I had purchased new Micromax Tab and wanted to use without sim card. Hnece was trying multiple option multiple times. During the exploration, i booked the trip and cancelled the trip 4-5 times and my device is blocked. I have already mailed to its grievance cell but no response since 72 hrs. I am not able to use ola cab and is facing serious issue as i am very friendly with OLA other than UBER. I have never used UBER and do not want to use the same hence request you to please activate my device asap.
No one has contacted me. Pathetic. OLA is not bothered to listen to the request. Its ridiculous that to book Ola i have to buy another device.

    He both not working well. I am a driver and a operator 2 ola leasing car. Some time ago i took a ola leasing car rj14 te 1256
    Its a second hand car and they not give stepney at car delivery time
    And now in one month i go daily ola office but no one is solve my prob. They all are passing my problem each other. So my lot of time wasted. Kindly request please do it needful

      Today @ 7.33 i booked a cab [ mini white etios] from ceylon bake house, mg road to cochin intrntl airport the amound was 705... But the driver insisted me to give him 850... As i was in a hurry to catch the flight i didnt have much time to argue... I told driver this is not correct and iam a frequent customer and i know the way a bill should come.. His name is anal c a.

      And one more thing... Its very very pathetic that in ur ola app the support system is not at all working.. I tried soo many times to register my complaint and always its showing... Your request could not be oricessed... Let me ask u... What kind of a customer support is this??? Is this a way to treat a customer???

      Expecting professionalism from ur side
      Plz solve my isssue asap... Its not abut my lossed money... Its about ur dignity.. And what kind of driver u r hiring???

        I came to mumbai from bengaluru by jet airways at abt 23.45 hrs last night (06.06.2018)
        I booked ola cab at at 23.58 n got message that mr. Mohammad was assigned to me.
        Accordingly, i went to p7, ola cab pick up point as told by counter girl.
        I am 72 years of age and was exhausted going up to your pick up point. When i reached there i called up mr. Mohammad and was shocked to hear when he said that he was assigned to someone else and not me.
        In order to recheck, i open my tab and then found message that my booking was cancelled at my request.
        My booking message was at 23.58
        My supposed cancellation was at 23.59
        Since i was unable to read otp i had given my tab to counter girl n she had it till she completed formality.
        May i know why the counter girl cancelled my booking?
        Since i was already out of airport terminal, i was not allowed to go back inside. I had to therefore go about asking people where i can get taxi. Finally i reached p4 stood in line for nearly 25 mins n take prepaid taxi.
        I reached home at 1.20 am.
        I believe that my booking was cancelled in order to give it to someone who paid extra.
        I demand to know what action you will take for causing me so much of trouble and mental stress.

          I am a frequent user of ola.. I really felt it also has a emergency help facility but what happened to the bangalore girl? This incident made me raise these complaints..
          Sometimes the cab/ an auto driver is not the one who is given in the photograph which is shown in the booking details.. And they take long and inappropriate routes to charge more.. There will be different vehicle number not the one shown in booking..
          They demand extra charges and fights for it if refused.. They don't agree to get their money paid through ola money.. The first question they ask.. Is it cash or ola money... What is going to be done to sort these out? We request u to provide and safe and friendly service which is really helping us in commuting now a days hoping for positive action to be taken.. Thanks

            I have booked so many times ola auto or cabs.in the booking time it show low rates, in that situation showing there is no rides at this time or cancelled that rides by the owners. If booking high rates all vehicles are available and booked. This is the dis advantage of ola services. Could you provide good service the people what who expecting rates. Please understand the problem....

            I am regular customer of ola daily i take auto ride from my office to bus which actually costed me only rs.30 daily. I had reacharged wallet for regular use as well. Past a week they started charging me 37 or 40 for just 3 kms is not justice, then i tried using booking from other no its reflecting lesser price than me, y is this happening u have to be same for all, infact if m regular customer charge more from and wen i try to use from my friends no its showing lesser price, this is how unjusticefully u do business. Very soon m going stop using ola if this continue, i also tried applying coupon which my friend use then to not able to apply, day by day u guys are trying to snatch money from us...

              I booked ola cab for my family safety with two small kids but the driver bharath picked me from my
              Hotel and driving very rashly which i feared much and stop the car and get down after the 5 miles then he slapped me saying that i abused him due to his rash driving then on he nabbed my neck and saying in kannada he will kill me by holding my neck tightly as i am non local and i found red rashes on my neck.

              I am writing this because in future no body should face this problem in future as ola entertaining driver jobs for the criminal minded people.

                I booked an ola when it was showing ride estimate of 78rs and after reaching the destination the driver charged me 112rs.This is not the first time that i have been cheated by ola drivers.Fraud Company
                It's been over 5 rides in which the driver themselves denied their duty of not coming to a particular destination still my account got deactivated though now it reactivated but this is not a way of dealing with!
                If they don't want to ride they shouldn't confirm the booking.

                  I booked Ola Auto Ride on 5th June 18 at 8 pm. When I called driver to ask his location, he denied the duty. Not only he denied the duty but he started talking in very abusive language. From his voice I could judge that he was drunk. I hung up the phone as I couldn't listen to such abusive words.

                  Now when I called OLA customer care and dictated the whole incidence, OLA employee assured me that strict action will be taken care against this because our company never compromises with the women safety and dignity and all. And he told me that next day I will be getting call from OLA.
                  Next day I got a call from OLA saying that the culprit driver has been given only warning and he will be under our close observation. I told the guy that I don't want him to just get him a warning but I want him to be punished, in any form. I want him to be punished financially or want him to be fired. But the person told that we can just him a warning and nothing else.
                  This is really disappointing and pathetic about Ola cabs company. If a driver is misbehaving with a lady then also that driver is more important to you than your customer satisfaction. Really Really pathetic.
                  Kindly help with this.

                    Yesterday[protected] i with my family planed to visit Puri from Bubaneswar in the evening. When I booked in advance at the portal the price shown to me was Rs.1532 with discount. And in the evening i availed the Cab no OD 02AG 6585 which is registered with you in the name Pabitra Mohan, and completed my trip to puri by 11.37 PM .

                    The trip was 147 km and we had talk for 134 km,

                    Now at the end of trip my phone showed bill of 2133 and the bill at cab driver was 2149.

                    And i had to pay 2149 as the bill is shown at cab side,

                    Kindly resolve the issue and refund back my excess payment you have taken from me.

                    I have already raised this complaint yesterday and again today.

                    Please resolve this issue today only else i will be forced to go for legal action against OLA with the evidence .

                        I travelled from tiruppur to coimbatore yesterday evening.. At the end of the journey, the bill showed rs.1339 approximately and i paid the amount. But the invoice generated showed rs.1002 only. I have to claim the bills to my company in order to get it reimbursed, so i am in need of accurate bills. Post this, i called the customer service and they raised a ticket on my behalf. But without solving the problem, they have updated the status to resolved. This shows the ola's lack of empathy to its customers and not treating them fairly. I hope ola responds to this in the right spirit and save themselves from negative brand image.

                          The cab when i booked showed bill of 1532 and when i closed it showed bill of 2133 in my phone and 2149 in the cab driver phone. For which i had to pay 2149 as bill.
                          Kind be fair in your business.
                          And please look into the matter seriously.
                          And resolve as per your promise within 24 hours else i am going to put the complaint in transport and govt portal.

                          If required i may still do other legal notice also against you.

                            For your information, my last three bookings are from adyar bus depot to kgeyes apartment in parvathy street, besant nagar. But all the drivers got intimated as drop location as tnagar. For me cancelling all three bookings, you (Ola!) have blocked my account temporarily. Is it fair on your part? It is yourobligation to show the drivers proper location so that customers like me wont be blamed for your wrongful act or mistake. Im filing this complaint and i want my account to be unblocked immediately as i have explained that it is a fault on your part. If my relief is not sought immediately i shall proceed with a proper complain on "defamation" as you have mentioned that i have done a fraudulent act in your blocked page. Kindly look into my complaint asap n revert back..

                                While getting out the cab i forgot my mobile which is honor 9liteand minute after it got switched offon calling the driver in his number he refused that there is any mobile in the cab. I would like you to look into the matter out

                                  I am an age-old customer of ola having spent in lacs till date on ola

                                  On 5 may, driver jeeva under crn [protected]; expressed inability to refund back the balance of rs 2000/- note i handed over to him, for a billing of rs ance 467/-. While i requested the ola tele-executive to pay him by ola credit (Which i had in plenty), to my surprise he advised me on record to leave the amount of rs 2000/- with the driver and the balance will be refunded back to my ola credit within 24 hours. I left the note of rs 2000/- with the driver as advised by the executive waiting for the credit of balance refund to ola money. Which never happened

                                  While escalating on tele call again, surprisingly ola and the driver refused to acknowledge the conversation. While i requested them to refer to their call records, they finally agreed to the conversation, but pointed out that the driver had paid back the balance amount contrary to what the tele-execitive had advised

                                  The executives at ola are adamant inspite of all logic and truthfulness on my side, which is very harassing and unceremonial. It is pathetic that there seems to be no escalation of grievances at ola, and that the customer is handed over a hobson's choice to obey to the executive

                                  Ola is denying to return me the balance change, nor give me a way out to seek remedy. Neither does it want to take any action on a fradulent driver who is caught red-handed on record, and evident from the call-records beyond reasonable doubt

                                  Evidence required for resolution is the call-records which is the property of ola and continue to be in their possession

                                  Does ola have any more ears to listen to grievances of its faithful customers

                                    I book ola outstation from faridabad to rudrapur on 2nd june and return on 3rd june. It showed me estimated price of rs. 5900.
                                    When i ended in trip, the fare was rs. 9800. I complaint this to the customer care, they told me that i have booked for 6 hr package and since i have crossed the timing, i have charged extra. They also explained that there is an option to select from 6 hr package or 8 hr package or 24 hr package. So i checked again on my app and saw there is no such thing on my app.
                                    Now they are saying that i have entered wrong return time at the time of booking which i clearly remember that i have not.
                                    Even the app stopped working the next day (3rd june) so i was not able to see the charges or make any change in my booking.
                                    I feel there is a flaw in their app which they are using to make fool to customer and charge extra money.
                                    Driver asked me to pay in cash only.. When I asked I have loaded it in Ola money he said that he wants only cash, and he told me to get down if I can't pay in cash... He was very rude.. I asked him that u can't ask me to get down... He said he can do anything... I want Ola to take strict action..

                                      Aap ne his tarah se operator app me jabardasti se city taxi ko automatic kiya he wo jaldi se remove karo kyuki issue se kaam karne me interest nahi aata hai. Aap pahle bolte the ki aapko chaiye waisa chalao to phir ab ye jabardasti list tarah ki hai. Nahi to outstation aur local rental booking taxi ko alag karo. Kabhi ghar se dur hote 2-3 din ka outstation booking ata hai to wo accept bhi kar pate kyuki kuch saman nahi hota hai saath. Please kuch soccho isle bare me.
