Saturday (23rd sept 2017) when we were trying to book the ola cab, first booking got cancelled by the driver without any reason. Hence i have to rebook the cab again (With waiting period 3mints) but when cab doesn't reach after 6mints then i call the driver and he told me that i dont have permit of noida so i cant go, then again i have cancel the booking rebook the cab again and as per the app its shows me 5mints cab arrival time but again when cab doesn't reach after 7mints then i called the driver and then he says that my car got goo
Tyer got puncher ed and it will take 25mints more then i told driver that ok i am cancelling the booking and re - book again and driver says ok please rebook again but same story again another new driver says that i cant go because i dont have permit of ncr.

After this ola cabs blocked my mobile number

    Respected sir/madam,

    I booked ola auto in chennai.. The app showed rs 40 for the ride. I called the driver to confirm the booking.. The driver asked for extra rs 20.. So the total is rs 60. I said i can't give more than the ride cost. He simply refused the ride and abused me. I never expected this from ola. Uber is the best. Atleast their support system is so good. Ola on other hand is very poor in customer support and rude behavior of the ola drivers. I will never book ola again. I hope ola takes action on these type of drivers, otherwise they will surely lose the market to uber.

      As u know we cannot exactly mention the drop location i had given the nearby drop point.. And i always use to mention the same drop point whenever i use ola cab.. But this driver denied stating that the drop location is not exact! N dropped me somewr where no much people are seen.. When i asked him to drop just few steps away so that i reach safely to road where people can been seen, he denied it.. Without even thinking about a girl's safety he shouted at me and left.. And he even asked me to complain if i wanted to! Why do u even hire such uneducated unprofessional drives?

        Very poor service by ola. It has happen 2nd time when driver did not turn up and i had to ask my wife to drop at airport at 4:45 am. Surprisingly we called the driver many timed but he did not answer the phone nor his cab location was moving but he just cancell it. I reported the issue earlier also but did not get any revert. Due to earlier cancellation i missed my train and had to book flight to reach to lucknow. This time i have all the snap shot to register the complain in consumer court. As it is becoming habit from drivers and insensitive customer service from ola.

        Very very poor services. If you care the customer thenumber call us back. I can attach snap shot but it does not allow to attach pictures

        There appears to be no access to customer to lodge a complaint, or contact someone over phone.
        Today I tried booking auto from "SM Silks, ganganagar" to be dropped at "avenue road, chickpet".. My request picked by an auto in Gandhi nagar area. This happened twice.

          Dear ola, i booked your car on 22sep, 2017at 8.40pm from a2 block, keshavpuram, delhi to aarakashan road, paharganj with driver jail kishan. White x cent, no. Hr38w4920. The driver of the car misbehaved n dropped the passenger in the midway, causing severe inconvenience at night.. Passenger was forced to take an auto from there to reach the destination.. Please look into the matter asap.. Attaching invoice for further reference..

            On 21.09.2017 i had booked a ola cab from narkel bagan, kolkata to eden gardens, kolkata. Unfortunately after riding about 2kms from my pick up location the cab had some technical issues (Driver told me that battery was down). So i couldn't proceed further.

            As per the driver's advice, he stopped the ride and i had to pay 99 rupees. Again i had to pick another ola cab from that location to my destination for which i had to again pay the bill.

            So i think i have paid 99 rupees extra for my ride because of the failure of the cab for which i shouldn't be responsible.

            As a regular customer of ola taxi service i hope a fast solution to my complain.

              Yesterday and day before (22 & 21 of sept 2017) when we were trying to book the ola auto, first booking got cancelled by the driver. Hence we had to rebook the auto again. However the cancellation was not getting effected in the system. Hence while getting down we had to pay double charges for no fault o[censored]s. Worst is the second driver came and fought in front of our neighbors yesterday. On lodging telephone compliant to ola support the girl over there acknowledged ola is facing technical glitches at their network and she asked to write a detailed mail to their team. Alas the team simply washed their hand by blaming that our app is not updated. My request is whenever such incidents really happen and escalated to their team, they should have inquired and investigated further what went wrong. Customer should have returned with the money extra charged. Whether this forum can address this and take this to the logical end please?

                This is the information for reference relating to the complaint about describe, the driver misbehaved with a lady passenger and it was to such an extent that she had to get down midway and forcefully demanded the fare which paid to settle fully.
                As it is the service of ola has degraded making it s second choice and this is a burning example of it. The driver was confident about his misbehaviour and insisted on the complain.
                Please see to it immediately as it led to a delay in a doctor's appointment.

                  I am an ola partner in mumbai. My payment has not been issued by ola since 3 weeks, i am continuously taking follow ups. No customer care person is giving me proper guidance and the language they are using is 3rd class. I have visited the ola office in mumbai, they asked me to update few things. Even after doing that my payment is not released by ola. Such a bad service and untrained people in the company, helpless.
                  Company even does not provide any valid mail id to complain.

                    Yesterday myself booked on rental basis for pick up flight from prominent corporate residency, gandhi nagar to ahmedabad airport since scheduled to be departed at 6.30 a. M in the moening. Accordingly i got a msg from you in respect of confirm booking at 4.30 a. M. I got a msg at 4.16 a. M informing me the name of driver and contact number. At around 4.20 a. M i contacted over telephone and he outrightly refused to pick up me. On the hearing his loud voice, i tried to book another cab who told me he will come shortly to pick up me.
                    After getting the second cab myself cancelled the booking so that i may not be further penalised.
                    Now my dream comes true when it is found that rs. 50 has charged for cancellation.
                    I have decided to go to consumer forum for such lapses. Please note that very last moment i reached to airport for such type of attitude.
                    I also think how long such unit may survive which is mainly for harming the society.

                      It's very critical for me, i am a professional photographer so having lots of important contact.
                      Recently i have purchased my phone because of business purpose.

                        Back from mumbai one my friend dropped me near corporation circle from the airport on 22/09/2017 from where i booked an ola cab & got the confirmation arun. M, crn [protected], white dzire at 00.28 hours. The driver kept assuring me that he is on the way, he is on location, he is coming etc after which he stopped receiving the calls. I along with the baggage, alone, totally exhausted, without dinner like a fool kept on trying on the hope that he might come as he has not requested for cancelation also but either his cell was busy or he did not respond.

                        Here what i would like to highlight is that ola should be more cautious especially with the drivers who play in night. I had a very painful experience & was thinking about our sisters who might encounter these lazy ruffians who play with the safety, security & trust of loyal customers from whom they earn.

                        This calls for a very strict & stern action to be taken against these kind of errant drivers

                          Hi, myself anjali chaudhary, had become a victim of fraud call from bank and by asking debit card details and otp, someone had used my debit card o[censored]nion bank of india and tranfser money in various mobile wallet olacab. I came to know that the fraud person had transfer 24, 000 rupees in ola cab. The transaction no is [protected] dated 19th sept, 2017 around 4:23 pm. Here i am attaching photo of bank statement which shows the transaction no of the transfer and bank account details. Kindly do needful and guide me further to take necessary steps to get my money back, thanking you.

                            The driver was using abusive language and was unnecessarily causing traffic. He was coming in my way n asking me to move without any reason.. Illogical driving n abusive language was used by the driver against my wife who was alone. He also threatened her. The driver was driving on the footpath of sarjapur road n kept abusing. He should learn road sense

                              I booked ola shared on sep 21 from ganesh nagar to mantri business park pune. I called the driver and asked him to come to the location. After some time he gone to wrong location and when i called him, he denied to come to my actual location and asked me to cancel. I cancelled and ola charged me cancelation fee. Could not get any reason why this happened?

                                We came frm mumbai to international bangalore airport n booked a ola cab.. A msg came n we were said tht u ve to wait at the ola zone.. As we came to the ola zone ths vehicle was parkes in frnt line n he forced us saying n showing a ola certificate wth police commisioner stamp n signature n frm the airport to rajajji nagar he took rs.1200 n toll tax 125 rs.

                                  Kindly note that i had to go from pune to mumbai today and did not get service even after booking for 2 times
                                  1st time the driver called 5 min after i had called and refused to go to the area specified in mumbai. He asked me to book another cab and cancel his booking. I was charged with a fine of rs 150 for cancelling for no fault of mine.
                                  2nd time the driver called and confirmed me to be at my place within 15 min as he was nearby but he never arrived even after 30 min.in the meantime all my calls to the driver were not reachable or unanswered.

                                  I wasted 2 hours in just booking cabs though i had to reach mumbai in emergency. And this is my only one of the many experiences with ola cabs where the drivers either cancel or refuse to come or keep me waiting.

                                  Please ensure strict action regarding the same as now i am unsure of your services. Also i want my fine money back asap.

                                    I am a regular user of ola cab services from hyderabad & on 22-sep-2017 i was in chennai. I booked an auto. The driver came to location, i got in, the driver took the top number & after confirming drop location asked me if i was going to pay by cash or ola money. When i said ola money he refused to proceed & i had to get down. The driver cancelled the trip & was wrongly charged a cancellation fee of rs.30 though it was the driver' issue that he did not accept ola money. The company refused to process a refund too saying i had to register the complaint online when i was with the driver. This is a totally unfair expectation & unethical practice from ola. Please help resolve

                                      Today, the 21st of september, at 8 30 am, we requested a trip from hennur bande to m s ramaiah hospital. When there was no reply to the request, my husband repeated the request. But two drivers came to the location and one of them, sachin was extremely rude in his behaviour. He started shouting at my husband in the middle of the road. His auto number is ka 04 p 9438. We request ola to look into the matter. How could two drivers respond when we did not get a response the first time? And train your drivers in better manners and customer relations.

                                      Ola should really screen their drivers better and take action against errant driver. The driver in question was making a scene in the middle of the road with me, a woman. When asked not to, he scoffed, "or what will you do?" When told i would complain against him he said "madkolli, nandu bekidre photo hodkolli, enu agalla". (lodge the complaint, take my photo also if you want. Nothing is going to happen.") This is the attitude of the drivers. They have no fear of any retribution.

                                        Today at around 8.45 pm i had called the chennai number[protected] to book a cab to chennai airport from t'nagar to catch a domestic flight. I had requested the person to send a cab to tnagar to pick me up at 4 am in the morning and sought his assurance for timely service. He told that he could not assure on the availability of ola cab in the morning. Then i asked him what was the issue. He simply told me that he could not assure due to demand constraints. I asked him what he meant by demand constraint that too in the early morning? He curtly told he could not assure on the availability. Ola cabs assure 24 hours service. What was the problem in assuring of timely arrival that too at 4 am when demand is expected to be usually low? Then why you advertise that cabs are available for 24 hours that too from any point and at any time? If you are unable to provide service from heart of chennai dont mislead customers that you offer 24 hours service. Overall shoddy service!!!

                                        Today I booked ola cab from Shivaji stadium to Punjabi market. Cab driver took payment from me. Also amount has been deducted from my ola account. Now company is denying to return my amount.
                                        Please help me. Driver took 255 rs from me. Now he is not picking my call and ima company is not doing anything
