when reached with the bill was 254. Why so? There must be some hidden charges ola is imposing on us. Please check and revert.
                        Now a days ola or driver charges ola convenience fee or access fee without customer consent.
                        In this case also, driver must have charged such fee without passenger's notice. Please check.

                          Recharged rs 100.00 from net banking and amount deducted from my bank account but the same amount did not reflect in ola money wallet even after 3hrs. There is no effective support from the service provider. Kindly solve the issue and refund my money back.

                            I had used the ola cab services and the payment has been taken from my ola credit. The amount involved is rs.81 and rs.50 (Totalling to rs.131). However, ola has been sending me sms messages and mails stating that the amount of rs.131/- is due from me and that i had used their ola postpaid services. I have never subscribed to the postpaid services. Also, how can there be a due from me when the amount has already been taken from the ola credit?
                            I have raised a complaint more than 4 times and sent screenshots of my ola credit account.
                            However, issue is still unresolved and it is very irksome to receive messages from ola almost daily. They seem to ignore complaint raised by me. They ignore the fact that the amount is already paid for. They ignore the fact that i have not subscribed or confirmed for post paid services. They do not call me also (Despite my leaving the number with them)
                            Can this be resolved immediately?
                            My two mobile no.are [protected] and [protected] which have been used earlier in ola account.when I want to login with the same no it says no. Is already in use.so I am unable to login. Please do the needful so ad to enable me to use my old numbers either for login and avail the benefits.
                            I was trying to transfer my ola money to bank its showing kyc desabled. I looged into ola blog site to complete kyc process and done. Still its showing kyc desabled and not available.

                              The crn [protected] auto driver name jangaiah k ride taken on 17th july 2018. Ola credit available at that time was rs.51, cash chosen as the mode of payment, auto driver jangaiah k also insisted that only cash is acceptable before starting the trip. Paid rs.150 cash at the end of the trip.

                              Ola cash or zipcash as it is also known keep calling me, sending emails and sms to pay the money despite telling them again and again that cash was paid to the driver. They say that they will check but start the harassment all over again.

                                Ola drivers specially prime play people have become disgusting in their approach. We never hear a uber driver calling and asking drop location. Ola guys will ask drop location and cancelled it. It's sick. Services of ola has been deteriorating day by day. No manners to talk they shout at passenger not acceptable. And you have provide an assistant to change drop location.. Ppl refuse u have special contracts as you pay high door short distance. Pls see my cancel no of cars
                                Unable to book a cab from my ola app.

                                  I took a ride on 13th july 2018 from kempapura to btm with crn[protected], which has been modified from cash payment to credit by some app error and when the trip ended app was supposed to show payable amount as 'zero' but due to ola app error, it showed the payable amount and i paid the same to driver after completion of my ride. Also, the driver had an issue with the app and was unable to see the outstanding amount.

                                  I have addressed the same to ola customer support many times, when i got reminder to clear credit balance.

                                  Ola is now trying to forcefully make me pay money which i already paid to the driver in cash.

                                  Now ola is provoking me by allegedly saying that i have not paid.

                                  If there is anymore pressure, i will take legal action with a police complaint on ola. I do not wish to use their services anymore.

                                  I have seen another complaint similar to mine on this very portal. This is what ola is doing to their customers. All a scam.

                                    Was driving Rashly on 15th October 2018 at 4.30 pm, He suddenly took a cut near my car when the signal started when I tried to follow him, He dint stop his car, he went on driving it Rashly,

                                    Is this the road Safety rule that is followed by the Ola Drivers, Request you to Kindly take strict action against the driver,
                                    The driver was at Andheri East ..Jb nagar signal ..

                                    He dint bother to stop, But he just tried avoiding me and Dint stop the cab, Without accepting it is his Fault ..

                                      I had booked an ola bike.in the midway of the destination rider said that he wont be able to drop me at the destination as his bike has no fuel now. I was stranded on the road. As the payment mode was setup auto, fare deducted as soon as rider cancelled the ride. I was looking for alternatives to reach the destination somehow. I had to walk some miles to get an auto that costed me extra as well. I also tried to book ola share as well from the place where the rider stopped the bike stating that fuel tank got empty but driver cancelled the share ride after accepting. This was an pathetic experience with oia. This suffered me mentally as well as financially. I contacted ola support then. Tweeted them as well contacted on phone. I was communicated that refund is not possible. I must have contacted them at that time while i was stranded on the road. At that time should i find other way to reach the destination or should call them for refund as i was getting late to reach there. I don't recommend to book ola bike at all as the rider was so novice in riding the bike.

                                        I had booked a ride on 4th oct 9:09 am crn [protected] from santacruz to airoli and ola postpaid money rs. 227 got deducted immediately. However later on the cab was cancelled by the driver. And now i am being asked to pay the money. I had booked a new ride at 9:18 am for which i paid rs. 506 by cash. Please look into the matter and cancel the rs.227 to be paid for ola postpaid.
