The cashback which i was told to be recieved on doing my payment through ola money of rs 50/- is not recieved by me. And also in my one ride i have been charged extra for toll which was not to be demanded. Because i was standing outside the staion. Which resulted in the money paid by cash method and i could not get my cashback. I want ola cabs to look into the matter and give my cashback of 100/- as soon as possible. Otherwise i will ask all my collegues to use uber instead, telling ola is faking it's customer.

I recieved a Call as I registered the complaint, and the Guy at the phone was Asking my Bank Account Number.
This is a total fraud. Now if no actions are took I will go to Consumer Court.
Took a ride from Domestic Airport to Dadar. Was charged Rs630... Unbelievable... Too much... Should have been informed before... Would never have taken it.

    We have taken an ola outstation cab (Crn [protected]) on october 6th of 2017 from chennai siruseri to nellore (Ap). We were informed by the driver that we need to pay the state permit which we obviously agreed to.

    Once we were at the border the driver asked us to pay rs.2500/- as the state permit charges which we doubted if that would be the right amount and still paid him with trust and requested him to provide the receipt for the state permit. Once he is back he said he do not have the receipt as the state govt did not give him.

    We immediately raised this concern with ola customer service and they even agreed that the permit wouldn't be that costly for a to and fro trip. We engaged both the ola customer executive and the driver and the ola executive assured that the driver will provide with a receipt once after the complete ride is completed.

    Later the day when the ride is completed, my friend vishnu was the one who got down of the cab lastly and the driver had shown the receipt which is an old one for rs.2425/- which was taken in jan 2017 and valid until feb 2018.

    It is very clear that the driver tried to cheat us by having an yearly permit and still charged us an heavily. We immediately raised this concern with ola and they were backing up the driver that the driver has done nothing wrong. Then they asked the driver to provide the image of the permit which was sent to my mobile number via whatsapp. He clearly tried to forge the document on the validity of the document.

    Later ola said they will investigate and let me know about the refund status. After 4 days they came back saying that they agree that the driver has committed mistake but they cannot refund the amount.

    When they accept that the driver has done a mistake why can't they refund the money which was taken by cheating.

      My account with ola app has been blocked since 8th october 2017 and no valid reason has been given. Kindly see to it that the account is unlocked at the earliest and i can avail the services. Only once i have cancelled maybe in april. After that some two cancellations have been done by the auto drivers stating no reason whatsoever. Please look into tha matter as soon as possible

        On 14 september at 7.58 am your message on my phone is rs 50 /-will charged as penalty. I am shocked. Because we are senior citizen. At the time of going outstation we are busy in luggage packing and closing huge bungalow. At that moment i cannot on mobile due to so short time you provide. Last time you cancelled your booking last moment. Then how i depend on you last 15 minutes.?
        On 19 september i booked outstation ola cab through my son's app from bengluru, for kalyan, mumbai to nashik outstation booking. (We are at kalyan at that time) you purposely

          Hi!!! The driver has cancelled my ride two times and it charged me total 50 ruppies unnecessary. Why should i give you 50 rupees because your driver is not ready to pick up? Whats the ridiculous service is this? Last time happened the same thing. Why you all drivers are intended to cancel the ride? Is this good to charge money to customer for which he has not taken any service but the cancellation of ride? What a hell is this? I want my money back right now. You have to apologise for such a cheap customer support. Dont you have manners to value your customers? Now thinking to uninstall ola from phone. I can not bear this. I want the money back asap.

            I have booked a ola cab via mobile on 10th oct for 1200 hrs for one way trip from navi mumbai to pune at an estimate of rs 2072/- which was confirmed on mobile. However, i was given round trip estimate later on registered e mail id and also charged rs 3196/- apart from toll paid separately. I felt cheated. On taking up issue, i was told that i have confirmed for round trip despite confirming from the driver too about the one way trip whilst boarding. Amount was deducted from ola money.
            Request for refund of excess amount taken.

              I booked ola cab for mumbai international airport drop on 11/10/2017 and got confirmation at 4.33 pm that cab is on the way, but cab reached at 4.58 pm so we started for airport half an hour late, even after the delay driver took the vehicle for filling fuel resulting in delay of another 5-10 minutes as a result we could reach airport at 7.02 whereas we could have reached easily before 6.30 pm by the time we reached counter was closed and we could not travel. We lost time and money, the tickets which were booked very cheap now we are getting for 28k. Since we have to be with family for diwali we are left with no choice but to travel paying huge amount. All this has resulted in mental stress and sleepless night for the entire family and no need to mention the financial loss. Can we penalize ola for this sub standard service and help reimburse the losses

                Yesterday i. E., 11-oct-2017 i tried booking auto, it first searched for availability said "sorry try again", i again tried it agin said "sorry try again". So, i locked my phone screen and kept the phone in my bag then moved on.
                After a while when i checked my phone i saw ola notification and an incoming call (Missed by the time i picked up). Notification displayed some driver details.
                How can this even happen?? When it said try again i locked my phone screen then when did the booking happen??? That poor auto driver was waiting in the pickup point for 15mins. This is ridiculous.
                Make sure that the booking status is proper.
                Hope you'll rectify this.

                  Team ola,

                  I have booked ola outstation for 30th september to 2nd october (Register mobile number: [protected]) for planned holidays. We booked before two days in advance so at that end time we wouldn't faced any difficulty.

                  - here first issue started at 4.00 am we received call from ola support don't do payment through ola money give cash to the driver. We said it's fine. Within 5 min we got message your ride is cancelled in next ride pay cancellation charges. What is this here we didn't cancelled ride why we paid. What's the meaning to book in advance. We have to leave at 5.30 am in the morning but at the end time you people cancelled our ride. I called in ola support they said booked another ride.

                  - we booked another ride we called to the driver are you coming or not? He said i am coming withing 15 min we said it's fine. After 2-3 times called he was not moving on his place we waited around 30-40 min and got another message your ride cancelled.

                  - again i called to the ola support what's the issue if you are not assigning driver for advanced booking than why you are taking customer booking?

                  - after all we don't want to spoil our trip because it's our planned trip and because of you guys it's near to spoiled. We booked third time ola outstation we called driver he is coming in half around means we have to left of home at 5.30 based on our previous planned time instead of we got cab at 6.38 am. Almost 1 hour delay.

                  - here we start our ride we told driver take it from koregaoun park route without listening he directly took from camp area we already told him here stop car to pay tax he is in his mood he missed it and tax collector person following us on his bike after few kilometer of drive he caught and fined 200 bucks instead of 30 bucks.

                  - entire route through our mobile navigation we guided and arrived at our destination.

                  - more difficulties we faced while we were coming back we seen on google map express highway jammed with traffic no possibility to clear for long hours we told him take from national highway 8 but without listening he took expressway we waited almost 1 hour no movement. After few times few people broken divider and moving all vehicles to back to found another route. Almost 100+ kilometer increased and the way we are coming back to pune it's dark not safe for us.

                  - we should reach back pune almost 6 to 7 pm instead of this all crunches we reached at 12.47 am.

                  - the main issue wen we seen the total amount it's more shocking because before booking for approx 500 km for booking ola outstation was 5953. After discount coupon it was 5653. Here you charged us 8575 for 590 kilometers. This exceeding kilometers because of drivers mistake number of times he lost route and we were just roaming roaming..

                  - as discussion with customer support you charged us for 775 kilometer which we not ride. And you haven't mentioned anywhere if customer reaching 1 min late than you will charged us for next day's total 275 kilometers plus driver allowance of that day.

                  - does this your policy applicable in real time. How you are making fool to customer. Your executive answered mam your ride started at 6.00 am so before 6.00 am you should reach back. Means i have to leave at at 1 or 2 o'clock mid night and forcing driver please drive fast i have to reach at 6.00 o'clock. Else i have to pay for 275 km's * 10 extra.

                  - do you guys have any idea about it how we suffer in unknown roads wasted our money and time. The road was not safe for us because me and my husband only travelling that mid night.

                  - during the booking you haven't mentioned anywhere if hours exceeding you are charging for 275 km extra and one day of extra driver allowance. The this your policy works?

                  - i want my money back which you charged us and that was hidden charges. We very politely behaved with driver and we provided food to him being nature of human and you don't understand the client and cheating us.

                  - who is responsible for your # policy customer suffered, if any accident or some unsafe incidents happens during travelling.

                  - how you respond in our issue there is no such things you have seen for resolve read each and every points i have mentioned. And think twice before responding does it possible in real time with your policy.

                    On 11th oct 2017, i booked a ola ride at 5.14 pm from manyata tech park, bengaluru.
                    The booking was confirmed and was assigned to ;
                    Cab number : ka13 b5968
                    Cab model : silver indica
                    Driver name : kumaraswamy
                    Otp : 5304

                    I waited for the cab for about 30 min. Although the ola-app was showing 15 minutes eta waiting time, i had wait for more than half an hour for the cab to reach my pickup location.

                    After the arrival of the cab, i sat inside the cab and provided my otp to the driver. And the driver said that my ride has been cancelled!
                    Whereas, neither i had cancelled the ride myself nor the driver has cancelled it. And also i had not received any intimation about the cancellation, neither via sms nor via the ola application.

                    When i checked in the ola application, i found that my current ride was missing from the list.
                    It started raining heavily and i did not wanted to wait for another cab again for about 30 min or more. And then i called the ola support team for help.

                    But the ola support team is so helpless/solution less/useless, they said that the ride was cancelled due to some issue at their ola system. And the support person asked me to book a new ride.
                    I explained him detailed situation and requested him to assign me to the same cab. But he did not provided any solution and simply washed off hands saying we dont take bookings over call and you have to book a new ride!
                    Then i asked him to connect to his superior, for which he hold my call for about 5 min and said he could not connect me.

                    - ola did not cared about its customer
                    - ola did not bothered to fix the issue which is caused by their own system
                    - ola did not bothered about an female security
                    - ola did not ensured to provide an easy, safe and hassle free ride to its customer

                    Hence i request consumer court to take necessary action on ola cabs and provide justice to to me and plenty of ola suffering users like me.

                    I see NO action being taken from OLA Cabs
                    I have travelled from Noida to pushpanjali Delhi on 21/09/17
                    but I have not received the receipt.

                      Ola the worst when it comes to customer support.
                      I had taken a ola share ride on monday 09 october 2017, at 4.29pm.
                      After the ride, while rating and making payment for the ride through my upi mode i've been charged multiple times and again it was asking to make payments even after making 5 times..
                      1 is the normal payment done, charged 4 times more than the regular fare of ₹146, when checked my bank statement.

                      I have been complaining them since through app email and their office number no response...
                      Their office number when contacted where very rude also...
                      And i had a share pass too flat ₹80 but still it's expensive i ride in uber in the same route without any pass n it's ₹109, even while going and coming the price is standard in uber but ola my god fluctuations and expensive.
                      Must sue this ola n make them fall to the ground they only loot

                      I want to resolve my problem asap wasted my energy n mind for these fools...
                      We booked an ola auto today(10th October )from indiranagar bangalore the auto driver kept stopping in between so we asked him if he did not have gps he kept grumbling about it and then when we got down he abused us so much.This behavior of his and the foul language he used is unacceptable i request immediate action to be taken at any cost.

                        I had a terrible experience with ola today... I was with my family and i asked driver to drop my family at one place. But my home is little far from that place. I told the name of that place because that place is well known place. When my family asked the driver drop them at home he straight forward he refused.
                        He was asking extra money for the 500 meters, my ride was not stopped yet. It was heavily raining and on top of that it was night time. I jave attached screen shots of crn number.
                        It was really bad experience with ola.
                        I request ola company to block these of drivers.
                        I want action on my complaint. If i didn't get any action forcefully i have to log the police complain or cusomer court complaint

                          I had doctor appointment for my mother in t-nagar above mentioned location, and for return i booked ola, and i informed driver to pick us opposite to the provided pickup point which is 20 feet hardly. Once the driver arrived the location he started shouting @ me to stand exactly @ the pick up location (Which is 20feet away from me). I had told driver to talk politely infront of my family, still he argued like (Asked about my driving skill, and difficulties to get accidents) finally forced me and family to get down from the cab stating you are not the owner of the cab. I had to accept without any other option (Hardthing to digest me is, i had to get down along with my patient mom).

                          I'm so pissed off with this driver and complained in ola app. Support stating driving impolite option. Surprisingly next minute i received 50rs fine from ola.

                          I'm using ola app from few years i'm not here to complain about the ola business skills, i'm sharing this info that ola did not take up any initiation towards my complaint.

                          I have decided not to use ola in my life again and i will definitely suggest my friends and family not to go for ola.

                              On 08-oct-17 i took cabs from both uber & ola in hyderabad for my family.
                              The distance and timing is just as same, whereas uber charged me only rs.338... But ola really looted me rs.706 saying peak fee when roads were clear and no rain at all.
                              Its really a day robbery from the regular customer like me. I didn't get any mode to reach them to complaint about this excessive charges, to avoid quarrel with driver we paid complete amount.
                              But it's a lesson for us to not use ola anymore untill they mention the price before booking, or you have to burn your purse.
                              The drivers of ola was happy to have booking since they were idle for long time, so ola wants to loot complete money from one customer to compensate the idle time.
                              I taken a cab from majestic railway station, bangalore to my home which is located near global village rr nager. while booking the cab i was show as 190-208 but after my journay it was 350rs it was very bad. i call to customer care support but they are not responding properly.

                                Had book a ola ride when driver come to pickup point and i went to site inside the car suddenly driver aks for money even hi don't have a patience. Afther that i given he money then he strat ride and when he come to near to my drop point he strated notanki ki aage nahi jaunga tume edharhi utarna padega like that, or mere sath mera dost bhi tha to usko bhi aage tak drop karnese mana kiya or bich rastemehi shodke chala gaya.
                                Abhi to mene complaint to ola me ki hai dekhate hai kya hota hai. Or us driver ka photo me share kar raha hu. See his photo

                                    Hi,

                                    I am a regular customer of ola. That very day, i had taken nearly 3-4 rides using ola.
                                    On my last ride, while i was booking, i was shown rs.72 and there was no surcharge mentioned.

                                    I took a ride from it park to manimjra.- (5.9 km). When i end my trip, i was charged rs.239/-

                                    I asked the driver to call the support team and he said that he would update the bill. I paid rs.72 and left.

                                    In my app, it is showing rs.170/- pending since three days.

                                    When i asked the customer care about it, they said that i have to pay the bill as i entered panchkula region. There was no where i entered panchkula.

                                    When i asked them to check the route, they said that i have to pay the bill and then only they would entertain the complaint.

                                      On 28/09/17, at around 09:15 am, we booked an ola “mini” cab from greenwood park, new town, kolkata (Residence) to howrah railway station.
                                      We received a confirmatory message from m/s ola that our booking has been confirmed giving us the details of the cab, driver etc.
                                      Few minutes later, the driver called me & said he was at the location when i told him to enter our gated community he said he would pick us up within next few minutes. We moved out of our flat, with the luggage & kept waiting at the purported point of our pickup.
                                      Since the cab did not arrive, i called him. The driver then asked me about the dropping point. On hearing howrah rly stn., he simply disconnected the call immediately & was not reachable any further.
                                      Since i use a dual sim phone, i tried to contact him through my other no., but that too was of no avail. The reply to my repeated calls from both the nos was “….. This no is not registered …. Pl call from your registered no…..”.
                                      Then i got a message from m/s ola that my booking has been “cancelled”.
                                      Next i tried to make a fresh booking for the travel.
                                      Now, m/s ola said “ ……cabs are difficult to be found at the location….. Etc, etc.”
                                      I came out on the road out of our housing complex only to find no less than 6 cabs, sporting ola livery, “relaxing” near the gate of our housing complex.
                                      What a fine mess i was in!
                                      However, since time was running out, i spotted a kolkata yellow cab, engaged it & travelled to howrah station possibly the smoothest way to the station in my life.
                                      We are now at lucknow en route to delhi.
                                      The other day when i tried to book a ola cab here in lucknow, m/s ola tells me that rs 50/- is due from me on account of “cancellation”!!!
                                      Dear m/s ola, i have got a fine case to be presented to the consumer appellate body giving the details of the raw treatment, harassment, bad behavior meted out to me & then “claiming” pecuniary penalty from me.
                                      What sort of business policy is this???
                                      I look forward to hear from you soon on the matter & also expect the malady to be rectified forthwith.

                                      Ola driver is asking for extra amount on bill. When i denied to pay extra amount he didn't picked us & canceled the trip. Plese take appropriate action on ola driver. Please find Ola cab ref no. CRN [protected].
                                      When i booked a cab from chandigarh sector 43 to zirakpur its bill shows 293. after reached destination it shows its 453 its too bad. if i grade give to ola i will give it 0.
                                      I am surprised to see that there are 4408 complaints and resolved only 50. it is clear that waste of posting here, and also crystal clear that for god sake i 'm not using OLA again also i will suggest everyone not to use ola.

                                        Re: advance booking of mini vehicle on 29-09-17 scheduled for 04.15 am on 30-09-17 to sahar airport

                                        I am surprised to receive your sms on 30-09-17 at 05.40 am that i will charged rs.75/- on my next ride as cancellation fee. I could not immediately take up this issue as i was on gruop tour to nepal and i returned on 07-10-17 only.
                                        Let me make it very clear. Though the vehicle and driver details - wagon r mh 01 cr 0170-dilshad ahmad with otp 3768-were made availble before 4.15 am, the vehicle didnt turn at the pickup point - bhoomi park phase 5 j wing neither at scheduled time of 4.15 am nor thereafter till 4.37 am. Due to this i had to look for an alternative as the time was very short to report at the sahar airport at 5.00 am. Infact using the option "call driver" in your app. I rang up the driver's cell no [protected] three times from 4.20 am using wifi at my residence. As time was running out, i went downstairs and rang from there two times till 4.35 am. The ring was going on with no response from the driver. This is what had happened. I had undergone lot of stress due to your driver's irresponsible behavior and infact you should only pay me damages for the mental agony. I had kept the call records without deleting and i can always produce the same.in case you dont believe my version you can ascertain from the driver as to the reasons why he didnt respond to my calls on 30-9-17.
                                        It is highly unethical on your part to send an sms without ascertaining full facts from the driver. My advice is that you set your house in order before shooting of any sms.
                                        Very poor service! My friends with whom i had talked about this were also of the same opinion of your service being below average.
                                        I am a senior citizen and this kid of attitude from your drivers would land you in trouble with customers going to consumer court.
