Hi,
My. Number i. E[protected] is registerd on ola cab app with name rakesh. First time i made a trip by ola cab on the date of[protected] at 10:41 pm from chanigarh, pgi hospital to ludhiana. After complete booking bill shown 1389 for 110 km. When we were about to start from chandigarh the initaial reading was in cab 36140 but the driver put the reading in ola cab system 36000 intead of 36140 and also fill the otp no. 5682 to start the trip. I told him the message shown to me is 36000 then he said that in ola cab we take round figure i. E 36000. After that we travel chandigarh to ludhiana he followed navigation map which was set by ola cab company. After reaching at destination the driver put the final reading i. E 36250 and he asked to the bill of amount 2902/- rs. I ask driver for this huge amount he said its not my fault. I told him to talk on customer care no. But he deny n didn. T gave me number and he also said that at night the customer care centre remains closed. After that i paid the driver rs. 2902/- which is totally fraud done by driver. This is totally harrasment which we face.
Kindly resolve my problem asap. Otherwise i take legal action for ola.

    Ride fare charged is exhorbitant. The kilometres traveled is not indicated in the invoice. The fare per kilometre charged is nearly two times the fare applicable as displayed in ola app for tiruchirappalli. Also i have registered and my ola corporate account for bhel and the same is activated and now active. I made three trips in ola mini in the last few weeks. The complaint is same for all the trips. Expect you to review and give response, in addition to charge only reasonable fare.

      I booked the cab on 19th june 2018 and i was travelling with 6 people and 2 kids. Driver drove the car rashly. The driver dropped me before my drop point and argued saying i cannot drop you because i don't have a u turn to the point and later started arguing stating we were 8 people. I told him you should have told before we could get in the cab. He forced us to get down and used slangs in local language. I was travelling with my parents and we had to walk to the station with my elderly parents.
      When i called ola, i spoke to a person by the name rajesh, when i told him the above scenario, he said you shouldn't have traveled with 8 people, you should have traveled only with 6 people, and we cant help you. When i asked him what about driver dropping us at different location, rajesh repeated same thing again stating we were 8 people and the cab was only for 6 people. I informed him there were 2 kids, and if driver had any issues with that he should have not allowed us to board at starting point. He shouldn't have created an issue on the half way through. I want a full refund for the same and a strict action needs to be taken on the driver and ola representative rajesh. I told him i will complain to the police, rajesh said, you can go ahead and complain to the police and give us the fir number.
      This was pathetic experience with ola cab. They are the worst at customer service.

        My location is always mistook by ola driver as vanagaram.. Its very difficult for me to convinc thm.. Pls kindly see issue regarding location in ur ola location.. Kindly change the location with proper name.. Its old location.. Updte the newone.. Evrytime is face the problm with driver and unable to reach my place. The problm to change old location

          I was in hyderabad and took a cab to airport, the charge that flashed my screen at time of booking was some 700 (Donot remeber the exact figure) then on reaching the destination driver asked for 1114 amount plus the toll. I have been trying to contact the ola people for last 20 days but no response. Once i even got a call but nobody reverted back. I need my money back any how. Very poor customer service ola... It disappoints me and if not resolved will surely never use ola.

            14 th of june. I was travel through ola cab from raja bazar to dak bungalow chawk, crn [protected]
            @8:10pm
            I forgot my phone on cab. I called so many times on my phone but it was switched off. I was requested driver to return my phone if found but he neglect my words. I waited 2 mores days but he not accepted that he had my phone. And on 18 he is not received my calls. Please do something about it sir.

              I have a complaint about your driver as he cancelled the ride because he was not able to come and your company is charging the cancellation fees from us. I want to request you that the cancellation is from the driver side, so, i will not pay for this. Kindly cancel this fine from our side. I wish our complaint will be resolved soon.

                Taking more money then estimated sum given in my mobile. It was rs 87 but after drop it came rs 230? Why?? I want my money back. Is it a fraud copoun ghy50??. I want my money back or else i will complain in police because my big brother is in police??. He will surely act to it. So without doing any unwanted circumstances, i want my money. Or else i will complaint so as a good service. Act to my complaint

                  Today i booked ola auto. After some meters of ride driver

                  Abondoned ride and told us to leave his auto and he has also

                  Completed ride eventhough it was of some meters of ride only.

                  Only reason was driver don't want to accept ola money amount.

                  Very shocking experience was with customer care, they refused

                  To return the money even though we enjoyed ;) his auto for some

                  Meters only.

                        I am highly disappointed with the so called customer support of ola. And worst thing is its not the first time and i am 100% sure these people have no solution cz everytime they harp same tune without any result.
                        I boarded a pool cab from my home to a mall (Destination).
                        The driver didnt take the route as per ola app.
                        I was charged toll even if the drive changed the route and didn't take the toll route.

                        One its not safe with them as ola does nothng and there so called sos mark is just pathetic. Second they charged me.
                        After contacting the team, arun from escalation team gave me zero resolution and closed the case as per their own convenience. I was not given the refund. Safety not to mention is alw a concern as ola have no way to stop drivers from changing the defined routes.
                        I need a resolution for this.

                          The fraud case is happend through my axis bank saving account dated on 17.06.2018 through ola cabs.

                          The sms details are following.

                          1. Your a/c 759079 is debited with inr 1355.45 on[protected]:07:18.
                          Info: pur/olacabs/melbourne/olacabs/seq no[protected].

                          2. Your a/c 759079 is debited with inr 1611.05 on[protected]:29:35. Info: pur/olacabs/melbourne/olacabs/seq no[protected].

                          3. Your a/c 759079 is debited with inr 1604.15 on[protected]:05:53. Info: pur/olacabs/melbourne/olacabs/seq no[protected].

                          4. Your a/c 759079 is debited with inr 984.77 on[protected]:17:35 a/c bal is inr 757.92 info: pur/olacabs/melbourne/olacabs/seq no[protected].

                          The above fraud has been discussed with axis bank..

                          Autos are almost never available in VISAKHAPATNAM.if by chance available it shows exorbitant rates- even for short distances of less than 4km

                            I'm a person who would get very uneasy if a car is packed so every time i travel i always ask cab driver to put the ac on outside's air, this helps to breath properly else i would feel very suffocating and that makes my travelling very uneasy. Till now my experience has been nice. Drivers have understood this. This driver named anil kumar rao, when i asked him to put that on outside mode he said "madam wo nahi hota". I thought maybe he did not know how to do it since some drivers wouldnt have known about it earlier so i told him "bhaiya wo jo line h uss pr jo h use right ke traff slide kr do (I have shared a picture of it in my attachment which he did not do). He said wo toh nai hoga and i was like" bhaiya mujhe uneasy hota h, vomit jysa lgata h and then angry he said "ye toh nahi hoga aap khidki khol lo".
                            I'm very upset with this attitude. How can someone ignore someone's health related issue. For the whole time i was not feeling well.
                            I always prefer traveling everyday from ola and normally it takes 45min to 1hour for me to reach my office which is not less if you see spending time in a cab for someone like me and adding to it there are drivers like him? Please look into it asap. Highly disappointed!!!

                              This happened not once, not twice but thrice, that the ola drivers denied duty, were misbehaving and were impolite. We booked a cab yesterday and he was so late, very late, we called him and he said very rudely that the only option if we want to wait, we waited for like half an hour, but he still wasn't anywhere near, and after that he asked us to cancel, why should we cancel so that we would be charged extra 50 bucks. Next incident the driver was so rude he denied to come to pickup location n asked us to go to him instead which he could hv done easily, when we asked this. He started abusing n all

                                I pranesh g kulkarni ([protected]) booked a ola auto (Details mentioned above) from 285, vidyapeeta main rd, channammana kere, katriguppe, banashankari 3rd stage, banashankari, bengaluru, karnataka. Pin code : 560085. Banashankari was the destination i wanted to go and i entered the same. After travelling hardly 2-3 minutes, driver asked me where to go. I told him, as per destination in the mobile, drop me at banashankari. But he told, it is showing ittamadu in his mobile and he will drop me there only. I told him, i have not entered ittamadu and i dont know also where it is. Why should type ittamadu. I said him, i have clearly mentioned that i have to go to banashankari. He said to cancel the drop and said he will drop me as per his auto meter reading. He quarreled with me and at one stage he raised his hand to hit me. Is this the way to behave with customers?
                                I try to call to Ola driver ROHIT KUMAR whose auto no. Was RJ14PB 4714 . He was very abusive try try to humiliate me, that guy did not want to come so he abuse me so that I cancelled the ride

                                  Mis conduct rude behaviour of above driver after joining frm deccan to nasik on 16 may and dropping at bhosari at mid nt
                                  The said driver was insisting only online payment, picked me with my son and wife frm deccan and after traveling abt 20km, h as the online payment was in process, suddenly he shouted to get out of car at late mid neight and dropped us in between above details show that he has, started and dropped in between
                                  He should be dismiss frm ola to save customer frm dropping in tour

                                    I would like to know why ola is looting customer like this. Is this make any sense. If you need money for your revenue start begging from customer. But stop looting them like this.
                                    Anyway i've booked uber.. Will continue using uber until you look into this seriously.

                                      Im continuously receiving the due bills for the rides that i had though the amount has been already paid.. And i even cross checked with the ola app in "your rides" option it says the payment is successful. And in addition to that i used to recharge the ola money every time once it is exhausted but even on doing all these and being the regular user o[censored]r cabs i receive these messages.
                                      Kindly see to this issue and help me to get out of these continuous messages.

                                        This is very disappointing to mention that even after being a regular customer of ola i had to face such issue.

                                        I was charged an additional amount for around 100 km which i did not even traveled. And its about 3 weeks i have been chasing them to regarding this issue and to refund me the amount but there is no positive response. Sometimes they say, they are unable to reach the driver for verification, sometimes they say we want more information from you.

                                        I even sent them an email attaching call recording (Driver telling me that he notified ola cabs about the wrong calculation) and 2 pics of odometer reading. I don't understand what more they want.

                                        I have mentioned the details of my trip below.

                                        Starting odometer reading as per olacab = 237158 km (Wrong)
                                        Actual odometer reading as seen on the odometer inside the cab = 237260 km

                                        Ending odometer reading as per olacabs and the actual odometer reading as seen inside the cab were same = 237657 km

                                        Actual distance travelled =[protected] = 397 km
                                        I was charged for 499 km.

                                        I was charged for an additional 102 km which at the end of trip due to the possible fault in their software.

                                        The calculation shows i should get a refund of around rs 1000.

                                        I am never going to suggest ola cabs to any of my contacts ever again.

                                        Ola found out that there was some problem on their end and I got 965/- credited to my Ola money today. I am happy that Ola looked into this matter seriously and came up with this resolution.
