Today at around 5:41 p. M i have booked a ola mini : white dzire. The name of the driver was ganga chaupal and the crn [protected]. The driver's mobile number was : [protected].

The pickup location was debigarh, p. W. D road and when the booking was made the gprs showed that the ola car is 4 mins away from the pickup location (Near desh bandhu road).

I have called the driver and he said that he is coming within...

Today i booked an ola ride from satya vihar colony to kiit campus hostel kings palace7, the driver subhash pani owner of white swift (Od02ae 4130) asked my otp saying that i have arrived the location give me the otp else the trip would be cancelled.
I gave him the otp, he did not come also the ride was cancelled and then i get a message saying that i would have to pay an extra rs25 for the cancellatin of my ride.. Which has been included...

I am abish christo silvester. I had booked a chennai ola auto from choolaimedu to saidapet via my phone number [protected] some time back. The auto driver, who was new to the locality, lost his way and could not reach me even after clear and continuous instructions from me.

The driver was 1 min. Away from the airport as shown in ola interface. I called the driver and he confirmed me that he was in the airport area only. The driver was rash and negligent because of which a girl got badly injured. Not only did he lack in driving skills but also in humanity. The complete absence of empathy in him was deeply shocking. I would recommend ola services to please give a proper training as well as make sure the driver knows the rules of driving. The trip not only caused someone their time money and peace but also someone else's health. Worst cab experience till date....

Ola is regularly cancelling the trips during midnight by directing drivers through wrong routes and giving me intense mental stress and threat from drivers. Made the complaints atleast 4 times but the executives are disposing the complaints without properly making queries. The drivers are directed to come to my location through a private road where access is denied and every time driver ask me over phone to come to his location which is a...

Driver- pentaiah Darshana, cab no. TS15UA7856- Silver Indica has charged ₹1362/- on 9-9-2017 around 5:50pm for a ride from Prasad imax, Hyderabad to Rajiv Gandhi international airport, Hyderabad. In old app it's showing around ₹859/- only then how the bill of ₹1362/- could be generated and deducted from my account. Requesting ola to please repay the extra charged amount as soon as possible....

I had recently used ola cab services and had opted for cash payment. During the ride i charged my ola account. At the end of the trip i paid cash to the driver. Later i realised that my wallet was also debited money. Nowhere have they said that when ola money is charged that becomes the default payment. When i asked for a refund they claimed that the driver denied receiving cash and refused a refund....

Convenience fee of rs 69.90 is separately charged beside ride charge and taxes, convenience charges was not mentioned at the time of booking. Also ola app does not provide any information in this respect.in my invice kilometer travelled is not mentioned. Only ride fare mentioned.
In ola app or website no convenience related charge information is mentioned.
Thus rs 70/= is chared in excess from my ola money....

Today afternoon i (Venkat - [protected]) went for a ride from virugambakkam to siruseri sipcot in ola cabs and initially estimated rate were shown as 443 only.
But when i reached siruseri ola cabs has charged me 675 (Ride fare 643.11 - coupon discount 50 + toll fee 40 + taxes 41.88) which is 232 rupees extra.
Would request you to check and refund the extra amount at the earliest...

I was driving my scooty and suddenly from no where your ola cab driver almost hit me (Hr 63 c 1965).
This incident happened on 8th september 2017 around 6:15 pm on swami dayanand marg.
He didnt even stoped his car or apologized for what he did. Me and my mother could have been hit very bad. I have myself been in ola cabs abd they are pretty good but having this experience made a very bad impression....

Hello ola organisation if anyone don't want to take share ride in ola then what, s the meaning of share today i, try to book my cab and in app cab is within the 1 minute but no one take my request, i, ll try more than 10 times 2 person take and after 10-10 min they cancled why? If a customer cancled we have to pay in next rides but if a driver cancled than what?
I am very upset today with ola. 😣😣

I had taken a ola cab from kalighat (Kolkata) to salt lake (Kolkata) on 7 september 2017 the total amount payable before booking the ride was shown as 205 and i was charged 227 after completion of the trip. I demand a refund or credit of the extra amount i have been charged immediately to my ola money account.

I have booked a cab from navalur to perumbakkam in a so called high demand range portrayed by ola cabs. Trip charges from navalur to perumbakkam in cacb may take max of rs.250, yet i booked this cab which showed rs. 307 as trip fare as i was in emergency. On 2/8/17 my driver was actually completed 3 bookings and cash collection was 518 but in my device shown that 5 bookings was done and the cash collection was 1866. It was incorrect.
