Dear sir/madam,
I want to lodge a complaint against ola cabs for not providing the discounts as mentioned in the mobile app for the availed ride. The company is advertising false things and fooling people which further leads to the embarrassment & harassment.
On 3rd oct 2017, i had booked a ride at around 11:30 am from sec-22b, gurgaon to nitikhand-1, indirapuram from ola cabs. The ride was booked for my old aged mother. Booking id - crn[protected].
While booking the cab, i got a pop-up (Image attached) stating “rs. 500 off on your first ride. Code: newrent”. There was nowhere written about “terms & conditions apply” and no asterisk (*) was there.
With such a good discount, i booked a car rent option with the opinion of giving a hassle free travelling to my mother.
On reaching the destination, the driver requested to pay the billed amount of inr 880.
As per the pop-up at ola site, the billed amount should be somewhere around inr 500.
There was huge disappointment & embarrassment for my mother when she had to pay the amount which was very huge & moreover not told earlier at the time of booking.
My mother being the responsible citizen of india did not want to get herself involved in any type of arguments with the driver and paid the amount as said by the driver.
After, she got down from the cab, she addressed this issue to me & that very moment, i had called ola customer care. The representative after listening to the issue promised that his senior executive would call within 3 hours but for 5 hours there was no call back from ola.
Again around 6:30 pm, i made a call to ola, spoke to their executive but did not find any solution.
I request you to please intervene and get me the justice for the harassment faced by my mother and the false promise made by the company at the earliest.

    I booked a ola cab from kalka ji road to tara apartments. Cab driver picked up the call and disconnected after few seconds. I tried to call him again but he ignored the calls. I called the customer care number and a machine answered that i can cancel the cab and no cancellation fee would be charged.. But when i tried to book cab again., cancellation charges were charged.. How unprofessional the driver is and customer executives are not available to take complaints

      They have suspended my account just because i have switched my account from an old phone to a new phone. They are telling me that i have violate their policy but they are not providing me the exact reason behind my account suspension. I have explained them the whole scenario that my ola account was working completely fine in my old phone and then i bought a new phone and tried to log in into that account and suddenly i get to know that my account got suspended. Even i have some ola money in my account and also i have purchased ola share pass. Now they have kept both of them which clearly indicates that they have stole my money.
      Kindly help me getting back my account or compensate for the same as needed.

        I have been using ola regularly, but today i booked a ride from 3rd cross kurubarahalli but driver came near by and he was waiting for me even after calling him he denaid to come to location and i charged ₹25 for this and i booked from other account and same person came to my right location and his behaviors were so worst and he was agree on all passengers and totally bad experience i had with ola hope it will be eliminated and solved these kind of problems

          Hi,
          I had my last ride with ola on tuesday the 26th september about 17:30 from jubliee hills to santoshnagar. When i booked through app total fare of the ride showed rupess 308 but when i arrived to my destination it goes to 826 that is cheating tempering i want my money back.
          However, i complained ample of timesome through ola aap they not even send me any complaint reference number nor any sort of reply from their side. Now it's almost 10 days gone from the date.

          I never experienced such a terrible worst service in my life.

            Today morning 04 37 am i booked ola share from chennai central to dr. Subbarayan nagar 7th street.
            Unfortunately driver denining his duty after getting otp from me.
            Immediately i contacted ola customer care but your customer care executive informed that i will get my share pass after 48 hrs.
            Now my questions are
            1. If driver denied his duty then why should customer will suffer.
            2. I have legal one share pass which was damaged by your driver but why should i pay extra for next time.
            Last but not the least to choose ola is my fault?

              Ola cabs-worst and pathetic cab service providers.

              There are many problems and many complaints against ola cabs.

              Drivers don’t return the balance amount. They charge extra. They don’t pick the calls. They never come on time, and they will say just 5 mins. I am there u know what i waited today for half an hour today on the road for the driver to pick me up but he cancelled my cab after making me to wait for half an hour and yesterday also it happened the same and actually it’s not about yesterday, it has become the daily issue this is the 3rd time i am paying cancellation charges because the driver was unable to reach to location. Why should i pay the cancellation charges?
              Ola like this you are sucking the blood of the customers and you are not even providing the services properly. I am so pissed off today because of driver’s behavior i can’t tell you. So unprofessional you guys are. Trust me paying extra charges is not a problem but the problem is “woh jo mathapachhi hoti hain na, its unbearable (Chahe driver ke sath ho ya location ko lekar)”u know after that i went by auto and paid the double amount but at least that ride was peaceful. Like this firstly you show the lesser amount but in another way by cancellation you earn that extra amount. Trust me today onwards i am never going to use ola services at all. I will prefer using other medium but not ola anymore.
              Drivers are so illiterate first of all they don’t know how to talk with a women and importantly if it is the night time and if you ask bhaiya “mera ghar do gali aage hain wahan drop kardijiye” they will say mam this is the drop location i can’t drop you anywhere “mere ko profit nahi hoga and then they will ask 30 or 50 rs. Extra” trust me i have paid tis extra amount because it was night time and i wanted to reach my home safely so i didn’t argue with him. Once a driver asked me to give him the rating seriously.
              I don’t understand why do you hire this kind of drivers who are so unprofessional? You are not adding to the welfare of the society you guys are just serving to the customer who are paying you and that too not even giving the service properly. If you guys are charging, you must serve the customer. If you cannot then i am telling you cannot sustain in the market for longer run. Others are there in the market to grab your market share and provide the better service.
              I am really disappointed with the service. I want a refund for the entire money that i have been charged for cancellation plus my auto ride.

              I need my refund at any cost. I have paid extra charges because of you people. It’s not about 20 or 50 rs. Its about that when your mind was racked up and tortured because of someone’s poor services

                Hi,

                This is very bad experience from ola. First of all the diver refused to take 3 luggage. However it is mentioned in the ola site that 2-3 luggage are allowed. The behavior of the driver was rude and it was like we are taking a ride without paying any money. The booking id is crn[protected] and the name of the driver is anwar ali and other details are mentioned below. After that during drop, the location got changed because there was road block by police and unable to drop at the requested location. So we were bound to change the drop location (We agreed with extra payment) but the driver refused to drop at the changed location. This is kind of harassment and filled with frustration. After so many request (More of a begging) the driver finally agreed to drop us at the new location. Is it the expected behavior from a ola cab driver. Not sure after this horrible experience i will ever be able to book ola again.

                  Today 3 | 10 |2017 at 4:15 pm i had booked an ola cab from cantonment ralystn to viveknagar the driver rahamath rahamath masree mob no : [protected], amt was was rs : 249/=. After droping i payed the driver rs : 500/= and the driver returend rs : 50/= only, on over sight i also took the same thanking him and walked home, however i suddenly realised after 5 mts that he had not paid the full amount of rs : 250/=. I immediately called the driver informed him about the same and asked him to come and return the balance of rs : 200/=. He refused to pay back and arguing that he had payed the amount. This is for your kind infomation and needful help in getting back my 200 rupees pl.

                  I booked a shared cab from Yelachenahalli to MS Ramaiah City, JP Nagar, Bengaluru, on 28 September 2017 at 6pm. The fare shown was Rs 30. Rs 86 was deducted from Ola Money. I never booked Sedan in my life. Please refund me the extra charge of Rs 56. You can check the history of my bookings. It looks like a crime to use Ola money.
                  I rook a ride on friday i.e, 22nd sept and i applied the promo code cashless while booking my ride but I have still not received any cashback

                    My daughtrer ans me booked an ola auto from jain vidyalaya school, thiruppalai, madurai to ocpm, chinna chokkikulam and the distance is around 5 km. The approx fair which the app showed while booking for the travel was rs.58 and so i had only rs.60 in my hand but after reaching my destination i got a bill of rs.132 which is double the amount. I later called the customer care numbers but the calls were unanswered. So i asked the driver to call and i told what had happened and then they asked me to pay 60. Further, the driver told that he hadn't seen any customers like us. This is so disappointing. Please try to resolve this matter! Thank you.

                      I am complaining about unjust fair. We were informed that we will get charged rs 150-160 for a destination. It was from surya enclave to drona garden in jalandhar. So we booked a cab. But at the end of ride we were charged rs-280. Then we had to pay the driver. There is one more complaint. We had booked a mini cab but we got a sedan. This is very wrong. There is a huge difference between the amount 150 and 280. This is too much. So i hope you will take an action regarding this and we will be charged judiciously.

                        OLA cabs suddenly blocked my account...without any reason..I have 1900.00 OLA money balance in the account...when phone call is made..they say...account blocked...and send email...when email sent..automated reply comes...and nothing happens..this has been blocked since one-week...please resolve . There is no one responding from the firm if we call helpline

                          This is to inform that i had booked a ola cab for travelling my family member from vijayanagar to vijaya bank layout.
                          During this ride the driver was impolite, rude and was trustworthy. He took the cab in a different direction even though my wife informed about that he is taking a different route. He was not ready listen and stopped the vehicle for 10-15 mins in kr market. When the local started asking about this, he stated i am enjoying the ride so i came and stopped it here. My wife felt something fishy here. She had kept her phone in car rear cabin space along with other luggages. She asked driver to open the rear cabin so that she can take the phone but the driver didn't consider her request and kept on going in different route. We are really not happy with the service. My wife was travelling with 2 small kids. This is ridiculous service from ola as regarding this i already spoke to ola but till now no action has been taken and they had promised that they will get my money refunded for this trip but even that is also not happened. Ola support should have minimum courtesy to look into this serious matter. Can this be looked into the matter o[censored]rgency? Also he charged 80 rupees extra for the ride. The amount showed while booking the cab was 270 but due to his nonsense ride, we had to bear that cost. I think he has droved around 10 to 12 kms extra for this ride. I hope i will get some justice in this forum. If not i will take this further into next level.

                          Driver behaved so rudely that we were literally pushed out of the car.
                          the driver took away my mobile charger.
                          He misbehaved with my father and mother and me and my son.
                          The driver said that Ola would not be able to cause a thing to him.
                          and said he does not fear police.
                          Right bro. There is no security for woman even though OLA have all the options like track ride, GPS and more over complaint from customer. They are even least bothered to call and enquire about the issue. I have already made a call 3 or 4 times but of no use.

                            On 02.10.2017 at about 11.45 am i booked one ola car from jalandhar city railway station to lovely professional university, punjab but the driver dropped in the city itself. Driver told me it is not profitable to him to drop me at my destination. He k is ready to serve only in city limit. I am afraid if this happens in odd hours. Ola charged rs.75.00 from me from my account which is illegal.

                              Driver ne miss guide kiya.
                              Rental booking me 60 km 6hr ke liye booking tha.
                              Driver ne 37 km hi hua tha hame bola ki 60 km ho gaya hai 2 hours ka samay bhi bacha tha.
                              Final bill payment ke baad mobile me total km 37 hi hua tha
                              Customer care ko call karne per wo bola ki hamari jimedari nhi hai, aap ko driver se usi samay baat karni thee. Custmer care ka behavior bhi bahut ganda tha.
                              Pls intervin in this matter it is foursery case.

                              I had booked a cab to go to Chandan nagar today and the confirmation received from the Cab but the Driver declined. Why shall it happen in last moment. I had to depart at 10.30 am.
                              Today I booked your cab from CIT college to Ramnagar at 7.20 p.m. vehicle No
                              TN 66 P 1822. Daily I used to come by Red Taxi or Go Taxi the same time and the bill will be around Rs 150/- Today I was forced to pay Rs 321/- This is my first and worst experience with Ola I am totally disappointed with your service.

                                I faced this situation today in chennai.
                                I booked an ola cab where it showed that i am suppose to wait for 15mins, after 10misn i cald he cab driver and he asked my drop location and cancelled the ride. This is not the first time it has happened with ola drivers, the moment they get to know the drop location they cancel the ride or else tell us to cancel it. We booked around 4 ola and all of them denied duty, for is ola cabs there for???
                                My friend tried booking an ola, the same thing with him. What kind of a service is this provided to us from ola.
                                Sir, From last one week, I am getting repeated computerized calls from Ola offices for up-dation of my aadhar, do verification formalities etc., (only in the evenings) from [protected], +[protected], +[protected] & +[protected]. Please restrain from doing a without a valid reason. Please take remedial actions at the earliest.

                                  When i book an ola ride. Specifically ola auto. The fare rate which it shows is comparatively very cheaper than what he actually charges from me. And this is happening for the second time with me. It's shows 20-22 and actual fare comes to 60-70 this is not done at all. I am going to raise an action on this. This has happened with me twice. Very bad
                                  Drivers deny their duties.. i was standing for about 1 hour waiting for the cab.. Around 2-3 cabs refused to drop me at my location.. i am a pregnant lady and was hell of tired and then this happened.. i am so annoyed with this reaction.. Very disappointing!!

                                    I was at airport, waiting for my ola, and i got call from driver and talked so rudely that i have been waiting here for 10 mins, tell me how much minutes, it just been 3 mins from i have been booked it. When i got near to the texi, he came out time passed for few minutes, and open his car's decky and i have lpg gass kit inside it, you don't know it? Said rudely, and i wondered that now ola has started to write fuel types too, it took like 8 minutes, and after i had to cancel it because he said to, still i got charged extras.

                                        I booked an ola cab online on 15/09/2017 from haridwar railway station to yoga gram haridwar. The estimated fare shown was rs322/ to rs337/ the cab no.
