Today i had booked ola cab at 6:00pm from marineline mumbai to laminghton road. While booking it was showing me that cab is 2 mins away however after several communication the driver couldn’t find the marine line station and he also couldn’t come to my booking spot. It was like driver didn’t know the place. So after waiting 20 mins i cancelled the ride. The driver first called me and told me to pay the charge as he was moving and trying to find but i never found his car in map moving in my direction, so i denied. Then what the cab driver sent me message is as follows
“teri maaki chut bhosdike maa chudane ke liye book kiya tha jaahil. Ki aulad bola tha na rukne tere baap ka gas tha kya madar chod”
Is this the way to talk to a client?
Is this the service?
I never found any other ola driver to be behaved like this. I think it is problem with this driver only.

    Hi,
    I boarder ola cab in nagpur on 21st of july, and after paying the driver for the ride, i dropped my wallet in the cab. I called up the driver and a day later (As it was sunday next day) got back my wallet. But i lost all money in it, it had cash inr7000/- and some change too (Which is difficult to remember). I got back my debit card but it had no money in it. Request you to please takr action as it is huge amount and im at a big loss. Please help me out as i am going to lose all trist from a brand like yours. Driver name - prashant gaekore

    The driver of OLA Cab MH12 PQ 2820 was driving rash on the streets from Nal Stop and dashed my car(haunted at signal) during a red signal. It’s a keen request to please take a strict action against this driver to prevent any further serious mishaps.
    Herewith attaching the license of the driver and the cab he was driving.

    I am m.mageswari. i am not enabled ola credit. But unfortunately it was enabled. Without knowing that i have paid amount rs. 287 to driver . I already made complaint to customer care about this.       Hi ola auto drivers charge more than the fare that is shown after we pay the bill. Also once we get into the auto they cancel the ride and drop us at the destination, they get the amount which was shown in the beginning as estimated. They don't take up ola money customers. Auto drivers complaint that more money is charged from them, they are not beneficial. Kindly address the customer complaints.

        He cancelled the booking... Saying that... Ola commission charges are high... You cancel it... I will you book you private.
        After refusing me... He cancelled my drvie himself without informing me...

        This is showing very badly company image...
        If he comes in front of me... I will slap him... And also abuse... He has hold me 2 hours for this nonsense..

          I booked a taxi in pune from pimpri chinchwad. Called driver myself but he said he is not able to reach our location( no knowledge about the area). I waited long but did not cancel the ride. Then i asked brother to book another ola from his phone and in fact used that cab to go to sinhgad road. Next day i wrote to support that i did not cancel the ride as i had received the intimation for fine.
          When i was in aurangabad i again hired ola and was fined rs 50 for this cancellation done in pune. This is illegal.
          I did not cancel the ride.
          I took ola cab in Pune (India)on 26th June 18 at 7.0 pm.and dropped me at 7.30 pm .It was just half hour drive
          The invoice value was Rs. 148 where as on my credit card it charged Rs. 1999 /-
          Please resolve and refund the amount.

            On the 21st of this month at 10:15pm (Last night), i had the worst experience with an ola driver anyone could imagine.
            I was dropped half way from my destination and was forced out of the car. He said “you have to get out here as i’ve already accepted the next job”.
            I am completely and utterly disgusted in this behaviour as i was left stranded late at night. I do not accept this type of behaviour and will not be riding with ola anytime soon.
            I would like a refund of the $13.48 i spent on a ride that didn’t take me where i needed to be.

            Yesterday my account gets blocked i took pass but it blocked they simply place a complaint on me and blocked my account so see this isdue and unblock my account

              I booked ola cab from chennai airport to ntecl kurvimedu power plant who is approximately 40km but he take wrong way & he reached another place i totally socked after asking some local people he come back & finally drop me on my actual location. But after dropping me he took fare total up to kilometres. Now what should me do. How i can get my money back i also complain ola customer care complaint no. Is[protected]

                First of all it is next to impossible to reach out to ola customer care over the phone. On top of that, i didn't receive any proper response from ola customer care despite sending multiple emails to them. The issue was regarding usage of ola wallet.

                On another instance, i had booked a more expensive ola "prime" cab (Instead of micro or mini) to enjoy the in-car entertainment during the ride. However, neither the in-car tablet was working nor the wifi. I had raised a complaint through ola app during the ride itself and had asked for an appropriate refund of my money. It has been over a month now and ola did not even have the courtesy to respond back (Let aside the refund).

                Ola seems to be riding high on their current success but their management seems to be ignorant of the fact that in today's customer satisfaction oriented market, it does not take long for an organization to disappear into oblivion if it is not sensitive to customers' grievances.

                  I am frequently getting a call to pay 500... whenever I used your services I paid your charges in cash to the driver ... then where is the question of dues ? They say that I have used some credit facilities of Ola which I am not aware of ... I am aware of Ola money which also I never used ... every time I used your services I paid in cash

                  Request you to please verify your claim of 500 on me...

                  Based on the above, since I don’t have dues to you, request you to please correct your accounts so that your people will not call me again and irritate please

                    Hi Consumer Complaints Team,

                    My ola cabs booking account is blocked since 22nd June 2018.
                    I reached their support email ([protected]@olacabs.com) and got response that account is permanently blocked due to policy violations.
                    I did not do any violations and ask them the details and about my ola money.
                    However, they are not responding and refunding my money.

                    Please look into this matter and advise. Around Rs 900+ are there in my OLA money.

                    Appreciate your immediate action.

                      I was driving at Peddamma Temple, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, in the middle lane of road. The Ola cab driver was driving at right extreme lane, close to road divider, hardly finds a gap of car. Suddenly he overtook my car and took left turn in front of my car, resulting a dent at right side bumper

                      He stopped ahead and found his car has no damage and rudely said to me this not my fault and yours. On being confronted, the Ola cab driver started shouting and giving slangs.

                      The car number is: TS10UB4942. The incident took place around 11:00am on 21-Jul-2018.

                      I hope some strict action is taken against such ruthless drivers. Looking forward to a strict prompt response from your end.

                        This is to inform you that ola has wrongly charged for me on the last two rides which was cancelled by the driver, still charged to me. Wrongly chaged dates are 14/10/2017 & 14/12/2017. I am trying to cancel through the app but every time giving same error try again.

                        From that period onwards i am not using OLA cabs.

                        Request to check and give the cancellation fee waiver.

                            As per subject I need to inform you that as my today's experience I share you.

                            I am at airport from evening 5:00 - 10:00 but I didn't receive any single trip from ola. So hope you understand this is such a not possible at all. Like I can see other some ola drivers received the trip.

                            My second issue is that yesterday I have logged in for 12-14 hours. But in report it has been seen it is 00 hours..

                            So please share If any system issue or you have changed the system for different drivers to not get a trip... If it is true such a system like that we have not get trip from your side it is not fare. As other driver partners have ola score 5-5.7 and my score is 9 then also I didn't receive trip for long time. For Airport I did not receive domestic pick up. May be it is also something wrong done in customer ola app. By your ahmedabad office staff for the support to some their related drivers.

                            In your ahmedabad office I have doubt for ola office executive and the drivers are doing something wrong that they have not received and listen our queries. We are not satisfied with ola like that.

                            Hope you understand all above matter, and give me resolution for the my all queries as I have responsible person. I have my family and I need to fulfill their wishes but with this disgusting serve from ola I can not happy.

                              Payment was deducted on line as per process of OLA Cab. But driver was forcefully asking to pay night charge in cash, he delayed the trip. His attitudes was very argumental. Such Driver must be asked and a satisfactory reply to be sent to undersigned .
                              Re; My Complaint dated 01.07.2018. I have not received any reply from the company. Why is it so? Driver have cheated me. I have been charged of Rs 71 for not travelling at all on 30.06.2018 by discussing with the driver inside the car.

                                I am a regular consumer of your services. It is highly disappointing to mention that the temperament, attitude and conduct of the personnel(driver) hired by you is unprofessional, unethical and impolite, to say the least. Post booking they call and ask for destination to know of the destination is near or far. I am guessing hereI, which is because of the kind of money they make in a long trip. If the destination is nearby(which was my case), they either cancel or ask you to cancel, while making excuses that their tyre is punctured. If destination is not provided, they behave impolitely and ask for the destination again. The second driver(named Piyush) assigned to me did this. He did not cancel, asked me to cancel post enquiring about destination.

                                Is this the way to treat a legit consumer of your services? Is it how you brief your drivers to behave?

                                I waited for half an hour, for a 15 min journey due to this mess. Finally, I had to book an Uber.

                                Their personnel are the opposite of yours. They are punctual, respectful and treat with dignity.

                                I want this issue to be solved ASAP. I want those drivers to be taught a lesson so that they don't repeat this.

                                    I booked a ola cab, firstly cab driver was ok as talking after sometime he started talking with his friends for issue of his girlfriend matter over phone while driving .I think this was not the right place to talk this matter after that he stopped cab at CNG pump and told that it takes max 5 min and took something 25 mins for CNG fuel competition and surprising was that Fare of that time period added on my bill which was double at shown of booking.

                                      I was waiting at the location. The driver has arrived I called him he has observed me . Meanwhile some other person came and spoke to him in front of me. May be he offered more money. The driver has left before my eyes wantedly though I was calling him. I called him. He didn't answer my call. He hasn't even cancel my ride. What is he thinking of himself. Lot of my time is wasted. After a lot of waiting I got that booking. After that there was no time with me to book another auto also. I was very upset with this because I have faced a big problem. Today is very important for me but he spoiled it
                                      20th June 2018, i tried adding money to 'OLA money" with transaction id IGADTSIVO3, Rs.500 got deducted from my account but transaction failed.

                                      OLA support states that money will be credited back in 7-8 working days, but its been more than 15 days still no money credited please help

                                        Booked a bike at 7:40 am for my work location, had a word with the driver, he confirms he will be there, but after 10-15 min he cancelled the ride, make me late for an official meeting,
                                        Is this the kind of professionalism taught to your driver's, running a business in such firms, u need to understand the value of time of other people, if we r paying so much just for pick n drop, the value of others time should be understood
