Dear concern, I have tried booking ola on 25th July from Delhi but it been cancelled, even though the amount of Rs.550 & Rs.11 charged from my paytm account which was first shown hold but deducted from my account my ride no is CRN [protected],
I followed so many times but there is no response.
Please refund my Rs.550 & Rs.11 and I have attached the statement of the account for your records....

Dear sir,
I have book a ride from IITM to madhavaram, and I paid Rs.381/-, by PayTM, but it was failed. Then I paid by phone pay same amount Rs 381/-, then after resolving the problem of PayTm, the 381 rupees automatically deduct from the account. So two time money paid to ola.
Please resolve this issue and refund my money 381 rupees.

Yesterday I have taken ride from kalyannagar to yeshvantpur railway station at 7.30 pm. After reaching station I tried to pay via phonepe but it was still pending so driver asked me to payin cash I paid and he left, later money got deducted from phone pe as well. You can see payment mode in ola app as cash .please resolve this

CRN no: [protected]. the Payment have been done to Drives Phone-Pe number on 29th june 2022. but the application is notifying as the payment is pending for a month....

Ola has charged me cancelation fee of 150 each for 2 cancelations which were done by the driver.
The driver charged me 300 rs extra for no reason.
The billed amount is 500 rs more than the estimated fare.
I am in a loss of total 1100 rs for a billed fare of 2653 rs.
The support feature in the ola app isnt of any use. It always says that there is a technical issue...

Driver was very abusive and arrogant. It was a terrible experience and scary too. I felt like these kind of drivers may go up to any extent. Ola should do the basic background verification of the drivers, it is really not safe for any travellers....

The driver was very rude and pathetic and was yelling at me throughout the ride just because I told him to go in correct route. He used abusive words and asked me to get down in mid way, as I was getting late I requested him to drop me at the location, as I was alone I felt its not safe to argue...

Yesterday, I have taken a trip from Ola Cabs but till now i have not recieved the invoice for my trip after successful payment. While trying to mail the invoice, it is showing "Not available" screenshot attached.
Kindly look into this matter....

I had taken a ride through the Ola app on April 30 at 2:49 pm. The CRN is [protected]. I had paid through UPI for the ride. However, the payment status on the app is 'Pending'. In spite of raising requests about the same, no action has been taken. Due to this, I'm not able to book any rides. Kindly resolve the payment status....

From my account 2 time 180 amount deducted. One by Paytm wallet through Ola app and by ola driver scanner, he lied to me didn't get money they charged me 2 times very disappointing with your service and ola driver service. Below am attaching my screenshot...

This driver left our family and 3 and 5 year kid in the middle of the road ..night..in heavy rain with thunderstorms.. He was telling as it's new car..he don't want to drive in rainy or water road. He made my family to stand in the middle road. My kids were shivering.. Hell with the driver and Hell will ola.....

I booked ola for railway station from home in surat after waiting for 10 approx as it was showing location of cab at 8 min . Driver Banti Valeja asked to cancell the ride and can come if offline i could pay extra 100 rs . Only . And very much concern for me to cancel the ride . When I ask why he is not coming he said fare will be extra 100 rs otherwise he will not come .
Because of this attitude I was late and about to miss my train...

Please terminate my vehicle....

I booked a cab with ola and specifically asked driver wheather AC for the cab is working or not? To which I got. 'YES' response. Despite this AC wasn't switched off and I had to take the ride otherwise I would be stranded midway in the night. I have reached out to OLA but no action has been taken...

On 16th of july around 11:30PM i booked ola cab for my parents to the station. Driver pickup my parents and at destination the driver showed fake bill of ₹582 on his mobile but the ride was still ongoing in my phone (i was at home, not in cab) the driver took this opportunity to scam my parents and showed fake bill and he take ₹585 in cash. We argued and crowd was there but he ran away with his car....

Ola app charging customers for suggested route instead of taken route, for ex I took 30kms ride instead of 45kms route, but charged for 45kms(CRN [protected]).Ola helpline says they can't help since it's system generated bill. I want to inform you that even after repeatedly talking to ola customer care my refund amount is not being given back.I have also given my account details to them, still these people are not giving my money back.
