I was moved to hyderabad from pune on 12th april 2018. I have cleared all my ola credits by 24 april 2018. On 14 may 2018, i have taken a ride with ola credit as payment and rs.122 was debited. I was keep on getting messages to clear ola credit of rs.180 and when i check the transaction history of ola credit, there are 2 other trades with rs.29 each both on 13 may 2018 and there is no ride details in my application. (Attached screenshots).

I was not travelled to pune again and how come ola credit has debited my account with 29+29 extra amount without any ride. May be this is happening to all customers who are using ola credit. Without any notice, ola is doing scam by deducting amount from ola credit and asking to pay the amount.

I request all to look at your rides and amount debited is correct and do the payment accordingly.

    In madurai ola is charged more than rs.30 for 4 kms... Sometimes the charge even goes upto rs.60.. Besides this they also charge us extra money...7 out of 10 drivers usually charge us extra than the money shown in the app... I am not sure about other ola services like cabs... I use auto and every auto driver charges us more money than the actual amount... It's seriously an unhealthy sign
    Sir I have take a outstation service from Ola ...when ride complete, they charged me 3700 rs. And I have pay this.
    Also he charged by Ola money of same 3700rs.
    I have complained in Ola but they have not take any action...

      This is really sad that ola is keeping drivers with no sense of talking and basic etiquette to behave.
      Firstly driver's contact no is updated wrong on app. Due to which time coordination became impossible.
      Secondly he doesn't know directions and can't even tell his current location.
      Thirdly he has no sense of talking and talked in rude, he refused to understand the location doesn't even try for it.

      Please take proper actions against such people

      I booked one share cab guindy to t nagr the car arrived after i give my otp number it shown wrong one but in my phone the otp showing same no .what is the problem in this process.so i cancel my ride then i book another cab but th process take more than 20 min and i did, t reach in correct time .and cancellation fee 25 also you are adding

        Hello.. I use ola on regular basis.. It was really a bad experience for me today.. I had booked an ola and after the confirmation the driver was on other call. We couldnt contact him for more than 15 mins. By the time i cancelled my booking he reached my location and wen we approached him he said that the booking was cancelled and if we require we need to rebook the cab.. First of all, he was late and he didn't even feel sorry for not being available on phone... No regrets were seen on his face.. He said he was on his personal call.. I had called him for more than 10 times at least... He left without uttering a word... Then i booked an ola for 2nd time.. This time the driver asked me to cancel my ride as he was little far away from my place.. I was really very upset with their attitudes... Though it is drivers mistake we are fined which is totally unfair... I really want this complaint to be taken seriously and i'm waiting for the response...!

          I booked a prime suv from ola a day before from my drop on 8th june 4.30 pm to majestic railway station making sure that i have planned the drop well in advance. Ola app shows that the driver details will be shared 10 min before the pick up which also happened but immediately after the cab was assigned the driver cancelled the trip. Now for raising a complaint against that driver i don't see the trip on my app. My question is how can we rely on the ride later option and who will pay for the last minute harassment? Another incident happened today 11th june when i booked another prime suv the driver called me and said he is not coming if i am not paying by cash inspite of having credit in my ola money, soon after the driver and vehicle changed. I don't know what's happening and how do i rely on ola.

            driver cancels car after made to wait 25 min

            I booked a car in ola mini he took the booking before dropping the customer on contacting he said he will come after dropping. After 10 min he said the customer dont know where to go so will be late. Then he came some how after 25 min and said he cant go because hus tyre is puncture which was not visible physically. He said he will cancel it though i had the risk of missing the train. Later on ola is charging 50 rs for the fault of the driver...

            I have attached my car hr55y-2079 honda amaze. They are considering all rental booking as invalid booking. As per booking all condition are fulfilled, they are taking their commision as well but taking reverse all days incentive.
            Booking done by me as per the customer route, making bill of less km. On calling helpline no, saying system i not allowing, system fetches km i correct but always difference was their of 6 km. I have visited ola office 6 time gives lot of complaints but always says we have mailed to the concern team they will revert. I have escalate the complaints to all level all times giving me faith go home we will call you till evening but no one reply or call.in last they says it will not revert to you as invalid bookings.
            Incentive of may, 23rd not given till now as complaint close on 28th may with resolution (You are eligible for the incentive that will be credit in your account in 7 working days, today i called again helpline no they said their is not such resolution here and on that day same issue invalid booking.

            no update from OLA till date
            I completed my ride on an OLA auto in Bangalore after which the driver has been continuously calling and disturbing me. The driver name is NISAR AMED. And the contact number is [protected]. The CRN is [protected].
            Please take adequate action against the driver as it is highly unethical.

              I indrika singh booked ola cab as to go for my exam driver doesnt reached and neither informed that he is not coming due to which i got late for my exam this is very unprofessional behavior by both driver and ola.
              Detail of driver sanjeev kumar mishra car no.. Up32hn0199 mob no.. [protected]. Please look into matter and take strict action. We are continuously facing this type of problem as we have to wait for a long time and afterward cab got canceled without any proper region it is big issue toward us please try to solve it as sson as possible
              I have booked a ola cab on dt.10.06.2018. he has denied to come and cancelled the trip after 1 hour. On cancellation, ₹150.00 was charged due to none of my mistake. The driver was insisting to cancel the trip.

                Hi,

                I have booked ola ride on 2nd june 2018 at 9:08 am. I have booked my ride from mathura to kadam resort vrindavan. After booking the ride, i called up the driver to know about the status. He told me he is on the way but according to my ola status he has not moved a little bit. After 15 minutes, i called him again because i could not find the status in the ola ride he again told me he is on the way. He was only 3 minutes away from me from last 15 minutes. I cancelled the ride and booked another one. After cancelling his ride, i got an abusive message from the driver. Is this the way to behave with the customer. Please take necessary action against him. I expect a positive response from you. I have attached the screenshot of message and the ride details along with this mai.

                  My account is hacked on 8th of june 2018. Early morning it was logged out after my ride on 7th of june.

                  Now when i spoke to customer care i got to know that the account has been transferred to the name of : jks and a different mobile number from my name : aman and mobile number.

                  The customer care is not even ready to block the wallet as i have my card details saved in it. A person who is able to hack an account, can make transactions too.

                  Prashant b. T from ola cutomer care was the one who said i have no authorization to help you on this. Please help. I will file a complaint on this issue as my kyc is already done on that account.

                    I have been charged 75 as cancellation fee. I have not cancelled any rides. Can u pl explain? I have not travelled in ola for a lon time and i just cannot understand tis debit. I wll not ola cabs again. You appear fraudulent
                    You have shown a cancelled ride from palce grounds or so, which is impossible. Never have i ccancelled ride with you. This fee of 75 is incorrect and fraudulent. Pl explain how and when i cancelled a ride. I dont even rember using ola cabs. I prefere uber and you have collected 75 from me without my authorisation. It is unfair to a super senior citizen like me (80yrs)

                      Booked ola auto in chennai from ashtalakshmi temple to tidel park (Crn no:[protected] and name :uma maheswaran)

                      Total fare was 34 when i given 35 he demanded more amount with volgure language in front of my wife and his behavior is very worst. He behaves like a rowdy.

                      Don't take these type of ediots in to ola auto family. I ride in ola 90% all are polite and giving respect to the customers. But due to this type of members openion will be cahnged.

                      Hope ola management will take some action on him.

Provided it simply states that my account is blocked for violating their terms and conditions of providing services. All this is done without sending a notice and is against natural justice.

                            I booked a cab through ola outstation for my trip from surat to mumbai on 5th june, 2018. Crn no. Is [protected] with driver name - mr. Shantosh g khatik having car white manza and car no. Gj05bv1116.

                            First he came late by around 40 min and he came in some other cab and told the reason that his car ie white manza having some problem. After he started somewhere around 12 km from the stat his fuel tank got empty around 500 mtr away from petrol pump. Somehow we manages to reach petrol pump. He filled up the tank at that station and asked me to pay. I pay 3000 rs.in good faith that he adjusted in final bill. But after that his car broke down and he tries to manages the situation.in this total incident i already delayed by 2 hrs. Finally i decided to go by my own because i m already delayed. He assured he will refund the money.

                            I called my other vehicle and go. After that he stopped the trip and anotheri got a message for bill payment of rs. 3160. From my ola account another 500 debited.
                            So in total i pay rs. 3500 without trip and delayed in my important meeting by 2 hrs.

                            I request you to refund my payment immediately and take strict action against that driver.
                            Please cancel his ola account.

                              I had booked a mini ola cab from turbhe midc. To go to vashi. I was given a cool cab. Since it was drizzling slightly and i had to reach office urgently, more over the distance was also not much, i accepted the ride. The driver did not come to the pick up point and asked me to go over to him, which upset me. I walked over to him a good 200 mtrs. When i asked him why he did not come to the pick up point, he said this is the direction we need to go. I commented that i was not expecting a cool cab since i have opted for mini, because black and yellow cabs and cool cab drivers mostly are foul mouthed and do not know how to behave. That probably riled him and promptly said he would get me a bmw, and then he kept on chattering nonsense till we reached our destination. I toook him to the basement of my office and showed him my bmw (I do own a bmw 3 series) and told him to speak little more respectfully to his passengers. This again he was not expecting and then he remarked for" your mother f... G rs 135. Do i have to see and hear all these?
                              Then there was a barrage of abuses thrown at each other. I feel so small because in my entire life i have never used such abusive language on any one, nor have i heard from any one; and this good for nothing worm of a man made me lose my temper and character. What i want to know is why ola sent me cool cab when i have asked for a mini ride?

                                Ola cab driver of maruti wagonr number - up14ft 2141 started fighting at the gas station and caused a huge line at the station. He is an irresponsible person should never be permitted to drive. He was abusing the staff at the gas station amd also pushed one guy a lot. This happened at the indian oil petrol pump at the bhai vir singh marg, sector 4, gole market, new delhi.

                                  When my trip ended driver asked for a cash saying some wallet issue and said he will mark as cash paid.

                                  So after arguments i was in hurry and didn't wanted to waste my time i paid a cash 607 rs. Later i got the message that 607 was deducted from my ola wallet.

                                  When i raised a issue with ola support they didn't do anything and driver is not picking up my call.
                                  I am totally helpless here.

                                    Incident: on 02 june 2018, at around 11 am, myself and family were travelling from bangalore international airport to chikkabanavara (Our residence) and we opted to travel through ola and booked through my wife’s mobile no. [protected], payment opted through debit card thus receiving a ola booking reference # crn [protected]. The driver (Mr. Mahindra, mobile no.[protected] after picking us from airport and travelling for a while told us that he does not have an option of accepting money through ola money or through other online modes and insisted that we pay through cash, and further threatened us to get down mid way and book another cab if we do not agree. On my enquiry to the driver, that the amount shall be shown as outstanding in the mobile app if we don’t pay through online, he successfully convinced us that he does not have ola money / online transfer linked to him and the ola team would reconcile and reverse our amount within 1-2 working days, further he also cited other customers as an example whose money was reversed in the same way. Having no other option after our tiresome travel with children and with all due trust on ola’s service and not being aware of the everchanging ola’s business model with their drivers, we agreed to pay the cash

                                    After reaching my residence, i paid him full cash in denomination of rs. 500, 100s and 10s, for a total amount of rs. 713 as per the invoice generated but till date the amount is outstanding.

                                    Current status : on telephonic conversation with ola customer support on 06 june 2018, they have are mentioning that driver has denied accepting cash, while we try to reach the driver, he purposefully avoids us by either stating that he is busy or does not respond to my call. We also requested ola support team to have a conference call with us and the driver, but was firmly rejected, hence, we assume that ola is not transparent and un-ethical in their business with their customers thus engaging and encouraging fraudulent practices along with your partners/drivers without verifying the background of the drivers.

                                      This to inform you that i have been having bad experience with ola cabs off let. Can driver chandni mondal, contact details [protected] have cancelled my ride and questioned my mother a lot and abused her too when i asked him not to question so much. This is the 2nd incidence i am facing. Kindly take care of it or else my last resort will be off filing an fir against ola cab drivers.
