I am currently living in bangalore. Last night around 11:30 continuous calls from ola saying that i have booked cab somewhere in coimbatore. And in the morning i receive a text asking me to pay 225 to the driver. I have uninstalled the app, and will never get back. It has been absolute nonsense to call somebody at that time of the night. Look into it and please getback. Ola has never given a satisfying experience till now. So i would rather request u to delete my account and stop sending messages, unsubscribe me from all possible things i am involved with you. I would not wish to have any further interactions with you.

I have done ola money recharge for Rs. 200 twice. The amount got debited but recharge not done. I want my Rs. 400 refund. I have got all the proof in my Net Banking statement. Date of transaction - 02.11.2017

    I suddenly realize while booking ola for an urgent hospital appointment, that my account was blocked. No prior intimation on this at all from ola.
    When i contacted ola support, they replied that my account was blocked permanently due to "violation of ola policy" and they cannot unblock it..

    I would like to know what was the violation?

    Did i make such a severe offence? Was it a criminal offence, that ola is treating me like this?

    Moreover, there is no information on the ola money balance in my account.

    Ola simply just does not respond to me multiple emails or posts / query on their facebook account?

    Why am i being tortured like this?

      Dear sir,

      I am venkatesh varadhan, residing in chennai, india. On 30th oct, at 7.46pm myself and my colleague had booked two separate share ride using ola application to travel from adyar (Our office) to guindy (Railway station). We both were assigned same cab, but the driver asked us to pay rs. 300/- per person (Total 600rs) as against the originally quoted price in ola app. I do not remember the exact quoted price, it was approximately one third (About 100rs). Since we did not accept to pay 2x premium per person, the driver denied to board us. However, ola has charged us the cancellation fee, despite raising complaint with ola, through their customer support option in their application. I have attached the screenshots of the booking and the cancellation fee levied.

      It is not about the one time payment of rs.25/-, i have been wrongly charged for the cancellation, several times in the past, even though i have not attempted to cancel a trip.

      Actually, ola does not have a a process to validate whether driver cancels / passenger cancels. We find it as a risk to book a next cab just because we wonder if we will be charged cancellation fee multiple times. As an example, i have also attached a screenshot of an auto booking made on sep 18, 2017, and it is yet to arrive for pickup :). Neither ola driver or ola or myself has cancelled it, and i am still waiting for the auto to pick me up :) haha.

        I had booked an ola cab through ola app from 834, 23rd cross, sector 2, hsr layout to vineyard garden, dodda banaswadi on 02:13 pm.
        Details are : micro, crn[protected]
        1. Ola set the destination as ohana gardens, dodda banaswadi
        2. The distance from my start point to my end point is 20 km
        3. Ola charged for 32kms.
        4. When i questioned the driver about the high amount charged he told me he has not taken the way shown in his app.
        I want the excess amount charged for 12kms to be refunded to me.
        I booked the ola auto...and i contacted the driver once i booked...driver told he was in another ride cant cme on time...asked me to cancel the ride...as per his terms ly i cancenelled...why i charged for cancellation...2 3 times i suffered of this issue...

          When i had a problem with my driver, rudely denying completing a duty, when i called customer support, one thinking too much of himself ‘customer support executive’, mr, akshay attends to me on ola customer support call centre. When i had no conclusion to the discussion with him, i asked to be transferred to his superior ie the manager or floor supervisor. Instead of transferring to the superior authority, mr, akshay whiled away 15 minutes of my call during the graveyard hours, stating “my supervisor is busy on another call”... The call center executive, mr. Akshay did not show signs of being trained or groomed to handle customer grevinces and concerns that needed quick resoning. Thus, because of mr. Akshay’s incompetence, when asked to be transferred to his superior, he blatantly refused and cut/disconnected the call. If this is the kind of man power that ola is recruiting, i would rather travel by a black and yellow, rather than believing their untruthful advertising. Being a very regular customer to ola and giving a good business of thousands per month, if your man power doesn’t have the courtesy of giving respect to a customer, regardless of the volume of business given and if ola thinks they’re so high and mighty then it definitely doesn’t deserve my business and neither of the people in my network who also give ola a great chunk of business.
          P. S. I would like a probe from the concerned authorities to know where was the supervisor when he was much needed to attend to a customer?

            Despite of have sufficient ola money balance availabile..ola credit is being utilised..
            And before hand a mail request is already sent to you guys for ola credit deactivation...
            This looks like an intentional step to not enable customer to deactivate ola credit..
            Need immediate ola credit deactivation.
            Also customer service is so pathetic that they placed my call on hold for almost 45 min with no response..

              I lost my phone today morning while i was travelling from srinagar colony to mgbs bus stop. I forgot my phone in cab, after getting down from the cab i tried calling my number, it rang once but it was unanswered and i tried calling again, it was switched off. I request you to find my phone and take necessary actions.

                I booked a micro (Crn [protected]) and ola sent me a taxi. On raising the issue, ola executive informed that in micro, the make is considered, irrespective of it being a kaali peeli. So ola sent me a taxi and justified that it was correct. On asking why the separate category of taxi, there was no answer and the executive repeated that irrespective of the black and yellow as it was an indica, it fell under micro.
                My concern still remains. If india comes under micro, then why has ola kept a taxi category where too the make is indica
                Same happened with me earlier (CRN[protected]) and when I asked to there call centre about this they said it is clearly mentioned in the app which is not true. they are the big cheater now days

                  On 31st october i booked ola taxi from epip zone to state bank of india, aec layout at 10.15. The driver did not respond. I reported the matter to ola support through ola app. I got a response that i had to wait for five minutes more. Later i got a message that the ride was cancelled though i did not press the option. Today while booking a ride i noticed that rs.50/- was imposed and collected from me. This is unfair as i did not cancel the ride. So please arrange to withdraw the penalty of rs. 50/-. Somaseshu g

                  On 31st October I booked Ola taxi from EPIP to SBI, AEC Layout . The driver did not respond. I reportrd the matter through my app to ola support. later suddenly the ride was cancelled. For no fault of my own, Rs. 50/- has been deducted from my amount when I booked a ride today. This is not fair. So kindly the penalty amount may be re-credited to my account.

                  Its one of the common techniques. Mail every details to ola technology via mail you will surely get response.
                  If they didn’t respond to you properly in 2-3 days then file an complaint against them to nearest Cybercell.

                    Hi this is sugirda raaja i have ride in between tambaram sanitorium to velachery... Driver at in drunk mode... He said that he was in chitlapakkam and it wil take 17 mins to come... But he was nearly only 1.5km... Heavy smell was came in a/c... Plz avoid alcohol while that driver in driving mode because it is not safe and secure... And the drivers was not accepting if the trip is long... They arr cancelling our trip by themself... Plz avoid that tooo... It is so irritating... This is not possible in uber and fastrack... Plz cancel that cancelling trip by driver...

                      I booked a ride on ola on 2/11/18 vide crn no[protected]: the ride was from railway parallel line sahakaranagar bangalore to bangalore baptist hospital which is less than 5 kms. After dropping me in the destination the driver said ok and left. After sometime i received information stating that 287/ is charged from my ola money for a total distance of 13.5 kms which is wrong. I lodged complaint on the portal but no response the booking details can be checked from the company. The sivalaya anandnagar being shown as drop point is manipulated by the driver, as could be inferred.

                        This is an incident on 1st nov.'17 at around 9:45 at delhi jaipur highway near earlier toll date passed ambiance mall, gurugram (Gurgaon).

                        I was in my swift dzire car and going to udyog vihar office when the mentioned cab driver hit my car from behind, my car took 2-3 revolutions and got in the opposite direction toward shankar chock under pass. By the time i could realize things, the cab driver ran away with his on boarded passengers.

                        This is a highly fetal accident, my car got fully damaged and my god's grace my life got saved. My car could have got stuck with other cars coming from opposite directions and more lives could have been in stake.

                        Need a strict action against this driver and expecting compensation in this regard.

                          Yesterday me and my friend had an ola auto trip and i applied the coupon also and the estimated was 25. But on tht auto drivers app the amount was 40 and my friend went to his home and brought other 15 bucks. And the amount on the app to pay the auto driver is 25 only. So please look after this issue why does the amount on auto driver's phone was 40 when the amount on my app is 25rs

                            I was travelling through ola cab (Mini) yesterday evening (1st november, 2017) at 10.00 pm. The name of the driver is suman h a and car crn no. Is [protected]. He overcharged rs.125 in cash for toll saying that he doesn't have money and misbehaved which was completely unacceptable. I paid through ola money that included toll money. It was disgusting and please refund my amount. I tried doing it through ola app in the menu section but it doesn't work and says (It cannot be processed).

                              On wednesday 1 nov i recently received a msg on ola app stating that my account has been blocked.. Due some violation of policy.. I contact ed them but they say can't do anything as they can't tell the violation.. I asked them to re activate my account but they refused.. From my side i have not done any thing wrong.. Plz help me to get my account back as i have money in it..

                                Crn[protected]. I booked ola cab for airport drop. The total charge for the ride came rs.1107. I already selected pay by cash model. However the fraud driver took rs.1200 in cash and also deducted rs. 267 which was in my ola money. How did ola allowed the driver to charge my wallet without my permission. I tried to complain, the ola company is simply dislaying the message that it’s not their responsibility if i have paid extra to the driver. They are allowing this fraud to happen. The company is living in denial mode. Total fraud is happening, customer please beware of this rip off.

                                  I had booked an ola cab at around 2.15 pm today i. E. 01/11/2017.. During the travel the ola driver said he did not know whether the drivers themselves pay the toll or no.. Hence he made the customer pay the toll.. However this is not a onetime incidence.. This has happened many times before with me/ my relatives. (Mh 01 bt 8030 otp - 7446). The toll is paid by the cab drivers themselves when i have travelled with other cab services.. The toll money should get refunded.

                                    Booking got confirmed 3 times and then drivers were called me and asked the destination and then cancelled the bookings. Got the below message to my mobile. I have suffered with this. Are your drivers served to the destinations which they like??

                                    Sorry! Your ola share booking (Above ids) has been cancelled as driver was unable to server you this time. Please try booking again.
                                    You people has blocked my friend's account [protected] Mr. Thomas MJ without any notice. He had Rs2000/- in hisaccount, In order to swallow my money you have blocked my account. Please refund the amount immediately.

                                      When i book ola cab to ride from Anand vihar terminal to Nirankari Colony, there was showing fare between ₹216-₹236,
                                      But when i complete my ride ola charged ₹340.
                                      Why ?
                                      And when i talk to customer care he says you have to pay.
                                      Why?
                                      I paid that time coz i was late for my work..
                                      But now i want back my extra money which u had taken..

                                        On 28.10.2017, i have booked auto through net and otp generated by system, at the same time i got auto no. Mh 31 cb 5515 with driver seikh mohasin (Otp no. 4035). When i was call back to him which number provided by your system, that body has told that he is unable to come due to punctured his vehicle.
                                        Again on same date and time i have booked cab on your site with otp generated by system, at the same time i got message with cab no. Mh 49 f 443 with driver amit petkar (Otp no. 9872). When i was call back to him which number provided by your system, that body has told that he has shown inability to come due to some passenger has vomited in his cab. When i asked to cancelled my booking, that fellow said that i have not reached to your nearby your location hence suggested to cancel the booking, your money will not be deducted. As i cancelled the booking, at the same time i have received a message for deducting of rs. 25/- from next booking. And my rs.25/- has been added in my next booking dated 30.10.2017 vide otp no. 5753.

                                        Need information of the passengers who booked same cab so I can get my phone back.
