On ride taken on 17.06.2018 the driver collected extra parking of rs 71 whereas the same was included in total bill also. Same day i went to support page of ola but due to technical error at ola online support, my refund was not processed. Today 22.06.2018 when i contacted ols cc, they say that they cannot do anything as complaint should be filed with in 3 days.
How can a company put time validation on customers hard earned money.br...

I have taken the ride in Delhi from IGI terminal 2 to Tuglakabad Extension on May 30th at 8:47 PM. I was over charged. The distance is 23 kilometer and the amount should be between 438-461 with no surplus charges as mentioned by ola itself. i was charged 666 rupees. when i have issued a complaint on overcharge, they replied it is correct price only. Later i checked the same thing in ola fare caculator. and i was shown above mentioned results....

I had used ola credit and added the amount to the ola money. I have told them hundreds of times to deduct the amount from the ola money to clear the ola credit balance. It's still lying in the ola money wallet and i can't use it to clear the dues as my account has been blocked. I have talked to the backend team, legal team, customer support team but no one is deducting the amount and transferring it to ola credit. Now i am receiving threats...

I have got an update in ola app as there is 42rs/- ola credits pending with me. I dont know when was i have used these 42/-. And i have already raised one more complaint a month ago regarding extra money 50rs/- has been charged by ola driver. Stil i did not get any response on it. But again u people are charged 42/- from my account. What the # is this. Is this the way u treat customer. I need a immediate response on it. And i need my money...

Very very bad services from ola, never expected.. I booked ola xcent at evening time by 6pm from malad station and also instructed that driver to come near sation only but that person was really very horrible and very illiterate he doesn't know any way any landmark which i was guiding him.. Becz of him ola charged me rs. 75/- for cancellation but that stupid driver by himself has cancelled that derive not me, than how come i suffer by this...

I booked a place cab from mehrauli and kept my helmet at the back seat which was blue in colour when i realised that i forgot my helmet and called the ola cabs driver his phone was coming switch off and it's been 5 days till now i have no my helmet back and the cab drivers number is still switched off. I booked a share today at 04:17 pm. At the time of booking, the amount shown was rs 56, but when i got into the cab and gave the driver my otp, the amount showed as rs 76. This happens, i noticed, quite frequently in ola share. The amount seems to be shown as lower at the time of booking, in order to get the customer; once the person gets into the cab, he or she is forced to pay a higher amount. A ola cab driver denied the duty and claimed it as a crowded area and he can't go there, and he said me to cancel the ride, and due to my necessity i did that so, when i tried to book other one, a fine of 50 rs is imposed on me.. My. Number i. E[protected] is registerd on ola cab app with name rakesh. First time i made a trip by ola cab on the date of[protected] at 10:41 pm from chanigarh, pgi hospital to ludhiana. After complete booking bill shown 1389 for 110 km. When we were about to start from chandigarh the initaial reading was in cab 36140 but the driver put the reading in ola cab system 36000 intead of 36140 and also fill the otp no. 5682 to start...

Ride fare charged is exhorbitant. The kilometres traveled is not indicated in the invoice. The fare per kilometre charged is nearly two times the fare applicable as displayed in ola app for tiruchirappalli. I booked the cab on 19th june 2018 and i was travelling with 6 people and 2 kids. Driver drove the car rashly. The driver dropped me before my drop point and argued saying i cannot drop you because i don't have a u turn to the point and later started arguing stating we were 8 people. I was in hyderabad and took a cab to airport, the charge that flashed my screen at time of booking was some 700 (Donot remeber the exact figure) then on reaching the destination driver asked for 1114 amount plus the toll. I have been trying to contact the ola people for last 20 days but no response. Once i even got a call but nobody reverted back. I need my money back any how. Very poor customer service ola... I forgot my phone on cab. I called so many times on my phone but it was switched off. I was requested driver to return my phone if found but he neglect my words. I waited 2 mores days but he not accepted that he had my phone. And on 18 he is not received my calls. Please do something about it sir.

I have a complaint about your driver as he cancelled the ride because he was not able to come and your company is charging the cancellation fees from us. Taking more money then estimated sum given in my mobile. It was rs 87 but after drop it came rs 230? Why?? I want my money back. Is it a fraud copoun ghy50??. I want my money back or else i will complain in police because my big brother is in police??. He will surely act to it. So without doing any unwanted circumstances, i want my money.
