Extra amount charged Moshi - Chakan - Mumbai Airport

I have attached route Map which I travelled during my ride in fragmented 3 pcs.
If you see the all summation of these complete route which is not more than 180 Km. So if I consider Tolerance of 10 Km then still it should not exceed more than 190Km. So kindly check the route as per invoice, it is showing extra 80Km which is not valid and is wrong. Most of time we spent in traffic during this route and also had breakfast on the way....

Abusive Rude Rider

I tried to book a ride on June 30 from OLA. I booked for a bike ride from home to office, the rider was closed to me & he accepted my ride & called me for my location. I confirmed my location on 1st call & disconnected the call. After few mins rider called me again & was kind of blackmailing me on religion stuff to take ride on personal basic as via app they get to much of tax deductions, i declined the offer so he said "thik he phir rickshaw...

Ola Postpaid services disabled without a reason

Hi, my Ola postpaid services have been disabled by Ola yesterday. Also, I added Rs 358 to the Ola Wallet but the balance is still Rs 0. the same amount has been deducted from my account. Pls, help as I am facing several issues with the app despite paying all the bills/cab fares regularly....

No option to complete KYC?

I had topped up my Ola Wallet with around 4000 INR.
The system shows "KYC Pending" but there is no option anywhere in the app to complete it. The money is sitting there and I can't make any payments.

I looked up the internet but there are no alternate ways provided for this as well.

Dropped at wrong location in Bangalore

We have booked an auto ride for my cousins(2Girls) on OLA app - 03/07/2022 9:05 pm from pothys Gandhinagar to National Travels, Kalasipalayam. Driver happened to drop us at wrong destination somewhere in Malleswaram which is clearly Ola App issue and it was unsafe for us - this concerns the safety issue. Charging me for transaction that I have not made

I can see a transaction of 133 rupees that I did not do in my ola money postpaid due.So I complained regarding it to ola support and ola money support but they did not reslove my issue.But instead of resolving issue they are charging me late fees upon late fees every week....

Ride

I had booked a ride from Carmelaram railway station to my then pg which amounted to 221 rupees.
I had given payment method as Ola postpaid. But on insisting in between the ride, I had to pay the amount to a petrol pump when the auto driver stopped in a petrol pump to fill gas or else I would have been thrown out.
Now I am getting multiple messages from unknown numbers threating me to move legally for not paying the amount in...

Double charged - ola rental cab also ola driver is cheater

Double charged - ola rental cab

I took ola rental cab for 4hrs 40km for Indore city on 28 June 22. I completed my trip on time and not more then 40km. Also estimate cost shown Rs.820 but after finish my trip they charged Rs.1421 . Extra charges for 54km. Can you imagine that in city area total 94km run is possible. I visited 4 place near in city. I complained in ola support team they refund me only Rs.37... Payment paid to driver but still showing my app pending payment

Ola Cab- Overcharging

I had scheduled Ola Cab for Travel to Hyderabad Airport from my Location Aparna Cyberzon, Nallagandla. The travel was for June 22 '2022 at 9:15 AM as my flight from Rajiv Gandhi Airport, Hyderabad was at 1200 hrs . Bill Charged excess than estimated fare and driver took cash and ola money charging again.

I am Ashok Arora, your customer took a ride on 02nd April 2022 @ 2.24 pm with CRN No. [protected]. After taking a ride the driver asked to pay a bill amount Rs. 96 which showed the same amount while at the time of booking. The driver asked me to pay the cash and I have paid Rs. 100 to him.

After paying the cash the next day I got the msg from OLA money to pay outstanding of Rs. 194.

My ride was Rs. 96. Driver...

Account blocked because of ola partner registration

Ola cabs is more important tome than Ola partner app I just registered the app for temporary purpose and now I have changed the number in partner app then also ola cabs and ola partners not resolving my issue so please unblock my ola cab app...

We Booked ola outstation round trip from Bangalore to hogennakal on 26th June 2022 from 5 am to 7pm. Total fare amount was showing rs 4600
We started our trip at around 5 am and came back to Bangalore by 2 pm. Then we saw fare amount has been rs 6815.
After analysing invoice, we got to know the driver updated total 375 km trip. In true, the round trip was total 250 km.
Then I tried contacting ola costumer care again and...

I paid in cash for my parents ride on 10th may. Driver said the app will update it automatically. Today when I tried to use it again it says outstanding amount to be paid. Such a ridiculous service. Drivers are allowed to make scene in public and get the cash but not allowed to update in app from driver side about the same. I am now asked to pay again online just because I didn't notice the outstanding amount. It's Ola app and driver issue...
