An Ola cab driver with the car # TS08UD6323 has hit my car at Begumpet, Secunderabad. at around 9:15am. He hit my car and escaped despite we asking him to stop. I immediately called Ola customer care to inform about this. Surprisingly the executive quickly says that it is not Ola's responsibility as I have not booked the cab & that it's a third party.
Is this how you treat others who are not travelling by Ola ??

There was a single lady travelling in the Ola cab who was frightened by this. I did not get into the Ola cab and Create a ruckus as I didn't want to scare the lady passenger... This is the concern we have for others but Ola does not seem to feel a pinch also.. (atleast Ola executive doesn't seem to feel it ... ). This is grossly pathetic and indifferent behavior from your side. The call is transferred to a supervisor who in a Luke warm way says an action will be taken and we cannot follow it up and says that as per Ola protocol any action has to be done legally and Ola has nothing to do with it.

Can you please take a stern action against the driver & Ola ??
We believe Ola and not the cab when booking or see it playing on the road. But it seems that Ola has nothing to do with the cabs plying on the roads and has no concern with how they drive. They are interested in only making money and when it comes to some issues they outrightly was their hands off... Will it be the same response if we damage a Ola cab??

I am attaching the driver and cabs photo for perusal . Please take stern action against the driver. We as citizens do not want such reckless drivers to drive on the city roads. They are a hazard and pose a threat. I don't know if Ola really checks for their driving skill / license when they enroll these kind of drivers.

    Dear Sir,

    For the requested invoice I have complain against the driver, first driver is unprofessional.Secondly after getting inside the cab and submitted OTP driver asked 30 rupees extra when I said no, he denied to do the ride. I have requested to driver to cancel the ride but he showed it as ride and charged Rs.40 with intentionally.O n the spot I called to Ola support but no one pic the call so I raised a complaint in the same time through ola support. But I did not get any response.while by 10.15 pm I called to ur customer care agian and able talk with your support person he said cannot help me.

    So I am writing email and requesting refund for the same amount.I don't need any excuse from you guys, this is really a harassment to customer.Though I am frequently using this ola service this incident happened 1st time with me.i don't know how I will believe u guys.if no one will help me surely I will stop use this service and will share the issue with social media and will request to my friend circle not to use ola.

      Ola people are doing fraud and are cheating with poor people. I have a prime sedan car in ola and now they are started share booking as compulsory.
      On14th july my driver earned an incentives of 1200 and suddenly today u basterds charged me 1272 as a negative stating driver has done a fraud. Can u pls elaborate the meaning of that. Wht fraud? How it is done? Need a clear clarification of the same.

        Dt 15.07.18 I have booked OLA cab with above ref no to one impotent weeding function with my family since Sunday booking took more then 1/2 hour. finally i got a book confirmation, my self guide how he can reach my destination.
        since i am staying in cross road self advice driver to will join in main road got in to cab given OPT vehicle move not even 1inch drive him self cancel the trip then he blaming me have done some mistake.
        i requested OLA but no response them now i am fighting for justice

        For just 5.2KM distance ola charged 78rs.
        And they just say that 4rs/km. How is this possible
        From the last few months i am not able to use ola cab even i have also sent an email i have not received any solution regarding to that . i am also trying to call on cuatomer care of OLA but it is not connectioning my call to customer care executive i am not able to understand why i am facing such type of problem ... veryyy bad experince with ola
        I never cancelled the ride .the driver only cancelled the ride and cancellation charges are collected from me

          Car no. Mh12 PQ4360 I have taken car for leasing its only 512 km on Friday 12 July 2018, but they gave me old tyres which is used for more then 50, 000 kms. On sat morning I went to ola office pune to complain abt this they informed me to put for repair on Monday. I put my car for repair on Monday one of there tyre showroom address came on my cell I visited there. Tyre people took the pic of tyres n sent it for approval to change but that whole day I sat there and approval didn't came. Next day morning I recd a call that my request has been rejected.
          I m running from here n there for approval. I hope u will do the needful to help me out.
          I was a prompt and decent customer for you, when i booked a cab in chennai around 3 months back, driver refused to come my location and forced me to cancel the trip.after that my ola app is blocked .
          i was not able to book any trip.
          please check my past history, you can easily under stand about it.
          please allow me to book the cabs
          I am in your Lucknow branch

          This is 2nd time to go to office regarding enquiry but your officer came by 9:55 and no one is listening till 10:20am still I am waiting is this a government orgnizaion to work or we are fool that we are waiting hour and hour. Please try to finish this type management.

            I subscribed to Ola Pass on 16.07.2018 (Details Attached) which entitles me to receive flat fares regardless of peak pricing for 20 rides within 8km.

            I took a ride on 17.07.2018 - 9:30 am, CRN [protected] for a distance of 7.7km (as told to me by customer care because the ride distance was not included in the invoice), for which I should be charged Rs. 149 but was charged Rs. 194 instead. Customer care told me that the Pass was not included for this ride because of some technical reason.

            I am a regular commuter and I have taken a ride on the same route the previous day (CRN [protected]) where the "Pass savings" was applied (Details Attached).

              This is to inform you that all the Ola drivers (cab/auto) ask for a Drop location, Estimated fare shown on the app before proceeding to the pick up location.
              The customers have to literally beg the driver to start towards the pick up.
              When they are not interested they just start to drive in an opposite direction or keep standing so that the customer himself cancels the trip.

              Also there is no provision to complaint about this on the app instantly.
              Very Annoying and poor experience unless something gets done.

                I had booked many rides with ola but now I realised that its a scam and you are cheating us and stealing our money. I have booked couple of rides last week. When i call the driver he will ask if you are paying by cash or not, if i say ola money they cancel the ride right away and leave us helpless in the middle of no where. It was very urgent for to reach that place that day because of which I couldn’t see my friends dace who died in an accident. You guys took my 300rs which i wanted to add to my ola money which didnt happen and the money is also been deducted from my account i have a proof of that. The drivers cancelled so many trips of mine i have a screen recording of that. I just need someone to look into this and shut ola down as its a big cheat on everyones life and money. The video I uploaded clearly stats what happened today. The driver purposely stopped and waited for the call at phonix market city and when i called him after waiting 10 mins which was not even the waiting time, he tells me i was waiting for your CALL ONly and asked for cash instead of ola money. Then he cancelled the trip and i had to book again i have uploaded the picture when i made the new booking. Second video is when he cancythe trip was updated and it got captured. I will escalate this further and make sure this bloody ### frauder is behind the bars. I need justice.

                  We have booked a auto from bhattarahalli to k r Puram railway station . The driver accepted the ride by entering the OTP . The driver cancelled the ride on the way that is in k r Puram but dropped us at k r Puram railway station. But he asked us puy ₹150 and the price given was ₹120 . He behaved in a very rude manner which made us feel disappointing. We wish this does not repeat again .

                    We have booked a ola mini at 8.37 pm CRN .[protected] and the driver refused citing distance. Later a sedan was booked at 8.44 m CRN [protected]. The relative was dropped at 9. 26 pm. Subsequently there was a call at 9.53 pm and he was talking rudely. He also instructed us that we have to tell OTP which he will send to the number and he wanted us to tell our phone number​. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and is unwarranted. I request you to take action and inform us failing which I will initiate action thro police. Expect you to respond with out fail. In case noreply is received I ll be lodging a police complaint.                       My account has been blocked for reason of which I am unaware! I am not even able to contact Ola Support!!

                      My last ride was from - Flury's Park Street, to Sunil Apts, Brojomoni Debya Rd, Kol-700061, today, 16th July, approx 4.45pm
                      car was Mahindra kwid as far I can remember.

                      As a regular rider since more than 3 years, I need to know the reason NOW
                      If this has relation with the last ride, I intend to lodge a complaint against the driver partner. PLEASE REVERT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

                        I bought an ola pass...after fifteen minutes or so, I cancelled it because of some reasons.
                        And I got the message" the refund is initiated and will be transferred to your account "...
                        It's been two days now...no refund...

                        I called several times on the customer support number, ... Everytime, it says busy with other customers...
                        Plzz return my money...
                        Don't do this to poor peoples...

                          I took a ride sometime back in March/April and I was using ola credit.It was a usual ride from work to home which would ideally cost me around 100-150 rs. The ola driver however took a wrong route through an underpass which took me all the way to cyber city inspite of me constantly reminding him not to take an underpass.We had an argument and the driver apologized and dropped me home. By now my bill had shot up to over 400 rs. I told Ola about this incident and informed them I'm willing to clear my outstanding if they agree to refund me the extra amount I had to pay. I've written several emails but all I get is an auto generated response that someone will get back to me or threats about legal action.I need to know as a consumer I'm I not entitled to be refunded of the amount wrongfully charged and isn't the company accountable to address my grevience at all?

                            The car driver said us to wait at our location for few mints till he gets another customer as it was a share ride later on even aft half an hour he didn't respond and even on calling him again and again he didn't pick. Later we cancelled it and book another but now i av to pay Rs 50/-extra for the ride that never came

                              Hi,

                              On 16 July 2018, a driver of OLA, named Sandeep (mobile number - [protected]) driving Swift Dzire (registration number HR39D9923) hit my car at outside DLF cybercity. I tried to stop him and asked him to stop twice or thrice.
                              He was an arrogant Jatt driver, who asked to prodice an evidence, if he has hit my car. There was a scratch on my car and he explianed me that there is no severe damage to my asset. He did not stop and fled away.

                              Why dont Ola conduct background check on the drivers. He might also hit someone or murder someone in future and get easily away from penalization in absence of compliance checks at OLA.

                              Request you to please cancel the driving license of the driver with OLA and share your action with me on same.

                                I used the Ola service first time, I got fed up with the performance of Ola. I don't want to use that type of service in future who left you at time of journey start. My number is [protected]. I booked two cabs for today and one driver cancelled the ride before ten minutes and second says I am away from your location, I can't come. This is very ridiculous service

                                  I along with my wife booked a ola cab (CRN [protected]) by putting the pick up and drop location on the Ola app. Driver dropped me in between and denied his duty to drop me at the mentioned destination on the ola app.After that he asked me to pay 50 rs extra to drop me on the mentioned destination. When i told him that i will talk to Ola customer care then he told me to move out from the auto and he left me and my wife in unknown location.Me and my wife felt shocked and scary because o[censored]nknown location where driver dropped us.

                                  When we raise the complaint in Ola customer care portal then they said they will raise the issue with their partners operation and when i asked what action they are taking against there driver then they denied to share the details with me. I have a written proof of email which ola have shared with me.

                                  As a end user i have paid the amont to the Ola cab and in return i accept them thar they are accountable for user safety and service.

                                  Now i want to raise 3 complaint:

                                  1. Safety of customer
                                  2. Incomplete service for which we have paid to Ola..
                                  3. Not discussing the details of the action against the driver who behaved in this way

                                    On a very heavy Rainfall day and due to urgency to reach my office, i thought o[censored]sing the service of Ola till my office with my father.
                                    For this I booked an Ola Auto and as per map it was showing me reaching in 2 mins. Now I tried calling him after booking but he was not picking up my phone. I checked in GMaps to check the exact location of that guy and to my surprise his location was just just 2-3 minutes away from my pick-up point from booking time till 15 mins after booking. After many calls he picked up my phone and started telling me that "its raining heavily and i should cancel this ride" etc.
                                    It was now more than 20-25 mins late and since I was not cancelling this ride he finally turned up and when i asked him about why he was doing that, he again started abusing us and cancelled the ride in front o[censored]s.
                                    I have immediately complaint about him through Ola app but I want the strictest action to be taken against him hence I am complaining about him through this website also.

                                    If Ola has started this company for the service of the consumers then I don't expect this to be done with us. There are many complaints which my friends and relatives have also faced.

                                    I would request you to please take action immediately and update me on the progress else I would have to unnecessarily take this complaint to the next level.

                                      States that i cant afford a car or pay driver thats why i m using ola cabs
                                      N doesnt have time to reach given pick up point and aldi threaten me that he will bloack my number from company n when i was feeling unsafe he didnt stop the car for me to get out .. it was very very unsafe and terrifying experience

                                        I booked Ola car vide Ola Vide CRN[protected], Dt14-07-18. I waited15 minuets at particular location and I informed the driver clearly my exact location. I ringed him two times, the driver, not turned. So I canceled the trip. It’s mainly the driver fault, but I was fined Rs 50- for no fault on me. It’s mainly due to Ola money.take suitable action.
