Hi,
One fraud transaction made on yesterday (12/07/2018 9.47am) with my uncle, fraud person transferred my uncle's Rs.9999 amount to ola cabs and also same time they got ola cabs transaction number. Transaction number on his mobile txn# is:[protected].
My humble request to you o please cancel this transaction and revert that amount to my uncle's account. They are not financially strong. It will be great help from your end.

      I had booked Rental Ola on July 9th for going to The Lagoona Resort, Lonavala with pickup point - MG Cross Rd Number 4, Patel Nagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400067, at that time it was shown as Total Rs. 2829.00 for drop upto the location, accordingly, we paid Rs. 3000/- to the driver (plus Tolls etc. + Food.)
      The driver drove us on Eastern Freeway, ignoring my refusal, saying "we shall reach faster"???
      Now OLA has raised a bill for Rs. 3415/-. They have already deducted Rs 86/- from my OLA Money account without asking me and threatening me to pay additional Rs.500/-.

        Sir, in the month of June 2018 I booked OLA cab, at time of booking it showed a fare Rs 169 but reaching the destination the fare suddenly changes to more than 200. On asking the cab driver, how this is changing, he replied to complain about this.
        Olampany cab is showing and charging more fare after reaching destination.
        Sir this not fare to change the amount of fare, they are cheating us.

          Complaint is about the cancellation of ride by driver. But in this process why I have to pay? For the cancellation of ride by the driver should I have to pay?
          It is my complaint to the authority of OLA CABS for the refund of my money, which has been taken for the cancellation of ride by your OLA driver(s). I am facing this type of problem for the second time.

                On 10-jul-208, Cab booked on rental for 4hr -40km. scheduled start from 8-00AM to 8-15am. It was already informed driver about the arraival.
                around 8:05am, he cancelled the driver himself cancelled the cab and left wihout intimating. Two effects faced by the customer:
                1) Cancellation which made to book another available white xylo, which increased the cost than normal even after well planning.
                2) Couldn't reach in time booked for the specified purpose, where we wasted time for booking for another cab, in addition to that cancellation charges were laid.

                We were booking Ola cabs for theri best services, but these kind of circumstances are making very pathetic.

                awaiting for your explanation, waive off for the cancallation charges of Rs 75. Request to reduce the charges which are leived charged more than normal during peek our charges, which is not supposed to be for the reasons of cancelling form the driver end.

                  I would request you to please have a look at this car no (HR 73 A 9636).
                  He is driving so rude on a rode that I had a clash with him and met with a accident. Even the driver was so rude talking [censored] about me. He was fighting with me in middle of the road.

                  Had a bad injury due to his reckless driving.

                      I am not at all with Ola services. This month I have booked more than 20 bookings in Ola. But lot of times I have faced a problem like when i am going to book Ola its showing amount approximated like an example 200 and when i reached my point Its showing more than 100 rupees extra some times I have paid 400 rupees extra also.This is not at all good.I am really frustrated with the Ola. Please try to give correct price and from customers collect correct money.If I don't have money in my hand what should I do? how can I pay extra money?

                      Please try to understand the customer services and help them.If we are believing you and you have to provide the best services.

                        On 30th June 11:58 pm I booked ride with OLA from New Delhi railway Station for Airport.
                        CRN - [protected]
                        Driver Name- Tripit Jha,
                        Driver immediately stopped the Ride without driving and I was charged rs 130 from my Ola money wallet.
                        Bill details shows - 0 km and total bill 130 Rs. Trip started at 11:59 and stopped at 11:59
                        Since Ola app does not have any contact number on which customer can call, I could not do anything. I tried to file the complaint on Ola app but it did not worked.
                        Today I could get the OLA customer support number from internet[protected] and talked to them, but they said I should have contacted them within hour now thre can not do anything. They have checked with driver and driver don't remember.
                        They said that since they can not trust/verify my complaint is true they won't refund my money.
                        Bill clearly shows that they have charged 130 for 0 km, and Trip started at 11:59 and stopped at 11:59, what is there to verify. Its a clear case of cheating by driver.

                        Ola should deduct the amount from the driver and should refund.

                          Booked auto around 7am today 11/7/18. to get dropped at mattuthavani bus stand madurai. When the auto was found not with vision back rest and informed the driver, he started using rough tone and objected to our intention to cancell the auto. Fearing the rough behavior of the driver travelled in the same back restless auto. On account of this bad travelling now the spinal cord started developing pain. This is only an initial complaint.
                          My Ola account got hacked today by 5.30.i raised an issue with ola. looking for a update from ola

                            Driver is very rude and not ready to come with the car at the location even my own car Honda city and ciza are easily come at the location even road is so broad that big truck can come. Kindly take the action against the driver as such type of drivers can impact your customers earlier I am also good fan of Ola but now due to his behaviour I think twice to book Ola cab.

                            Driver is very rude.
                            My account has been blocked for a month now and I am unable to use the service anymore. This has been said to done because of too many cancellation in a day which I never did. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              At Bangalore, took OLA ride through Micro, CRN [protected],
                              Initially it was booked for a destination, later while on the way, I wanted to change the destination due to heavy rain.I tried multiple times to enter the different destination through OLA app, but the app did not accept the change. OLA driver was well aware of the problem I am facing, being kind enough to get me to the new destination.

                              While destination reached I was shocked to know the price was too high,
                              I checked my OLA ride history, the ride distance was showing 22 kms, doubted so verified and checked the same route( which OLA ride took me) through google map it was only 17.2 km,

                              a difference of 4.5 kms is huge, understand the time could be different due to many reasons, but the distance should not change.
                              How to resolve this issue ??

                                Ola Cabs have blocked my application arbitrarily.

                                They have mentioned that they cannot tell the reason because the suspension is system oriented.

                                This is unfair.

                                If the customer is arbitrarily suspended without clarifying the reason it shows arbitrariness on the part of Ola.

                                The matter is serious and shows arbitrary attitude of Ola to their customers.

                                They should modify their system so that such arbitrary suspension and blocking of account does not take place.

                                I have requested them to unblock my account forthwith and do not act in an arbitrary manner to your customers.

                                  I would like to complain about OLA driver Jitender Singh for Mixro CRN: 205320 booked at 11:33am when I called the driver he said he is on his way and will reach in 10mins. Then he upfront cancelled the scheduled pick up and stopped answering my calls rather was disconnecting it.

                                  I spoke to Perpetual Fernandez fron customer service dept for OLA from my registered number that is [protected] and she told me to book for a fresh cab request. WHY should I book a cab as the request was cancelled from OLA, s end and it is OLA who are supposed to book a cab for me and follow up with the Same.

                                  I spoke to her manager Sanchita Bachar and she was useless..Good for nothing as she told me the same thing to book a cab all over again.

                                  Please listen to the call that I made using my registered number and you will find out how bad OLA is in the way OLA functions and it is not safe in that case for a women to travel by OLA.

                                    On June 23rd (saturday) at 11:19 am, I planned to take my parents out for a movie. We booked an ola cab and we were expecting for things to go smoothly. But unfortunately for us, that was not the case at all. Infact it was a huge nightmare of an experience and I do not wish to encounter such misfortune in the future.

                                    We called the driver multiple times and he refused to tell us exactly where he was. We also patiently waited for him to arrive even though he was very late and didn't really show up at all.

                                    When we felt like our movie was going to miss we planned to call the driver again but by that time he had already cancelled the ride without even telling us.

                                    Then we had to rush to the place using different means of transportation.

                                    Other than the embarrassment we had to encounter that day caused by Ola, we were also expected to pay a fine after

                                    A.) being late to our place,
                                    B.) waiting for the careless driver
                                    C.) not even cancelling the ride ourselves
                                    D.) not being informed about the cancelled ride by the driver.

                                    The fact that they expect us to pay fine when we book our next ride, despite the fact that it was the driver's fault makes me feel like we have been ripped off.

                                    My ola auto worked nice till 5-6 weeks.
                                    After that what happened that whenever I select ola auto tab it displays "NO AUTO".
                                    Now here another mysterious thing is that
                                    the day this problem occurred was evening and I travelled through it the same day (morning).

                                      Hi Ola,

                                      I would like to bring to your notice that one of your driver, with registration KA 03 AD 6788, collided into my car on[protected] at around 1:30 am.

                                      It was a yellow signal and it is his responsibility to look for other vehicles around him while driving at that hour.

                                      This incident has resulted in a damaged headlight, dismantling of rear view mirror and a massive dent on the driver's side. I would appreciate it, if your organisation would levy the expenses for this accident.

                                      I have ola money in my account. So it is debited by auto renewing my pass without even giving me any notification. How could money go out of my account with out my consent. Revert it back otherwise i will take it with consumer court. Old doesnt even provide customer care number.
                                      What is the issue?????????
                                      How could u all just make me log in again and all the previous data is lost...
                                      My ola share cabs had 6 rides remaining...

                                      What kind of marketing strategy is this?????
                                      This is to notify you that the Ola auto service is absolutely bogus. Even if the app shows several autos nearby, none of them actually accepts a ride. It has been really long since this started to happen. If they can't provide auto service, then they should not keep this as an option.
                                      Today I travelled from Road no 7f Krishna Nagar colony Moula-Ali to Chandanagar a total of approximately 35kms and I got a bill of 1872 rupees nearly rs 50 per km. My mob no is[protected].
                                      Peak pricing may be 2 or 2.5 times but here it was 4 times. I think the pricing was not fair. Please look into the matter.

                                        I have booked a cab using ola cabs on 3rd-Jul-2018 from korukuppet to Ambit IT Park ambattur, while leaving the cab i have left my mobile phone (One Plus 5 8GB Variant) worth Rs.40, 000/- in the cab, i tried to call the driver after that he said he didn't have the phone,
                                        But either the cab driver or the passenger who immediately took the cab must have taken my phone as i checked the CCTV footage to ensure my phone didn't drope while leaving the car.
                                        Request you to please look into this matter.
