I have booked a ola cab with the coupon code just 56 in which it is mentioned that till 7 km or 30 minutes only 56 rs will be applied. My ride took 8 km and 33 minutes. How can ola cab can charge rs 153 for just 1 km or 3 minutes extra? Ola cheated me. Just refund my complete money. How can you charge 100 rs extra for just 1 km? I will raised this issue on facebook and i will not suggest my friends to take ola ride nor apply any coupon provide...

But the car which i had been alloted had major works. At the time of taking ola le promised me to change/repair car. On next working day. Ie monday. But when i confronted them on monday they told me that other cabs are not available. Instead they told me to drive the same alloted car. This ride was just annoying, very much disappointed with ola, the driver did not drop me to the destination saying the auto gas was complete, asked me to pay the amount and leave, this is not the way to do customer service, if this is the way company works then it's very difficult to retain your customers, i would never prefer ola in future

I traveled to Shravanabelagola on a ola outstation, My trip distance was 200km, but at the end 60km was added and they took 550 more, raised a complaint but no response from 10 days, if i call and ask they say it will be resolved in 24 hours.
The message I got about meter reading at the start of the trip was 35182, which is wrong

Driver took cash on exit from airport of rs 200. We argues that it must be added in our ride cost but since he told to pay and then check in the bill received at last.

But on completion of ride only amount of rs 734 displayed not the breakup of bill. Today i checked the mail and came to know that rs 200 was added in bill. Now thats a fraud since the driver knew the thing. Thatswhy driver was asking to pay quickly as he wanted...

Ola certainly cannot be trusted.

First time at 6:24pm the fare showed 234.. The driver called asking for the drop location and he canceled the cab. Booked another cab few minutes at 6:33pm later the fare changed to 315. Convinience fees is charged with no transperacy. Customer is not intimated during booking. Almost 50+ was charged whereas route is charged less everytime. Just to make bill settle ment these guys have come up with convinience fees. They call it as point to point service. Poor customer response too without giving resolution tickets are directly set to resolved....

Hello, i have booked a ride on 10th feb by mistake have booked a share instead of micro cab after sharing the otp no. I learned to know that it was a share cab i did not even sat in the cab the driver told that he had cancelled the booking from his end and you contact the costumer care they will refund the thinking that i left the cab and booked another cab my money got deducted from my ola account of ₹470. Kindly refund my money back....

With reference to charging of rs. 50/- as cancellation fees for trip no crn [protected],
We would like to inform you the following.

On 6th feb, 2017, i had booked for a ride to sodpur from bank of india, topin road.
After confirmation of the ride i found that pick up point was indicated wrongly by ola as belghoria instead of our actual location i. E. Bank of india, topin road.br...

If ola driver cancelled the drive where we will get help. Ola driver had cancelled my rides 3 times and i have cancel the rides for same driver for 4 times and my id got blocked as per your policy.. You do not have policies for your customers... If you are in service industry you have to give best experience to your customers but this is my worst experience with your service.
Please consider my complaint as suggestion also....

When i was blocked for 24 hours.

I asked for a reason why my account was blocked even when i never made any cancellations.

If you don't unblock my account within 24 hours. State the reason why and reply with a valid proof.

I never cancelled any booking.

Now they permanently blocked me without any reason...

My account with ola has been blocked from more than 2 weeks (May be more). More irritating is that this is done without any reason or notice given prior to this. I want my account released as soon as possible as i'm facing a lot of problems due to this. And i also want to know if there is any issue from my end or have i done something errorneous. Response and resolution awaited asap....

I would like to bring to the notice that vehicle no. Ka 53 c 2763 with driver mr. Sreenath/chippu (Mob no. [protected]), first after reaching my residence requested for cash payment instead of ola money and also refused to switch on the ride portal citing that he would not be in a position to give a receipt for the the journey. The taxi was pre-booked from residence to airport.

I had lodged a complaints with ola cabs but no response as on date 60 days are over from date of double payment but not yet reversed by the company. I had sent them proof of debit on 10/12/17 and again on 11/12/17 for rs 373/- paid by me twice for one single same journey so as to continue to use their services again as told to me by their customer care division over phone....
