Dear ola support team,
The ticket number[protected] is not solved.
My name is debomitra das and i am a student of bennett university, greater noida, up.
On 18th may i used ola cab to travel from bennet university (Greater noida) to new delhi airport (Terminal 1). The bill amount was rs. 847 and i paid rs. 850 to driver and entered the airport. Since then i have not used ola as it was not required. Yesterday while trying to book a cab using ola, i found that rs. 847 was outstanding against me. It is very unfortunate that we are getting cheated by ola appointed drivers. Yes this was a mistake by me that i couldn't able to check the matter in time as i was having an impression that ola appointed driver are very honest. Since you have the driver number vehicle number and his contact details so you can verify the matter.
I trust ola support and understand that they will resolve the issue and in future inform the driver not to go for unethical way to earn money.

I tried to recharge ola money with ₹599 but it didn't added to olad money. It deducted from my bank account. I want my money back in my account otherwise in my ola money. Kindly do it as soon as possible.

    Hi i had booked a ride at 6:45 am so that my wife and kid can be dropped at school from rt nagar to sophia school. I called the driver to check if he need assistance. He said he will locate himself. After the waiting period i get a message saying that cab has arrived. When my wife and kid go down they did not find the cab. I kept calling the driver and din't get any response as he had kept his phone busy for 15 mins. When i could reach him he said the cab has got cancelled. I had to take the pain of taking an auto to drop my kid.
    Lot of agony faced.
    Driver asked to get down to the cab in the middle of the travel at 10:00 PM as the booking cancled from his end. What is the safety assurances giving the OLA company for woman taking ride in OLA?
    Had booked ola taxi with credit card payment but gave cash now whenever i book it shows your previous payment is pending. now how to come out of this problem because its almost 2 months and driver is not ready to return the money back. Driver number was Eknath [protected] crn no. [protected].

      We've booked ola cab for a journey and after 15 mins when we call the driver, his mobile is in home as he left his mobile at home. And we cancelled the booking, for cancelling we are charged rs 50.

      What the # happened here. When driver missed his mobile number why/how booking done, it doesn't matters to me, but as there is no option we cancelled the trip and how can you ask us the amount for cancelling even if it is yours mistake. Are you thinking we people are mad? I'm not going to leave this simply. I even asked the other cab drivers regarding the issue. They simply said to mail. I even did that but no use. I want to complaint it to high level and at any cost i want my amount in return whether it is a small amount or big it does not matter, i'll file a case even if required based on your response now.

        I booked ola cab on 24.6.2018 in morning around 11.00 from pocket 5 mayur vihar phase i to knowledge park iii greater noida. One driver did not contact me and cancelled on his own whereas the second driver i have contacted did not turn up and also cancelled on his own.in both the cases cancellation charges (Rs.50 + rs.50= rs.100) have been charged from me which is injustice done to me by ola cabs. Moreover, when i tried to report the issue to ola cabs, they blocked my account. As i also booked ola cab from knowledge park iii greater noida, fare was not shown to me at the time of booking but after completing my journey they added cancellation charges of rs.100/- to my fare which i had to pay as it needed to be paid to some other driver.

          I use to book ride ola in kolkata. I have been charged 25/-cancellation
          Charge for no fault as the driver was taking a lot of time to reach the booking point so i boarded another taxi to board train from howarh stn on that day.
          When i booked ola yesterday the rate at the time of booking quoted as rs.113/- but i was charged rs.190/-. This is too much the maximum ola should have charged rs113/-+rs.25/-
          We request you to refund the excess charged amt. Rs.52/-

            I want to highlight yesterdays incident that happened with me and i expect some serious action to be taken on the driver. If it is not happening because of this email (Same is being posted on twitter and all over social media), will find my own way.

            Pathetic journey details:

            Number: mh 40 y 6214
            Date of booking : 23rd june, 2017
            Time: 8.36 pm

            So, it started when i booked share cab from nagpur to koradi at 8.30 pm. Before that, i had enough wait for bus which didnt come and the reason, i had to book a cab. Now, as soon as the cab is booked and the details of driver were received, i got a call from driver asking for exact location and where would be my drop. I revealed about the drop location. He cane after five minutes. I saw his can and moved towards him and opened the door and placed my office bag first and sat on sit.

            The moment i sat on in cab, he said in pathetic way, language, arrogance, mai koi koradi nahi jane wala. Waha jaakr kya sounga kya mai? Utro jldi and dusri cab book krlo.

            These were the # words from the driver in front of mob and the language was completely abusive. I tried contacting ola support but did not get any number. Could not find over internet as well. See my profile and my journey history. This is the first time such has happened and the way, i was spoked was rude, insulting.

            I could reply him in the same way but did not as i wanted to see that what you guys now do. I am an engineer, not a beggar that anyone like him can speak anything and insult.

            He asked for a drop location, he came to my location, i received a message that can arrived and when i went to sit in can, he asked to cancel by abusing me. I wont be tolerating this anyway.

            I want you guys to right away block his car and get this sorted so that no one should suffer again. I booked next cab for the sane location and the driver was polite and lovely like others. But, i want a written apology from ola over this along with what action has been taken. I am completely sadden by this incident and hence, posting it everywhere wherever possible.

              Today's my cab pickup not happened.. Driver was nit moving from some place.. Had stucked at same place for 5-7 minutes... I redirected him over call still not came.. So wait time kept on increasing.. I cancelled cab.. So in such case why should i pay cancellation charge.. Ola or driver should take care of this situation..                 Charged high fare. First booking cancelled by driver and message appeared about cancellation fee. I was outside howrah rail station old complex and he asked to come near platform 21 and 22 ola booking point. By the time trip got cancelled. After much effort i managed to get one cab which charged extra fare 488.00 from shown figure 462.00 just to cover 18 km. I was charged parking fee and station pick up charge. Why should i bear two? This can't be fair pricing at all. Please look into the matter. Car no wb11c6910.

                  I am writing this complaint with a heavy heart. At 190 baba nagar villivakkam chennai-600049 we use to book regularly ola cabs and autos to various destinations including airport.
                  So far all the cab drivers very good and punctual.
                  Yesterday night my son in law has booked the ola cab and spoke to the dirver number of times the location of the house indicating bank of baroda, st. John higher secondary school, lakshmi stores etc.
                  He booked around 10-15 to 10-20 pm to go to egmore for a drop to catch the train.
                  Your diver has gone to a wrong location without using the gprs and he was dodging eventhough my son in law mr. K. S. Raghu repeatedly told him to come to the salient locations, but your driver did not move the vehicle but kept on talking in such a way we should cancel from our end to avoid penalty.
                  It was 10-45 pm we were forced to cancel and take a local auto to reach the destination in heavy tension. Imagine he carries luggage and other accomplished ladies.
                  He is on tour and on monday he will give you the full details of the driver’s numb er etc.
                  Kindly take action on the driver.

                    My ola account was permanently blocked last week without any due intimation. Upon writing to ola ([protected]@olacabs.com), i was informed that they suspected a 'few policy violations'. I have been corresponding with them but to no avail. They have no explanation on this random action and have just been pushing the complaint to various departments. I have money in my ola money wallet, for which i have to contest as well.

                    My ola account was permanently blocked last week without any due intimation. Upon writing to ola ([protected]@olacabs.com), i was informed that they suspected a 'few policy violations'. I have been corresponding with them to unblock the account and provide more information but to no avail (Ticket:[protected] and[protected]. I have money in my ola money wallet, for which i have to contest as well.

                    I have not been informed what these violations to t&c are.
                    1) i have never made undue cancellations;
                    2) kyc is updated;
                    3) i do not have payment issue (I pay directly through ola money);
                    4) i never speak with drivers unless absolutely needed, boarded cab in inebriated condition, made inflammatory/derogatroy remarks or spoken rudely to drivers (Hence, mis-behaviour is out of question);
                    5) i do not use ola money for transactions other than travel (No fraud/money-laundering).
                    6) i am also certain that i have good rating provided by drivers in last 1.5 years.

                        On ride taken on 17.06.2018 the driver collected extra parking of rs 71 whereas the same was included in total bill also. Same day i went to support page of ola but due to technical error at ola online support, my refund was not processed. Today 22.06.2018 when i contacted ols cc, they say that they cannot do anything as complaint should be filed with in 3 days.
                        How can a company put time validation on customers hard earned money.
                        Also the customer care executives were very unsupportive and did not provide any further number of mail id for higher escalation.
                        There is no mail id on the internet of any higher authority except support level.
                        Please someone rein on this company.

                          I have taken the ride in Delhi from IGI terminal 2 to Tuglakabad Extension on May 30th at 8:47 PM. I was over charged. The distance is 23 kilometer and the amount should be between 438-461 with no surplus charges as mentioned by ola itself. i was charged 666 rupees. when i have issued a complaint on overcharge, they replied it is correct price only. Later i checked the same thing in ola fare caculator. and i was shown above mentioned results. i Just hired a cab, why i need to pay parking charges for driver. he didn't waited for me.

                            I had used ola credit and added the amount to the ola money. I have told them hundreds of times to deduct the amount from the ola money to clear the ola credit balance. It's still lying in the ola money wallet and i can't use it to clear the dues as my account has been blocked. I have talked to the backend team, legal team, customer support team but no one is deducting the amount and transferring it to ola credit. Now i am receiving threats from ola about legal complaint against me for the amount that i have added and they are not deducting. This is pathetic! I had used ola credit in the past to pay for the ola cab but couldn't pay it back because of errors in the app. I couldn't book any rides after that and eventually i stopped using it.

                              I have got an update in ola app as there is 42rs/- ola credits pending with me. I dont know when was i have used these 42/-. And i have already raised one more complaint a month ago regarding extra money 50rs/- has been charged by ola driver. Stil i did not get any response on it. But again u people are charged 42/- from my account. What the # is this. Is this the way u treat customer. I need a immediate response on it. And i need my money 92rs/- credut back to me. I dont want to prefer ola for next time onwards. Such a worst things i have experienced with ola.
                              Driver took me through the long unknown wrong root and took three times higher rate.
                              I was unaware about this new place and he misused this thing.

                                Very very bad services from ola, never expected.. I booked ola xcent at evening time by 6pm from malad station and also instructed that driver to come near sation only but that person was really very horrible and very illiterate he doesn't know any way any landmark which i was guiding him.. Becz of him ola charged me rs. 75/- for cancellation but that stupid driver by himself has cancelled that derive not me, than how come i suffer by this irrelevent charges.

                                I assure will never travel by ola and nor recommend by any friends, relatives to prefer ola any more, or else give a better punishment to that driver immediately. How he can cancel it as a passenger is only waiting for him.

                                  Booked crn no. For my ola outstation trip - [protected]

                                  Pickup time & place - 5:45 pm, new delhi railway station
                                  Drop time & place - 7:52 pm, ashiyana angan plaza, bhiwadi (Rajasthan)
                                  Total time for ride - 2hr 7min.
                                  Total riding distance - 74.6 km (According to vehicle's meter), 76 km (According to google maps)

                                  Estimated fare amount during booking - rs. 1156 (Rs. 250 discount applied with summer250 promo code)

                                  Charged amount after completion of ride - rs. 1750 (For distance 139 km and time 2hr 20min according to generated bill)

                                  With refer to above details, the ola cab has charged wrong amount for my ride. They have charged for 139 km while my trip was for 74 km. Also, they have charged for extra riding time.
                                  After that i raised my complaint on ola apps but still no response from their side. Several time i have tried to talk his customer care executive but no one has picked my call. I never get response for ola side. Its total harassment by ola side like driver as well as ola customer care. Kindly resolve my problem asap take the legal action on ola cab.

                                  Over charging from customers by ola cab has been general activity of ola company. Several people have been faced these type of problem, also i have been faced these types of issue several time by ola company. This has been his general & daily basis activities. Those who raise tight complaint against this in customer service they are able to get refund their money but those who doesn't raise tight complaint has lost his money forever.

                                  Please take legal action against ola company for these type of his activity.

                                  The above information is 100% true from my side, for the references please find the attached proof.

                                  The ola paid cash payment showed 83 rupees for the ride but he demanded 180 rupees. I denied to pay 180 rupees then he missbihaved with me. After finishing my ride i got the ola ride bill that was 83 rupess but that fellow driver demanded 180 rupess.

                                    I booked a place cab from mehrauli and kept my helmet at the back seat which was blue in colour when i realised that i forgot my helmet and called the ola cabs driver his phone was coming switch off and it's been 5 days till now i have no my helmet back and the cab drivers number is still switched off.                                       I booked a share today at 04:17 pm. At the time of booking, the amount shown was rs 56, but when i got into the cab and gave the driver my otp, the amount showed as rs 76. This happens, i noticed, quite frequently in ola share. The amount seems to be shown as lower at the time of booking, in order to get the customer; once the person gets into the cab, he or she is forced to pay a higher amount. I've tried to reach the support via my ola apps regarding this particular issue, but the option to lodge a complaint of this particular nature has been removed by ola in their apps. They used to have the option of lodging a complaint about higher charges than quoted initially; but this option has been removed. So, now the customer has no way of recovering his or her money that was overcharge. Ola seems to be resorting increasingly towards unethical business practices, the way uber did. A class action suit is in order, because i am fed up with never knowing what i am going to be actually charged until i get into the cab.

                                        A ola cab driver denied the duty and claimed it as a crowded area and he can't go there, and he said me to cancel the ride, and due to my necessity i did that so, when i tried to book other one, a fine of 50 rs is imposed on me.. And i did complained this to the particular driver, but he didn't answer and he took off his car.. The ola cab no hr 9525... This happened in delhi
