DRIVER NAMe : Shaila Khanna driving a white accent with number DL1RTA 1564 called to b-10 market of Vasant Kunj and went to some other location and saying I’m at location. You come and when I asked where that is he said u know it what location you marked ...he was screaming over the phone and was misbehaving this is I’ll conduct and this type of behaviour is not permitted when I’m a woman ! Please take strict action or I will have to go to the police ! This incident is of vasanr kunj of 8 July I had to cancel my cab and this request a refund for the cancellation I had to pay to next driver

    Hi Ola team,

    Today we had scheduled a ride at 2.30 pm for airport from dombivli.
    Cab driver came till Dombivli west and cancelled ride at last minute.We had to rush so much.
    Very bad experience ever and please look into the issue because we could have missed our flight as already it was raining so much.
    If the cab driver had to cancel why did he call and ask where is the drop?
    And again he called from a different number and asking silly questions .

      Today few minutes back I booked cab from saketnagar to sulemsarai, cab was booked successfully. After booking I received phone call from driver and he said it will take 15 to 20 minutes to come to you I said its ok then he said distance is about 5km I will not come and cancel your ride. For this I replied that I will not cancel but will wait for cab and after few minutes my rude was cancelled by driver side. It not a first incedence eralier it happened many time. On 27th April18 qhen I was un Hyderabad for meeting I also have bad experience with ola cab, at that time I booked Ola cab from hotel to Secundrabad Rly Stn about 1.5 hrs before well in advance but cab didn't reach to me in given time though cab was booked with condition that If I cancel the cab then I need to pay penalty charge of Rs70
      I wait about 45 minutes after even after given time of cab, I also talked driver and I found he took another ride without informing me when I came to know that I may not get the train then after 1 hr of waiting cab I came Secundrabad railway Station by Auto Rikshaw. At that day I almost missed the train if I didn't reach 5 minutes before of departure of train. Luckily I gotcthe train but I have to pay penalty charges in my next ride...
      Ola cab is now usually doing such things or can say these things are very common for Ola cab. I have so many bad experiences with Ola...

        We recently booked a ride with "Mohammad Shuaib" contact no - [protected]
        We were 2 mins late due to some reason and he cancelled the ride without our knowledge and now we owe 50 Rs to the ola cabs and he didn't called to inform about it even once .This is not the first time, it has happened thrice with me recently. We are highly disappointed and won't be using OLA again .

          I biswajit saha have joined ola kolkata on 13th march 2018 and started my trips from 14th march 2018
          after completing 500 trips i will get rupees 8000.00 as said by ola
          but after inquiry i came to know that i am not eligible for this bonus
          as all the shared trips have been considered as 1 trip
          which has not been told or informed or notified to me before hand as there was no intimation about this issue
          this is absolutely your problem as ola has not informed me there is no intimation or TAC applied
          otherwise i have done my targets .so please look in the matter or
          i will be compelled to go to consumer forum on this issue

            I booked a normal ola cab from Mira road to bub mall. The driver came on time however due to certain reasons I called him twice to not cancel the ride as will come down; however he cancelled the ride and then when I called him he started behaving rudely. Please hire some professional drivers so that your customers could not complain

              Ola’s service is really bad just because the driver is always ask where to go and if they don’t want to go der then suddenly ask to cancel the ride before any reason, and few month I booked a cab and one by one 3 cab driver ask to cancel the duty just they don’t want to go in rushy area, I was shocked and I have to cancel my meeting after happened that, after that I never booked any cab and after few month yesterday (06:07.2018) I booked cab from my number ([protected]) for peeragarhi Lavanya benquit at 8:15approx first cab driver ask me to ask the location just because he was not able to see the location due to some issue in his device and after i locate him and he asked me the same question that where are going and I said please come after that i’ll Let you know that where I want to go for, and he asked forcely and I told him and he said no to go with me just because that area is completely with rush in evening and he asked me to cancel and when I told him to cancel the ride from his side that he told his device excuse and I canceled the ride after that I booked the next cab and I called him to confirm his location and he lied me that his far away from me and asked me cancel the ride and also lied me about reaching time and when I checked his location in my phone, I saw that his cab is running in Patel Nagar and I recall him and told about that why you Leing, he told me to believe on him and asked me cancel the ride again from my side and after that I booked the third ride he also told me his rubbish excuse. If you people are not going to believe on me please check my details through my phone number that is [protected] . After that i have to go through auto with my friend, it was really very bad to saw your service and their is very hard to find your complaint helpline for customers. I just only want say that please revert me back after my complaint.

                This is for your kind information that you had cheated me yesterday morning ( 28.06.18) by taking/ billing extra amount.

                1. I had hired your car on sharing basis from 14 P.K. GUHA LANE.ARABINDA SARANI, DUM DUM CANTT, KOLKATA 700028 at 5.04 A.M to NETAJI SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT reached at 5.23 A.M which is barely 4 km. But you had charged Rs 164.( Please call up the drive Mr Pranab Malik For ready references OSN [protected]) Please clarify me about the same, because your competitor( Uber) is having a fare of Rs 79 under same conditions.

                2. Secondly you added a cancellation charges of Rs 50 ( CRN [protected]) The same cab was never ever booked by me from anywhere. THIS IS A FALSE BOOKING YOUR ARE SHOWING IN MY ACCOUNT.

                Please return the excess amount immediately, or provide me a satisfactory clarification.

                  I had the worst experience recently with ola cab.
                  I had to travel Long distance with ola form banglore to Ooty, inspite of pre booking they cancelled on me at 7 am saying I didn't take call. The driver gave me just one call that too at 6 am (I had booked for 7am) and cancelled the booking rite away.
                  Then after that I booked another and they urgently arranged another cab, this driver was most rude all the while and kept threatening to get me down in middle of the way if I said anything about the bad condition of the car. Yes the car had mosquito, dust layers and windows were jammed too. This is the kind of quality #ola provides to you when u pay for a prime car
                  Then the driver unfortunately fell really sick but refused to admit it in fear of loosing the ride back with us, so much so he had to go to hospital and be admitted for a night( kept saying he is healthy to go back).
                  We tried to get some other cab and cancelled with ola, but the cab driver made a gang with other drivers at resort(literally threatened us 3 woman) and we had to use the same cab on way back (note- drives still had I-v line on his hand and ola failed to book me any other ride, so I had to go with the same guy "unofficially ")
                  The most unsafe experience of life coming down from steepest Nilgiri mountains and driver puking all through he way.
                  Then I paid the rest of amount to him in cash as I reached. Ola now has marked me that I have pending amount (which I paId to driver in cash, and I can't use ola since a month) have made several complaints but no use. In city like banglore u can't do without cabs but no help from ola.
                  Conclusion
                  Don't book ola for long distance
                  Never oay drivers in cash
                  Use uber

                    On 5th July 2018 - 3.10PM booked a OLA cab through their field staff at Bangalore intnl. Airport. destination t.dasarahalli. CRN [protected].
                    Before boarding the cab we requested for a brief stop on the way to have food.
                    The car (KA05 AG 5022) driver demanded Rs.100 for waiting. While discussing he took the OTP number from my family number and entered the same.
                    When I not agreeing for the Waiting charges demand the driver talked rude.
                    Also the field staff Mr.Vikram told you should know the company rules before booking a cab with OLA.
                    Watching their rude behavior I requested for cancellation of the booking and asked them what is the cancellation charges would be. They told it is around 50 to 100 rupees. Then I asked them to cancell the booking.
                    On cancellation he showed the bill of Rs.263. On going through the details I found the break up of Rs.135 for airport parking, Rs 94 for the 1.4 km ride which was not at all started plus GST.

                    When we got down the driver didnt allow us to pick our luggage and demanded the bill amount.
                    The field staff Vikram also talked rude to pay the bill.
                    My complaint is :
                    1. The airport parking charges are not chargeable on the next customer
                    2. When there is no ride taken place 1.4 km ride charges were billed
                    3. Rude behavior of Driver and field staff are to be punished.

                      I had paid my OLA credit amount through a debit card. The amount was of 330 INR. My amount got deducted from my account but it did not get reflected in the app. I have been calling their customer service team since the last 10 days but no response from their side.
                      I would request OLA team to look into this incident and refund my money back as soon as possible.

                        This all started when I booked a cab and from your company and got the amount added to the account for 335 to which when reached the destination was debited from my account .After a day or two started getting calls from the OLA customer care center that the amount is still owed on the account whenever did try to ask for the manager they refused and when did try to explain that its been paid didn't listen and stated u have to make a payment to avoid any legal actions taken . Have sent in multiple requests on the olla support that to which I get a standard reply that working on the issue and after that no solution .Now I am getting mentally harassed by the phone calls as most off them are way too rude, aggressive and not willing to listen at all, been with you guys for so long never faced such kind off humiliation for such a small amount. Need to get this looked into at the highest level as its getting over my nerves and have to take further actions .

                          I have booked for an Ola Outstation today (5th July 2018) for 12 hours at the rate of Rs. 8 / km. I have made a round trip from Udaipur (Hotel Justa Rajputana) to Chittorgarh and back to Udaipur (Hotel Hilltop Palace). If you check the Google Maps (check attached picture), the total distance for this trip is 235 km. When the driver tried to stop the cab, the app got hanged and the ola app asked for the Pin only and not any kilometer odometer reading at all. There was no bill generated. Then he called the Ola Customer Care from his phone and they asked for the odometer readings from his end. Then suddenly a wrong bill got generated which was over charged by almost Rs. 1400. When I booked the cab in the morning, the estimated fare was Rs. 2230 and then I was charged for Rs. 3596. My money got deducted from the Ola Money Balance unfairly. I have got the message from Ola saying the total outstation kilometer is zero. (check attachment) This is ridiculous. Also in the wrong bill generated (check attachment), you will find that total distance traveled is 265 km and total duration of journey is 9.4 hours which is less than the 12 hours I have booked. So Please refund me Rs. 1400 as I have traveled 235 km and not traveled 387 km at all. The most ridiculous part is that the kilometer traveled in bill is 265 km and yet you charged me for 387 km. Please make sure you make my refund of Rs. 1400 within few hours as I have to take an Ola Outstation once more tomorrow and I have no usable balance left to pay for that. And also please send me the actual bill with 235 km billing.
                          I have raised a Ola Support ticket ([Ola Support] #[protected] as well, but they are resolving it without solving their own technical issue here. The total distance has been tracked in my google maps app as well the driver's ola phone device. The total distance covered is even mentioned in the bill generated (attached picture) as 265 km yet I was charged for 388 km. The total time of travel was 9 hours which is less than the 12 hour window I had booked. How are you saying that the billing is accurate?? What does the sms from ola (attached screenshot) show??

                            My father is a victim to fraudulent of one transaction of of rs. 9999/- twice on 05/07/2018 from my father's account using debit card ending with *2071. The person said his name as Vijayakumar from SBI, Chennai branch and speeked like that ur debit card should be replaced so provideno and he asked otp in further continuous talk. But latter my dad got messages likw below:
                            "thank you for using your sbi debit card for a purchase worth rs9999.0 on pos 80412408 at Olacabs Payutxn#[protected]. And "thank you for using your sbi debit card for a purchase worth rs9999.0 on pos 80412408 at Olacabs Payutxn#[protected].

                            Please block the ola money account used to make a fraud and refund the amount to my father's account from where amount was debited...

                              Today morning at 8:43 am i booked a cab with crm num # [protected]. The cab arrived after 10 minutes but on the other side of the highway and on the application it displayed that your cab has arrived. I requested the driver to come to the other side and he said that he will be there in 2 minutes and then did not arrived till 25 minutes. I repetitively called him and he said that he had stopped in between and even misbehaved and asked me to relax and wait more. When i requested him to cancel my ride if he does not want to come he said my phone has a problem i can't cancel and i will take long

                                Today, 04/07/2018, i naresh keshav from dombivli booked an ola cab from metro junction kalyan. The driver said that i am on your location... But he wasn't, later he said to walk for about 100 meters to the nearby bus stop. I denied as it was raining heavily. He is said that is not my problem you look after it. I called him again, he rejected my call and then switched off his phone. Then later he cancelled the cab.. Now cancellation fee is on me.. How should i take care of it.

                                  I booked a cab on 30th June Saturday on 6.07am from borivali railway station to chandivali powai road, I speak to driver on phone he told me that he will pick me up but i was waiting for 20 min but the driver didn, t came for pickup after that i was calling the driver so many times but he didn, t pick my call and after that he suddenly cancelled the trip and charges me 75 rs, but If we cancels the trip- we are charged with penalty but the drivers as cancelled the trip and he charged me

                                    At 1900 hrs on 03 jul 2018 i booked a cab from rishi udyan colony juggaur to barabanki junction. Mr. Sumesh ([protected]) white amaze beering registration no up32hn2659 came to pic me and total fare was rs 237 whereas driver charged an amount of rs450.
                                    You are requested to lodge the complaint to this effect and intiate the necessary action to avoid such incidents. The action taken against the defaulter may be intimated to me.

                                      It is intimated that at 1900 hrs on 03 jul 18, i booked a ola cab from rishi udyan colony indira canal lucknow to railway station barabanki. Mr. Sumesh ([protected]) with white amaze bearing reg no. Up32hn2659 picked me and dropped at the destination. The total bill was amounting rs237 whereas driver forced me to pay rs 450 and i payed the extra amount to avoid any altercation in public. But such obnoxious behaviour of the driver has not only cheated me but also hampering and maligning the image of your extreme organization.
                                      Keeping the above facts into consideration i request you to lodge a complaint to this effect and an strict action as deemed fit may be initiated to suppress such incidents in future.                                         Hi respected sir/mam
                                        I drive on 17 june at 9.00 am from shivaji nagar to hadapsar. My fare was 175. I paid it in cash. But after 1 week i saw msg to clear your due amount.
                                        Then i again paid online due amount on 24 jun at 9.00 am
                                        But it still showing same msg clear your due amount.
                                        I called thrise but costumer service provider still not geting my refund or clear that message.
                                        They assure me that we resolve it by 24hr on 24th jun
                                        Please do needful.
                                        I also mail msg on consumer site for not resolve my problem
