I have taken ola rental cabs on 24th jun, at kolkata airport for 12hrs and 120kms. I have been informed with misleading information that it would cost rs1899. But when i got the receipt it was 2199 plus tax amount.

I travel by namma metro from my home to office and for in between commuting from the metro station i use ola auto. I pre-booked a taxi on ola yesterday at about 8 pm to ensure timely pickup because i had a very important work to attend to. As ola shares the details of the driver 10 minutes before the scheduled time, i waited till 9.35 am and received the details of the driver followed by a text that your driver has cancelled. Without reaching the location driver started the ride and rudely told me to rush to his spot and rude.

This incident happened arround 7.30 am today, so unprofessional behaviour of driver. I have captured the screen if you want further details feel free to reply @ [protected]@gmail.com.

Your ola driver with vehicle no hr55ac1451 having driver name pankaj is using abusive language to me without any reason. I have booked a ride from igi terminal 3 to greater noida but your driver is illiterate to handle this. Either you take an action against him or i should complain against you regarding this at greater noise police authority that depends on you....

I am chandramohan from chennai, car - 7383, against this car i can see the penalty amount for 23rd june. My car running for 24hrs to achieve your target, simply you are saying penalty for fraud, if i ask details you dont have. Generally the taxis in delhi/ncr would carry general public on their way by taking nominal charge of inr. 10 or 20 (Basis the distance). Charge for no fault as the driver was taking a lot of time to reach the booking point so i boarded another taxi to board train from howarh stn on that day.

Today's my cab pickup not happened.. Driver was nit moving from some place.. Had stucked at same place for 5-7 minutes... I redirected him over call still not came.. So wait time kept on increasing..
