I pranesh g kulkarni ([protected]) booked a ola auto (Details mentioned above) from 285, vidyapeeta main rd, channammana kere, katriguppe, banashankari 3rd stage, banashankari, bengaluru, karnataka. Pin code : 560085. Banashankari was the destination i wanted to go and i entered the same. After travelling hardly 2-3 minutes, driver asked me where to go. I told him, as per destination in the mobile, drop me at banashankari. But he told, it is showing ittamadu in his mobile and he will drop me there only. I told him, i have not entered ittamadu and i dont know also where it is. Why should type ittamadu. I said him, i have clearly mentioned that i have to go to banashankari. He said to cancel the drop and said he will drop me as per his auto meter reading. He quarreled with me and at one stage he raised his hand to hit me. Is this the way to behave with customers?
I am not booking any cab around at 2pm to 5pm on[protected] but Rs.116 debited from my account transaction id DQ0A-DENH-N78U. I tried to booking cabs that time but no cab free after i went to MGBS Hyderabad
Please recover my amount.
