Yesterday night when i was asleep there were many transaction on my debit card - axisbank debit card - which were fraudulent and not done by me.

5 of the transaction shows the amount debited towards olacabs payu totalling 45, 000 inr.

The exact name towards which the transaction happened is :
Ecom pur/olacabs payu/gurugram/091117/00

Date of transactions : 09-november-2017

Please help me to revert those transaction amount.

    Your ola auto to kanhai gaon gurgaon 4days back agreed to return to paint shop where i left some purchased stuff. We only went 1km back, picked stuff and reached destination exclusive floors dlf5. Once there he demanded rs100 instead of rs29 + waiting /extra 2km return route. Now you have blocked my account for your ola auto driver s decision and my excess cost!
    I am a school teacher& 1year regular customer of ola. Kindly unblock.

      It has been noticed that recently one of your registered driver tried to harass miss shiku shetty just because she called her uncle this is an utter rubbish, that such a thing is happening with the most known and legitimate brand being a rational person after this event i would never you this app and also try to suggest as many people as possible to not to use this app or other wise please take a legitimate action against that driver name of the driver mohd nazim, car silver xcent, his phone no.0 [protected]

        For no reason they blocked the account,
        Customer support people are talking very badly and they dont even know why the account is blocked, they are saying system has detected some violation of policy, but dont know what.

        Even website do not provide any reasons for account being blocked.

        Luckily i could transfer the ola money back to my bank account through ola money app, which was around 1000 rupees.
        My ola account id is juhi. Zee. [protected]@gmail.com, please unblock my id asap.
        The drivers of the cabs all ill-mannered . Its fine i[censored] do not want to take the ride but learn to talk properly . I was very abruptly denied by this driver . His contact number is[protected].

          Yesterday, i booked a can around 4:40 pm to go to palayam from my house near kanjirampara. I was ready when the cab arrived. But when the cab driver turned and came to my house, he asked me why i had cancelled the trip. I had not cancelled the trip, but was dressed and ready to go. He dropped me in palayam, but i had to pay rs. 50 extra as cancellation charge. He told me that the same thing had happened to him earlier that day too. Strangely, the same thing happened to me again, but this time, the cab immediately got another trip and i was not charged. I have been unnecessarily charged rs. 50 extra, which should be paid back to me.

            I have booked the ola micro from rohini sec-7 to new delhi railway station. Approximate distance is 15.1 km and riding time is 64 min. But the actual charged from is rs 280. When i spoke to ola customer care. They told that per km rate is rs 6 and riding time is rs 1.50 per minute. If we calculate accordingly the fare comes out to be rs 220 approx.
            Customer care executive said that it was peak time so due to higher demand charge was higher.
            If there is higher demand then ola should not be booked as all cabs must be occupied.

            Ola in this way charging higher amount from the customer. Now ola is not providing the proper summary of the bill. They are mentioning the base fare and taxes only. Earlier they were providing the invoice.
            They just block me telling i have violated some of there service but surely I didn't.
            Sent proof details in mail for KYC even after that not able to transfer the money. Please look into this as priority.

              I availed ola outstation cab on 5th nov, from greater noida to haridwar with the following details,

              Driver requested me to pay in cash as he would need it for expenses. So, paid this amount in cash. Somehow the same amount got deducted from my ola money account as well. I ve been trying to reach the driver sine then, but he not pick1 up my calls. I raised the issue with customer care (Ola support #[protected], no reponse from them either.
              I need refund of rs. 2967, which we additionally charged to me.

                My son booked an ola auto from sector 50, noida till sunriseville school on 7th nov 2017. The charges on the app showed rs 32 but when the boy reached the school, the auto driver said that he has to pay rs 40 because that is the correct charge. The auto driver's name is and his auto number is. Why does ola hire the services of such frauds? Are they not concerned that such people are blemishing their services and good will? I demand action against this auto driver and his licence be stripped off and he not be allowed to operate under ola auto in future.

                  On 3rd nov 2017 around 5:15 pm when i was at medanta medicity, gurgaon, i have tried to book a cab for jamia nagar, okhla, delhi. Due to weak signals at the site booking was not processed and two times i have booked cab but there was no confirmation of booking as message displayed was "try again". Failing to book, i requested my fried to try for uber.in the mean time an uber cab booked by my friend and i was boarding the same when a call from ola came. I told the driver that as my booking could not be completed, i am leaving by an other cab. A fine of rs. 75 has been levied on my next ola ride.
                  Earlier at around 4:55 pm on the same day, i have booked an ola for the same destination and driver confirmed booking. After more than 10 minute when i called him on [protected] back he did not received two calls. I

                    Today i booked car from rt nagar to railway station. Time to reach pick up point was about 15 minutes. I was waiting for the car to arrive. But i got call from the driver who asked me to cancel the booking as he was continuing with existing customer to air port. When cancelled, and tried booking once more after some time, i noticed that rs50/ as cancellation charges. I would like to bring this to the notice of government, and approach court incase i don't get right reply.
                    I am posting this against "Ismail Khan driving Ola Swift Dezire, DL1YE6041 Delhi". This was the worst experience that I ever had with Ola so far. I have been a regular costumer of Ola but seeing this kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude from this driver was just unacceptable. Asking customer to pay toll charges, Abusing loudly in front of my female collegue, Rash Driving, Spitting tobacco on road are some of the experience that I had this morning. I am looking for a strict action against this driver and to maintain the reputation and dignity of Ola, termination of driver like these is mandatory. I am looking for options to move to other cab transport services like Uber.

                      He was not responding my call and he was away from my location and he misbehaved with me. I'm doctor as profession and always trust the service of ola cabs. I'm very surprised to see such a person, working with ola misbehaving. Do the needful. How can someone just talk in abusive language and misbehave like this. If my issue will not be resolved, i will never ever trust ola cabs, and i will post this in every social media site. So that people will come to know about this situation. How can a driver be so rude?? Why you have to keep such sort of person, who are unable to understand or know how to behave. This is some kind of weird sort of a person and i want you to resolve this issue.

                        I am currently living in bangalore. Last night around 11:30 continuous calls from ola saying that i have booked cab somewhere in coimbatore. And in the morning i receive a text asking me to pay 225 to the driver. I have uninstalled the app, and will never get back. It has been absolute nonsense to call somebody at that time of the night. Look into it and please getback. Ola has never given a satisfying experience till now. So i would rather request u to delete my account and stop sending messages, unsubscribe me from all possible things i am involved with you. I would not wish to have any further interactions with you.

                          I suddenly realize while booking ola for an urgent hospital appointment, that my account was blocked. No prior intimation on this at all from ola.
                          When i contacted ola support, they replied that my account was blocked permanently due to "violation of ola policy" and they cannot unblock it..

                          I would like to know what was the violation?

                          Did i make such a severe offence? Was it a criminal offence, that ola is treating me like this?

                          Moreover, there is no information on the ola money balance in my account.

                          Ola simply just does not respond to me multiple emails or posts / query on their facebook account?

                          Why am i being tortured like this?

                            Dear sir,

                            I am venkatesh varadhan, residing in chennai, india. On 30th oct, at 7.46pm myself and my colleague had booked two separate share ride using ola application to travel from adyar (Our office) to guindy (Railway station). We both were assigned same cab, but the driver asked us to pay rs. 300/- per person (Total 600rs) as against the originally quoted price in ola app. I do not remember the exact quoted price, it was approximately one third (About 100rs). Since we did not accept to pay 2x premium per person, the driver denied to board us. However, ola has charged us the cancellation fee, despite raising complaint with ola, through their customer support option in their application. I have attached the screenshots of the booking and the cancellation fee levied.

                            It is not about the one time payment of rs.25/-, i have been wrongly charged for the cancellation, several times in the past, even though i have not attempted to cancel a trip.

                            Actually, ola does not have a a process to validate whether driver cancels / passenger cancels. We find it as a risk to book a next cab just because we wonder if we will be charged cancellation fee multiple times. As an example, i have also attached a screenshot of an auto booking made on sep 18, 2017, and it is yet to arrive for pickup :). Neither ola driver or ola or myself has cancelled it, and i am still waiting for the auto to pick me up :) haha.

                              I had booked an ola cab through ola app from 834, 23rd cross, sector 2, hsr layout to vineyard garden, dodda banaswadi on 02:13 pm.
                              Details are : micro, crn[protected]
                              1. Ola set the destination as ohana gardens, dodda banaswadi
                              2. The distance from my start point to my end point is 20 km
                              3. Ola charged for 32kms.
                              4. When i questioned the driver about the high amount charged he told me he has not taken the way shown in his app.
                              I want the excess amount charged for 12kms to be refunded to me.
                              I booked the ola auto...and i contacted the driver once i booked...driver told he was in another ride cant cme on time...asked me to cancel the ride...as per his terms ly i cancenelled...why i charged for cancellation...2 3 times i suffered of this issue...

                                When i had a problem with my driver, rudely denying completing a duty, when i called customer support, one thinking too much of himself ‘customer support executive’, mr, akshay attends to me on ola customer support call centre. When i had no conclusion to the discussion with him, i asked to be transferred to his superior ie the manager or floor supervisor. Instead of transferring to the superior authority, mr, akshay whiled away 15 minutes of my call during the graveyard hours, stating “my supervisor is busy on another call”... The call center executive, mr. Akshay did not show signs of being trained or groomed to handle customer grevinces and concerns that needed quick resoning. Thus, because of mr. Akshay’s incompetence, when asked to be transferred to his superior, he blatantly refused and cut/disconnected the call. If this is the kind of man power that ola is recruiting, i would rather travel by a black and yellow, rather than believing their untruthful advertising. Being a very regular customer to ola and giving a good business of thousands per month, if your man power doesn’t have the courtesy of giving respect to a customer, regardless of the volume of business given and if ola thinks they’re so high and mighty then it definitely doesn’t deserve my business and neither of the people in my network who also give ola a great chunk of business.
                                P. S. I would like a probe from the concerned authorities to know where was the supervisor when he was much needed to attend to a customer?

                                  Despite of have sufficient ola money balance availabile..ola credit is being utilised..
                                  And before hand a mail request is already sent to you guys for ola credit deactivation...
                                  This looks like an intentional step to not enable customer to deactivate ola credit..
                                  Need immediate ola credit deactivation.
                                  Also customer service is so pathetic that they placed my call on hold for almost 45 min with no response..

                                      I booked a micro (Crn [protected]) and ola sent me a taxi. On raising the issue, ola executive informed that in micro, the make is considered, irrespective of it being a kaali peeli. So ola sent me a taxi and justified that it was correct. On asking why the separate category of taxi, there was no answer and the executive repeated that irrespective of the black and yellow as it was an indica, it fell under micro.
                                      My concern still remains. If india comes under micro, then why has ola kept a taxi category where too the make is indica
                                      Same happened with me earlier (CRN[protected]) and when I asked to there call centre about this they said it is clearly mentioned in the app which is not true. they are the big cheater now days

                                        On 31st october i booked ola taxi from epip zone to state bank of india, aec layout at 10.15. The driver did not respond. I reported the matter to ola support through ola app. I got a response that i had to wait for five minutes more. Later i got a message that the ride was cancelled though i did not press the option. Today while booking a ride i noticed that rs.50/- was imposed and collected from me. This is unfair as i did not cancel the ride. So please arrange to withdraw the penalty of rs. 50/-. Somaseshu g

                                        On 31st October I booked Ola taxi from EPIP to SBI, AEC Layout . The driver did not respond. I reportrd the matter through my app to ola support. later suddenly the ride was cancelled. For no fault of my own, Rs. 50/- has been deducted from my amount when I booked a ride today. This is not fair. So kindly the penalty amount may be re-credited to my account.

                                        Its one of the common techniques. Mail every details to ola technology via mail you will surely get response.
                                        If they didn’t respond to you properly in 2-3 days then file an complaint against them to nearest Cybercell.
