I would like to share you my worst experience and service concern what happen with us on saturday (28th oct' 2017).

Our friends came from kolkata for a day regarding their work, as they were new and they booked rental option of 120km/12hrs cab from mobile no :- 9xxxxxxxx, as they want to and fro from bhubaneswar to nuapatana, odisha (Which is 100km round way). When we about to start our ride we have said that we need to go to nuapatana. Then he started the ride, just after 3km he said we cannot go their and he was fully rude as he is not weeling to go at all. Then he scared us by saying that it may charge you around 3000/-. Then we said why it will charge 3000/- as it showed us only 1268/- after discount.

Then he said you can close your ride and whatever will be shown in bill you have to pay now. As we were not having that much cash, so we have to close our ride.
After close we saw it was 1268/- per only 3 km, which was really unfair with us.

We tried to use support service for the current ride, but we were unable to use as in "your ride" section ride detail was not visible at all (After restart of the device also). We were fully helpless. Then we said to cab driver to help us as it is not worth and we were getting late, he was very rude and the behavior was very bad. So we have to pay and leave the cab.

Kindly tell me one thing if we have did wrong at least the cab driver should aware of that we have booked the wrong option. So that we can cancelled at that moment and can pay 150/- for cancellation. Please tell me whether is that worth for going 3km in 15 min will be charged as 1268/-.

Please consider our request he dropped us in the middle o[censored]nknown road and went off. We were really helpless over there.

I would like to request to take server action for the cab driver and we apologize we booked wrong option as we were not aware. But paying 1278/- is really worthless.

Please take the genuine fine/fare and refund us the amount.

My account blocked for no reason I hvnt cancelled any rides nd haven't used the account for many days still tehy have blocked

    Iam regular user of ola and they blocked my account where i have some amount in ola wallet. They speak rude and not willing to give valid reason. I see many faced this problem now, and strongly believe ola needs to be proven they are not above govt constitution.
    They talk about their automated system is above all and not willing share or prove violation of terms.

      My wife has booked an ola cab service from west maredpalley (Sec-bad) to attapur and boarded the cab. The cab driver started talking abusive language when he has got to know the destination is very far, hence he dropped my wife with an infant on the busy main road near vivanta begumpet and threatened with warnings and took twice the cab amount. He even warned her to go and file a complaint to police and do whatever you want to. This incident was very disturbing and shocking on how ola have hired such a ruthless and abusive drivers.

      I will make sure to file a fir after this email, if i am not being reverted properly and the driver has to be punished very severely.

At this time when I said that it's again by mistake he said that an phone lag hi gaya hai tho bath Karlo. I immediately shout at him him saying that is your mind fine or not. He said yes yes.

        Driver did not have a enough change also he has demanded the high amount after the bill amount shown in my mobile when i asked for the same he said in his device that amount only qoutes and u asked him to show the mobile then he said my battery was low it got off.

        After that he accepted to get the same amount which was quoted by ola but he don't have a enough change or amount with him so he promised that since he is my areal he will come and return it on the same day evening. Now 2 weeks went still he didt not returned it, if call also while speaking he disconnecting the call.

        Already i made a complained in ola but till now no response.

          I took a car and i was in lease agreement with ur company because of driver verification process my cab has been stopped before 20 days and till date my driver verification has not yet completed chennai customer support says we has completed our verification process and they blame hyderabad branch not verified yet and the same hyderabad branch says chennai head office branch is pending my driver verification now to how i should contact can i get back my deposit money or else should i have file case against ur company can i get information about this my email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com

            On 16th october 2017 my sister got a fraudulent call from phone#: [protected] where she was informed about a debit card lapse period for which they needed a otp, it was unfortunate that she provided them the otp and thereafter a transaction of 10000 rupees happened in the name of ola cabs. I called the service centre for ola cabs and immediately raised the concern and blocked the wallet as they asked for the first four and last two digits of the debit card. Then she lodged a complaint in the cyber crime cell lalbazar kolkata police from where she was told that the complaint was emailed to all cyber departments including [protected]@olacabs.com. After arround a week on asking ola about the refund they are saying that we are not able to provide any update on this.

              Dear team,

              I am very much disappointed with regular defect in service that i am facing.
              By the time i book a sharing cab from ola and driver deny to come for reasons like

              1. I do not go for sharing (Even if my booking is done when i choose for share cab)
              2. The other passenger is sick i cannot pick you up.
              3. Your pickup is too far, i cannot come.
              4. My tyre has punctured and going to a garage.

              Every time i ask for cancellation to the driver, he avoids to do that and i have to pay extra cancellation charges. It is highly frustrating to pay unnecessarily. This can be a glitch in ola drivers or ola mobile app for technical reasons.

              The above incidents are in order from latest to oldest.

              Todays incident is the first one, when i booked a cab for my office and driver told me after booking is confirmed that i do not book for sharing. Additionally, i asked him to cancel booking from his side and he assured to cancel it. I was getting late and waited for 5 minutes for him to cancel it from his side so that i can book another one. He did not cancel it and also rejected my phone call several times. He picked up my call after i had to cancel booking from my side and faced a deduction of cancellation money which was completely unfair. He told me now that he do not have the cancellation option. So i dont know who played the game the mobile app or the driver.

                I booked a ride (2000rs package - 10 hours 100 km plan) with ola cab. The driver comes to pickup location and says he will not take up the ride (The ride was booked for my old aged parents and i wasnt going in the ride).

                Called customer care - they say the money will be deducted for me even though its not my problem

                Finally they dint take me through the ride + deducted 1600 rupees from my ola money.

                I want a refund of full amount since this is not my mistake - or i want to escalate this to consumer court please someone help to guide me through the procedure for this.

                  I use ola to book an auto everyday to work. I tried to do the same today and i saw that my account was blocked. It said it might be because i have canceled several times. Even if i did cancel several times it was because the eta was too long or because one of your drivers asked me to. This doesn't mean you block an account without any notification. And this is not the first time ola has acted this way. Everytime i try to take free ride you guys conveniently don't have any vehicles available. And this only happens when i have a free ride available!

                    I travel every day from dlf phase 4 to gurgoan sector 18 where my office is located. I use a micro or mini and my fare is around rs 150 back and forth.
                    On the following dates as metioned below ola cab driver did not close the meter when i got down hence i was overcharged. I pay by ola money and just noticed it yesterday evening. So my morning fare was refunded since it was same day.

                      Yesterday i booked for ola prime. The fare was rs.294. Me n my husband were boarded to ola.. Though i dont have sufficient balance in my ola account. So i added some amount in my account during ride. After sometime i gotdown n my husband continue it till destination,.in the destination he asked 218 to my husband, my husband gave it n also deducted my ola money 294 from my account. I called to that guy, he told that he ll talk to that company n return back me. After that he switched off his phone. Can i get the suggestion for this please. I tried fro ola support complaint, t. They were saying sorry for this inconvinience. What should i do?

                        I complained earlier also for my last ride but didn't get any response. The delay in pickup was manageable but traveling without ac during peak time with jam roads was horrible. We were not able to breath. Our lungs were full of toxic air hence felt i'll. You know the air quality of bengaluru and that too during evening hours. It was a nightmare.
                        We should be properly compensated for this unthinkable journey.

                            I had booked ola cab for my sister for drop at sahar airport mumbai from deccan gymkhana pune. The driver and cab details are

                            Majahar ([protected]) and car a white ritz mh14fc2585.
                            The pick up time was 4 pm on 25th oct. The pick up was alright, but when the taxi reached mumbai, the driver lost his way, may be he took a wrong exit. He has to inquire of the route to airport, which is strange for a professional driver. My sister was distressed being traveling alone. With great difficulty she could reach airport. On reaching airport the driver asked for more money than the estimated amount given by ola. The ola amount after the discount was 1630 /-. The driver talked to me as if it was my fault that he lost his way. He was demanding more than 2000/- after the bad service he has provided. All this experience discourages me to take the ola service again. It is very bad experience for me and for my sister.

                              I booked a Prime SUV, which came to pick my passengers but lastly refused to take them with no reason. The name of the driver is Dhananjay Dubey. He told us he cannot pick 7 passengers though while booking through the app, it shows a Prime SUV holds 6-7 seats. Lastly, I told him even to pick 6 of my passengers, but he went away with his car literally slanging us.
                              I don't know why he behaved like this but being a regular customer of OLA cabs, I want strict action against him unless I will be bound to knock the doors of consumer forum.

                                Oct 6th 2017 i booked ola cab crn [protected]. I'm waiting more than a min but he is not responding my calls long time i tried to him he is not attending my call so i'm cancel my ride but later today 25th oct 2017 i booked cab and that time they charging cancellation charges rs.50/- addionaly. Driver only done the mistake why should you charge to me. Please enquire and reverse back my cancellation charged amount.

                                  Crn[protected] - 21.10.2017 - travelled from basaveshwara nagar to subramanyapura. Driver name is raveesh ([protected]). He took cash rs..270/- from us mentioning that app had a problem and later on even the ola money got deducted. When i called him he agreed to return the money. He did not turn up. Later on when i again called he said money will be refunded to my ola account. However the company is not ready to take this responsibility. I feel driver and company go hand in hand for such day light robbery. This is disgusting. Ola cab is a unethical company with no integrity.

                                    Regarding crn[protected]. I booked a cab on oct 13, 2017.

                                    I had unpleasant and unsafe ride experience. Called customer care spoke to swetha and vidhya her supervisor both were of no help. Within 10 mins i had to get down the cab and decided to call customer car from cab and told them i’m not paying for unsafe ride of 10 mins. They insisted me to pay 8 hrs package as per policy. The customer service was pathetic and because of this drivers are so confident in misbehaving with female passengers.

                                    I got various calls and i called ola serval times still my issue is not resolved. They keep calling me to make the payment for ride not taken.in addition they billed me for 10 hrs extra.

                                    Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                      Today i took ola cab from grant road to vasai. It was 71 kms and it took 91 minutes for the ride. Ola has charged 3 times the usual fare. When u asked for detailed fare, they informed me various type of charges as applicable. They have levied charge's which other taxi or app base cabs don't charge. Need refund for the same. Also it was not a peak hour and they have just charged me rs. 27 per km. After base 20 km. This is just plain cheating base taxi app system. Will file a legal complain for this matter if i don't get refund

                                        My ride to rml hospital on oct 21 with driver charan singh was over charged both cash and ola money wallet was deducted. Booking was from [protected] by name shimona. Driver phn no is [protected]. I called driver and asked why did he take cash when money was already deducted from wallet... He replied that in his phone money payment was through cash. Please correct ur technical fault. Donot give ur 3 day stupid refunfrule. Otherwise will take further strict action
