Hi OLA Team,

I book ola yesterday dated 08/08/2022, driver does not reach the exact destination as a curtsy i walk to his destination upon discussion with him. he asked me OTP but did not entered i did not realised the same as he said there is network/app issue, i travelled with him and later once we reached destination he demanded cash saying in his app cash mode is showing, i told him that in my app it is digital then he forcefully asked to do Gpay and shown his mobile screen, it was late night hence i paid he said later your ride will be closed and you will receive invoice, currently it is not happening because of App/network issue. once i went home and found ride has not started only, it is in scheduled state till today (screenshot attached) i paid him amount via gpay (screenshot attached) i called him why he did it to me i booked ola, this is not acceptable, this behaviour will cause more harm as no one is stopping drivers of doing such frauds, and they might have do some more harm to consumers and company reputation, now i am hesitating booking OLa post this incident and trying other Apps like Rapido, uber etc.

Below are the driver and car details to take action, if no action is taken then will file a complaint for encouragement of such activities of drivers harassing customers and it may lead to threat to their lives, how will people book rides for their loved ones without fear?

The ride is still in schedule state, don't know how to settle this, pls guide.

I can reach out to the Police if you want to see CCTV footage from where i onboarded below car.

I am demanding/requesting that you remove this driver from your app and ask him to leave, he may cause harm to customers and he will spread such things in other drivers as well where they might also start doing such frauds, causing harm to the company reputation.

    I am writing this complaint because there seems to be an issue with trip my payments. I booked a ride on the Ola app on July 9th (Cash). It was then charged Rs.439 after the completion of my trip paid to the OLA driver using GPAY (screenshot attached). However, when I checked my OLA app, it showed that I had been charged Rs. 439 in OLA Postpaid again for the same ride (screenshot attached). This is a fairly important issue for me as I have already paid the driver. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Consider this and request that you clear the OLA Money Postpaid bill dues.

        One of the ### are ola, they are charging more than they show... Or else they should have show in advance how much they looting... ###S why you are phone not reachable... They are looting money from public and getting rich... I strongly recommend not to do such frauds works in future this is not the first time... Your drivers play gimmicks and you are charging money from the public... Worst service from Ola... Never get thier worst service...

          The driver asked me to pay in cash/Gpay as he needed the money even though I had selected Ola postpaid. He told me he needed the money and something about a refund being initiated

          Please find attached my payment to him through Gpay

            I am receiving multiple emails about my payment being due and I have already told 15-20 times about the issue with ola support and ola money

            Just want to clarify one thing, I had raised this on Ola app multiple times but every time they close the ticket without providing the resolution.

            CRN [protected] and CRN [protected] both were taken on the same day which is Apr 18th 2022.

            CRN [protected] was booked for 3 hours and 30 kilometers, I had to visit a doctor. When I started the ride after sometime the driver told me that the AC was not working, I did not want to waste time and hence continued the ride. When I reached my destination I stopped the ride since I did not want to travel back in a Non AC cab and get further sick. The bill for the entire trip was Rs 784.00 which I have already paid.

            On the same day I booked the cab from the same location to my home and was charged Rs 630.00

            What we need to do here is to combine both the CRN’s and prepare one bill.. I stopped the first ride because the AC was not working.. not my fault.

            The combined value of both the bills should be as per below. The only thing that I should be paying is Rs187.67 after adjustments and not Rs 630 plus the late fees.

              Today at around 8 pm I took an Ola Cab from Girgaon Chowpatty which broke down after a few kms. The car wouldn’t start after multiple attempts. So I was forced to take a Black.
              A few minutes later, while booking another cab from Ola, I saw some outstanding amount pertaining to my ride. Surprisingly, the ride was showing ‘completed’ and full fare is being charged for that. After this incidence I booked Yellow cab. Shifted my luggage and to my residence.

              I tried to reach the Ola support but I didn't get any support from ola. vain.

              Unfortunately, Ola continues to say that the ride as completed and that i have to pay the fare for that, else, i wont be able to book another ride with them.

                Firstly driver denied to reach at the pick up point then started abusing without any reason. We can’t tolerate this from your listed driver also he didn’t cancelled the ride.

                  Ola post paid is really a fraud application which they have introduce to trap people n harass for money.I had a similar experience for last 3 rides of mine which was paid in cash but inspite of it calls n mails are coming repeatedly n even message of legal action.Good source of income they have started.

                    Booked ola cab from rk Puram to Siri fort road. Driver ended the trip midway in munirka which is few meters away from the pick up point and car couldn’t move ahead. I had to take another travel mode to reach my destination. But I was charged the whole amount. Mode of payment : ola money postpaid
                    Tried calling customer care nobody answered the call.

                      Since I’ve already paid my dues, I’ve constantly receiving the call from your executive and that too from personal number one of your executive names Sonali called my regarding payment and said when are you doing payment I’ve already done the payment then why am I receiving the calls her contact number is +[protected]. Please look into this and also an executive named Nidhi Kulkarni is also messaging me at the same time her contact no is +[protected] please look into this asap, this has been a headache for me

                          I took ola ride today. then there was no option to pay online so i asked the ola driver whether he had Google pay and paid him through Google pay but unfortunately my Google pay payment got stuck so the driver was not ready to wait for confirmation he asked me to do payment from Paytm again so i paid him through Paytm and finally he received both the payments. I paid twice payment for the same ride. Please help to to solve this and get my one payment back.

                                I had booked a ride on 22 Jun, with ride CRN :[protected] total amount of ride was was 288 i paid it via phone pay then it started showing pay via cash so i had to pay via cash also, amount has been debited i never got the refund, please look into matter and refund the amount of 288, i have attached files where i made payment to ola and driver below

                                  I have taken trips by Ola on one on 30 May 2022 & two rides on 1 June 2022 amounting Rs.159, /- Rs.201/- & Rs.204/- respectively.
                                  Vide CRN [protected] [protected] and [protected], paid through (OlaMoney Plus) and cash as well
                                  During these trips I have wrongly pressed the Ola Money Postpaid option and at the end of the trip, have paid the money in cash too. This happened as I was not aware that this option had got pressed.
                                  .
                                  This was noticed by me only after 30 days when I saw Ola's message of Ola to pay money back. I raised a request to reverse this through Ola App but they informed us that they can't reverse this as it is more than 30 days old and hence to write mail in this regard. Till date no one from ola is responding and sending only reminders.

                                  Kindly look into it and do the needful for reversing this claim.

                                    Dear concern, I have tried booking ola on 25th July from Delhi but it been cancelled, even though the amount of Rs.550 & Rs.11 charged from my paytm account which was first shown hold but deducted from my account my ride no is CRN [protected],
                                    I followed so many times but there is no response.
                                    Please refund my Rs.550 & Rs.11 and I have attached the statement of the account for your records.

                                      I have book a ride from IITM to madhavaram, and I paid Rs.381/-, by PayTM, but it was failed. Then I paid by phone pay same amount Rs 381/-, then after resolving the problem of PayTm, the 381 rupees automatically deduct from the account. So two time money paid to ola.
                                      Please resolve this issue and refund my money 381 rupees.

                                        Yesterday I have taken ride from kalyannagar to yeshvantpur railway station at 7.30 pm. After reaching station I tried to pay via phonepe but it was still pending so driver asked me to payin cash I paid and he left, later money got deducted from phone pe as well.
