I booked a ride for my father and as being an mobile illiterate guy my father was oblivious about otp text message so i gave it to driver on phone... Then there was some argument arised amongst them regarding ride root and my dad was ready to pay wtever the cost might be eventhough he abandoned my father in the middle of rain... And took ride by himself and cash paid it too... Just let me know whether is this policy? To you can't deviate from your root even if we are ready to bear the cost or this is completely driver's absurdness and traumatizing? If yes than he should get robust punitive actions and if not this is policy than for sure this would be the last trip of my whole family... Expecting a reply soon since silence also alludes colluding...

    Note :- driver said he did not have change for rs.200. Due to that i have get down to collect change after that it has been missed. I am sure it has been taken by the driver only. I did not have driver number because that mobile only has been theft. If you have gps tracking enabled in ola cabs. Kindly check when my mobile number is switched off & concern cab driver was travelling.

      On 26 June I have earned 818 rs as incentive. OLA returned back mentioned as Faurd booking. No Faurd booking took placed.
      If so please give justification on that. IF raised complaints no one reply on that. Customer care people mentioning it's at management level. But there is no proper channel to talk with mangement people. Now a day's ola company create their own rules and we are helpless here.

        This is the second time i have become the victim of ola cab services. I booked a ride to railway station at 3.30 am. Both the times ride was confirmed and no driver arrived. They did not cancel the ride even for hours and hours. I any how managed to reaching the station, but the question is how reliable is the ola. Another thing is that if we cancel the ride from our side the ola puts a penalty to its customers, and what if the situation is like this. The matter is serious why because some times the matter will be very serious. This time ola have to compensate.
        My all categries blocked i m visited 4 time to andheri ola office but every one no respone me.and plz any one help me.
        Dear sir i take honda amaze MH02 ER 2258 ON LEASE from ola but after 15day, s on 19th june 2018 my car was breakdown. 4 days complete but car is not readdy due to ola approval pending nd nd, secondly i got old accidental car

          Ola driver asked for the OTP number, and then told me that he had cancelled the ride by mistake. I couldn't use the cab but still I was charged incorrectly. When I called on Ola customer care number, [protected], no one answers the call, then I raised this complaint through Ola app, but didn't get any response from Ola. Moreover, I was also charged cancellation fees for the ride which was cancelled by Ola cab driver.

          This whole incident has happened twice with me.

          I am tired of chasing Ola company to refund the incorrect charges but they simply don't care.

            Dear Team,

            This is to kindly inform you that I have pre-scheduled a cab from Shapoorji Kolkata to CCU Airport because i had a flight to board on 27th June, 2018 booking ID CNR[protected] AT 6 15 a.m but at the last moment no cab was allotted just a sorry message of non availability of cabs, is this a kind of joke going on, high surcharge is charged every time without any reason, and no cabs are allotted in spite of being scheduled. Who is responsible if a person miss a flight? So many Ola cabs are parked outside But at the time of booking no cabs are shown, what kind of service you are providing? I will report this incident in the consumer forum as well as to othandaither higher authority.

              Almost every auto driver in chennai asks for extra fare than what is shown, they only pick up the rides when the traveller accepts to pay 10/20 bucks extra than what is shown.
              This is ridiculous. Everytime, one can't be expected to do this.
              And as an organization and an entity, ola should take strict actions on these drivers.
              In all my last 4-5 ola auto rides, i have faced the same situation. And if at all i don't pay, the driver starts to pick a fight at the end of the trip.

                I was charged twice for same ride. I payed by debit card & money got deducted from my account. Then ola told me to pay again using ola cash as the payment didn't go thru. My account is still not reflected with the loss of money. Ive heard you have cheated a lot of people like this. Revert back to this issue asap. Orelse i will have to take further action!
                TN01BE1821 auto in Chennai. He accepted our travel request, after I call to him he said I am not near by with in 5min, immediate he cancelled the request, and he told un behavior talks . That's are not good for customer supports.

                My ola account has been permanently blocekd due to ola's policy violation. I don't understand which policy have I violated. I also subscribed to ola share pass which I am not able to use because of account blocking. They are not telling me the reason of account block neither they are refunding my money of share pass in which few rides were left.

                  Car no ka50a 5025 was booked through your app for pickup and delivery to bangalore airport at 12.00 noon on 25.06.18 with cash payment of 1285 inclusive of toll charges.

                  Instead driver mr santosh took a longer route through nice road thereby incurring additional rs 95 on toll charges and a total fare of 1901 excluding toll charges which is excessive by rs 711 inclusive of toll charges.

                  Kindly refund and credit additional excessive charges billed upon me due to negligence of driver inspite of reminding him time and again to take regular route as against nice road route with a total route drive of 72 kms
                  I have paid ola credit dues of Rs.1056.00 but it is not settled yet.my account appearred as BABITA DEKA

                    Crn [protected]. I had booked ola yesterday evening for going home. Driver confirmed to pick up withing 15 mins. Me and my friend are waiting till 45 mins and ride automatically cancelled. When i call the driver he said there is so much rush so i cancelled the ride. After 2mins he has passed where i was standing. Ola waist my 45 mins and charged rs. 50 for cancellation which i had not cancelled. This is very poor service which they had given.
                    Hi money is stuck in ola money which I have to transfer to my bank. I can't withdraw the money back, please help
                    I booked auto from ola. And he took cash too and money deducted from my wallet as well. Crn [protected]. Please refund my money.

                      I hired a micro ola cab on 25-jun-18 at 9.42 a. M in delhi, india. For this cab facility, the crn was [protected].

                      I am a regular customer of ola. But after such incidence, i am sufferer. This is first incident which i faced with ola. I paid rs. 602[rs.500+100+2] instead of [rs. 100+100+2] to driver mistakenly. I was in rush. Therefore, such incident happened with me.

                      In the mean while, the internet was not working on my phone. Therefore, i could not re-check bill amount.

                      When i knew, i cheated. I called to driver and he admitted that he collected such amount from me but he has given the rest of money to me. Then, after it, i locked my problem with customer care on the same day's evening.

                      I read your feedback mail and it shows that you are supporting to your driver. It will increase wrong practice and dishonesty among drivers of ola and reduce ola customers.

                      The validation process which ola is following is that ola checks with its drivers. The statement which he/they give, ola rely on that statement. Ola doesnot listen of its regular/ sufferer customer.

                      I am not satisfy with ola's validation and practice which ola is following.
                      I always paid to my driver when I get out from the cab
                      This is the second time it happened with me where u guys are coming up with the due
                      Which is shameless
                      That is the only reason I had to shift to Uber for my rides

                      You guys have to tell me when did I not paid to the driver

                        Hi,

                        I have taken ola rental cabs on 24th jun, at kolkata airport for 12hrs and 120kms. I have been informed with misleading information that it would cost rs1899. But when i got the receipt it was 2199 plus tax amount.

                        When i called customer care and informed about the current situation, i had been told to pay the amount and they are not responsible for the misguided information provided because it was not their department.

                        For me, it is just a single name ola. I am very much frustrated about the service which i got in customer care and too mich dissatisfied with the information provided at airport.

                        It means, ola does not want to believe people's at their counter at airport or they don't want to respond properly when these kind of situations occur.

                        Even the tax amount which was charged wasn't informed to me priorly.

                        Do i get any refunds or stop trusting ola. Kindly suggest.

                        Why OLA auto drivers always cancel the ride from their end my home to workplace (4.5kms)?
                        The number of cancellations per day should be limited to OLA also.
                        A lot of people are really facing problem with this auto drivers. It's really disgusting.

                        Please consider the issue and pay heed towards this.

                        The auto drivers are really much adamant and arrogant. Not all of them but most of them. So atleast customer satisfaction should be considered by OLA

                          Myself harsha (Mobile no:+[protected] have been using ola app for more than 6-7 years. I travel by namma metro from my home to office and for in between commuting from the metro station i use ola auto. I have been using this for quite a while now but suddenly since yesterday that is[protected] my ola application is blocked and i am not able to use it further. Please rectify the issue and i also expect an answer for my ola application being blocked. I also would like to inform you that i have been a longstanding customer for your company and blocking me out suddenly shows the kind of relationship you are entitled to with your customers. Hope to see the issue resolved asap.

                            I pre-booked a taxi on ola yesterday at about 8 pm to ensure timely pickup because i had a very important work to attend to. As ola shares the details of the driver 10 minutes before the scheduled time, i waited till 9.35 am and received the details of the driver followed by a text that your driver has cancelled. I called the driver (Devender kumar) that why'd he cancelled the pickup, he said he was at a far off location which in reality is 1 km away from my pickup location. I thought i should book a new cab, three other drivers after him cancelled pickup without any reason. And i missed my important work because of all this. The idea behind pre booking is that we need a taxi at a given time at a given place because we are hundred percent sure of our plans.

                            Kindly look into the matter. And also refund my ola money that is still in the wallet as i don't wish to travel with you guys anymore. I can't make myself look bad in front of my clients just because your drivers are highly unprofessional and untrained people.

                                Your ola driver with vehicle no hr55ac1451 having driver name pankaj is using abusive language to me without any reason. I have booked a ride from igi terminal 3 to greater noida but your driver is illiterate to handle this. Either you take an action against him or i should complain against you regarding this at greater noise police authority that depends on you.

                                  I am chandramohan from chennai, car - 7383, against this car i can see the penalty amount for 23rd june. My car running for 24hrs to achieve your target, simply you are saying penalty for fraud, if i ask details you dont have. Tat day 2300/- for fuel, 1300/- salary, these two over with operator bill, where is my car amount, so incentive which you are given is my amount. Please recheck and do the needful.

                                  please explain, where we did the fraud activity and also if you have any trip doubted please call the customer and confirm. or provide the valid reason to penalty. I am planning to introduce some more vehicle with OLA, but this kind of activity irritating me lot, 23rd that car running around 350KM with 18 Hrs, please think about it.see the login time, and performance, we didn't do any fraud activity, Penalty amount 1247, if i didn't get that amount then I was ran 350KM for OLA free of cost. Is that the purpose i have bought the car and attached with you... rethink .. you are also doing business, If i get this kind of loss how i can manage.

                                    I have booked a ola cab from sp road to sg palya with vehicle no. Ka 19 ab 6327 name. D g deepak kumar. I told him to drop me at the location but he refused to do so in between the journey. He started shouting at me, was saying bad words for just telling of me to drop me at location. At last he dropped me in between the journey and refused to drop me in my location. He totally missbehaved and even approched to hit me. Need strict action against it.
                                    Jatai Ruidas ([protected]) is a bastard kept me waiting without himself cancelling and neither informed me to cancel nor he received my calls even from different numbers. I would not only discard using ola i would ask all my family members n friends to use uber instead. Your drivers a son of [censored]es do be careful in chooosing those rascles

                                      I was traveling from Delhi with my sister and 2yrs old niece and I booked ola cab from Lucknow station to my home expecting safe and pleasant ride but this ride has compelled me to file a legal complaint against the driver and OLA which I am going to do very soon. Actually at the beginning of my ride driver asked me that he has to get his car refilled with cng which will not take more than 5 minutes, I replied positively and allowed him to do so but asked him to do quick. I don't know why he drove extra 15 kms only to get CNG. He took longer route and kept us waiting on roadside for 15 mins. I remained quite. After getting CNG, I was assuming that we will reach on time safely. But he stopped the car at the roadside on unknown place and get off the car to smoke "cigarettes" with his drunk friends waiting outside and kept us waiting for around 15mins. And when my sister asked him to be quick he replied her in very bad manner and tried to tease her. I was still quiet as we were having little kid with us. On reaching my destination he asked us for 722rs while the estimated fare when I booked the ride was 528rs, when I told him that he took longer route and drove 44.5kms instead of 31kms he continued with his illogical arguments and talked to me and my sister very badly and abusively. So is this the facility of ola that there are drivers who harass a lady with her baby and smokes in between the ride. Money doesn't matter, whether it is 722 or 528. But the safety matters alot. Driver was so impolite and mannerless that we have no option other than taking legal support against this issue.

                                        Generally the taxis in delhi/ncr would carry general public on their way by taking nominal charge of inr. 10 or 20 (Basis the distance). Likewise this cab with ola sticker with haryana registration hr 55 y 9239 was also serving this purpose. General people like me would appreciate this benefit, because it serves both the parties. On 25-jun-2018 at around 11:47 am i boarded this cab opposite to ambience mall gurugram asking if he would drop me in shankar chock (Which is hardly 1 km). While boarding the cab i have asked him if he has a change for inr. 50/- by that time he started the cab and after a few seconds (I believe he was checking if had change) he said no, i then asked him to let me go because i don't have change neither other 02 passengers who were in the cab had. To my surprise he told " (I hindi language - chup chop bhaite rahe, tere ko nahi utarunga) i will not let you get down. When i asked why he spoke inappropriately, he continued abusing me, the other 02 passengers did not say anything, but one of them told me to let it go. I then got down paying extra, the driver then go down the cab - asking what your going to do (For a moment i thought he was going to hit me, he came with that force).. He was abusing continuously. I told him to not to speak in that tone to a stranger. He said whoever you're, i don't care even you are a prime minister. He threatened me saying you want to note the cab number, come on do it, take a picture and do whatever you want to do. I decided to leave that place, but told the other 02 passengers to be careful with his behaviour as they were going towards iffoco chowk.
