I had taken an Ola Auto today and the fare was Rs. 143. I had made the payment of ₹ 200 in cash and later I got a communication that ₹ 143 has again been debited from my Ola Money

As this is a double debit for the same ride, please reverse the Ola Money charges as the driver has already been paid for the trip

I was charged more than estimated charges

I had booked an ola kaali peeli cab from BKC to Mumbai central but later changed the drop location to Delhi Zaika, Mahim, but I was charged for the payment which showed till Mumbai Central and i also tried to put up a complaint on app but its not happening. Request you to have a look at my extra paid issue as soon as possible....

Driver took cash of 669rs eventhough I had selected UPI payment option on Ola app.I had asked for online option of Gpay or Paytm but it was not available with driver.Kindly look into this matter..As ola app still showing me 669rs payment pending whereas I had already paid 669rs to driver in cash.

Not getting support from ola employee

Hi I am Avijit a rejistered vendor of patna city . My work profile is to increase supply for patna city. And when we onboard the new vehicles to ola platform we do not get support from our reporting person MR SWATESH KUMAR swatesh.[protected]@olacabs.com . Usually gives support to me or my team. When ever we ask for support de denis saying "I will inform you later on" . And when we ask for support in wats app group there also he takes to much time...

Unprofessional, No accountability

So both the issues mentioned below have happened with me atleast thrice before.
1. Everytime I book an Ola the app says "xyz mins left to pay online". Its not fair. You cannot kind of hold me at ransom that pay now or pay by cash later.
Why is this time limit there?
Why can't I chose the mode of payment as per my will?

Refund of 75/- not credited from past 03 months

I took a ride through OLa in the month of April. after the ride an additional amount of 75/- was deducted from my account. On 10.07.2022 I took a ride from noida sector 38, garden galleria till Indirapuram. First the OlA app on driver’s phone didn’t accept the OTP so driver called the customer service and i was told that due to KYC not been updated the ride could not be started so they started from their end.

I was told that the amount will be double and i would need to pay in cash as the wallet cannot be used and even the wallet money would...

Paid cash as requested by cab driver but its showing pending payment

Hi, I am having ola account with mobile no: XXXXXXX434.
I had ola taxi ride in april 16 .For which I was charged 705 which I supposed to pay online but as driver asked me to pay cash, I made the cash payment .
So for last two months I am continuously getting call from ola customer care to make payment, I had already explain multiple times to them that I had made the payment by cash to the driver if you want can confirm with...

Ola cabs prime play device virus issue

Ola cabs device prime play destroyed phone by adding virus through Bluetooth connection..no warning or anything that tells you will be at risk if you use it
I am very sad with your service that...in all the cabs...you won't know it that there is prime play system in all the cabs and built in facility for all the users to connect with the speakers of car using a bluetooth connection by searching for car name or device name in our own...

Double charged - ola cab

I took an ola cab for outstation ride from Jaipur Airport to Koriawas Haryana. The distance for ride shown in the map was 168 km and estimated fare shown be ola app was 4137 Rs. As it was a long ride so we took a break of 30 minutes in mid way for dinner. We didn't change our route or destination in between. I started my ride from Jaipur Airport at 06:54 pm and I reached my destination at 10:23 pm. So in total 3 hr and 29 minutes time taken...

Paid for cab ride twice by cash and through upi

Prepaid the cab ride through UPI and even after successful transaction the cab driver asked for payment in cash. Paid twice for the same ride.
I am attaching the transaction details of the payment via Google pay and the ola invoice that says the payment was done in cash....

Non refund of amount

I booked a ride in the month of january 2022. Due to the mistake of driver in cab meter reading, i was charged more amount. After complaining for the same, ola agreed to refund the extra charged amount and they did so by offering me a voucher of Rs 348/- (ticket no[protected] dated 27 Jan 22). As per them, i could use that voucher for my next rides till the voucher balance gets exhausted. I requested them through mail that I have no travel...

Cancellation fee and demand of cash

Hello
We all have been facing an issue Ola cab service. Its driver deny online payment through app and demand for cash. When we try to reach out the customer care, it never a success. Robotic chats are available but of no use. At the end ola driver will cancel the trip and we ( customer ) will be charged cancellation fee. I have raised this issue with company on twitter and facebook ( as there is no way to reach them / they don't respond)...
