    Hi,

    I am a regular customer of ola. That very day, i had taken nearly 3-4 rides using ola.
    On my last ride, while i was booking, i was shown rs.72 and there was no surcharge mentioned.

    I took a ride from it park to manimjra.- (5.9 km). When i end my trip, i was charged rs.239/-

    I asked the driver to call the support team and he said that he would update the bill. I paid rs.72 and left.

    In my app, it is showing rs.170/- pending since three days.

    When i asked the customer care about it, they said that i have to pay the bill as i entered panchkula region. There was no where i entered panchkula.

    When i asked them to check the route, they said that i have to pay the bill and then only they would entertain the complaint.

      On 28/09/17, at around 09:15 am, we booked an ola “mini” cab from greenwood park, new town, kolkata (Residence) to howrah railway station.
      We received a confirmatory message from m/s ola that our booking has been confirmed giving us the details of the cab, driver etc.
      Few minutes later, the driver called me & said he was at the location when i told him to enter our gated community he said he would pick us up within next few minutes. We moved out of our flat, with the luggage & kept waiting at the purported point of our pickup.
      Since the cab did not arrive, i called him. The driver then asked me about the dropping point. On hearing howrah rly stn., he simply disconnected the call immediately & was not reachable any further.
      Since i use a dual sim phone, i tried to contact him through my other no., but that too was of no avail. The reply to my repeated calls from both the nos was “….. This no is not registered …. Pl call from your registered no…..”.
      Then i got a message from m/s ola that my booking has been “cancelled”.
      Next i tried to make a fresh booking for the travel.
      Now, m/s ola said “ ……cabs are difficult to be found at the location….. Etc, etc.”
      I came out on the road out of our housing complex only to find no less than 6 cabs, sporting ola livery, “relaxing” near the gate of our housing complex.
      What a fine mess i was in!
      However, since time was running out, i spotted a kolkata yellow cab, engaged it & travelled to howrah station possibly the smoothest way to the station in my life.
      We are now at lucknow en route to delhi.
      The other day when i tried to book a ola cab here in lucknow, m/s ola tells me that rs 50/- is due from me on account of “cancellation”!!!
      Dear m/s ola, i have got a fine case to be presented to the consumer appellate body giving the details of the raw treatment, harassment, bad behavior meted out to me & then “claiming” pecuniary penalty from me.
      What sort of business policy is this???
      I look forward to hear from you soon on the matter & also expect the malady to be rectified forthwith.

      Ola driver is asking for extra amount on bill. When i denied to pay extra amount he didn't picked us & canceled the trip. Plese take appropriate action on ola driver. Please find Ola cab ref no. CRN [protected].
      When i booked a cab from chandigarh sector 43 to zirakpur its bill shows 293. after reached destination it shows its 453 its too bad. if i grade give to ola i will give it 0.
      I am surprised to see that there are 4408 complaints and resolved only 50. it is clear that waste of posting here, and also crystal clear that for god sake i 'm not using OLA again also i will suggest everyone not to use ola.

        Re: advance booking of mini vehicle on 29-09-17 scheduled for 04.15 am on 30-09-17 to sahar airport

        I am surprised to receive your sms on 30-09-17 at 05.40 am that i will charged rs.75/- on my next ride as cancellation fee. I could not immediately take up this issue as i was on gruop tour to nepal and i returned on 07-10-17 only.
        Let me make it very clear. Though the vehicle and driver details - wagon r mh 01 cr 0170-dilshad ahmad with otp 3768-were made availble before 4.15 am, the vehicle didnt turn at the pickup point - bhoomi park phase 5 j wing neither at scheduled time of 4.15 am nor thereafter till 4.37 am. Due to this i had to look for an alternative as the time was very short to report at the sahar airport at 5.00 am. Infact using the option "call driver" in your app. I rang up the driver's cell no [protected] three times from 4.20 am using wifi at my residence. As time was running out, i went downstairs and rang from there two times till 4.35 am. The ring was going on with no response from the driver. This is what had happened. I had undergone lot of stress due to your driver's irresponsible behavior and infact you should only pay me damages for the mental agony. I had kept the call records without deleting and i can always produce the same.in case you dont believe my version you can ascertain from the driver as to the reasons why he didnt respond to my calls on 30-9-17.
        It is highly unethical on your part to send an sms without ascertaining full facts from the driver. My advice is that you set your house in order before shooting of any sms.
        Very poor service! My friends with whom i had talked about this were also of the same opinion of your service being below average.
        I am a senior citizen and this kid of attitude from your drivers would land you in trouble with customers going to consumer court.

          Yesterday while availing rental service of 4h-40km with mr arghya das vide crn [protected] the driver was expressing his unwillingness to drop us our destination well after five minutes of riding and ultimately he has done so by dropping us forcibly at a location 4km away from our destination ignoring our request done repeatedly. He concluded that authority will not pay him for further journey. But it was only 30.5 km. At that point. Previously we have no such bitter experience with similar destination vide crn [protected].

            The auto driver has charged rs. 150/- than the ola ride amount which is rs.132/-. Before starting the ride he confirmed the amount and whether amount will be paid through ola money or cash, i said money, but he did not accept, then i agreed for cash. After dropping to the location, he asked rs. 150/- instead of rs. 132/-. Still i paid him. After reaching home i checked the app where i found that he has deducted rs. 132/- from ola money also. Kindly arrange for refund of my amount and request to take necessary action against him. The details of the driver are as below:

              Issue with driver: vijay ([protected]) red swift dzire ka13c1618.

              On 6th oct 2017, i need to go airport to catch my indigo flight at 7:10.

              I have less time, so i booked ola prime cab at 4.40pm. I am at pick up location, waiting for driver to come. Meanwhile i am tracking driver location in ola application and i called to him, told him clearly like i have urgent flight to catch. If i start now then only i can reach my flight, please come soon. I requested him like any thing.

              Application showing time around 9 mins to pickup. After 9 mins time over, i called to driver, he said he is still on the way. I had seen him twice he is circling around me between mg road signal and brigade road signal. Driver car is going in front of me, but he is not stopping the car at pick up location. I called to him. I told him nearest location also. I had requested him like any thing. Driver not giving any proper response, i dont have enough time. He has wasted my time 30 mins. I cancelled my trip and again booked one more cab at 5:09pm. This guy came in time and dropped me at the airport.

              But by that time flight took off. I missed my flight. Very pathetic experience with ola. Treating a customer like this.

              Delay has happened because of the 1st cab driver. So i want to complain on that driver and want to claim my flight charges.

              I got a fully negative impression that i dont want to go any more with ola.

              If you can do me some favor, please act and give me my lose of money due to this incident.

                Hello team,

                My issue is about some 2 months old pending payment of rs 94 that ola is claiming while i book my cab. This has been told to me today when i spoke with the customer care team, that this is about some payment pending of aug 12.

                In my past 2 complaints with ola, the reps i spoke with called it a technical glitch and mentioned that it will be resolved in 48 hours as they cannot see why is it showing pending. Today i spoke with sangam and his supervisor deb, both were extremely rude and loud. Using statements like - i can see it here with my own eyes, that you dont know how to use the app, that you deboarded the cab lying to the driver. How could they even say such things to a client???

                This is extremely shocking for me that they had the audacity to use such statements with a client. I must report it to ola management that they'd definitely loose a client here and i am going to pass it on on social media and in my entire circle.

                  I booked a taxi hr55q4991, hari singh.
                  I waited 15 minutes for him and at the last moment he cancelled the ride. I mean it's okay to cancel but he didn't pick up my calls, i tried to call him 5-6 times for asking where he is. And the the top of it, he's such a horrible driver. I mean, he doesn't know how to talk to the customers. It was as if he was doing a favour to us. Doesn't have any sense of talking. I asked him why he didn't come, then he said my wish. Like such a rude driver.

                    Driver of mh 12 nx 2242 (Eco) plying from khadki police station towards aundh rd at 3 pm today was recklessly driving. Under the railway bridge when there was no place to go for a second vehicle he came parallel to me and splash water on my dress and tried to overtake me under the bridge. I stopped this man and scolded him, he said he was in a hurry. This type of drivers are dangerous on the road. Pl do the needful to make him understand.

                      I had booked an ola ride served by vijay having crn[protected]. During booking there was no indication of peak pricing charges but after charges they added 2.5* as a peek pricing. I am very confused with that pricing the total price fare was 642 rs. They had taken 385 rs as a fare increase. Please take some necessary step to stop that fare hike without prior acknowledge

                        Just want to know this is not the first incident, but i came to know after this incident only that how ola scams its users.

                        This happened on 6th october, 2017, i booked an ola prime sedan for my mother's travel from ulhasnagar to malad with crn[protected]. I booked a cab for inr 1263 as at the time of booking the fare breakup was not available.
                        After the ride i requested for an invoice to check the fare breakup. I found an additional convenience fee of inr 227.87 plus 18% gst equalling to inr 268.89 was levied on bill.

                        This is daylight robbery and scam. They are just scamming the customers who rely on them for their travel and creating a mockery of their trust.

                        I tried to do a detailed search on this so called convenience fee, (By the way which they don't mention anywhere on the app while a customer is booking a ride) on their website and found out a t&cs doc.in it on page 2 of 18, it clearly mentions that “convenience fee” shall mean the fee payable by the customer to ola for the service i. E., for availing the technology services offered by ola. Convenience fee shall be chargeable on every booking made through the site. The convenience fee shall be exclusive of all applicable taxes on the convenience fee, if any.

                        Now as it is this whole point of convenience fee is unjustified; i've made the ride's booking and booked many other rides through their app, so this charge is not justified in their own words. I feel so cheated right now, these startups just play with the consumer's helplessness and their problems, and just focus on filling their pockets (Whereas it should have been about customer's problem solving and meaningful profit making).

                        I don't know what resolution is possible for this scam by ola, other than that the company just shuts down. I'm so pissed off right now, but since this public forum demands politeness and decorum, i'm just bearing with it.
                        I want refunds of this convenience fee for all the rides i've taken, where this fee was charged.

                        I'm uploading 2 documents, one is the ride bill breakup and the other is the ola t&cs for customers (Effective from 21 april 2017), where page 2 of 18 underlines the fact what convenience fee is meant by them.

                        Hoping they don't turn a blind eye and just discard it as just another customer complaint. They should mend their ways before the shutting down becomes a reality. If they don't, then i hope and pray this company just shuts down.

                        No ola rides for me in the future, i'll take bus, rickshaw anything, but them.

                          Yesterday (5th oct) i booked an auto from ola from 15 3rd cross, stage2, bangaluru to forum mall, honur road koramangala. I was charging my phone and than when i reached my destination i forget to take my phone. I called the driver he said he is on duty and will get back to forum mall to give my cellphone i waited there for 3 hours, but he didn’t appear. And as it was getting late so i went home, my friends and i tried calling his no many times but it was not going. And than the next day he said to come to a bus stop and so i booked an auto again and so i let both the drivers to know his place, he than again told the driver to come at 10pm at night and now it is 10:33pm.                             This driver denied to do his duty after making us wait for 25 mins, ie ok until or unless he threaten me and give us call on random number to beat me and also at back seat their is one girl she is completely frighten. So much call i got forecively i had to block unknown number. I ned right this driver need to punish so that no other cystomer suffer

                              I vijayeta varsha, was travelling from yusur sarai market to manglapuri and my trip of ola was crn[protected]. Initially the cost of trip was 282 rupees and after we reached our destination we have been charged 456 rupees including tolls and parking. We have not parked anywhere in between the trip so either it is the case of fraud or error.in case of error we request the company to refund the amount of 150 rupees which is deducted for parking and tolls. Ola is a blooming company and it is benefitting people throughout india and this type of fraud billing is not expected from this company.

                                When i book my cab through my registered mobile no. [protected] i am asked to feed my mobile no. Then click the next button. On doing that the box shows ; 'account exceeded your device has been used to accesstoo many ola accounts. Visit support section to know more'.
                                When i go to support it does not help.
                                So i m not able to login and i need cab tomorrow morning.

                                  Since past 3 months iam using ola services for share rides and facing a lot of issue with share deviations for pickups and drops due to which iam getting delay every day, also the delay charges are not been refunded since the mid of september month. Raised a lot of complaints with the below given complaint numbers but no solution. They charge minimum of rs.200-250 for 1seat for a share ride for 16.5kms. They don't value the customers and whenever we call to the simply says it's a system generated one and we cannot do anything for that. Strict action to be taken against by this company for charging higher prices with worst services.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I had a gurgaon to delhi booking in ola today. I faced two issues during my experience with ola.

                                    1. 1st driver after discussion with me for pick location and a waiting of 10 minutes cancelled the ride and switched off his mobile. This is very unprofessional. If the driver was not interested could have conveyed it to me and cancelled the trip this could have helped me in making a new booking.

                                    Details of driver are: name - rakesh, mob - [protected], car no.- white wagaon r, hr46e7007.

                                    2. As per your website "if you take one of the following routes to either enter or exit delhi/ncr, your driver will have to pay toll and/or state entry tax or mcd on your behalf.in such case, the amount will be charged on your invoice." which means the bill of 315/- inr which i paid was inclusive of toll tax but the driver took an additional 100/- inr for toll i. E. Invoice of 315 & cash of 100. (Payments were done in case).

                                    Details of driver: name - deepak (As per message received but he said his name dilip), car no. - white ritz, hr55x5052.

                                    Can you please look into this and resolve my queries what action you take for such unprofessional drivers who cheat customers and defame the company's name and reputation.

                                      I m registered ola cab customer i m rekha choudhary going from khajurikhas delhi to delhi railway station in ola cab. Due to traffic jam we stopped the cab and paid itz bill of 228 but i forgot my phone in cab which was pluggedcharging in cab. But cab driver didnot returned and when i contacted ola cab helpline no. They gave m complete detail of ola cab driver but didnot eben called him or gave his address so tat we can contact him to gt my samsung mobile

                                        Sir/mam in this complaint i would like to explain you the pethetic condition in which your ola cab patna office is running. I went to your office to do an enquiry about cab service the guy sitting on the enquiry counter named anup singh talked to me very rudely i dont konw his educational qualification but i think he is illetrate and not qualified to be part of countries one of the biggest can service provider. Please take note of it or at least give him som traning. Second thing when i enquired about how to attach my vehicle your city manager some rahul sharma or rajiv sharma told me that they are not attaching any cab whose owner is not driving it. I think some under table thing is going on, when i asked him to give me in written he simply rejected it. Please take note of it because companies like yours is highely coustomer centric and this kind of behaviour from officials will result in loss of loyal coustomers. Hope to seen your reply soon..
