I bought an ola pass...after fifteen minutes or so, I cancelled it because of some reasons.
And I got the message" the refund is initiated and will be transferred to your account "...
It's been two days now...no refund...

I called several times on the customer support number, ... Everytime, it says busy with other customers...
Plzz return my money...
Don't do this to poor peoples......

I took a ride sometime back in March/April and I was using ola credit.It was a usual ride from work to home which would ideally cost me around 100-150 rs. The car driver said us to wait at our location for few mints till he gets another customer as it was a share ride later on even aft half an hour he didn't respond and even on calling him again and again he didn't pick. Later we cancelled it and book another but now i av to pay Rs 50/-extra for the ride that never came

On 16 July 2018, a driver of OLA, named Sandeep (mobile number - [protected]) driving Swift Dzire (registration number HR39D9923) hit my car at outside DLF cybercity. I tried to stop him and asked him to stop twice or thrice.
He was an arrogant Jatt driver, who asked to prodice an evidence, if he has hit my car. There was a scratch on my car and he explianed me that there is no severe damage to my asset. He did...

I used the Ola service first time, I got fed up with the performance of Ola. I don't want to use that type of service in future who left you at time of journey start. My number is [protected]. I booked two cabs for today and one driver cancelled the ride before ten minutes and second says I am away from your location, I can't come. This is very ridiculous service...

I along with my wife booked a ola cab (CRN [protected]) by putting the pick up and drop location on the Ola app. Driver dropped me in between and denied his duty to drop me at the mentioned destination on the ola app.After that he asked me to pay 50 rs extra to drop me on the mentioned destination. When i told him that i will talk to Ola customer care then he told me to move out from the auto and he left me and my wife in unknown location.Me...

On a very heavy Rainfall day and due to urgency to reach my office, i thought o[censored]sing the service of Ola till my office with my father.
For this I booked an Ola Auto and as per map it was showing me reaching in 2 mins. Now I tried calling him after booking but he was not picking up my phone. I checked in GMaps to check the exact location of that guy and to my surprise his location was just just 2-3 minutes away from my pick-up point...

Driver was not there at the point of pick up and made me roam around whole area of mall.

I booked Ola car vide Ola Vide CRN[protected], Dt14-07-18. I waited15 minuets at particular location and I informed the driver clearly my exact location. I ringed him two times, the driver, not turned. So I canceled the trip. It’s mainly the driver fault, but I was fined Rs 50- for no fault on me. It’s mainly due to Ola money.take suitable action....

One fraud transaction made on yesterday (12/07/2018 9.47am) with my uncle, fraud person transferred my uncle's Rs.9999 amount to ola cabs and also same time they got ola cabs transaction number. Transaction number on his mobile txn# is:[protected].
My humble request to you o please cancel this transaction and revert that amount to my uncle's account. They are not financially strong. It will be great help from your end.br...

Now on 13 July 2018, you deducted a amount of 169 rupees from my ola money.

As of now your company has charged 429 rupees from me.

I had booked Rental Ola on July 9th for going to The Lagoona Resort, Lonavala with pickup point - MG Cross Rd Number 4, Patel Nagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400067, at that time it was shown as Total Rs. 2829.00 for drop upto the location, accordingly, we paid Rs. 3000/- to the driver (plus Tolls etc. + Food.)
The driver drove us on Eastern Freeway, ignoring my refusal, saying "we shall reach faster"???

Sir, in the month of June 2018 I booked OLA cab, at time of booking it showed a fare Rs 169 but reaching the destination the fare suddenly changes to more than 200. On asking the cab driver, how this is changing, he replied to complain about this.
Olampany cab is showing and charging more fare after reaching destination.
Sir this not fare to change the amount of fare, they are cheating us.

Complaint is about the cancellation of ride by driver. But in this process why I have to pay? For the cancellation of ride by the driver should I have to pay?
It is my complaint to the authority of OLA CABS for the refund of my money, which has been taken for the cancellation of ride by your OLA driver(s). I am facing this type of problem for the second time....

Sir my name is Raman mahant i am a driver of ola cab.15 day before i joined Ola. Today I was bllack listed from ola. Actually my fault is, i don't know how to reverify the ddd. Because of this, i am black listed. I went to office many times and requested but nobody was listening. Sir i want to drive with ola please resolve this matter.

Dear sir,

My car is an under OLA. Car number is AP16TVC 2097. We received penalty from you on 03/07/2018. Penalty amount is Rs.1214.77

We didn’t commit any fraud at that time. So please verify such of this incident, and rectify this problem as early as possible.

There is no support from Vijayawada OLA management. So we are requesting you to solve this problem.

On 10-jul-208, Cab booked on rental for 4hr -40km. scheduled start from 8-00AM to 8-15am. It was already informed driver about the arraival.
around 8:05am, he cancelled the driver himself cancelled the cab and left wihout intimating. Two effects faced by the customer:
1) Cancellation which made to book another available white xylo, which increased the cost than normal even after well planning.
2) Couldn't reach in time...

I am not at all with Ola services. This month I have booked more than 20 bookings in Ola. But lot of times I have faced a problem like when i am going to book Ola its showing amount approximated like an example 200 and when i reached my point Its showing more than 100 rupees extra some times I have paid 400 rupees extra also.This is not at all good.I am really frustrated with the Ola. Please try to give correct price...
