Myself sarita gavande, its been 3 months and i have terminated my tourist car with ola on 01-july-2017 & not received deposit amount till date. I have acknowledgement copy of pending balance paid before termination of car. Receipt number : ola/mum/59217 paid on 01/07/2017.
Request you to urgently pay me deposit amount as am not happy with proper&convincing method for resolution. Problem faced:call support ask me to approach nearest branch&visiting branch ask to to visit andheri mumbai office as system is not updated. Due to ola system issue and lack of customer support i have to write compliant.

    I have booked a cab on ride later, message was sent that, 15 mins before scheduled ride, details of ride will be shared.

    But no details were shared and at the time of schedule ride, ride got cancelled.

    I have an important flight to catch, it ola was able to arrange a cab, it should have notified at least 20 min earlier, why intimation of cancellation has come too late.

    It is very unprofessional and it has caused a lot of trouble, as i have to make arrangements at last moment

      I have opted ola share and after pressing on confirming booking its shown request error and try again after pressing on try again the same page prompt the tray again and after pressing try again cab booked now it was booked a mini segment with out a notification actually the share cost is 35 but the mini was booked and they collected 285 rs for just 4.6 km

        Rash driving by an ola driver in vashi navi mumbai. The driver doesn't even give indicator while turning. I could have literally died today. Car number - mh47 n 1160. I hope you would take some action or else i would approach the higher level for sure. I was on bike behind this ola and suddenly he turned right without indicating. This type of driving would kill a biker for sure if it continues.

          We travel frequently to this place and it costs only 150 rupees... But this time it cost double the amount due to the irresponsible act of the driver... He took us on the longest route possible and made a fool out o[censored]s. I will make this an issue... We need refund... Half the amount to be returned by the driver. Highly disappointed in ola cabs!!!

            I booked ola at bhubaneswar on 28/9/17 at 1245h with crn no. [protected].
            Name of driver mr. Dakua and mobile no. [protected]. My pick up location was bhi tangi at bhubaneswar and drop location was at cuttack. He refused to go to my drop location at cuttack.

            When i insisted, he cancelled the ride. For his action i have been penalised with rs.50/-. Why?

            Please enquire into the matter and revert back to me.

              Hi,

              This is anil soni and attached my vehicle with ola but i didn't understand why you changed every 15 days incentive scheme do you think that if any ola partners doing business with you but you wouldn't want to continue to them.
              At the time of promotion you showing that only ola doing business very well in this market & ola partners getting profit so high why not understand that no one any business is monopoly to any one.

              Every time have you change incentive scheme without confirmation with partners but never change your incentive from customer or partners if you want change scheme to inform to partners 10-15 days before because you are in market only for partners otherwise no body ask you or your company & today are you earn profit from partners not by your self.

              So look in to your partners profit don't think about only your company profit

                I booked an ola cab bearing reg no CRN [protected]. The driver after boarding me into the car refused to take the ride citing some personal reason which caused me a lot of inconvinience at the last moment. This driver has also abused the officials of ola cab in front of the customer. Plz take some action against the driver. Date of booking 27.09.2017 at 10.30 am around.

                  Today morning i traveled from koramangala (Halcyon hotel as a pickup point) to bgrt (Bearys global research triangle) with trip id: crn [protected]).

                  Driver name is chandra (Mobile no:[protected]), he took 300 extra money apart from trip fare, when i called him, he is not responding.
                  Could you please refund my money to my ola account ([protected])

                  Hello..The selection of 30sept 2017 on outstation ride on ola is not available..Also selection for next month is also not available.The application stops on selecting 29th Sept 2017 for outstation rides choice.

                  Fraud ola auto fare stop services last ride from kamote to belapur 11 km and charge auto is 256?? ur fraud ola services.call me [protected] and come to kamote i will ride u upto kamote to belapur show u the bill on meter of 120 rs.baki paise kya bhik mai liye kya.

                    From my home to destination it is just 5.2 kms, but bill shows 8.2 kms. And for this they have charged 174 inr. This is over and above the charge. I also spoke with customer support staff and there is no proper response from them. If i won't get my money back then i am going to file a petition in supreme court. This is a loot with people. Ola is trying to loot money from people and that too they are not paying drivers. This is not acceptable and i want justice for this issue

                      I booked the cab from dwarka sec 7 to terminal 3 igi airport i had to collect the ticket from the counter so i was in hurry i gave him 1000 rupees (2 notes of 500) told him to wait, i will get back and take the change from him, but when i got back he was not there, the bill was of 469, he took 531 extra i contacted ola support, since there is no number mentioned in the app, i was trying to register online but that didnt help, there is no customer care no mentioned online i was trying to contact finally i got the head office no of ola, i contacted customer care and they said they will not be able to help since its been more than 3 days of the incident my issue is:

                      *they donot show the contact no of the driver once the ride is complete
                      *they donot have customer care no on the app and not even on google
                      *they do have a support option but once u enter your complaint it doesnot work, i mean no enter/done/register /complain option once u right about the issue its a big struggle
                      *and when u contact them after so much struggle its already 3 days passed and they wont listen to you

                      I need my money back and a lesson to ola, how to deal with the customer

                      I was charged 50 rs as a cancellation fees by ola. today on 18 sep. ola cancel my ride from their end.i want to register complaint that why ola should not be fined to cancel the ride, when it can take money from customers for cancellation customer also expect the same in return from ola. this is not the first time that ola has cancel my ride.

                        Ola gonna out of market in india.
                        In chennai if you don't reverse or withdraw ur flat 29offer. U soon loose ur auto drivers this is on final stage of loosing drivers. Tats y from the start ola executive persons on petrol gas bunks and requesting drivers to attach in ola.. And more over u can't control the auto drivers that becoz of auto drivers fare is on state govt fixed one.

                        Ola plus i[censored] reverse withdraw 29offer
                        #1. Compare to normal auto fare micro mini is easy for customer so when customer took the cab u l get 20percent fr ola.
                        #2. U don't need to pay the balance fr auto drivers.
                        #3. Til the city auto control app u can inbuild ur cab service and get more customers.

                        Ola minus i[censored] don't reverse 29offer on autos
                        #1. Ola drivers never took short rides. And after even soon cab won't pick up short rides in city becoz peak traffic areas cab doesn't goes inside small road.
                        #2. Til u have the auto control ur cab service is first on chennai or india.
                        #3. I[censored] lose the auto control ur gone. Anyone can easily take over the same market. Even uber easily took ur place.

                        Tips. Never give waste of one lakh incentive for who take more rides fr a take them more rides it won't workout it's kinda waste.in chennai or metropolitan cities more than one lakh auto drivers i[censored] give atleast of 15k people one lakh that will spread and make them to take more rides tat wil make them to take ride. Is it possible??? Never.

                        *so think and change the offer i seen many people who not getting auto fr short rides becoz drivers won't response.
                        *and drivers who can't able to use cards etc and ur prepaid card taxes charges they can't bare becoz they get 4rupees on ride from tat they swipe or petrol the card from daily 200 they get 15 to 22 ruppes which they get from ola extra fr 5to8rides and moreover they loss the cal charge and 2km going al waste they think. No use for them now a days seeing auto drivers frm where are they they pick up and putting meter who are not in ola. So soon every auto drivers wil quit. I[censored] don't return ur flat offer.
                        *and few auto drivers they openly saying to customers tat we can't manage ola prices just fr getting calls sake we r in ola. So please we put metre u give extra 10 fr us. Fr this u wil loose ur reputation soon.

                        *title is for ur eyes. Spread this to ur ceo or marketing head and take some right decision.
                        Travelled on 22nd September, 2017 from Sakher Bazar, Kolkata to Remount Road, Kolkata within 8 KMs. by share car No. WB04G8185, driver Somnath. Booking fare was Rs. 50 using flat fare ola pass. But the drver took Rs. 90 from me according to his screen display.
                        Please arrange to refund me the excess payment or adjust against my next trip.

                          I'm receiving unnecessary calls from ola early morning and late night. They ask me to attach my aadhar card number with ola being an ola driver. But, i'm not an ola driver! How do i complaint about this? I called customer care 10-20 times but as usual no one received, i don't know how much buzy are their executive attending others. Although 30-40 rupees have already been charged while waiting in the queue of customer care center. Now i think i should lodge a fir against ola since no one is accountable for this inconvenience.

                            I have recently bought a new no. And after a few months been getting automated calls about verifying my aadhar and police verification. Its been more than a week and ive complained to them several times and still it has nt been resolved! It seems my no. Prev. Belonged to an ola cab driver... They kno im not him and still havent been able to resolve it! It js boils my blood recieving calls frnm them like 2-3 calls one after the other
                            You can consider reporting the same to 1909 of your cell phone company if you are subscribed to NDNC registry.

                              I booked a share ride for my location and was looking forward, meanwhile the second share booking was there which was yet to pickup. The second passenger was picked up and dropped to his location and suddenly drivers mind changed and eventually he asked me also to get down which was not my location and when i argued he came to hit me and snatched the money also telling that i must pay for this incomplete ride... The driver was just a criminal who is driving the ola cab... And if this is unseen than many more incident can happen like this... Its my request to take strict action towards such driver and stop all such incident...

                                On 13/9/2017 i hired a ola outstation cab from ahmadabad to vadodara. I was with my foreign customer and ias officer. When the cab arrived that diver didnt give us information that ac is not working when we left the ahmadabad that time he said its not working. Initially we thought it might taking time for cooling but it was not like that.
                                Then the charges are inclusive of all taxes still driver took toll from us, i told him that is included but he didnt listen.
                                After this i mailed to ola for refund due to unsatisfactory ride. But they straight a way refused. I have their all the bills and mails in writing.

                                Please help me for justice.

                                  I can see many cabs around on the map but when i book, it shows no cabs and an advertisement flashes that says to buy ola select. I have heard from many that as soon as you go for select, you can find a cab. This is strategy to make people go for select. Ihad been trying to book a cab for about half an hour but could not get any but the cabs that i could see on the map, remained unmoved. So there were notmuch bookings for them too.

                                  Ps: make cabs availability more genuine.

                                    I was travelling from ola prime on 25 sept 2017 where he dropped me in between explaining the petrol exhausted and book another ola and i paid 628/- +160 for both but.. The driver was no decent behaving when i started calling ola and ola customer services responded after 35 minutes and argued and then apologised…i need strict action on ola to have them trained drivers and compensation for embarrassment.
                                    I need to compensate and ola must do remedial action as i see many such complaints of attitudes and behaviour from drivers with highly low catagory
                                    Caution
                                    Ola drivers are not trained and their customer care also having only sorry which is a big risk for tourist and they need to be from cross culture or soon ola will be vanished.

                                      I am resident of panckula and i booked ola from dt it park for 21 sector panchkul on 23rd september 2017. Firstly i did not get any sms of confirmation of my booking, but any how i got a call from the driver many minutes later that your cab has arrived. But when i got on the cab first he did not took me from the regular route, but diverted the route and took me from the outskirts which is an isolated area. It was night around 8: 40 pm and i am a lady alone in the cab. I only said if this route comes out to be long then payment would be more so i would not pay more and why he took me from this route? He became very rude to me, started abusing me and dropped me in an isolated area. I was left stranded in the middle of the road.

                                      This is how you ola cab treat to your clients? It is a sheer case of harassment which cannot be mended? For more than half an hour i kept stranded isolated as i was not able to get any any other conveyance. I should be compensated for all the wrong done to me and harassment that was caused to me.

                                        I had booked a cab on 23/09/2017 for ride later to going igi airport but at the time of arrival 2pm i did not get any information by the company only they send details of the driver on app. When i called to driver he said said i m on other ride and no cng available in my car for going to airport and he did not come. Due to this i mentally harassed and about to miss my flight. I want compensation for it.
