Booked auto around 7am today 11/7/18. to get dropped at mattuthavani bus stand madurai. When the auto was found not with vision back rest and informed the driver, he started using rough tone and objected to our intention to cancell the auto. Fearing the rough behavior of the driver travelled in the same back restless auto. On account of this bad travelling now the spinal cord started developing pain. This is only an initial complaint....

Driver is very rude and not ready to come with the car at the location even my own car Honda city and ciza are easily come at the location even road is so broad that big truck can come. Kindly take the action against the driver as such type of drivers can impact your customers earlier I am also good fan of Ola but now due to his behaviour I think twice to book Ola cab....

Initially it was booked for a destination, later while on the way, I wanted to change the destination due to heavy rain.I tried multiple times to enter the different destination through OLA app, but the app did not accept the change. They have mentioned that they cannot tell the reason because the suspension is system oriented.

This is unfair.

If the customer is arbitrarily suspended without clarifying the reason it shows arbitrariness on the part of Ola.

The matter is serious and shows arbitrary attitude of Ola to their customers.br...

I would like to complain about OLA driver Jitender Singh for Mixro CRN: 205320 booked at 11:33am when I called the driver he said he is on his way and will reach in 10mins. Then he upfront cancelled the scheduled pick up and stopped answering my calls rather was disconnecting it.

On June 23rd (saturday) at 11:19 am, I planned to take my parents out for a movie. We booked an ola cab and we were expecting for things to go smoothly. I have booked a cab using ola cabs on 3rd-Jul-2018 from korukuppet to Ambit IT Park ambattur, while leaving the cab i have left my mobile phone (One Plus 5 8GB Variant) worth Rs.40, 000/- in the cab, i tried to call the driver after that he said he didn't have the phone,

Today we had scheduled a ride at 2.30 pm for airport from dombivli.
Cab driver came till Dombivli west and cancelled ride at last minute.We had to rush so much.
Very bad experience ever and please look into the issue because we could have missed our flight as already it was raining so much.
If the cab driver had to cancel why did he call and ask where is the drop?
And again he called...

Today few minutes back I booked cab from saketnagar to sulemsarai, cab was booked successfully. After booking I received phone call from driver and he said it will take 15 to 20 minutes to come to you I said its ok then he said distance is about 5km I will not come and cancel your ride. We were 2 mins late due to some reason and he cancelled the ride without our knowledge and now we owe 50 Rs to the ola cabs and he didn't called to inform about it even once .This is not the first time, it has happened thrice with me recently. We are highly disappointed and won't be using OLA again ....

after completing 500 trips i will get rupees 8000.00 as said by ola
but after inquiry i came to know that i am not eligible for this bonus
as all the shared trips have been considered as 1 trip
which has not been told or informed or notified to me before hand as there was no intimation about this issue

I booked a normal ola cab from Mira road to bub mall. The driver came on time however due to certain reasons I called him twice to not cancel the ride as will come down; however he cancelled the ride and then when I called him he started behaving rudely. Please hire some professional drivers so that your customers could not complain

I had the worst experience recently with ola cab.
I had to travel Long distance with ola form banglore to Ooty, inspite of pre booking they cancelled on me at 7 am saying I didn't take call. The driver gave me just one call that too at 6 am (I had booked for 7am) and cancelled the booking rite away.
Then after that I booked another and they urgently arranged another cab, this driver was most rude all the while and kept threatening...

On 5th July 2018 - 3.10PM booked a OLA cab through their field staff at Bangalore intnl. Airport. destination t.dasarahalli. CRN [protected].
Before boarding the cab we requested for a brief stop on the way to have food.
The car (KA05 AG 5022) driver demanded Rs.100 for waiting. While discussing he took the OTP number from my family number and entered the same.
When I not agreeing for the Waiting charges demand the driver...

I had paid my OLA credit amount through a debit card. The amount was of 330 INR. My amount got deducted from my account but it did not get reflected in the app. I have been calling their customer service team since the last 10 days but no response from their side.
I would request OLA team to look into this incident and refund my money back as soon as possible.
