My daughtrer ans me booked an ola auto from jain vidyalaya school, thiruppalai, madurai to ocpm, chinna chokkikulam and the distance is around 5 km. The approx fair which the app showed while booking for the travel was rs.58 and so i had only rs.60 in my hand but after reaching my destination i got a bill of rs.132 which is double the amount. I am complaining about unjust fair. We were informed that we will get charged rs 150-160 for a destination. It was from surya enclave to drona garden in jalandhar. So we booked a cab. But at the end of ride we were charged rs-280. Then we had to pay the driver. There is one more complaint. We had booked a mini cab but we got a sedan. This is very wrong. There is a huge difference between the amount 150 and 280. This is too much. So i hope...

OLA cabs suddenly blocked my account...without any reason..I have 1900.00 OLA money balance in the account...when phone call is made..they say...account blocked...and send email...when email sent..automated reply comes...and nothing happens..this has been blocked since one-week...please resolve . There is no one responding from the firm if we call helpline

During this ride the driver was impolite, rude and was trustworthy. He took the cab in a different direction even though my wife informed about that he is taking a different route. On 02.10.2017 at about 11.45 am i booked one ola car from jalandhar city railway station to lovely professional university, punjab but the driver dropped in the city itself. Driver told me it is not profitable to him to drop me at my destination. He k is ready to serve only in city limit. I am afraid if this happens in odd hours. Ola charged rs.75.00 from me from my account which is illegal....

Driver ne miss guide kiya.
Rental booking me 60 km 6hr ke liye booking tha.
Driver ne 37 km hi hua tha hame bola ki 60 km ho gaya hai 2 hours ka samay bhi bacha tha.
Final bill payment ke baad mobile me total km 37 hi hua tha
Customer care ko call karne per wo bola ki hamari jimedari nhi hai, aap ko driver se usi samay baat karni thee. Custmer care ka behavior bhi bahut ganda tha.
Pls intervin in this matter...

I faced this situation today in chennai.
I booked an ola cab where it showed that i am suppose to wait for 15mins, after 10misn i cald he cab driver and he asked my drop location and cancelled the ride. This is not the first time it has happened with ola drivers, the moment they get to know the drop location they cancel the ride or else tell us to cancel it. When i book an ola ride. Specifically ola auto. The fare rate which it shows is comparatively very cheaper than what he actually charges from me. And this is happening for the second time with me. I booked an ola cab online on 15/09/2017 from haridwar railway station to yoga gram haridwar. The estimated fare shown was rs322/ to rs337/ the cab no. Was uk08ta1529 driven by mr narender. I told him the uv code 5119 and the journey started. Instead of director rout through bhel he took a long route. Reaching yoga gram i was shocked when he asked for rs894/ which i had to pay to avoid any confrontation. Kindly refund the excess amount thus...

My ola cabs booking account blocked for more than a week. No ola phone or email id available on their webite to lodge complaint with them. Please look into this matter and advise me urgently reasons for blocking my account and ensure same is unblocked immediately. Some money is lying to my credit with ola. On 29 september 2017 for 46 km they charged me rs.2678/-. The journey was from andheri to nalasopara (46.7kms). First explanation of executive was that extra charged amount will be credited to my ola amount account. On next date the other executive says it is correct fare as during said time booking demand was high. Strange almost rs 58/- per kilometer....

Hey actually i wanna register ola with my mobile 📱 number and when i enter my mobile number they say account blocked could you pls tell me what is the problem we never violated the ola terms or misused it or cancelled our trips this is the first time we are thinking to book a cab with this mobile number 📱 pls reply with the problem i hope u reply soon...

Myself sarita gavande, its been 3 months and i have terminated my tourist car with ola on 01-july-2017 & not received deposit amount till date. I have acknowledgement copy of pending balance paid before termination of car. Receipt number : ola/mum/59217 paid on 01/07/2017.

I have booked a cab on ride later, message was sent that, 15 mins before scheduled ride, details of ride will be shared.

But no details were shared and at the time of schedule ride, ride got cancelled.

I have an important flight to catch, it ola was able to arrange a cab, it should have notified at least 20 min earlier, why intimation of cancellation has come too late.

It is very unprofessional...

I have opted ola share and after pressing on confirming booking its shown request error and try again after pressing on try again the same page prompt the tray again and after pressing try again cab booked now it was booked a mini segment with out a notification actually the share cost is 35 but the mini was booked and they collected 285 rs for just 4.6 km...

Rash driving by an ola driver in vashi navi mumbai. The driver doesn't even give indicator while turning. I could have literally died today. Car number - mh47 n 1160. I hope you would take some action or else i would approach the higher level for sure. I was on bike behind this ola and suddenly he turned right without indicating. This type of driving would kill a biker for sure if it continues....

We travel frequently to this place and it costs only 150 rupees... But this time it cost double the amount due to the irresponsible act of the driver... He took us on the longest route possible and made a fool out o[censored]s. I will make this an issue... We need refund... Half the amount to be returned by the driver. I booked ola at bhubaneswar on 28/9/17 at 1245h with crn no. [protected].
Name of driver mr. Dakua and mobile no. [protected]. My pick up location was bhi tangi at bhubaneswar and drop location was at cuttack. He refused to go to my drop location at cuttack.

When i insisted, he cancelled the ride. For his action i have been penalised with rs.50/-. Why?

Please enquire into the matter and revert back...
