From my account 2 time 180 amount deducted. One by Paytm wallet through Ola app and by ola driver scanner, he lied to me didn't get money they charged me 2 times very disappointing with your service and ola driver service. Below am attaching my screenshot

    I booked a cab with OLA at 9.20 PM. The driver accepted my ride and the estimated time of arrival was 5 mins. I called the driver several times and every time I called the driver kept saying he'll be arriving at the pickup location in 2 mins. The driver made me wait till 9.35PM and cancelled the ride at the last minute. I had to board a bus at 10 PM and due to this last minute cancellation, I was unable to catch the bus. I had to take the next available bus for which I had to pay the extra ticket amount. I lost approximately 3000rs due to this. I want OLA to provide me the refund as soon as possible.

      CRN[protected]..Driver name LIjesh V.. it was around 9:52pm and 10:30pm between.. This driver left our family and 3 and 5 year kid in the middle of the road ..night..in heavy rain with thunderstorms.. He was telling as it's new car..he don't want to drive in rainy or water road. He made my family to stand in the middle road. My kids were shivering.. Hell with the driver and Hell will ola..

        I booked ola for railway station from home in surat after waiting for 10 approx as it was showing location of cab at 8 min . Driver Banti Valeja asked to cancell the ride and can come if offline i could pay extra 100 rs . Only . And very much concern for me to cancel the ride . When I ask why he is not coming he said fare will be extra 100 rs otherwise he will not come .
        Because of this attitude I was late and about to miss my train and further for flight even i could miss .
        But luckily I got a texi and reach, it was very crucial moment, it could be loss for 50000.

        Texi driver attitude is very bad, it shows few min. Away but in real they are relaxing there and no attitude to work at all .
        After booking even why to negotiate .
        Ola cab should cancel registration of these kind of taxi owners, they are creating trouble for people .
        As per my exp. Never trust on ola booking and its service.

          I have Booked cab on 9th May 2022 - from Hyderabad Airport to Jawahar Colony ( CRN [protected] ) - I have chosed the mode of Payment as online - on Completion of Ride - Driver told that he didn't received the amount I need to pay the amount in cash - I provided the cash and took photo while giving money to driver - on next day I got message to clear the due - I spoke with ola customer case - they told to pay the outstanding amout he confirmed from driver driver agrees that he received the amount in cash - Ola Customer Care asked my account number and IFSC code I have share the same - everytime they are saying I will get money back in 10 days but It has been more than 2 months I have not received the amount

            I had filed a complaint through Facebook to ola since I was unable to contact through any other options . I haven't received any solution yet. Very bad response from ola .
            Hereby attaching the message which I had sent via Facebook messenger

            Elaborating today's incident .
            27/07/2022, Trivandrum

            Me and my husband were traveling from Mumbai to trivandrum by flight. After the arrival I booked a cab (mini) through ola . Within minutes one driver was assigned and I waited there for 3 to 4 mins and then the trip was cancelled by the driver. Then again I had done the same thing, driver named Babu ( vehicle No: KL 19 E 3667 ) was assigned and he called me to confirm the ride . At the time he told me to give some more extra money for the ride . I neglected to pay the amount through phone itself, also I informed that I am born and brought up in Trivandrum the destination is not far from the current location so it's not a deal of loss and I told him to cancel the ride from his side if he is not okay with the ola payment . He replied me back that no issues I will come at the pick up point . Within 3 to 5 minutes he reached at the pickup point . My husband asked him to open the dicky the driver refused to open it first and he told us that we had booked for mini so if we need to use the dicky we have to pay extra directly to him . My husband shouted at him he told to call the police or ola directly so that we could discuss about the company policy( he mentioned it is there in ola 's company policy). Since the talk was going wrong other people in the airport pickup area were listening he suddenly opened the dicky and we kept our luggage there . After entering the cab he told me to cancel the ride through ola but he will complete the ride the only condition was I need to pay 250 rs directly to him (ola - rs 221)
            I refused to do that I told him that I am using Paytm wallet for the payment so I cannot do that, the money will be automatically debited from my account. By the time he told me that you just check my mobile I have t started the ride in my mobile yet . So there won't be any issue . He stopped the cab outside the airport compound and forced us to get out of the car . We were not ready to get out of the car, so he stepped out himself by using bad words and opened the dicky. We were feeling very bad since the trespassers were watching us . We stepped out of the car since we were not ready to create an issue over there . We took video and I my husband told me that we will take up this issue, will inform all the authorities but still he doesn't bother. He dropped our luggage and left . Finally we called an auto to reach our home .

              My vehicle No is TN58BH0506. My home town is madurai but my vehicle attached in Chennai. Last one month I'll try to change city madurai to Chennai (or) Terminate my vehicle. I'll opened so many tickets but consol team has not solve my problem. Consol team solved tickets only. There are 3 terminated tickets I'll opened, my vehicle is not terminated. Please terminate my vehicle.

                I booked a cab with ola and specifically asked driver wheather AC for the cab is working or not? To which I got. 'YES' response. Despite this AC wasn't switched off and I had to take the ride otherwise I would be stranded midway in the night. I have reached out to OLA but no action has been taken

                  On 16th of july around 11:30PM i booked ola cab for my parents to the station. Driver pickup my parents and at destination the driver showed fake bill of ₹582 on his mobile but the ride was still ongoing in my phone (i was at home, not in cab) the driver took this opportunity to scam my parents and showed fake bill and he take ₹585 in cash. We argued and crowd was there but he ran away with his car. I immediately lodge complaint to Ola they assured that I'll get my refund, on the next day i tried to contact driver and driver claimed that die to my complaint ola deduct ₹585 from his ola account.(shared ss in attachment for proof)

                  but today is 12th day and no refund is made till now, ola today replied that extra payment made is not in their hands so cannot made refund.
                  But Ola has claimed the amount from driver then why ola is refusing to refund me.

                  One of the worst customer care service is there in ola app, i hv complain more than 10 time and raised ticket as well but the ticket gets automatically marked as resolved within 2-3 days without any refund or solution.
                  And now they are openly refusing to give refund. The whole ola and their drivers are scamming the common people together and looting us.
                  It's a request to CEO of ola to look into this matter seriously, even i have the proof of call recordings when driver asked the 582 amount for 7-8 Km ride.
                  I'm having full proof to prove myself in consumer court.
                  It's advisable to ola to process my refund as soon as possible because I'm not going to forget this scam and will raise this ola scam to great level to throw u down.

                  Update: i sharing the proof of actual price for that ride which is showing in my application i.e ₹245
                  But reality is it was 206 while booking and this extra amount added up is because driver was arguing at the destination by showing fake bill of 582 rupees, and he didn't ended the trip and after he ran away with his cab then after sometime he might ended the trip and then the amount came out to be ₹245 but actually it should be ₹206. Thanks

                    Ola app charging customers for suggested route instead of taken route, for ex I took 30kms ride instead of 45kms route, but charged for 45kms(CRN [protected]).Ola helpline says they can't help since it's system generated bill. Who the hell can help if OLA support team can't help. I have submitted multiple tickets only to be heard by buffalo ears. NO ONE really care from customer care team about customer satisfaction or tried to resolve the issue. Pathetic ola support.

                      I want to inform you that even after repeatedly talking to ola customer care my refund amount is not being given back.I have also given my account details to them, still these people are not giving my money back.

                      These are the details that Ola has taken more money from me.

                        I had booked an ola but the driver didn't have change so I paid the bill online. But due to some technical issues it didn't get reflected in the app. So by the time trip ended, I had to pay the driver AGAIN that too on his gpay directly as Ola said the payment failed and it'll be refunded. Nothing was refunded. I made a complaint and the customer care is so lax that I had to write word by word what had happened in multiple mails. Eventually they acknowledged the error and promised a refund in 7 to 10 days. It's been 14 days, neither have I received a confirmation on the refund nor a reply. INFACT the complaint itself is blocked in the app. I cannot access it anymore. I tried reaching out again and again no response. I have tried to contact ola customer care, this is absolutely unprofessional and poor behaviour from their side.
                        I have no words on how disappointing this experience is getting.
                        Never using OLA again after this.

                          I paid to the driver through Google pay after the ride taken on 14 July 2022.

                          As drivers did not get money paid by Ola immediately, he asked me to pay money via google pay which i had to pay later the same amount got deducted from ola money and now ola is demanding me to pay the amount.

                          Raised a support ticket to not charge me for the ride twice submitted all required screenshots but there is no resolution. Please...

                            I have been debited under 2 different UPI for the same ride and once well above the fare.

                            the app first claimed a payment from Phonepe for Rs. 902 against the actual fare of Rs. 581

                            At the end of the ride it demanded a payment again saying the payment failed and claimed it from Amazon pay.

                            My repeated attempts to call OLA Customer care is futile.

                              Please refer to Support Request Ticket n.[protected]. On 13 July I received a message from Ola Support saying I would receive a refund of Rs1459 through NEFT within 10 working days, and ticket was marked as Resolved. My account has not been credited with these funds. Kindly revert ASAP!

                                After several days of dispute, and contacting the bank as well as Paytm, it was clearly recognised as an error from Ola app. OLA company accepted this and promised me a refund. But the confusion starts again.

                                Here are the details of the whole scenario:

                                06/05/2022. 10:18am-
                                The app failed to generate a booking id and CRN after booking the self drive. Please find the attached screenshot where the payment has been successful from the bank. OLA HAS ALREADY ACCEPTED THAT THE ERROR IS FROM ITS SIDE AND NOT BANK SIDE. I have an email from Ola to prove this.

                                06/07/2022: I received an email from Ola team (Ameer Khan B1) saying the refund was initiated. But I did not receive the refund.

                                2 weeks back:
                                I received an email again from Ola team once again apologizing for the inconvenience. They also told me to raise a charge back request and they would accept it and the money will be refunded (screenshot attached).

                                26/07/2022:
                                ARVIND KUMAR V from Ola cabs sent an email stating the error is from bank side. The error is not from bank side. I have the evidence to prove it. Why is the refund being refused now?

                                  I took the ola cab ride on 21 st May 2022 after completion of my ride I have done payment through UPI payment method using Ola app itself. 715 Rs amount was deducted but driver said amount not reflecting in app due to some issue. So he asked me to pay by cash which I did . Ola app also showing the correct payment method as cash.

                                  After that I have raised multiple support tickets for refund of online payment as amount was deducted. I have provided bank transaction details to ola multiple times but they did not resolve my ticket. Many times support executive resolved my ticket directly without processing the refund or without informing . I tried to follow up on calls multiple times but call was disconnected many times from ola end and never called back.

                                  Its very frustating after raising 10 + tickets refund still not processed .

                                  Below is the CRN no of my ride when the incident happened.

                                  I am attaching here with screenshot of multiple support tickets where ticket was resolved after they commited to process refund .
                                  Also attaching screenshot to show payment mode and ride details.

                                  Its been 67 days my ticket is not resolved and still they are asking me to verify my bank statement rather than sharing there reference number for refund processing . Very terrible service I feel cheated

                                  Very very pathetic support service by OLA .
                                  After written commitment also OLA not refunding online paid amount after 70 + days.

                                  After several tickets and follow-ups Ola not resolving the complaint at all. Without any verbal communication they are repeating same responses without reading the issue and directly resolving tickets. I was double charged through online payment and cash which clearly shown in ola app ( attaching screenshot again from ola app where driver marked payment mode as cash) . After sharing all online bank transaction details with Ola they are repeatedly replying amount paid to driver cannot be refunded. However my issue is payment done to ola cabs pvt ltd through online mode .

                                  I feel cheated its not about money but their service to frustrate customer by disconnecting and avoiding calls and resolving ticket without verbally communication customer with invalid responses.

                                  Please refer screenshots from previous post for more evidences.

                                    But still it is showing 517 Rs due in Ola Money Postpaid app, we have raised the complaint to Ola support on June 20th and the reference ticket number is[protected]. but this issue is not solved till today 26th July.

                                    daily we are getting calls and message as well as interest rate for due amount by Ola Money team.

                                    we did many complaints and emails but no proper response from OLA. they can't able to get old data from their system. it is purely Scam from Ola Money. They are well trained and cheating people like us.iiji

                                      I had taken ride on 4th May 2022 from Kalyan Station to Khopoli CRN [protected] for I had been charged Rs 4258 for 250 Kms where as the actual distance is 100Km . I had asked driver this is wrong but driver said you have to pay invoice amount and you raise complaint to customer care for refund of excess fare . I am struggling to get back money from last 3 months . no proper response from support team . I am regularly following up
