We booked an ola cab to go from brigade gateway to kial bangalore airport for a ride on 26th february at 17:15 hours. The cab was booked on 25th february itself. The booking was confirmed and we were sent an sms stating that the driver details would be confirmed 10 minutes before the ride. We received an sms today i. E. 26/02/2018 at 16:57 hours confirming the name of the driver and stating that the driver is arriving shortly - name of driver ranjithkumar - [protected] and cab no. Ka05ag3778 - white dzire tour. The passenger was waiting for the cab to arrive and suddenly at 17:02 hours we receive a message from vk-olacabs that your ride crn [protected] has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience and we were request to book another ride. On calling the driver, he started to accuse us of cancelling the booking which we have not done. This is not the first time that ola cab drivers have played such dirty tricks. Ola needs to have accountability on the services confirmed and cannot cancel the rides at the whims and fancies of the drivers. I demand a strict action against the said driver for having caused a last minute inconvenience and ask ola management as to why we should not sue them for making us suffer and run around for another cab - which we of course did with another service provider. We demand a written apology, action against the driver and a accountability from management of ola with proper capa to ensure that such action shall not be repeated and how the management is going to assure the same. Highly condemnable

    I had booked ola cab on 25th feb 18 from ola counter at csia domestic terminal. I was given otp and the mess about car details. When waiting at pick up point the car din arrive for 10 min after which the cab driver called from other number saying he ll not come to pick up point and i ll have to go to highway. People book from the counter to get service from pick up. I denied he canceled the pick up. I had to take a normal cab as i couldn't go back inside. It was so frustrating and such a behavior from ola cab was not expected. Will stick to uber next time.

      Driver take misleading, unknown, risky path even after having gps installed in cab. Threatening behaviour of driver compelled us to scream at him. Took an extra long route, the charge was extremely high than usual. Our ride from home to the destination got [protected]@ 309 rs. But dueto this driver we got [protected]@1024 rs from destination to home. Even after cab booking with valid otp he first rejected the booking and with our valid reasons finally accepted to take us into the cab and hence did such unacceptable behaviour. Driver name: bikash (Ola micro), phone no of driver: [protected] (Provided by ola).

        I booked an ola auto today 25/02/2018 @13:53 (Crn[protected]) driver name : shashi kumar
        He came to my place for pickup, i called him thrice, no response. At last i called again, he told he is on the way to pick me up, but was a bit away from my spot. I waited for more than 10+ mins and he cancelled. Such kind of drivers makes the brand name to loose its value. Ola team, kindly look into such matters as this might be a small issue for you guys, but our time matters.

        I booked a ola share, for 2 people after confirmation, I called the driver he didn't pick the call so I cancel the ride and paid 25 rupees, after that drive called me and abuse me,
        My Mobile number [protected] was blocked for unknown reason.
        Company Not responding for email / phone calls
        I have booked Ola Cab on 18.02.2018 and the driver directly told that he will not come and denied duty while talking in a unappropriate manner. While talking on phone driver used many bad words. The driver detail as below"

          I have booked a cab in madurai from my home to the airport. The driver came for pickup and he told us that he can't come to the airport since he have to go home. I insisted him to take us since we are getting late for the flight. But he never listened to us and started shouting back at us. What the hell the drivers are thinking. If he cannot take the order then why didn't he inform us before hand. I need a response from ola on the particular issue. The device is pathetic and horrible ever. The ride detail is crn[protected]

            My Parent's Ola account was suspended last month, when I inquired about it I got to know it was system related issue of some unknown violation and they can't re-activate. My parents are Senior Citizens and need OLA service. I requested OLA multiple times but no response. I kindly request you to please escalate it and email me for any other specific details.

              I have benn using ola for a long time for its good and little punctual service. But recently and especially after 2018 am able to observe ola autos charging me extra (I. E apart from the estimated travel cost). When i questioned them regarding extra fee they usually give many laymen reasons like odd hours, that ola has diverted his direction to my place from very distant place, ola's share is more than what the drivers get per travel etc etc. Whatever may be the reason it is the final customer who is burderned financially with such service. So i kindly request ola to look into my complaint as soon as possible and also genuinely try to cancel the licences of the auto drivers or warn them to noyt repeat. Ola autos running for 4kms/below charged me 10. Rs extra and 20. Rs more for travel above 4kms apart from the estimated travel cost.

                This is to inform that on[protected], i booked cab from rgia, hyderabad to manikonda. Wherein the amount was shown as 500 and odd. Once i got inside the cab and reached my home the driver demanded rs. 700 odd. When i called the customer care they very up professionally said that the additional charges are for parking and toll gate.

                For my understanding the price shown includes everything. I have traveled several times through ola cabs from air port to my residence and such charges are never been charged. This is absolutely incorrect, unethical and against the principles of natural justice.

                I would call for an unconditional apology and refund of the extra money charged to me.

                  I have been ola operator since nov'16. From 14th feb i cannot login. After i visited their office in sanpada, i was told to update all the documents, for which i did it imm and recvd the ack from ola thro sms mentioning all the documents have been updated.
                  Even after that i am unable to login. Called up the cs who asked me to go to sanpada ola off, went their and was told they cannot do anything ask me to call the cs. Called up the cust service and they were also helpless and asked me to visit the andheri office.
                  After taking a loan of 8 lacs with a emi of 16000/pm, i am loosing lot of money with no business happening and these guys in ola are not at all ready to help me.

                    I am a regular ola customer and use a couple of cabs almost everyday. But in hyderabad near deloitte towers p jagannath road it is a very challenging task to book a cab or auto, they don't accept request boss den what the hell they do they do with ola cab or auto? Finally customer has to search for sharing auto.
                    Please take strict action against them or cancel their license. Hope u guys ll look into the matter.

                      I mr. Rajkishore sharma booked ola cab from shahar airport counter vide booking no. Crn[protected] dtd 21-02-18 to mira bhyander. Driver tausif khan with his white dzeir mh03bc7754 picked up from airport properly however in the middle of the drive at goregoan he asked us to take another cab as he told that there is no diesel and the car will not move further and to make payment of rs.337.00.
                      I asked the driver that how can be leave the customer in the middle of the ride he said i am sorry and cancelled the trip. And switch off the online screen for some time.
                      While i was waiting for another ride he again went on online and booked another customer from there. Since i was helpless at that moment of time as my wife who was with me and had piles operated she was in desperate pain so i have to book a rickshaw and have to go further.

                      I was very upset and thinking that services with ola are good but looking at the last incident i will never book ola cabs henceforth

                        I had booked a cab at around 9:15 am. The eta was too long (16 mins) but i decided to go with it as i had time. The eta kept on increasing and decreasing. So i kept waiting and finally after 35 mins i lost my patience and called the driver. He told me that he had cancelled my ride long time back. The driver didn't even bother calling me himself before cancelling nor did i get any notification from the app. Because of this i was late for my work.
                        My parents booked Ola from Panvel to Borivali he was so rude to them his car number being MH01 CR 1866.He was not knowing the routes n spoke to my parents in indicent manner.I want serious action to be taken against him

                          Today i had travelled with ola cab dl 1r ta 8848 a white wagon r. We went from the meerut cantt area and i paid the toll fee. But when i received the bill mail i found the toll fee been included in it. Also when i was booking it, the rate was rs.130- 139. But when we reached the destination it was very high i. E. 207rs.
                          Kindly take action as soon as possible.

                            Let me list down few of your bad services:

                            1) not sure how your ride is calculated. You always come up with cheap & affordable rides (Micro or mini). However when i calculate the "rs per km". Its beyond inr 20. Such a shame on you guys to loot us.

                            2) i think you guys should stop ola auto. Whenever me, my friends or my family tries to book an auto, i never get a ride. The funny part is, i see a millions of ola autos within close proximity of my place & you guys are good at disappointing us.

                            3) if its raining or it's bad weather, your antennas would be up to loot us again. Bloody 2x or 3x surge price. Pathetic mindset. I wish i can sue you guys

                              I had booked a cab from bayyappanahalli to anathargange remote ola cab, the end of the journey, i had paid cash of 1657rs and driver informed there is problem with app/mobile, not able to confirm as of now.

                              After somedays, i am unable to book the cab service from ola, since driver mentioned that i have not paid the cab service amount. Customer care is not supporting in resolving the issue and driver is not picking the call, its really bad service.

                                At around 10:30pm on feb 14th when i am trying to book a cab the app restarted and a message popped in saying my account is suspended and asked me to check after 24 hours or go to support. After waiting for 24 hours and i still couldn't get into my ola account i dropped a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com and after multiple mails i got a reply saying that they will look into the issue.                                   I am really wondering what's the real reason why my account is blocked when i didn't do any conscious violation. It's seriously hampering my travels and as a long time customer i believe ola will clarify my concern.

                                  This blunt reply of yours doesn't serve the purpose but hurting a genuine customer who is left stranded without any idea. I appreciate your best reply on this issue and help me out to be on the board. Also i would want to know if any other misuse happening through my credentials absolutely without my knowledge but i can assure you that i'm not that kind to violate the rules consciously. Also, i need to know if something happens because of any ignorance.

                                  Thanks for the same reply.

                                  Someone should be able to help to resolve this issue. Even after writing this genuine mails, looking for some credible resolutions, i'm wondering whether it will not have any resolution at all for the fault which you can't even identify.

                                  Kindly give some e-mail id or contact no. Of any higher authority who can grant any possible resolution. I strongly believe ola cannot reject a genuine customer for "unknown mistake".

                                  Kindly help me out instead of writing the same reply.

                                    I was travelling by an ola cab on wedensday 7th feb from swargate to hinjewadi phase 3. The driver was driving around 70 km per hr and around 11:40 pm near wakad he dashed the car over devider and dashed into signal pole. I was sitting at back sit and was badly injured. I was asking driver to help me to take to hospital as i was heaviliy bleeding but driver was busy in checking the damange happen to his car leaving me unattended on the road. After 10 mins i got some help who took me to hospital. I had made a police complaint to wakad police station as well.
                                    Shamelessly driver came to hospital next day along with police saying that that is not his fault and his car got damanged and hence he did not help me. I spoke to ola team post my surgery and surprise to see the first question raised by them saying why i did not inform on same day about accident? Then i told the situation and my operation ola simply raised their hands saying we are not responsible for the accident caused by driver. You go ahead and file the police complaint against him for the compensation.
                                    They even did not bother to verify my health and no response from them further
                                    OLA has suspended my account permanently for violation of terms & conditions. They are not ready to explain what kind of violation took place. I have balance money in OLA account. They have stopped responding on mail. Customer care gives very typical answers which is hardly of any help.
                                    I booked in advance vide CRN no [protected]. Driver did not come to pick us. When I called his response was I am at your place as per map. I m lawyer. I had to book another to take flight. Take action, do not take cancellation charges. Anyway I will file suit for damages.
                                    Today I booked an OLa shared cab -OSN[protected] and the driver dropped me in midway.And when I called customer care they were also supporting the driver.I am very disappointed with the service.And also he has taken money for the ride also and they are not ready to refund also.
                                    VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
                                    REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

                                      I had a trip from sector 4, dwarka to indira gandhi international airport on 5th feb 2018.
                                      The estimated amount was rupees 340 and i have been billed rupees 690, which is clearly disproportionate and disappointing.
                                      The alternative route taken was longer and i was still stuck in traffic.
                                      When i mailed to resolve the issue-your good for nothing-executives mailed that it cannot be resolved. I payed the bill and it was found that rs 150 has been added to my bill as parking. How will i know why he parked when he just dropped me? Why am i paying parking? It was a pick and drop service. Why will i pay the parking? He had already taken a longer route (Please check the image) and i reached on the nick of time.
                                      This is completely non-sense and cheating.

                                      I want a refund for the same.
