I booked the cab from dwarka sec 7 to terminal 3 igi airport i had to collect the ticket from the counter so i was in hurry i gave him 1000 rupees (2 notes of 500) told him to wait, i will get back and take the change from him, but when i got back he was not there, the bill was of 469, he took 531 extra i contacted ola support, since there is no number mentioned in the app, i was trying to register online but that didnt help, there is no customer care no mentioned online i was trying to contact finally i got the head office no of ola, i contacted customer care and they said they will not be able to help since its been more than 3 days of the incident my issue is:
*they donot show the contact no of the driver once the ride is complete
*they donot have customer care no on the app and not even on google
*they do have a support option but once u enter your complaint it doesnot work, i mean no enter/done/register /complain option once u right about the issue its a big struggle
*and when u contact them after so much struggle its already 3 days passed and they wont listen to you
I need my money back and a lesson to ola, how to deal with the customer
