I am a regular ola customer and use a couple of cabs almost everyday. Never had such a harrowing experience wherein i booked a cab, driver called to ask for address details, spoke really rudely and cancelled the cab from his end itself. This was in the rush office morning hours when delays can be very inconvenient. Driver's mobile number is [protected]. How you take strict action. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I am really wondering what's the real reason why my account is blocked when i didn't do any conscious violation. It's seriously hampering my travels and as a long time customer i believe ola will clarify my concern.

    This blunt reply of yours doesn't serve the purpose but hurting a genuine customer who is left stranded without any idea. I appreciate your best reply on this issue and help me out to be on the board. Also i would want to know if any other misuse happening through my credentials absolutely without my knowledge but i can assure you that i'm not that kind to violate the rules consciously. Also, i need to know if something happens because of any ignorance.

    Hope you understand and do the needful at the immediate pls...

    Thanks for the same reply.

    Someone should be able to help to resolve this issue. Even after writing this genuine mails, looking for some credible resolutions, i'm wondering whether it will not have any resolution at all for the fault which you can't even identify.

    Kindly give some e-mail id or contact no. Of any higher authority who can grant any possible resolution. I strongly believe ola cannot reject a genuine customer for "unknown mistake".

    Kindly help me out instead of writing the same reply.

      I was travelling by an ola cab on wedensday 7th feb from swargate to hinjewadi phase 3. The driver was driving around 70 km per hr and around 11:40 pm near wakad he dashed the car over devider and dashed into signal pole. I was sitting at back sit and was badly injured. I was asking driver to help me to take to hospital as i was heaviliy bleeding but driver was busy in checking the damange happen to his car leaving me unattended on the road. After 10 mins i got some help who took me to hospital. I had made a police complaint to wakad police station as well.
      Shamelessly driver came to hospital next day along with police saying that that is not his fault and his car got damanged and hence he did not help me. I spoke to ola team post my surgery and surprise to see the first question raised by them saying why i did not inform on same day about accident? Then i told the situation and my operation ola simply raised their hands saying we are not responsible for the accident caused by driver. You go ahead and file the police complaint against him for the compensation.
      They even did not bother to verify my health and no response from them further
      OLA has suspended my account permanently for violation of terms & conditions. They are not ready to explain what kind of violation took place. I have balance money in OLA account. They have stopped responding on mail. Customer care gives very typical answers which is hardly of any help.
      I booked in advance vide CRN no [protected]. Driver did not come to pick us. When I called his response was I am at your place as per map. I m lawyer. I had to book another to take flight. Take action, do not take cancellation charges. Anyway I will file suit for damages.
      Today I booked an OLa shared cab -OSN[protected] and the driver dropped me in midway.And when I called customer care they were also supporting the driver.I am very disappointed with the service.And also he has taken money for the ride also and they are not ready to refund also.
      VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
      REALLY DISAPPOINTED.

        I had a trip from sector 4, dwarka to indira gandhi international airport on 5th feb 2018.
        The estimated amount was rupees 340 and i have been billed rupees 690, which is clearly disproportionate and disappointing.
        The alternative route taken was longer and i was still stuck in traffic.
        When i mailed to resolve the issue-your good for nothing-executives mailed that it cannot be resolved. I payed the bill and it was found that rs 150 has been added to my bill as parking. How will i know why he parked when he just dropped me? Why am i paying parking? It was a pick and drop service. Why will i pay the parking? He had already taken a longer route (Please check the image) and i reached on the nick of time.
        This is completely non-sense and cheating.

        I want a refund for the same.

          Hi,

          I need to understand why my ola account has been blocked.. I have already written on the given mail id on saturday but there is no response.
          The complaint no is 90385923...
          I am using ola from a long time, what has happened and what violations have been done at my end due to which the account is blocked...
          I find this fishy and now is suspicious of wrong doings at ola end.
          Pls activate my account at the earliest.
          Sir the cab did not arrive. I waited for 30 minutes. He even did not pick up the phone.

            In my last trip from nagpur to bhilai on 12th feb 18. I was to choose the round trip to bhilai as one way trip was not possible for bhilai. So i agreed and took the cab from nagpur. There were 4 tolls and driver told me to pay for return charges at every toll even though i was going to travel for oneway. Accordingly i did that but ethically i feel it is not correct.
            Second, since i have paid for hire charges to and fro, i deserve a certification that the cab has travelled without any passenger and no payments were made to the facility for which i have already paid. Or else i should be reimbursed with toll charges + fare of return travel.

            The cab was white bolt MH31EQ0645 and the driver was Mahesh Dashratrao Falke.
            1. My contention is i should be paying for toll for journey i am availing the cab and not for return back to nagpur.
            2. If the cab has taken passengers on return travel, then i should be refunded with the amount charged for bhilai to nagpur distance. If the cab has gone without passenger/s then a certificate to be given saying so.
            3. At any cost driver should not take any passengers without the consent of the Ola company. It should be viewed as it is with the company's consent.
            the matter may be expedited at the earliest.

              I booked a ola ride from delhi airport to gurgaon sector 48.
              My selected payment option was ola money. When i called the driver,
              He said he will only drive if i pay him by cash.
              I told him that i already choosen ola money as payment option.
              He said that he will change the payment option to cash.
              I said okay if it is possible. He took me from airport.
              During journey he took my phone for changing payment option to cash.
              He transferred 627 rupee from my number to this number [protected]
              (On searching this number with facebook, it shown salman khan with profile as:https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=[protected]).
              He said my money will be back after 10 min of ride completion.
              He took cash 627 rupee at end of my ride. But the ola money never returned to my account.
              I realized that he cheated me.
              The registered name of driver is naseem with mobile number
              [protected] (Though true caller and facebook show him as aatish khan and this is link to his fb account: https://www.facebook.com/aatish.khan.9803) and vehicle number hr55aa3554.
              Please take action against this driver and prevent more such fraud.

                He has not come for the pick up and after calling he has refused that he will not come and hanged up the call and after trying continuously he has not received the call once and afterwards also switched off his number this thing also happened many a times ago that driver has refused

                  Hello,

                  This is extremely outrageous and blatant fraud being committed from ola's end. Do not trust ola neither their driver's rated 4.8!
                  Here is what happened during my latest ola ride.

                  1) i booked ola for my father and i opted for upi payment, the amount specified was 394.
                  2) as mentioned by my father, all the way the driver was busy speaking on call to someone and was hardly any dutiful, i am surprised at his 4.8 rating.
                  3) when my father reached the destination, he was asked the fare amount in cash and he paid the driver rs.500 to which the driver did not even return the balance cash of rs.106.
                  4) at home, when i opened the ola app, i was forcibly asked to pay rs.394 via upi despite of the payment being done in cash as specified in point 3.
                  5) i called driver first to verify that whether payment was done and he admitted that cash payment was done, shamelessly without even specifying that he received extra rs.106 amount, then i called customer care regarding this and the representative told me to clear upi payment and everything including the excess payment of 106 (Excess cash amount)+394 (Done by upi) =500 will be refunded to me and that i did not need to be worried about it.
                  6) now i receive mail from ola that i am not liable to receive any refund from you, what nonsense is this? I have never seen such fraudulent experience from ola and seems like everyone including ola and the driver itself is involved in duping customers money. Confirm it from your driver and return back my money asap you cheaters! Was regularly opting for ola rides and never had an experience like this, never ever going for these ola cheaters again! Return my money! This is so wrong and upsetting!

                    Booked outstation OLA Cab from Bangalore to Mysore. On the mid of the way driver stopped for fuel and asked us to pay Rs 1000/-. In traditional cabs we pay for fuel and at final bill it gets reduced. thinking same way i paid 1000/- and when the trip got ended at 11.30 pm cost of the trip got detucted from by Ola Money balance and finally driver had to return back me Rs 250. It was at around 11.30 pm and driver requested that he will transfer thru PayTm early in the morning since he had my phone number. But he didn't and never picked up my call. I am following it up wiht Ola since last two weeks. Driver has also confirmed with Ola investigation team that he has to return me 250/rs back. Its been two weeks neither OLA is responding not Driver is picking up my call.

                    I have spent half of my money on calling Ola customer care. Each time i call they say to give us 24-48 hrs and after 48 hrs i get email saying ticket has be closed. Every time I have to call up Ola again to reopen new ticket...

                      I had booked ola share at 12.30 noon and the driver manjunatha k. H. Was forcing me to cancel the ride as he could not come. I have told him to cancel if he cannot come but he did not. The app is not allowing me to go any further.

                      Also i had booked ola sometime back but the cab did not show up for a long time. I waited and waited and then cancelled the cab. For this you are showing old arrears if 50 rupees whereas it us your mustake for not showing up.

                      Please cancel all the arrears and stop this harassment.

                        Called next minute but no-one received. Called after 15minutes to ola care - ola team told we are not able to provide support because it is a issue with driver side

                        Requested ola team raise a complaint regarding this issue but they are again and again stated that we work like this only, we can't provide any support

                        My humble request it is ongoing issue for me in every week - please help or assist me

                          I have had a couple of issues with drivers not turning the ac on despite us paying for such a cab.

                          More importantly they refuse to close the windows either when requested as nowadays there is a lot of construction or metro work in my commute route.

                          First of all you dont have an effective system to raise a support ticket and then when we do contact you give the templated dialogue of how the partner was not supposed to behave this way and it would be escalated. I finally managed to send an email and you have conveniently closed the ticket. Tell me how was the problem rectified.

                          My ride was on feb 8, 2018 with laxmana biradar ka09c2960 a silver indica. The complaint raised is osn[protected]

                            All of Ola rep's that i spoke today (feb 15, 2018) with since morning were incompetent, unhelpful & made a mockery of my situation (including 2 supervisors-Sanjesh & one lady i forgot her name-if they were actually supervisors as clearly had no apt training or concern or even knew what exactly customer services stands for?!) Plus my ph#[protected] where you mention money is refunded has been messed up with & blocked by Ola folks post lodging complaints as have tried logging into Ola app on same ph model with another number & it works just fine, clearly its NOT MY PH OR NETWORK which is an issue like your dud tech reps are trying to portray it as!
                            brief synopsis-initial share cab (OSN[protected], driver-Shankar, cab# - 0212 White Xcent) that came to pick me up suddenly reported CNG issues after picking up another passenger from Base Hospital & in middle of busy intersection @Moti bagh stopped & said to speak with Ola customer care to arrange for new cab. Called up Ola-1st lady booked another share cab for me post "supposedly hearing" my entire concern. 2nd cab booked also didn't come for pickup as i was told it was "too far off" & there's "traffic"-that driver never cancelled ride from his end still! I called up again & spoke with another rep & her supervisor-who was clearly rude plus incompetent & was overtalking rather than listening to me(pls check call recordings), kept asking me to calm down (would want to see such calmness if you ever go through Hell like i was forced into by OLA). I gave up on OLA as no-one was helping clearly & asked me to book another cab by self (look at help being received!) I had to walk on foot from busy intersection for almost 1-2kms to get to nearest bus stop to book another cab for self. My number was blocked by OLA post lodging complaints & even offline booking option was not appearing despite trying all possible troubleshooting steps being told by another rep on call when i called up again so that she could book cab for me (reinstall ola app, ph restart, etc etc). Rather than understanding my problem, she "tried to guide me on how to use ola to book by self"(PS-i use ola everyday & know more than these ppl might knw-my logs will show the same). I had to take auto & buses to reach back home as clearly my day was ruined & couldnt reach work on time. This still doesnt end yet! Post reaching home, i followed all mentioned troubleshooting steps again to be doubly sure, but no i kept getting "unable to connect, check your network/internet error" wherein all other apps (fb, whatsapp, etc) were working all fine. I logged in with another phone number on same ph & same ola app & it works just fine. I took another handset & logged in with my original number(which is blocked still) & guess what I get same error. Clearly its not my phone, internet or app version which is the "problem"-i had called up for last time again & spoke with rep Elvis to pass onto supervisor (Sanjesh)-who was again some rep pretending to be supervisor as he asked me for same info 4-5 times (i recorded this call this time) as i dont see anyone at OLA trying to help sooner. I need my money back & original number unblocked else will lodge formal complaint with RTI & post this on all social media platforms as you guys simply are worthless & shrewd to the core!

                            After lodging harassment complaint with OLA rep(Kalpana Tiwari) in the morning, as I kept receiving calls from Ola driver (8130949483-trucaller name DTC D Parmod Ksh) & almost same voip (+916294199807-trucaller name Rahul Shrma) number despite the fact my app was still blocked which means I couldnt have possibly booked any cab as issue persisted (emailed call recordings, screenshots of calls & SMS received to OLA folks in morning too as evidence) -the issue has been resolved all of a sudden. Thank God was able to transfer balance amount on another number! Will never be using in my life ever again, even if i have to pay more via any other cab services! Truly Appalling & Disgraceful!!

                            I got threatening call from some man from Ola (or was pretending to be from ola) after logging online complaint, i hv an sms also & call recording also as proof. He hung up by saying "apka issue resolve nahi hoga ab"
                            His name comes up as Ashwini Srivastava on trucaller & number he called up from was [protected] (which comes out to be some voip number), clearly someone is intentionally messing up. Will be lodging police complaint tomorrow & visit ola office too positively as issue is still not fixed on my original ph#.                               I have booked a ola cab with the coupon code just 56 in which it is mentioned that till 7 km or 30 minutes only 56 rs will be applied. My ride took 8 km and 33 minutes. How can ola cab can charge rs 153 for just 1 km or 3 minutes extra? Ola cheated me. Just refund my complete money. How can you charge 100 rs extra for just 1 km? I will raised this issue on facebook and i will not suggest my friends to take ola ride nor apply any coupon provide to by ola. Ola cab are cheater

                                I have taken a ola lease cab.
                                But the car which i had been alloted had major works. At the time of taking ola le promised me to change/repair car. On next working day. Ie monday. But when i confronted them on monday they told me that other cabs are not available. Instead they told me to drive the same alloted car. I drive it 1day & complains of customers started regarding car & problem.
                                It had taken cab on 3feb2018. Till now i am not getting change of cab. Instead of they are charging me lease rental each. Day. I don't have specific number of lease department to contact. Mean while they call talk what they have to say & keep the call without listening to me. We lease owners suffering from loss.
                                If this happens then how will we be taking cab on lease.

                                Please help.

                                  Hi,
                                  This ride was just annoying, very much disappointed with ola, the driver did not drop me to the destination saying the auto gas was complete, asked me to pay the amount and leave, this is not the way to do customer service, if this is the way company works then it's very difficult to retain your customers, i would never prefer ola in future

                                    I traveled to Shravanabelagola on a ola outstation, My trip distance was 200km, but at the end 60km was added and they took 550 more, raised a complaint but no response from 10 days, if i call and ask they say it will be resolved in 24 hours.
                                    The message I got about meter reading at the start of the trip was 35182, which is wrong

                                      Driver took cash on exit from airport of rs 200. We argues that it must be added in our ride cost but since he told to pay and then check in the bill received at last.

                                      But on completion of ride only amount of rs 734 displayed not the breakup of bill. Today i checked the mail and came to know that rs 200 was added in bill. Now thats a fraud since the driver knew the thing. Thatswhy driver was asking to pay quickly as he wanted to leave.

                                      Please check that my rs 200 is refunded.

                                        Ola certainly cannot be trusted.
                                        I had booked a cab for my mom who was travelling on another city going from airport to home. I made my payment through ola money. At first the driver asked to walk ahead of pickup location and find the car. When my mom finally boarded the cab, he told my mom to give cash for the ride or to get down from the cab. He was unexceptionally impolite and it was difficult to talk to him. My mom had to get down with all her luggage and book an uber again. This was a nightmare, which my mom had to face because i booked an ola. This was so embarrassing. Where is digital india, ola? So unprofessional. I will never trust you again. I can literally sue you for this harassment. And stop promoting ola money when your driver does not know a thing about it.
